Why is virtual assistant crucial in today's business? If you are spending more time on administrative tasks than on the core business itself, and are ready to scale your business, then you may need one or two! It's no surprise that after the pandemic hit the world, there was a massive shift in the workforce that made most businesses adapt to a virtual or work-from-home setup. In today's episode, our guest speaker Justin provides great insights into hiring VAs, scaling your business, knowing what are the advantages and disadvantages, and a lot more. Justin is the owner of Sphere Rocket, a virtual assistant company that helps business owners get effective virtual assistants to work for them. The concept is pretty simple, you can focus more on your time and freedom and do the activities you enjoy while having someone do the menial tasks for you. A VA company works similarly to real estate transactions. The only difference is you use virtual assistants as the primary lever whereas, in real estate, clients ask for your assistance in buying a home. There are several pros and cons to using an in-person admin and a VA. You have to ask yourself, 'what do you need them to do in person that can't be accomplished virtually?'. There are key points in this video from Justin, as he explains further things you need to consider. He will provide detailed information on when you need to get a VA, and what are the downside and struggles of both in-person and virtual assistants. Of course, there's no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to hiring your own VA, Justin will be transparent in his approach, qualifying if your business needs a VA. You will have clarity on what you and your business need.
