In today's video, John and Albie talk about the difference between operating on a high-stress level and low-stress level capacity. While some people can work under intense pressure and stress, you can only stay stressed out for an extended amount of time, it becomes an issue that you can lose focus, and it can lead to being emotionally unstable, unhealthy habits, failed relationships, not taking care of oneself and affect every aspect of your life- both business and relationship. To be able to get to the next level and unlock your potential, you have to focus and operate in a low-stress level environment. Do something that can help you such as breathing work, meditation, exercise, and visualization. Always be hungry and never lose sight of the days that drive you to do more. This can be the struggle and hard days you had before. Keep them in sight to motivate you to move forward. They also shared ways to keep stress levels low like breathing work, meditating, exercising, etc. They highly advocate working in an environment that brings out your full potential- focus, clarity, and making better decisions. You'll find amazing advice from Albie's insights as he explains the challenges of joining Ironman, and how it benefited him in the long run. How experiencing hardcore training was stress relieving at the same time pushing himself past his comfort zone. He shared nuggets about how his team of leaders and independent brokers build agent attraction, and retention and help solve problems altogether.
