Being able to listen & trust your intuition is such an important skill to learn on your journey to improving your relationship with food so you can get back in tune with your hunger & fullness cues and stop when you’re full. Being intuitive is also beneficial in so many other areas of your life when making any decision about relationships, your job, boundaries etc. In this episode I share my story on how I went from not being able to hear my intuition at all, to fully listening to it and trusting it.
