Passion is the fire that lights the way.” PURPOSE AND PASSION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you. Let your shoulders drop and your jaw relax with every breath you take. Release any tension you may be holding in your body and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. PAUSE… As you focus on your breath, think about what it means to have purpose and passion in your life. What is the reason you’re on this journey? What is lighting your way? Take a moment to reflect on the things that make your heart sing, the activities that bring you joy, and the experiences that make you feel most alive. LONG PAUSE… Consider the things that you have always been drawn to, the talents that come easily to you, and the ways in which you can use those gifts to make a positive impact in the world. As you continue to breathe deeply, envision yourself fully engaged in the things that you love. See yourself using your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others, to bring joy to those around you, and to create a life that is rich and fulfilling. Allow yourself to settle into the space around you. PAUSE… Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, letting your exhale be longer than your inhale. LONG PAUSE… What does it mean to live on purpose? Take a moment to explore this idea within yourself. PAUSE For me, living on purpose means that I am aware of the life I am creating at any given moment. That I’m taking the time to get to know myself and what I want to create, And then stepping into, the often scary or inconvenient, actions that will take me there. PAUSE I visualize a small river moving its waters downstream, While I divert from its path, And create my own flow. No matter what anyone else things, No matter what the rules have been. It’s me, Consciously creating my own path, Putting together each puzzle piece of my life purposefully. PAUSE What do you feel when you think about living your life on purpose? Take some time and just be with this question. LONG PAUSE How can you live your life on purpose? What can you do today that will help you consciously create a life you love? But when we take the time to reflect and connect with our purpose, it can be transformative, as it allows us to gain clarity on what we truly want in life and what our unique gifts and talents are. PAUSE Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let go of any tension in your body, and allow yourself to relax fully. PAUSE… Now, bring your attention to your breath. As you inhale, feel your chest and belly expand, and as you exhale, feel them contract. Simply observe the rhythm of your breath, without trying to change it in any way. PAUSE… Now, ask yourself the question, "What is my purpose?" Let the question settle within you, without the need to answer it immediately. Allow yourself to be open to any messages or insights that come to you. LONG PAUSE… Imagine yourself standing in front of a door. This door represents the path towards your purpose. Take a moment to visualize the door, noticing its color, texture, and any details that stand out to you. PAUSE… When you are ready, open the door and step inside. As you enter, notice the space around you. What do you see, hear, and feel? Allow your senses to guide you and take in everything that surrounds you. PAUSE… As you explore this space, be curious and open to the possibilities. Imagine yourself walking towards a table where a book lies. This book contains all the answers to your questions about your purpose. Open the book, and as you read, allow the words to sink in and resonate with you. PAUSE… As you continue to read, you may notice insights and realizations emerging. Allow yourself to be present with these insights, and let them guide you. PAUSE… When you are ready, close the book and take a deep breath. Expressing gratitude for the insights you have received, and for the journey you’re on. PAUSE… As you exit the room, close the door behind you, and take a deep breath. You’re more aware of the sounds around you, The cadence of your breath, The sensation of your body against the floor or chair or bed that’s supporting it. Just breathe... PAUSE… Invite your body to slow down, Your breathing to elongate its rhythm, Your shoulders to relax, And eyes to get heavy. PAUSE… Be here now. Surrendering to the power of your body to bring you to the present moment. Letting go of the thoughts and emotions that want to distract you. And just breathe... PAUSE... They’ve told you that only perfection deserves the best. That your hair or your legs or your loudness disqualifies you from your dreams. Those dreams that the little girl inside of you is always creating. Those dreams of soul connecting love. Those dreams of total body freedom. Those dreams of sharing your gifts, Fulfilling wealth, health and inner joy. PAUSE... They’ve told you that because you have scars from your past, Or you don’t fit a certain mold, That these dreams cannot be yours. Or worse - that they have limits. They’ve given you scripts to follow, So you can stay safe in the story they’ve created for you. Tamed. Dimmed. They’ve told you that you are not worthy. PAUSE… But, my love, they do not know YOU. They do not know your worthiness is as unwavering and as true as the sun that rises every morning. They do not know that your scars create a playful pattern of beauty that you wear proudly. They do not know that you are limitless, That you’ve written your own script. That you will expand and shamelessly reach for the dreams that little girl creates because you can, Because you are meant to be here. Just the way you are. You are worthy. PAUSE… You are worthy of showing up in this life, Of being seen, being heard and being respected. You are worthy of great love, incredible friendships and financial abundance. You are worthy of being a part of the conversation, Worthy of creating the conversation. You are worthy of a healthy body, a healthy mind and living the life you desire. Meditation: Let Go of The Ego

Breathing in. Breathing out. Imagining each breath in cleansing you, preparing you for this new moment. And each breathe out releasing any thoughts or emotions that may be sitting inside of you. Breathe in, fresh new air. Breathe out and release. Breathe in. Breathe out. PAUSE… Now imagine that you’re sitting on a bench outside. The shade is covering you and the cool breeze kisses your cheeks. You see a little girl sitting beside you, and you lovingly reach over and touch her hand. As soon as you touch her, a colorful vision flashes in your mind. It’s a recent memory of when you were mad. You can see yourself, your body and mind so filled with anger that nothing else seemed to matter to you. Maybe you shouted hurtful words, perhaps you did mean things. Maybe you let your mind fill with blame or judgement. Just let yourself feel the heat of this touch. The heat of anger. PAUSE… Now imagine that you now touch your hand to the little girl’s back. This time, the vision is a recent memory of when you were scared. See that scene in your mind, coloring it with your rapid heart rate, the swirling of your mind with all the unknowns, the heaviness of anxiety that arose. Maybe you made poor choices. Perhaps you were disrespectful or rude. Let yourself feel the weight of this fear right now. PAUSE… Finally, let your hand now touch the little girl on the crown of her head. And notice as the memory floods in of a recent moment when you were sad. Feel the weight of your sadness fill you as you recall the depression, disappointment or self-pity you may have experienced. And let it sit here with you. PAUSE… Now imagine yourself turning to look at the little girl beside you, kneeling down in front of her so you can look her in the eyes and take her in. She is your ego. Your fears. Your anger. Your sadness. Your need to be right. The guardian of your identity. She is not you. But she is a part of you. A part that you can identify and let go of. And a part of you that you can find peace with. Meditation: You Are the Creator of Your Life

Let your attention fall onto the movement of your breathing. Silently whispering to yourself breathe in, When you breathe in. And breathe out, when you breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. PAUSE… Allow that circular rhythm of your breathing calm you and relax your body even further. Elongating your breathing just a bit more on every breath in and out. And feeling it slow down your body. And slow down your mind. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine for a moment that you’re standing in front of an easel that holds a blank canvas. It’s big and white and you’re in front of it with a paint brush in your hand. Take a deep breath in, letting fresh air fill you up all the way down to your toes, And as you exhale, imagine yourself putting your paint brush to the canvas, painting a picture of your current life. Perhaps your brush paints images of your family, friends and environment. Maybe you see it painting where you live, the work you do, your body and your health. Let your paintbrush freely draw all the challenges too - the areas of your life where you may feel stressed, or unhappy or angry. And for the next little bit, allow yourself to paint life as it is now. PAUSE… Now go ahead and take a deep breath in, filling your belly with cleansing air, And as you exhale, release it all out. Notice now that there’s a new, blank canvas in front of you, right next to the one you’ve just painted. And notice that the brush in your hand is clean and fresh once again. So now, use your brush to paint on this blank canvas, only this time, invite yourself to paint your life as you see it in your dreams. Your life filled with all those big goals and visions, people and circumstances that get you so excited, that make you feel hopeful, that fill you with child-like wonder. Fill your canvas with the colors and shapes of your dreams. PAUSE… Take a deep, cleansing breath in, And as you exhale, see the two paintings in front of you. Your life is magical. A precious gift. And YOU are the one who gets to create what your life is. YOU are the one with the paintbrush in your hand.
