This podcast was inspired by a happening in my life where I just goofed and made a huge mistake. Rather than beating myself up (which was my old pattern) I remembered a story:A yogi was walking alongside her guru and expressing how guilty she felt about a mistake shemade. The guru listened with full attention and then replied, "How egotistical of you?"The devotee was quite shocked at the response, but then the guru continued. "How egotistical of you to assume you are so perfect in your human-ness that you are not afford a mistake."When I heard this, I felt instant relief.
