One of the best things you can do for yourself when it comes to weightloss is to learn how to fill your brain with purposeful, good thoughts. Guess what? When you do that you squeeze out time for non-purposeful harmful thoughts. This doesn't mean the old crap goes away. Doing the deliberate, nice talk just means you are at least evening out the playing field. When you create a goal, you must picture yourself reaching that goal. Let's say you set a goal weight. What do you do at that weight? How do you feel? What do you look like? Today's podcast dives deep in how to think more about where you are going than hating where you are. It's a key to weightloss so you better listen up.

What they don't understand is that when you eat chips and ice cream at 8pm has nothing to do with being hungry. I know back when I weighed 250lbs I ate because I was TIRED and desperately wanted some me time. If you are like me, no shake makes you feel cared for and deserving of quiet time. Pills don't take away feelings of stress and overwhelm from another day of not getting it all done. I tried these diets and FAILED them time after time. I felt like a failure. If you feel me then know this… All that's happened is the diet industry has set you up year after year to fail. YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE. Today's podcast is key.
