EP: 214 - The 7 different types of night time eating

There are 7 types of night time eating that I explain in this episode. You may resonate with 1, a few or ALL of them. This isn’t to label yourself. However when you have a greater level of awareness over which type of night eating you experience, then you can determine what you specifically need to do in order to regain your control back. Perhaps you’ve tried to distract yourself, brush your teeth, go to bed early or stay busy to avoid eating at night when really you’re bingeing or emotionally overeating late at night because you have a fear of eating in front of other people during the day or you feel anxious going to bed hungry.
