Life is all about balance! With technology and social media we all have instant access to legitimate facts…but also unsolicited or marketed personal opinions. When it comes to nutrition or “dieting” it is easy to get sucked into the quick fix of “fads” and that’s what we are going to chat about today. We have done a majority of those fad diets and we have to let you in on a little secret we have realized along the way.

Real Tip of the Day: Prep for Success!
If you are not prepped, you are prepped for failure, for stress, for more work for yourself. Set aside 1 day out of the week to cook and box up your meals. Maybe its just one meal. Maybe its just healthy snacks. Whatever you prep for your Monday - Friday, we guarantee you will feel more at ease with making decisions, having more time, and feeling less frazzled each day.
