Sara is a registered dental hygienist (RDH), certified Myofunctional Airway Specialist and Orofacial Myologist. In practice I regularly see everything from inconsistent cycle lengths to anovulatory cycles and even complete loss of the menstrual cycle. I myself even dealt with period problems due to hypothalamic amenorrhea.
