Ep 181#181 Power Hour Q&A with Matt Durbin and John Kitchens

John and Matt dived deep into the importance of tracking your numbers, being visible, sharpening your skills, and being an expert in your field. It all boils down to building a connection, communicating, and consistently talking to your prospects. In Real Estate, you will have obstacles that you will have to overcome in every deal. You need to start looking at them as opportunities and show them that you are knowledgeable on the subject and you have the appropriate solution to the problem. Most people think they are working hard, they feel they are putting the time in until there's someone to compare them to that brings in the revenue. This is where tracking activities and numbers are important. You need to have the systems and technology to use when tracking as this holds your team accountable for things that they need to work on. In the Real Estate business, communication and engaging with people is crucial. Be committed to talking to people daily, weekly, and monthly. Regardless of the tools or social media platforms you are using- at the end of the day, you'll only be able to close when you have a conversation. As a realtor, you are an adviser. When buyers inquire about rates, pricing, insurance, etc. This is your time to make them realize that they need you. Be the expert that they seek.

Ep 178#178 Operating at a HIGH LEVEL and Keeping the stress LOW

To operate at a high level, a good mindset is key. You have to be able to see stress as a positive and use it to fuel your operation. This means having a clear strategy for how you're going to approach whatever it is you're trying to do. Whether it's a work project or a personal goal, if you can't focus and stay calm under pressure, you're not going to be able to perform at your best. So next time you're feeling stressed, remember that it's all in your head. And if you can keep your head on straight, you'll be able to achieve anything you set your mind to. Whether you're a real estate agent who's just starting out or a seasoned pro, it's important to keep your stress levels low so that you can continue to operate at a high level. One of the best ways to do this is to have the right mindset. If you believe that real estate is a cutthroat business and that everyone is out to get you, then it's going to be very difficult to stay calm and focused when things get tough. Instead, try to view the real estate industry as a driver's seat for growth - if you're not growing, then you're not doing your job properly. This positive mindset will help you weather the storms and keep your stress levels in check.

Ep 177#177 Expert Mentors Live - The #1 All Time Best Strategy for Realtors to Implement Now with Gary Wilson

EDUCATION + INFORMATION + ACTION = RESULTS It's no secret that success in the world of real estate requires a certain mindset. You need to be able to see potential where others see only problems, and you need to be comfortable with risk. But education is another essential ingredient for success in real estate. Whether you're just starting out or you've been in the business for years, investing in your education is one of the smartest things you can do for your career. And there's no better time to do it than now. The real estate market is undergoing a major shift, and those who are prepared for it will reap the rewards. By educating yourself about the latest trends and technologies, you'll be positioning yourself for success in the months and years to come. And isn't that what we all want? To be successful in our chosen field? So if you're serious about making it in real estate, don't wait any longer - start investing in your education today. If you want to be successful in real estate, it's essential to have the right mindset. But it's also important to have the right business model. After all, your business model should match your market. If you're in a slow market, for example, you need a different business model than if you're in a hot market. In a slow market, you need to be more focused on getting listings and working with buyers who are serious about making a purchase. In a hot market, on the other hand, you can be more relaxed and take a more relaxed approach to working with buyers and sellers. Of course, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to real estate. But if you want to be successful, it's essential to make sure that your business model matches your market. Otherwise, you could end up struggling to sell homes and wasting valuable time and resources.

Ep 173#173 WHO are you at your CORE?

What are core values? Why are they important? And how can they help you in your personal life and business? Core values are the guiding principles that dictate how we live and work. They are the things that we believe in and stand for. They can also be immensely helpful in assisting us with big and minor decisions. For example, let's say you're a real estate agent who is trying to decide whether or not to take on a new client. If one of your core values is "integrity," then you'll want to make sure that the client is someone who you can trust and who will treat you fairly. On the other hand, if your core value is " excellence," then you'll want to be sure that the client is someone who is willing to work hard and is interested in getting the best possible results. In addition to making decisions in our personal lives, core values can also be helpful in making decisions in our businesses. For example, let's say you're a life coach who is trying to decide whether or not to take on a new client. If one of your core values is "compassion," then you'll want to be sure that the client is someone with who you feel empathy and who genuinely wants to improve their life. However, if your core value is "tough love," then you may be more likely to take on a client who challenges you and pushes you out of your comfort zone. Ultimately, core values are incredibly important because they help us to stay aligned with our beliefs and our goals. When we know what we stand for, it's much easier to make decisions that are in line with who we are and what we want to achieve.

Ep 172#172 Expert Mentors Live - Investment and Development Opportunities in Mexico with Isis Papadakis

Investment opportunities in real estate are many and varied. For the savvy investor, there are a number of ways to make money in this lucrative field. One way to invest in real estate is to buy the property and then lease it out to tenants. This can provide a steady stream of income, and the value of the property may appreciate over time. Another way to make money in real estate is to purchase investment properties, such as apartments or office buildings, and then sell them for a profit. This type of investment often requires a higher initial investment, but it can offer the potential for greater rewards. Whichever way you choose to invest in real estate, there are numerous opportunities for profit. With careful research and planning, you can maximize your chances for success. Real estate investing can be a great way to build your wealth and secure your financial future. With the right approach, it can be a very lucrative endeavor. If you are considering investing in real estate, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, you need to have a solid plan. Without a plan, it will be difficult to make money in this business. You need to know what properties you want to buy, how much you are willing to spend on each property, and what your goals are for each property. Second, you need to have the discipline to stick to your plan. There will be times when the market is down and properties are not selling. Do not let these periods discourage you; instead, use them as an opportunity to buy low and sell high. Finally, you need to be patient. Real estate investing is not a get-rich-quick scheme; it takes time and effort to see a return on your investment. However, if you are willing to put in the work, real estate investing can be a great way to build your wealth and secure your financial future.

#171 Expert Mentors Live - From an Agent to a Team to CEO with Brandon Town and Greg DeMeuleneare

From an agent to a team to a CEO is a series of growths, ups and down. Are you the type of person who welcomes growth, or do you tend to resist it? If you're like most people, it's probably a bit of both. After all, growth can be scary. It often means venturing into the unknown and challenges us to step outside our comfort zones. But it can also be exciting, empowering and ultimately very rewarding. Growth is essential for both individuals and businesses. It helps us to develop new skills, reach our full potential and achieve our goals. Without growth, we would quickly become stale and stagnant. So, next time you're feeling resistance to change, remind yourself of the importance of growth and embrace it with open arms. Who knows what you might achieve? Growth can be a wonderful thing. It can help us reach our goals, achieve our dreams, and fulfill our potential. But it can also be a bit overwhelming, especially if it happens too fast. When we're suddenly faced with a lot of change, it can be tough to know how to adjust. One of the most important things to remember is that growth is a mindset. It's not about how much we accomplish or how quickly we do it. Instead, it's about our attitude and approach. If we can stay positive and open-minded, we'll be able to handle whatever comes our way. Of course, that's easier said than done. But with a little practice, anyone can learn to embrace growth, even when it feels like everything is moving too fast.

Ep 169#169 What is a Business Model?

There are many different types of business models, but the most common one in the real estate industry is the brokerage model. In this model, a company provides a service to connect buyers and sellers of property. The company typically earns a commission on each sale, which is a percentage of the total sale price. This model is used by most traditional real estate brokerages, as well as many online companies. Another common business model in the real estate industry is the management model. In this model, a company provides management services to property owners. The company typically charges a fee for these services, which is a percentage of the total rental income or property value. A business model is like real estate- it's all about location, location, location. But instead of physical space, a business model is concerned with the placement of resources, customers, and profits. In order to be successful, a business model must create value for all three of these components. For example, a real estate company might create value by connecting people who want to buy homes with people who want to sell them. By doing this, the company earns a commission on each sale, while also providing a valuable service to its customers. So when it comes to business models, it's all about finding the right place for your company in the market. A business model is essential for any real estate business. It provides a framework for creating value, generating revenue, and making a profit. without a business model, it would be difficult to attract investors, customers, and partners. In addition, a business model helps to define the company's unique value proposition and how it plans to generate revenue. Without a business model, it would be difficult to identify and exploit new opportunities, or to respond effectively to changes in the marketplace. In short, a business model is essential for any real estate business that wants to succeed in today's competitive marketplace.

Ep 168#168 Expert Mentors Live - Learn How To be In The Right Room, With The Right People, At The Right Time with Curtis Shewell

Being in the right room with the right people and at the right time seems impossible but the old saying is that timing is everything. And in the business world, that couldn't be more true. Mindset, training, and Decisions all play a role in success, but timing can be the difference between striking it rich and barely scraping by. Just ask any real estate investor. They'll tell you that timing is everything when it comes to buying and selling property. The same can be said for stock market investors. Timing can make the difference between a windfall and a loss. So if you're in business, pay attention to the timing of your decisions. It could be the difference between success and failure. In today's business landscape, it's more important than ever to be strategic about your growth. And while there are a lot of factors that contribute to success, proximity and leverage are two of the most important. When you're close to your target market, it's easier to understand their needs and develop the right products or services to meet those needs. You're also able to build relationships with potential customers and get feedback from them in real-time. That proximity gives you a major advantage over competition that's further away. Leverage is also key in business. By using leverage, you can get more done with less effort. For example, in the real estate industry, leverage allows you to buy property for less than its full value and then sell it for a profit. Leverage is all about amplifying your results by using other people's time, money, and resources. Proximity and leverage are two of the most important factors in business success. If you want to achieve big things in your industry, make sure you're focusing on these two areas.

Ep 166#166 Expert Mentors Live - Building a Team Within the eXp Model with Pierre Nadeau

Hiring and building a team can be a daunting task. There are so many good people out there, and the process of finding and hiring the right people can be overwhelming. But, if you take the time to do it right, hiring your own team can be an extremely rewarding experience. Here are a few tips to help you get started: 1. Define the roles you need to fill on your team. This will help you create a job posting that attracts the right candidates. 2. Take your time with the hiring process. Don't rush into hiring someone just because you need someone in that role quickly. It's better to wait a little longer and hire the right person than to hire someone who isn't a good fit. 3. Use interviews to get to know your candidates. Ask questions that will help you understand their work style, their values, and how they would fit into your team. 4. Trust your gut. At the end of the day, you'll need to choose the candidate who you think will be the best fit for your team. Trust your instincts and go with the person who you think will be a great addition to your team. Also, coaching is often seen as something that is only necessary for athletes or people who are trying to improve their performance in some way. However, coaching can be beneficial for anyone who wants to achieve a goal or make a change in their life. A coach can provide accountability and support as you work towards your goal, and they can help you overcome any obstacles that stand in your way. In addition, a coach can help you to develop a positive mindset and focus on the things that are important to you. As a result, coaching can be an incredibly powerful tool for anyone who wants to achieve success.

Ep 165#165 Getting Plugged In

It can be tough to feel plugged in at work, especially if you don't have a team to support you. Real estate can be a very solitary profession, but that doesn't mean you have to feel disconnected from the world. There are plenty of ways to stay connected and engaged in your work, even if you're working alone. First, make sure you're staying in touch with your team. Whether you're in the office or out in the field, keep communication lines open so you can always feel connected to your team. Second, stay up to date on industry news and trends. This will help you feel plugged into what's going on in the world of real estate, and it will also help you stay ahead of the competition. Finally, don't forget to network! Meet with other real estate professionals and connect with people in your industry. These connections will help you stay engaged in your work and plugged into the real estate world. One of the great things about learning is that it never stops. There's always something new to learn, whether it's a new skill, some interesting piece of trivia, or a different way of looking at things. Of course, learning can also be challenging at times. It can be difficult to engage with new material, and it's easy to get discouraged when facing a learning curve. However, these challenges are what make learning so rewarding. Overcoming them helps us to grow and develop as individuals, and it reminds us that there's always more to learn about the world around us. So never stop learning, and never give up on yourself. There's always something new to discover.

Ep 164#164 Expert Mentors Live - Elite Principles to eXp Growth & Freedom with Curtis Johnson

Are you tired of working for someone else and not seeing any real wealth accumulation? The traditional path to wealth - going to school, getting a good job, and working hard - is no longer a guarantee of financial security. But there is another way to build wealth and achieve financial freedom: revenue share. Revenue share is a simple concept: you invest money in a business, and then you receive a percentage of the profits that the business generates. This can be an incredibly powerful wealth-building tool, especially if you invest in businesses with high growth potential. And best of all, it doesn't require years of slogging away at a job you hate. You can start generating wealth right now by investing in revenue share programs like eXp have. So if you're looking for a new way to build wealth and achieve financial freedom, consider revenue share. It's a powerful tool that can help you reach your goals. Residual income is the income that continues to come in even after the initial investment has been made. In other words, it's the money that keeps on coming even when you're not actively working for it. For many people, residual income is the key to financial sustainability. It's what allows them to live comfortably without having to worry about their income drying up if they decide to take a break from work or retire. There are many different ways to generate residual income, but one of the most popular is through investing in real estate. When you invest in property, you can often continue to receive rental income even after you sell the property. This can provide a steady stream of income that can help to support your lifestyle and make it easier to weather any financial storms that come your way. If you're looking for a way to generate some extra income, understanding residual income is a good place to start.

Ep 163#163 Expert Mentors Live - "Get" them to GET them with Chauncey Pham

We live in a world that is full of problems. But sometimes, it seems like we focus more on the problems than the solutions. We dwell on what's wrong, instead of what's right. We fixate on the negative, instead of the positive. But what if we flipped the script? What if we focused more on the solutions than the problems? Instead of dwelling on what's wrong, we could celebrate what's right. We could fixate on the positive, instead of the negative. Of course, this isn't always easy. It's easy to get caught up in the problems. But if we make a conscious effort to focus on the solutions, we can make a real difference in the world. And that's something worth striving for. It's human nature to focus on what we don't have. We see the gap between where we are and where we want to be, and it can be tempting to fixate on that. But if we want to make real progress, it's important to focus on the gains we can make rather than the gap itself. When we focus on the gap, we dwell on what we lack. But when we focus on the gains, we open up possibilities for what we can achieve. This doesn't mean ignoring the gap altogether. It just means changing our mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance. When we do that, the world becomes a much richer place. So next time you find yourself fixating on the gap, take a step back and remind yourself of all the gains you can make. It's a far more productive way to live.

Ep 162#162 Expert Mentors Live - 7 Ways You Can Pivot Your Business and Thrive in a Low Inventory Market with Alex Piech

As any real estate agent knows, generating leads is essential to success. However, finding motivated sellers can be a challenge. One way to generate seller leads is to target expired listings. These are properties that were on the market but failed to sell. The owners may now be motivated to sell quickly and for a lower price, making them perfect lead generation targets. Another way to generate seller leads is to track down For Sale by Owner properties. These are properties that are being sold by the owner without the help of a real estate agent. The owners may be open to working with an agent if they can get a good deal, making FSBOs another great lead generation opportunity. By utilizing these techniques, real estate agents can build a steady pipeline of motivated seller leads. Lead generation can be a tricky business. You spend all this time and money generating leads, only to find that most of them go cold within the first few days or weeks. But there's no need to give up hope just yet. One way to revive your lead generation efforts is to change your targeting and messaging. Try retargeting your ads to people who have visited your website but haven't signed up for your newsletter, for example. Or send them a follow-up email with more information about your product or service. By retargeting your ads to people who have already visited your site or interacted with your brand, you're much more likely to get their attention. And by tweaking your messaging to be more relevant to their needs and interests, you'll increase the chances of them taking the next step and becoming a customer. If you're not getting the results you want from your lead generation campaigns, don't be afraid to experiment with your approach. You may just find that a little change can make a big difference.

Jacqui has been making people think differently and gain confidence in their own clarity and their own plan. It's all about based on the fundamentals and certain contexts and frameworks. 14:53 Jacqui also agreed with John that it's all about understanding how to do it, and practicing to make it close to perfect, just like what questions to ask them to help them become motivated and move them to greater motivation. The Fear that Stepped Back in Business 18:28 It's about the leverage piece within our career and personal life. Jacqui shares that there's also a lot of guilt, ego, and control. Jacqui shows her tattoo on her arm and tells people to believe in themselves, which goes to confidence in the latter. Jacqui believes that many people have a vision, but until they believe they can do that, it will work out. The more you commit to something, the quicker you'll figure it out. 23:52 The only way to succeed is through failure, and it takes either that personal failure or wisdom that will lead you to success and that specific failure will lead you to incredible relationships. Where Does That Inspiration Need To Be Drawn From? 25:52 As John asked Jacqui this question, Jacqui shared some healthy and inspirational insights to this question. It's all about surrounding yourself with people who have done it or with people who have achieved higher than you have. No matter what happens but you're committed to it, it will work out great. Ep 160#160 Starting Out Humble and Importance Of Identifying Bottlenecks In Your Business

There's something to be said for starting out humble. Whether it's in your career, your personal life, or your relationships, humble beginnings can set the tone for a healthy mindset of growth. When we start out humble, we open ourselves up to learning and expanding our horizons. We're not afraid to take risks, because we know that we have nothing to lose. We're also more likely to be grateful for the things we do have, rather than fixating on what we don't have. So if you're feeling stuck or stagnant in any area of your life, it might be time to humble yourself and start over. Who knows? You might just surprise yourself with how far you can go. In business, a bottleneck is any process that limits productivity or efficiency. When you identify bottlenecks in your business, you can take steps to eliminate them and improve your bottom line. One of the biggest problems with bottlenecks is that they often go unnoticed. If you're not looking for them, they can easily slip under the radar. That's why it's important to have a growth mindset when it comes to your business. Always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve efficiencies and eliminate problems. Once you've identified a bottleneck, the next step is to take action. Don't just sit back and hope that things will improve on their own. Take specific steps to address the issue and get your business moving again. With a little effort, you can overcome any obstacle and achieve success.

Ep 159#159 The Smoke and Fire

Action and reaction, cause and effect. these are the basic building blocks of the physical world. and yet, for all their simplicity, they can be alarmingly complex. consider the smoke and fire that result from a forest fire. the action is the fire burning through the trees, the reaction is the smoke and heat rising up into the atmosphere. But the cause and effect go much deeper than that. The cause of the fire may be Lightning or a careless camper. The effect is widespread destruction of plant and animal life, not to mention the loss of homes and human lives. But even in the midst of all this devastation, there is still hope. The action of firefighters working tirelessly to contain the blaze, and the reaction of people coming together to support those affected by the fire, both represent the best of humanity. In the face of great adversity, we still manage to stand tall and help each other through. That is the true power of action and reaction. One of the most important things to remember when communicating with others is always to ask permission before doing so. This may seem like common sense, but it's often easy to forget in the heat of the moment. Whether you're trying to have a difficult conversation with a friend or co-worker, or you're simply trying to establish boundaries with someone in your life, always take a step back and make sure that you have their permission to communicate with them. It's always better to err on the side of caution than to risk offending or hurting someone. Of course, even if you have someone's permission to communicate with them, that doesn't mean that the conversation will always go smoothly. But by following some basic guidelines, you can increase your chances of success. First, always be respectful and considerate of the other person's feelings. Secondly, try to stay calm and focused, even if the discussion gets heated. And finally, be willing to compromise - remember that communication is about finding common ground, not winning an argument. By following these simple tips, you can make sure that your next conversation is a productive one.

Ep 156#156 Learning How To Collapse Time, Being Coachable, and Achieving Your Goals with Coach John Kitchens

When it comes to professional development, there are a lot of terms that get thrown around: mentoring, coaching, sponsoring, and quality assurance. It can be hard to keep them all straight. Here's a quick guide to the difference between mentoring and coaching. Mentoring is about passing on quality skills and knowledge from one person to another. The focus is on quality over quantity - it's more important that the mentee learns useful skills that will help them in their career than it is for the mentor to show off everything they know. In contrast, coaching is more about helping someone identify and reach their goals. The coach works with the coachee to help them develop the skills they need to achieve their objectives. There isn't necessarily an asymmetry of knowledge between coach and coachee - instead, the coach acts as a sounding board and sounding board, helping the coachee to develop their own solutions. So, what's the difference between mentoring and coaching? In short, mentoring is about quality and skills while coaching is about quantity and goals. Choose whichever approach makes more sense for you and your career development needs. When you're looking for a coach, you want someone who can help you improve your quality of life. But how can you tell if a coach is right for you? Here are a few things to look for: First, consider the coach's skills and experience. What kind of training do they have? What kind of success have they had working with clients in the past? Make sure that they have the knowledge and expertise to help you reach your goals. Second, take a look at the coach's methods. What kind of approach do they take to coaching? Do they focus on positive reinforcement or tough love? Do they use traditional techniques or cutting-edge methods? Choose a coach whose methods fit your personality and style. Finally, consider your goals. What do you hope to achieve through coaching? Do you want to improve your fitness level, make more money, or find a more fulfilling career? Make sure that the coach you choose is committed to helping you reach your specific goals. If you keep these things in mind, you'll be sure to find a quality coach who can help you improve your quality of life.

Ep 154#154 The 4 Buckets: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Mental

If you don't have your health, what do you have? This is a question that many people ask themselves when they are faced with physical or mental health issues. And it's a valid question. After all, without our physical and mental health, we would be nothing more than a shell of our former selves. We would be unable to work, play, or even enjoy life. So, yes, physical and mental health is important. But how important are they? Some might say that physical and mental health are the most important things in life. After all, without our health, we would be nothing. We wouldn't be able to live long, healthy lives. Others might say that physical and mental health are important, but there are other things that are more important. For example, our relationships, our careers, or our hobbies. So, what is the answer? How important is physical and mental health? The answer is: it depends. It depends on what you value in life. If you value your physical and mental health above all else, then yes, physical and mental health are the most important things in life. But if you value other things more than your physical and mental health, then no, physical and mental health is not the most important things in life. It's up to you to decide what is most important to you. If you ask anyone how important it is to have a healthy mind and body, they'll likely say it's extremely important. What most people don't realize, however, is that our spiritual and mental health are just as important as our physical health. Just like our physical health, our spiritual and mental health can be affected by many different factors. For example, if we're experiencing stress or anxiety, it can impact our mental health, which can then lead to physical symptoms like headaches or a racing heart. Similarly, if we're going through a tough time spiritually, it can lead to mental and emotional turmoil. That's why it's so important to take care of our spiritual and mental health. Just like we wouldn't neglect our physical health, we shouldn't neglect our spiritual and mental health either. By taking care of our mind, body, and soul, we can live happier and healthier lives.

Ep 153#153 Expert Mentors Live - Build A Business That Resonates With You with Nikki Klein

The question asked, "What kind of business should I build"? , so I should have begun with my answer: "A business that resonates with you". The answer to that question always begins with what you like or what you hate or what you're good at. You have to be good at something and that has to come through in what you're building and what you're selling. If you don't know that answer by now then you don't have a good feeling about your idea. Your idea doesn't have a voice. What you're doing right now is either not right for you or it's not right for anyone. When you're not sure, you need to find out what you like then you need to figure out what you hate. Do you have what it takes? You have to be good at something and that comes out when you're putting in the right thinking when you're building the right emotions, and when you're using the right language to communicate your thought processes. You want to get started, but you're not sure about it? That's a good starting point for you. So what do you think about the possibility of being a writer? Why It's Vital to Have Passion. People are more likely to overcome challenges if they are filled with passion and zeal. People who are enthusiastic about what they do, as opposed to those who are only "in it for the money," tend to be happier and better able to solve problems. So, passion is important because it's an indication of drive and enthusiasm. The way you get a passion is by doing. Time and time again, we notice that kids who start doing something at the young age of fourteen are more likely to be good at it. They develop a passion for the things they love.

Ep 152#152 Power Hour Q&A with John Kitchens

Just as you would protect your valuable belongings with an insurance policy, it is just as important to protect your mindset. Your mindset is what allows you to see the beauty in life, keep a positive outlook, and stay motivated. Unfortunately, our minds are constantly under attack by a negativity bias, which is the tendency for our brains to pay more attention to negative experiences than positive ones. This can lead to feelings of discouragement and despair. However, there are some simple steps you can take to protect your mindset from these attacks. First, make a commitment to yourself to focus on the positive. This may mean making a conscious effort to find the silver lining in every situation or only spending time with people who make you feel good. Second, surround yourself with positive messages. Fill your home with inspiring artwork, quotes, and photos that remind you of your goals. Third, take care of your body. Be sure to get plenty of sleep and exercise, eat healthy foods, and avoid drugs and alcohol. By protecting your mindset, you will be better able to withstand the negative forces in your life and maintain a positive attitude. Mindfulness has become something of a buzzword in recent years, with everyone from Oprah to Tim Ferris extolling its virtues. But what exactly is mindfulness, and why should we care? Mindfulness is simply the practice of paying attention to the present moment, without judgment. That might sound easy enough, but in our fast-paced, constantly-connected world, it can be surprisingly difficult to do. The good news is that mindful living has been shown to have a number of benefits, including reduced stress levels, improved focus and concentration, and increased feelings of well-being. So next time you find your mind wandering during a meeting or while you're supposed to be enjoying a sunset, take a deep breath and focus on the here and now. You just might be surprised at how good it feels.

Ep 150#150 Importance of Leadership

Leadership can be defined as a process by which an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal. The key component of leadership is influence, which is the ability of the leader to persuade others to change their beliefs or behaviors in order to achieve the desired goal. There are many different styles of leadership, but all effective leaders share certain qualities that enable them to influence others. These qualities include charisma, intelligence, and vision. Leaders must also be able to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Leadership is an important quality to possess in any area of life. In the business world, good leaders are essential for ensuring that companies operate efficiently and achieve their objectives. For example, if we want to lose weight or quit smoking, we will need to have the leadership qualities necessary to motivate and inspire ourselves to make these changes. By developing our leadership skills, we can learn how to effectively influence others and make positive changes in our lives and in the world around us. Mindfulness and emotional intelligence are two concepts that are often spoken about in the same breath. But what exactly are they? Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Emotional intelligence, on the other hand, is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions as well as the emotions of others. While both mindfulness and emotional intelligence can be beneficial in many different areas of life, they are especially useful in the workplace. Being able to Mindfully observe your thoughts and feelings can help you to better understand them, which can, in turn, help you to manage them more effectively. Similarly, having strong emotional intelligence skills can enable you to create a positive work environment, build strong relationships with your colleagues, and resolve conflicts effectively. Ep 147#147 Honey Badger Agent Attraction Q&A with Jay Kinder, Albie Stasek and John Kitchens

There's an old saying that hard work never killed anyone. But innovation might. Just ask any of the millions of people who lost their jobs to automation over the past few decades. Or ask the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, which just announced that they're doing away with essay questions on their standardized tests because students are apparently too bad at writing them. When it comes to innovation, it seems, we just can't keep up. Of course, there's nothing new about innovation leading to job loss. What is new is the pace of change. It used to take generations for new technologies to completely displace old ones. Now it takes years, sometimes even months. Consider the case of blockchain, which was invented just a decade ago and is already being used to disrupt entire industries, from banking to real estate. This is why it's more important than ever to be innovative in our work. If we don't, we risk being left behind by the very thing that makes innovation possible: technology. So let's get out there and innovate as our jobs depend on it because, for many of us, they do. Adding value to your life will always add consistency. It is a simple yet profound way to improve your personal and professional growth. Adding value means living your life with intention and purpose. Every decision you make should be based on what will add the most value to your life. This may seem like a lot of pressure, but it doesn't have to be. You can start small by adding value to your daily routine. For example, if you usually watch TV after work, try reading for 30 minutes instead. Or, if you typically eat out for lunch, pack a healthy meal from home. As you start to add more value to your life, you'll notice that other areas will improve as well. You'll have more energy and motivation, which will lead to better productivity at work and improved relationships with family and friends. Adding value to your life is a simple yet powerful way to create lasting positive change.

Ep 145#145 Creating, Delivering, and Capturing Value

Creating, delivering, and capturing value is essential for any business. Creating value involves coming up with new ideas and products that customers will find useful or desirable. This can be a challenge, but it's essential for businesses to stay innovative and ahead of the competition. Delivering value is about getting those products and services into the hands of customers. This requires efficient logistics and customer service. Finally, capturing value is ensuring that the business gets paid for the products and services it provides. This can be done through pricing strategies, marketing, and building long-term relationships with customers. Creating, delivering, and capturing value is a key part of running a successful business. A business model is like a recipe for success. Without the right ingredients and processes in place, the business is likely to fail. Just as a cookbook contains instructions for making a particular dish, a business model provides a blueprint for setting up and running a business. It outlines the company's goals, strategies, and systems, and sets out how these will be achieved. While there is no single formula for success, a well-designed business model can give a business a considerable competitive advantage. There are a number of different business models that businesses can use to achieve these goals. The type of business model that a company chooses will depend on a number of factors, including the industry it operates in, the products and services it offers, and its target market. By clearly articulating the company's vision and outlining a path to achieving it, a business model can provide focus and direction, and help to ensure that everyone in the organization is working towards the same goal. In today's increasingly competitive business environment, an effective business model is essential for any organization that wants to succeed.

Ep 141#141 What Problem Are You Trying To Solve?

Running a team is a lot like herding cats. You've got a bunch of individuals with their own ideas and agendas, and it's your job to keep them all moving in the same direction. It's not an easy task, but it can be incredibly rewarding. Seeing a group of people come together and achieve something great is an incredible feeling. Of course, it's not all rainbows and unicorns. Running a team can also be frustrating, exhausting, and downright thankless. But at the end of the day, it's worth it. Because when you're part of a team, you're part of something bigger than yourself. And that's pretty darn special. If you're like me, you enjoy a good book from time to time. But sometimes it's hard to find the time to sit down and read. That's where podcasts come in. You can listen to them while you're driving, doing chores, or even working out. And unlike books, they're usually free. But which is better? Let's compare the two. Podcasts are great because you can listen to them passively. You don't have to give them your full attention like you would a book. This means you can multi-task and still get something out of the content. But books are also great because they provide a more immersive experience. You can jump back and forth between pages to re-read sections, look up words, or take notes in the margins. And if you're really enjoying a book, it's easy to get lost in it for hours at a time. So which is better? It depends on what you're looking for. If you want something that you can easily consume without giving it your full attention, go for a podcast. But if you want an immersive experience that will transport you to another world, pick up a book.

One way to help prevent soil erosion is to maintain a healthy lawn. Grassroots help to hold the soil in place, and the dense network of blades helps to deflect wind and water. In addition, lawns help to slow down the flow of rainwater, giving the ground a chance to absorb the water before it runs off. As a result, a well-tended lawn can play an essential role in preventing soil erosion. process of always seeking progress and growth can be challenging, but it is worth it to improve our quality of life. Ep 139#139 Coffee and Coaching Episode 27 | Coffee and Joel Perso

Join us for another episode of Coffee & Coaching as we talk about business, life, and everything coaching with Joel Perso. As any seasoned framework aficionado knows, having a sturdy framework is essential for growth. Without a framework in place, all your effort will be for naught. Your framework is what allows you to double your effort and see real results. It's the foundation upon which you build your success. So if you're serious about growth, be sure to invest in a strong framework. It'll be the best decision you ever make. All too often, people focus on the destination without taking into account the journey. It's easy to get caught up in the end result and overlook the important steps that need to be taken along the way. That's why it's essential to have a framework in place to ensure growth and progress. Without a framework, it's all too easy to get sidetracked and lose sight of your goals. The framework provides a roadmap for success, outlining the steps that need to be taken in order to achieve your desired outcome. What's more, the framework helps to keep you accountable, ensuring that you are putting in the necessary effort to reach your goals. Doubling down on your efforts is essential for achieving success, and the framework provides the structure and support that you need to make it happen. So if you're looking to achieve big things, don't forget the importance of having a framework in place. It could be the difference between reaching your goals and falling short. There's no question that framework is important. It provides the structure and support that we need to grow and succeed. Without a framework, we would be lost and wandering aimlessly. But framework is not just about putting up fences and walls. It's also about opening doors and creating opportunities for growth. So if you're feeling stuck, remember that framework can be your friend. It can help you focus your efforts and double your chances of success. Just don't get too comfortable within your framework. Remember to keep pushing boundaries and expanding your horizons. That's how you'll achieve true greatness. Sales and marketing are two of the most important aspects of any business. After all, what good is a product or service if no one knows about it? That's where sales come in. Sales is all about getting people interested in what you have to offer. It's about generating leads and converting them into customers. And once you have customers, you need to keep them happy so they'll continue doing business with you. That's where marketing comes in. Marketing is all about creating a positive image for your company and maintaining good customer relations. It's about promoting your products or services and making sure that people remember your brand. So sales and marketing are both essential to the success of any business. But which one is more important? That's a tough question to answer. They both play vital roles in the growth of a company. Without sales, there would be no customers. And without marketing, there would be no reason for people to buy from you instead of your competitors. So it's hard to say which one is more important. In the end, it all comes down to what works best for your business. If sales is your strength, then focus on that. If marketing is your thing, then put more effort into that.

Ep 137#137 Commitment to Numbers

The first step to acing your business is Commitment to numbers. You need to set goals for yourself and strive to meet them. We only have two kinds of markets - a buyer market and a seller market. Either you get high supply, low demand or get low demand, high supply. For Oscar, he believes that it's vital to know the data. A great leader sees the data as no better than it is and no worse than it is. Data gives you the numbers and as a leader in the market, you have to understand your numbers. In the fast-paced world of business, you need to build a team that thrives especially in difficult times. When the market shifts, when the market changes, you need to be alive. You can join mentorship programs and be with leaders leading the way with technology. But more importantly, you need to be coachable. One of the things that you need to have in the market is a coach. You also need to be accountable, know your numbers, and develop sustainable and robust systems and methodologies that work in the market even when it changes. Communication and decision-making are both important aspects of the business. It is vital to take decisions fast and communicate them to your team through the most effective and efficient channels. More importantly, you need to analyze your business environment by looking at the demographics. After analyzing the business environment, you have to know the market. You need to know how you represent the people and how these people are represented. As a team, you need to have partners outside of your team that can help your team become stronger. In business, you need to have a contingency plan in place. Oscar believes that as an owner, you have to structure your organization where you have a linear, circular, or parameter structure. It is also vital to recognize your leaders and identify their strengths and what they can offer for your business. You need to have a system structure in place that can keep your team strong.

In the world of real estate, Trusting the Process often refers to making long-term decisions that may not necessarily result in an immediate payoff. For example, instead of flipping a house for a quick profit, Trusting the Process may involve holding onto the property for several years in order to see appreciation. For one thing, being kind helps to build strong relationships. When we are kind to others, we show them that we care about them and are interested in their well-being. This, in turn, can lead to strengthened bonds and deeper connections. Additionally, being kind can also have a positive effect on our own well-being. 33:49 The Third Door In the book, mainly talks about how people always know that there are two ways to enter a nightclub, as 99% go through the front door, 1% go through the VIP, but then when you can't get in there there is always the third door or somewhere that you can get in. 39:24 Different Levels of Leadership First is the selfish leader who only talks about me, me, me. Second is barter leadership which is about give and takes relationships or trade and there is the selfless leader and lastly is servant leadership.
