We frequently put out surveys on the Instagram asking what you’d like the next episode to be about…and this is a F2BR request! This is a topic we are not well versed in. We tried all of the popular and expensive products growing up and I am happy (and not so happy) to report that none of them are on the Do list! Genetics plays a huge part in all things self-care, so take that for what it’s worth and of course, always consult with a professional doctor or dermatologist for all of your individual needs and inquiries.
