Did you know that Stress and Burnout are two very different things? We didn’t either! We chat on the symptoms physically, mentally and behaviorally and how to differentiate between stress in your life and a burnout! It is so common and it is so important to recognize the signs so you can make changes to live your life to the fullest!

We absolutely relate to these feelings on the daily and we hope this resonates with you as well! Let’s make the commitment to ourselves to take notes and to make some life altering changes!

Real Tip of the Day: If You Don’t Know. Now Ya Know

Grab a pen and paper, set aside 10 minutes and write what makes you feel stressed, burnout, symptoms you’re having, triggers that bring on these feelings and sit with the truth! It is so important to bring awareness to the root cause of all of this so that changes can be made. First, you have to put a name to it. Is it stress? Or is it burnout? You deserve to find out!

Lets make it EXTRA! Bound for Boundaries!

Do yourself a favor and call it quits the moment you hit the sheets! Start making the habit to turn off and cut your accessibility once it’s time for bed. Don’t bring your “obligations” to bed with you. Set your boundary of when people can still be in contact with you and you’ll find you’ll feel more free and less bound to your phone and the outside world.
