AI is going to touch everything because it's a language. It has all the content, it has the language models, it has to consume and break down information into simple terms. And that's why this is so powerful because as business owners, as real estate agents, we can take information and process it faster, 10 times faster, and make decisions faster, and provide value to the masses faster. Many people worry that AI is coming to replace real estate agents. However, that's not the case. AI is just coming to empower agents to guide and give them one reference point, or two, or three or four based on different data sets that they can evaluate. For example, a consumer sees value on the system that Zillow provides. Because it's easy, it's quick, they don't need to know anything, they just go and take a look and give them a picture of where the home price is. You can argue it could be 20% off 10% up, but it gives them a picture of where things are at. AI is the future of real estate, and it's important for agents to stay ahead of the curve. According to a survey, 48% of agents and AR D said that their number one struggle was the speed on which technology was moving in the real estate industry. There's so much, so many things, and they struggle with that. But in order to break through that struggle, agents have to plug in, learn, and educate themselves. As leaders, we are constantly faced with challenges and obstacles that can shake our confidence and make us feel defeated. This lack of success can start to wear on our confidence, but it is important to remember the commitment to confidence is critical to not lose sight of. To regain confidence, we must focus on the things within our control on a daily basis. This includes tightening up our routine and being crystal clear on the one or two three things that we have to take action on within our control. At the end of the day, we must evaluate if we did what we said we were going to do, identify what got in our way, and make adjustments for tomorrow. However, negative emotions, memories, and thoughts can creep in, even when we try to stay positive. It is impossible to eliminate them once they are imprinted in our mind. The key is to layer more positive on top of them, burying them deeper by reinforcing positive imagery and daily routines that help us move our bodies, meditate, pray, and journal. One of the most effective ways to overcome limiting beliefs is through journaling. It is a powerful tool that can help us identify challenges and constraints, make adjustments, and accelerate growth. By setting aside at least 10 minutes every day to journal, we can begin to layer on positive thoughts and eliminate negative ones. Another crucial resource to help us with the constraints in our business is the Dashboard. It doesn't matter what stage of the business you are at, there are certain things that we should be paying attention to, from leads to effort to conversations to engagement. By reverse engineering the number of new conversations, appointments, and contracts we need to make sales, we can set measurable goals and track progress on a scoreboard. However, it is important to set aside time in our calendar to update and review the dashboard regularly. This way, we can identify MVPs (most valuable players) and get the right things in the right order into the calendar to take action on. Staying confident in the face of challenges requires daily focus, positive affirmations, and effective tools like journaling and dashboards. By implementing these practices, we can overcome limiting beliefs, identify constraints, and accelerate growth.
