EP: 300 - Client story: Rewiring her brain & no longer feeling the urge to binge with my client Jess

Today I’m bringing on one of my clients to share her story of how she's been able to get to a point of honestly not having the DESIRE to binge. Jess started dieting at a very young age as a child doing very restrictive diets to then of course feeling completely out of control with food. She has had moments in the past where she stopped binge eating but mentions that it was always because she was disciplined to lose weight or she would just muster up the motivation to stick to the plan OR she would just distract herself but this time working with me it’s been different. Although at the time of this recording we have only worked together for 3 weeks, She’s been able to no longer feel the urge to binge and haven’t had the desire to binge because she really worked in sync with her mind and learned how to reprogram her brain and understand the difference between her binge voice and her true self. In this episode she talked about the importance of investing in yourself and how getting support from a coach who has gone through binge eating themselves has been really helpful. Jess has an INCREDIBLE long term mindset and wasn’t worrying about getting results FAST and ironically she has gotten fantastic results in just 3 weeks.
