This week our study is very cool and unique. We are going over grounding and how it can improve recovery and performance. Never heard of grounding? then definitely tune in! the study was pretty amazing and its also something that everybody can implement for very little buy in. We also talk about different energy systems we use in training and how to best execute those. Lastly, this weekend workout is Grog Bowl, and if you know what that is you should be a little worried.

This week we dive into nutrition. This is a topic we could talk about endlessly, it can be a hot topic and everybody seems to have their own opinion. Probably because everybody needs different nutrition. Our study tackles different way to assess your nutrition needs and then we dive into our tips on the first step you need to take. We also give a few book recommendations. Lastly this weeks workout is brand new, and i called the confused 5K.
12: SLEEP
Hey Athletes, This week we talk about, you guessed it, SLEEP! Sleep is super important and we go over a few studies that showed the effects of sleep and some practices to implement to help your performance. We also talk about our own sleep habits, what helps us and are good things to implement to help your sleep. The workout for this week is super simple, just a 60 minute run. BUT as usual, simple, not easy.
11: Lifting Fast, Travel Tips, & Condition Me to the Grave
Hey athletes! We play a little bit of catch up on our fitness progress. The study we talk about this week is geared toward muscle activation when lifting fast and at greater loads/intensities. We will be giving away a bunch more shirts yet again this fit week. And lastly, the workout for this week is the E03 5K. Like a normal 5K, but with more fun thrown in.
