Back to Carly & Victoria talking away after a short weekend vacation and…well if this isn’t the realest of the real conversations we’ve had so far, I don’t know what is. Theres a bit of laughter, some tears, and a whole lot of truth packed into this episode. It’s one of our longest chats, but we feel its super important and we hope you can relate to the struggle!

…Flipping that Switch feels like one of the hardest things to do, but once you start you have the opportunity to never look back! And if you take a few steps back along the way, that’s ok! Trust us, we have flipped and flopped that switch for as long as we can remember, but you can do it! We know you can!

Real Tip of the Day: Mission NOT Impossible
Figure out what it is that you want. Exactly. Clearly. With intention! You motivational mission needs to be 100% focused for it to turn to discipline, because that where the real change begins. Take the time to be aware of what you feel your motivation is and write down your mission!
Lets make it EXTRA! Perfect Day [sung as your soundtrack like you’re a lawyer in pink]
Organize yourself! Grab a planner or notebook that you are going to be excited to use daily, get it! Write out your “Perfect Day” map it out for yourself. Make it clear. Keep it consistent, and you will see with time your “perfect day” will be your norm!
