Ep 155155: Expectations for the Seahawks draft class, our inaugural All-Seahawks Team vote, Legion of Boom 2.0

With the 2017 Draft now behind us, the guys reveal which player in particular they are most excited about. They also talk offensive line as Pete Carroll and Tom Cable were interviewed in the past couple weeks and offered up the positions where they expect each guy to compete. Chances are that Seahawks fans will see a drastically different line than in 2016, apart from Justin Britt at center. The guys announce the opening of voting for the Sea Hawkers Podcast Inaugural All-Seahawks Team. In the coming weeks, we'll take a look at the individual players who take the top honors. It's been a while, so they guys decide to take a trip to Prisco's World, and it doesn't look the same. Reports were that the Seahawks would have been interested in drafting a particular quarterback at the end of the first round, and Prisco wasn't buying it. With Marshawn Lynch now a member of the Oakland Raiders, the guys talk about how different it feels and how it relates to past relationships. Thanks to Bekah, Adam has a microphone that will make it much easier to produce a show when he has to work on the road. If you think you have a good name for his microphone, something he has to reference each time he's on the road, send in your comments via email and Bekah will choose her favorite. Do better nods go out to anyone with the idea that the latest set of DBs get to add 2.0 to the LOB name and to any extreme travelers from the U.S. who want to visit North Korea. Better at life nods go out to a first-year Seahawks player who is giving to charity and making an attempt to drop some pounds while engaging fans this offseason. Ep 154154: The Seahawks 2017 draft class and how the team made history on day two

The silly season leading up to the draft is over and now we have 11 new members of the 2017 Seahawks draft class to discuss. Adam and Brandan kick off the discussion with a look at the overall philosophy of the team that emerges from this draft. By taking three defensive backs in the first four rounds, it topped the number of DBs the Seahawks have taken in those round over the entire Carroll/Schneider era. We talk about what this means for the team, and Adam explains why this strategy has him a bit irked. Getting into the players, the guys talk about the importance of getting guys "in the trenches" this offseason based on how the 2016 season ended. They clearly went out and addressed what were seen as the top needs for the team on the defensive line, offensive line and at defensive back, but it did create some new questions particularly on the offensive line. Of the latest players, the guys are most excited about the potential of Malik McDowell, Shaquill Griffin, Nazair Jones and Tedrick Thompson, but will hold off to next week on deciding which one they're going to specifically root for in the 2017 season. In the second half of the show, a new member of the flock explains why this draft class has him especially fired up for the start of the season and why Eddie Lacy has 385,000 reasons to be in position to be an impact player this year. Do better callouts go to WalterFootball.com and to the stadium in Minnesota that is facing new problems. Better at life nods go to Paul Allen for his latest effort to benefit Seattle and to Marshawn Lynch for showing his appreciation for Seahawks fans as he returns to the NFL to live out a childhood dream. Ep 153153: Seahawks draft predictions with Rob Staton, scouting QBs in the draft, and advanced 2017 schedule analytics

General manager John Schneider took to the podium this week and it now sounds like the media is finally getting the message that he's been stating consistently that Sherman isn't going anywhere unless the team gets the kind of value they want in return. Since Sherman hasn't been traded yet, it's safe to assume that hasn't and probably won't be happening. Marshawn Lynch apparently has a deadline to sign with the Raiders before the draft and the guys wonder what a true deadline for a Lynch signing really looks like. Other news items include the departure of Garry Gilliam and contract numbers for defensive lineman Dion Jordan. Rob Staton of seahawksdraftblog.com returns to the Sea Hawkers Podcast to make a prediction of who the Seahawks will take with their first pick. Considering the Seahawks have done little to bolster their defensive line in the offseason, Rob thinks that the first pick would be the way to get help there and he has a pass rusher in mind that the team will like based on some unique characteristics. The guys also amuse themselves with the idea that the Seahawks have a chance to get another NFL Taco. Check out Rob's recent article: Considering a trade-up scenario for the Seahawks Following the discussion with Rob, Adam takes a look at the quarterbacks in the draft who he feels have the best chance for success at the professional level. Davis Webb from Cal made an official visit with the team recently and with the legal issues facing Trevone Boykin, could Webb be a quarterback the team looks at in the early rounds? Dave Bloomquist checks in with a deep dive into the advanced analytics for NFL scheduling and looks at the Seahawks rest differential to see where they may be at a disadvantage compared to the rest of the league. From there, Brandan takes a run at a Wisconsin reporter for publishing information that the NFL is supposed to keep private and Adam sends a do better to some university researchers. Better at life nods go out to supporters of science and to Cliff Avril for living up to his 2016 title of Housing Commissioner. Seahawks 2017 schedule release rundown

bonus

The Seahawks schedule for 2017 was released Thursday evening and Brandan from the Sea Hawkers Podcast joined up with Stuart Court of the Pedestrian Podcast to run down the list of games this season. The guys talk about starting off on the road against Green Bay, while they were a playoff team last season, they talk about the reasons why an early matchup could be preferable. Seattle takes on the 49ers in the home opener before finishing a stretch of games that likely pits them against the best quarterbacks they'll see all season in a four-game span. Three of the next four games feature strong defensive fronts with the Rams, Giants and Texans. With the first prime time game coming in Week 4 against the Colts, Seattle goes on a stretch of prime time games in the third quarter of the season. It kicks off in Week 10 against the Cardinals as the Seahawks face a division rival in the only scheduled road game in prime time. It gives the team an extended week to prepare for their Monday night matchup with the defending NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons in Week 11. After the Thanksgiving weekend matchup with the 49ers, Seattle jumps back into the primetime slot in Week 13 against Carson Palmer and the Eagles. Unless it snows in Seattle, December looks to be a rather warm month for the team as they face Jacksonville (the only 10am start on the schedule) and a game at Dallas on Christmas Eve. Arizona has a two-game winning streak in Seattle that the Seahawks hope to end in Week 17 of the regular season. Before closing out the show, the guys offer their early predictions on the team's record and talk about upcoming plans for next week's shows on both the Sea Hawkers Podcast and the Pedestrian Podcast. Ep 152152: Defensive back draft prospect visits, another top draft pick joins the Seahawks, and the latest on Lynch and Sherman

In the top news from the past two weeks, the Seahawks continue to accumulate top 5 draft picks from the 2013 draft as Dion Jordan is added to the roster after a disappointing beginning to his career in Miami. After collecting all of the Buffalo Bills running backs from the Marshawn Lynch era, is this the next goal for Seattle? We continue our series of looking at players the Seahawks have reportedly met with leading up to the 2017 NFL Draft and this week it's a look at the defensive backs. Reports show Seattle has met with at least six prospects at corner and another six at safety. It looks like this is a draft where the Seahawks could be looking to create a lot of competition in the secondary. Standout players in this group include Budda Baker from Washington, Obi Melifonwu of Connecticut and Cordrea Tankersley of Clemson. Reports had Marshawn Lynch coming out of retirement this past week, until Marshawn straightened things out by saying that when [catfish] gets real, he'll let us know. Adam wants to make sure the Raiders know that he wants some significant compensation if Seattle is going to deal him. With continued reports speculating on trade possibilities for Richard Sherman, and a report saying the trade was Sherman's idea, Adam tries to find a rational explanation that fits all of the reports that we've heard in the past month. Thanks to our listeners, we've now hit 200 reviews in the U.S. iTunes store and we're looking for about 40 more to try and run down a podcast about the NFL. The guys get into why a writer for Bleacher Report and a writer for Awful Announcing need to do better. Find out why golfer John Daly and Seahawks corner DeAndre Elliott are better at life in the closing segment of the show. Ep 151151: Draft prospect visits on offense, the offseason story that won't die, and the first arrest of the offseason goes to...

This offseason has reached a new low as Brandan finds himself watching gamers play Madden competitively, but the good news is the NFL Draft is just around the corner and we'll probably see the schedule released in the next couple weeks. To help lead up to the draft the guys take a look at a few prospects that have reportedly met with the team: guard Isaac Asiata, tackle Zach Banner, tight end Antony Auclair as well as wide receivers Chad Williams and Deangelo Yancey. It's important to watch prospect visits, because based on past history, there are players among this group who will are very likely to make the team either via draft or brought in as an undrafted free agent. This week's group includes two offensive lineman and three pass catchers (one tight end, two receivers). Knowing that the team looks for unique qualities, a demonstration of grit, and leadership qualities, the guys look at each of the players through that lens. Who is to blame for the continued rumors surrounding Richard Sherman? The writers who continue to put out the stories or those of us who click on the links? We discuss why this story doesn't seem to be going away. At the annual league owners meeting, Pete Carroll and John Schneider gave us some ideas for how the offensive line might shape up in terms of competition. We could be seeing guys at new positions at four of the five spots. Is continuity more important or is it better to put the best five players on the field? Trevone Boykin was the first Seahawks player to be arrested this offseason. The guys talk about what has been reported and how things seemed much worse in the initial reports. Even though he's now been arrested twice in the past two years, it sounds like the team plans to keep him on the roster at this point. Do better nods this week go to a pair of podcasters who spent a little too much time off topic for Adam's taste and Brandan has to revise his rant from last week to go from a general "do better" to pinpoint a particular team. Better at life honors go to Canadians for surprising us all with their awesomeness and lastly to one NFL team owner for being a sole dissenting vote on Oakland's move to Las Vegas. Ep 150150: Bennett's 2017 breakout players, Seahawks up against cap after latest signings, cost of trading up in the draft

We talked a little bit about the salary cap last week as Adam concluded that there was no more money left to sign players. All the money was gone. Turns out figuring out how the salary cap works is hard, so the guys take a bit of time to talk about some of the details before getting into the latest round of free agent signings for the team. Russ emails the show to ask about the logic of allowing Hauschka to leave the team in free agency and Adam and Brandan talk about the potential impact of losing someone who has been proven to perform in clutch situations. Now that some of the contract numbers are in, Adam has changed his tune on one player in particular. The reports of a Marshawn Lynch comeback continue and it's shown Adam a new trick the media seems to be using in how they continue to cover a story which there seems to be no new news. In actual news, Michael Bennett this past week named his three breakout players for 2017 and Brandan and Adam react to the names because one name in particular was a bit of a surprise. With the upcoming draft, Brandan takes a look at the cost of moving up in the draft and a look back to 2011 when the Atlanta Falcons swapped first rounders with the Cleveland Browns and offered up four additional picks to move up to select Julio Jones. If the Seahawks could have gone back and made a similar move, which players would Seattle may have missed out on drafting? The guys discuss the impact of making that kind of move. The Sea Hawkers Annual Banquet is scheduled for May 20 in Bellevue. Visit seahawkers.org for tickets. Emails from listeners spur a discussion on the offensive line as well as thoughts on a couple of the greatest comeback seasons of all time. Do better nods go to the competition committee if there aren't any proposals to allow for the Seahawks throwback uniforms and to sports news outlets for overreacting to something that seems like a waste of taxpayer dollars. Roger Goodell gets a Better at Life nomination for being just like the rest of us when it comes to commercials and to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN for writing an article that deserves Seahawks attention. Ep 149149: The great Eddie Lacy debate, Wayne Henderson of the Packers Fan Podcast weighs in, and making news with trade rumors

After addressing their offensive line by signing Luke Joeckel last week, the Seahawks look to make an impact to their running game by signing Eddie Lacy. Adam and Brandan don't agree that Lacy actually improves the running game as Adam thinks the money would be better put to use on the offensive line. Wayne Henderson of the Packers Fan Podcast joins the show to offer his thoughts based on what he's seen from Lacy in his four years in Green Bay. Adam's belief is that there are several running backs in the draft the Seahawks could have taken a look at and brings up a running back from Oklahoma who broke all kinds of records. With all the news focusing on the unsubstantiated trade rumors, Adam decides to cook up one of his own that is just as likely as any of the rest. If you're a writer for Bleacher Report, you're going to want to tune in and write a story, because it'll bring in the clicks! Wrapping up the passionate discussion from both sides with regard to Lacy, the guys decide to put down a wager on it and our members of the flock are encouraged to get in on it, too. If you go to getintheflock.com and believe Brandan is right and Lacy will get more than 600 all-purpose yards with the team next season, join Team Cheeseburger in Paradise. If you think Lacy falls short of that number, you can join Adam and Team China Food Chubster. Marshawn Lynch is back in the news for what is becoming an annual tradition, that he'll return to the NFL and play for his hometown Raiders. Adam also takes a look at an article from Hawkblogger shows that shows how the Seahawks missed out on an opportunity to address the offensive line last season and how it has created a problem for this offseason. In Do Better, Brandan looks at how the news about Richard Sherman being a potential trade option unfolded in the media while Adam addresses issues surrounding Colin Kaepernick's situation. Better at life honors this week go to Frank Clark, who Adam now shares a new kinship with, and to a current and former Seahawks player who were both honored at this year's 82nd Annual MTRWestern Sports Star Of The Year Awards. Ep 148148: The Seahawks show they care about o-line, Rob Staton of Seahawks Draft Blog with post-combine thoughts, and the start of free agency

The Seahawks show they're turning over a new leaf in 2017 by bringing in offensive lineman in the initial days of free agency. They sign a former #2 overall draft pick, but lose out in signing former Packers guard T.J. Lang to Detroit. Does an old mantra about this team still apply? Seattle also appears to be in the market for running backs past their prime. The guys talk about what may be the logic in that strategy and the merits of Adrian Peterson vs Jamaal Charles. The guys welcome Rob Staton of seahawksdraftblog.com and co-host of the 3000 NFL Mock Draft podcast. With the combine wrapping up last week, Rob has thoughts on who the Seahawks might want to look at in the draft. Unfortunately he has some bad news. The position of greatest concern is one of the weaker positions in the draft, especially in terms of the explosive type of lineman the Seahawks tend to try and find. He's especially excited by the prospects of some of the defensive players and the opportunity to find some key guys to help bolster the Legion of Boom. Follow Rob on Twitter @robstaton and check out 3000 NFL Mock Draft. In the final half of the show, the guys explore some of the biggest surprises in free agency, take a look at a surprising USA Today article and wonder why any NFL GM would pick up the phone when the Patriots are calling. Better at life nods go out to Michael Bennett for announcing he will be donating his endorsement money to charity and to The Truth for a nice gesture to his former NBA teammates. Ep 147147: The media is out to get Richard Sherman, a look at free agent o-lineman, and the combine inspires Lamp love

The guys come to you this week after watching running backs and offensive lineman run at the combine. Adam has one observation that he wants to share with everyone as a result: "I love Lamp." Pete Carroll said a whole lot of nothing, but does emphasize the importance of the running game in his press conference. John Schneider had several interesting thoughts to share with reporters in his addition to the approach he's taking to deliver a consistent championship caliber team. The guys take their initial look at free agents the Seahawks may be interested in by talking about offensive lineman. With Breno and Okung available in free agency is it time to get the band back together again? Or should the team look at several other free agents who are expected to be available this week? Richard Sherman was back in the news this week and the guys wonder if ESPN and the media are out to get Sherman. Based on what was in his interview with Cari Champion, it sounds as though Sherman and Champion were talking about different incidents. Yet, a produced piece inserted before the question makes it sound as though Sherman has a much different version of what happened in his confrontation with a Seattle reporter. It's that time of year for Sea Hawker of the Year nominations and Adam thinks he should be a shoe in candidate. We say thanks to our latest new reviewers in iTunes and take a call commenting on our thoughts from the previous show. The Seahawks media combine happened last week and deserve a "Do Better!" for missing out on a key competitor. Ep 146146: Seahawks players to cut, trade or re-sign this offseason (or in 2018)

Last week we took a look at the 2017 free agents for the Seahawks, and this week we look ahead to next year's list of free agents. As players enter their final year of their contract, the team tends to evaluate players for contract extensions or cut players to have additional money under the salary cap. We talk Jimmy Graham, Kam Chancellor, Justin Britt and Paul Richardson and the likelihood that a player could be cut, re-signed, traded or if we'll see them play out their contract. We take a look at some news items this past week as the former running backs coach talks about what the team needs to do to get back to the Super Bowl, what the Blair Walsh contract means for the future of Steve Hauschka and a former Dolphins defensive tackle makes a visit to the VMAC this week. In the second half of the show, we're looking for your feedback on the worst free agent signings of the Pete Carroll era after USA Today reports on their top three guys. In the Do Better segment, we learn about how writers waste time talking strength of schedule and why former NFL players shouldn't do meth. Better at life nominees go to NASA this week as well as a top CBS executive for his comments to the NFL commissioner. Ep 145145: Seahawks free agents, NFL cap casualties, Walsh to replace Hauschka, and coaching changes

With NFL free agency a couple weeks away, the Seahawks appear to be making a strategic move in their negotiations with kicker Steve Hauschka. Adam and Brandan talk about what may be behind the move to sign Blair Walsh, a kicker well-known to all Seahawks fans for a miss that won a playoff game for Seattle. In other news from the past week, there a number of coaching changes to report. What should fans make of these changes to the staff? The guys discuss. General Manager John Schneider has put the team in an incredible position this off season with very few notable players on the 2017 list of free agents. Which of these players should we expect the team to re-sign in the coming weeks? And with cap casualties starting to drop from other rosters, which players should the Seahawks be taking a look at? Before getting into the second half of the show, the guys discuss the Seahawks red zone performance in the 2016 season. Throughout the season, the Seahawks were at the bottom of the scoring percentage on the road, but is that metric even a good indicator for team success? There's one metric that seems to be more effective at measuring success where the team scored very well on. And while we're on the topic of the red zone, we look at who were Russell Wilson's top targets inside the red zone this year. The answer may surprise you, while the player who had the most significant decline in that area may not. A special thanks to Episode 145 Executive Producer Gary Blum and an announcement of the number of new members of the flock we want to reach by the kickoff of the 2017 season. An email challenges the assertion of which Super Bowl loss was the worst and do better nods go out to an online flower dealer and a Bleacher Report scout who has come up with an incredibly confounding term. Ep 144144: Pats SB win was good for Seahawks fans, Kenny Easley voted into the HOF, pick'em winners announced

The most important news to Seahawks fans from this past weekend wasn't that a certain quarterback and coach cemented their claim as all-time greats, no, it was that Kenny Easley was voted into the NFL Hall of Fame this weekend. Easley becomes the fourth member of the Seahawks to play his entire career in Seattle and make it to the Hall. Adam and Brandan run down some of the latest Seahawks news from the past week before getting into Sunday's game and how the victory by the Patriots actually makes our lives as Seahawks fans a little bit easier moving forward. By losing a 25-point lead to Genghis Tom, there's now a new offensive coordinator who will be remembered, not for one bad choice, but for a number of bad decisions. They all add up to a loss that will be remembered for many years to come. We also announce the winners of the Sea Hawkers Podcast pick'em league. It came down to a tie after all this weeks. The Patron League champion wasn't as close. To close out the show, a pair of former Big 10 quarterbacks fall into the Do Better segment while a quarterback and a group of zebras are Better at Life. iTunes | Google Play | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 143143: Coach Carroll offers hints on what to expect in 2017 and the ins and outs of 2016 with Clinton Bonner

Wrapping up the fourth season of the Sea Hawkers Podcast, the guys take a look at Head Coach Pete Carroll's final press conference of the season. Carroll talks about the one thing that had the biggest impact on the team this year. Was it the distractions the team faced including a few moments from Richard Sherman, was it the youth of the offensive line or injuries the team faced throughout the season? Looking ahead we get a sense of where this team may have diverted from Carroll's philosophy. Can we expect a shift moving ahead to next season. We also get some hints at where this team may focus some attention in the draft. While Adam was surprised to see the team focused at running back at 2016, there may be another surprise in 2017 at where we see Seattle focus its attention. Clinton Bonner joins the show to talk about some of the highs and lows of the 2016 season. Seahawks.com took a look at some award winning performances from the past season and Adam, Brandan and Clinton each offer their takes on competition at each spot and if there were some more worthy players deserving of the end-of-year awards. A long show for you this week as we get into a couple emails before moving on to a do better for the NFL and for Bruce Arians of the Arizona Cardinals. Better at life nods go out to Colin Cowherd and Adam's admiration for his views on the Falcons and to Marshawn Lynch for his latest trip to Houston, Scotland and how his Skittles endorsement finally won Brandan over. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! With the Seahawks season coming to a close, the big question being thrown around is wondering if the window for this Seattle team has closed. Adam wonders why we are even asking the question, because from the sounds of the media reports coming out of this game is the conclusion has already been reached. But, anyone making that claim must not actually be paying attention to the personnel this team has or looking around the division at the competition in the NFC West. Going back to last Saturday, the Seahawks season ends on a 36-20 to the Atlanta Falcons. With a week to reflect on the game, Adam and Brandan take a look back at some of the key moments and debate where things really went off track for the team after they got out to an unusual start for a road playoff game. Some of the same road struggles continued from earlier on this season, from red zone production and pass protection to not getting timely turnovers. The talk from the Falcons game turns to some listener emails and questions including whether or not the Seahawks should bring back Jimmy Graham. One reporter in the Seattle area makes a claim that the Seahawks, as a team, are no longer a likeable group of players. The guys talk about how Michael Bennett's outburst after the game contributes to that feeling. It leads into the latest controversy surrounding Richard Sherman and an alleged injury that wasn't reported during the season. In the second portion of the show, the guys talk about some of the things we plan for the offseason and would like to get listeners feedback and thoughts on some things to include. In the mailbag segment Ryan in Fairbanks, Alaska, tells a great story of all the effort that he went through to try and support the Seahawks and ensure that he couldn't be held responsible for a team loss based on his prior history. Aaron in Manitoba runs down a list of everything we as Seahawks fans should be proud of and look forward to with next year's Seahawks team. Closing out the show, a school district in Maryland makes a terrible decision to fire an employee and a Seahawks.com writer already appears to be jinxing a player for the 2017 season. Both need to do better. Ep 141141: It's time for Seattle to start quickly on the road. A look at key personnel differences from 12 weeks back

The guys offered their initial thoughts on the Falcons matchup earlier this week and now they're back with some additional focus on the matchup with Atlanta. First, it's a quick look back at three key plays from the Lions game and the historic accomplishment by Thomas Rawls. This weekend the Seahawks get the chance to start off the NFL action with a rematch this Saturday against the Falcons. Adam and Brandan look at some key personnel differences from that Week 6 game as well as some differences in the level of health of key players. Two questions: Can the Seahawks dominate the Falcons to the same level they did at CenturyLink? And will they be able to overcome their playoff history under Pete Carroll where they have always started out in at least a two-score hole before they've been able to put points on the board? We let you know about some events in the Atlanta area for fans traveling to the game and welcome the new members of the flock. Do better calls go out to a police chief in Michigan and to some of the coverage previewing the matchup to this weekend's Seahawks game. Better at life nods go to former Seahawks defensive back Tyvis Powell and to the Russian Sea Hawkers for an great gift for Earl Thomas. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Wild Card victory sends the Seahawks on to Atlanta (feat. UK Sea Hawkers Ross and Adam)

bonus

A joint playoff victory celebration as Adam and Brandan are joined by UK Sea Hawkers Ross and Adam of The Pedestrian Podcast. The Seahawks running game returns with Thomas Rawls doing the things we saw from him last season and helping lead the Seahawks to a 26-6 victory. Seattle also got it done through the air and while nobody was shocked to see Baldwin go over 100 yards, some incredible grabs by Paul Richardson made folks (including Chris Collinswoth) wonder if Odell Beckham had suited up in Richardson's gear for this game. The defense helps get it done as well, holding the Lions out of the end zone and keeping them to two field goals. Adam thinks a game ball should go to the Lions receivers for the number of key drops they had, which definitely contributed to the low score for Detroit. With the Falcons coming up, each guy offers up a concern heading into the Falcons matchup. It brings up a number of questions. Can this Seahawks team show up in the same way they did for 3 quarters against Atlanta in their regular season matchup? Can the Seahawks offensive line provide the same type of effort against a defensive line that was ranked similarly against the run as Detroit was, and can Pete Carroll's Seahawks finally get off to a good start on the road? If this team can pull together and offer the same type of focus they did when playing the Patriots earlier on in this season, then we can expect to see our Seahawks back in the NFC Championship game. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! The Rain City Miracle with William Cornell of the Rain City Redemption Series

bonus

We've raved about the Rain City Redemption series in the past. It's a must watch set of videos for Seahawks fans and it's hard to believe it has been as long as it has since the last movie in the series. The Rain City Miracle came out this week and creator of the series William Cornell joins us once again to talk about what went into this project and why he felt this was a story that needed to be told and in the archives along with previous episodes. He talks about the process it takes to put something like this together and why this video takes a bit of a different approach compared to previous episodes in the series. One of the videos greatest attributes, since it's about an amazing comeback in the NFC Championship game, we don't even have to suffer through another viewing of the play from the following game. You know which play we mean. Look back at some of the adversity from that season as well as some key moments that foreshadow this team's ability to never doubt themselves even when it looks like there is no chance to win. This is how the 2014 season should be remembered! Watch The Rain City Miracle Like the Rain City Redemption Series on Facebook Follow @RainCitySeries on Twitter

Ep 140140: Let the postseason begin, a look at the areas for the Seahawks to exploit vs Detroit, and Bobby Wagner's huge year

The Seahawks close out the regular season with their fifth straight 10-win season. It's an incredible accomplishment, so why do so many Seahawks fans seem down? Maybe it's because the team was a field goal kick or maybe even an extra point away from having a first round bye. If there's one small upside, it's that we don't have to wait an extra week to cheer our Seahawks on in the playoffs. Before the guys break down areas where the Seahawks may look to exploit this Lions team, they look back at a win over the 49ers. Again, a lot of fans were down about this game and the guys talk about why it may have had something to do with how this game started and expectations for a need to come out with a more dominant result on the scoreboard. Adam watched this game after hearing the fan reaction of the game and talks about his reaction to the Seahawks performance. Was it a mistake to pull Russell so early in the fourth quarter? The guys talk about what they liked from T-Boyk's performance late in the game. Going into this game, the guys are chock full of stats on how the Lions have performed this season. The Seahawks have a clear edge when it comes to the Seattle defense versus the Detroit defense, but Adam and Brandan look at what Stafford has done so many times this season to help the Lions overcome fourth quarter deficits. After the break, the guys get into the Do Better and Better at Life segments. An Ohio State Buckeye fan crosses the line in how fans should react to player performance and the Carolina Panthers show why they might be the most mentally weak team in the NFL this season. Two defensive standouts this season carry the final segment as Frank Clark and Bobby Wagner get credit for leadership on the sidelines and performance on the field. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 139139: The Cardinals are the new Rams, knowing when to boo your own team, and logic says Seattle should win its final game

If you're angry about this last game against the Cardinals, this is the show to listen to. We share your emotion, passion and disappointment with how this last game went for the Seahawks, because there was so much to be upset about. There were issues on offense, issues on defense, issues on special teams, beloved players were injured and the Seahawks lost their hold on the #2 seed. Now we have to also be Saints fans in addition to being Seahawks fans this final week of the season. After an incredibly poor showing in the first half, the Seahawks offense managed to get things going in the second half. Doug Baldwin lit up the Cardinals defense and Russell Wilson threw for 350 yards and four touchdowns. But turnovers and special teams cost the team in this game as well as a deep touchdown pass that gave the Cardinals easy points. The guys discuss whether or not it's ever okay to boo your team. Seattle is in the postseason and a win over the San Francisco 49ers guarantees they won't play the Giants in the first round of the playoffs. The guys talk about strategies in terms of playing time for the team and whether or not a bye is a good thing for this Seattle team. The Bills as well as the outrage culture on Twitter are targeted this week in the Do Better segment and Better at Life nods go to a basketball player for the Cavs and a Chiefs defensive lineman. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 138138: NFC West Champions, Bennett goes one pump too many, Sherman's SB49 flashback, NFL should only fine guys who are jerks

Your Seahawks are NFC West Champions as they finally put an end to the Rams three-game win streak. It only took and entire season of reverse jinxes to give the team an assist. Though the Seahawks won convincingly, the final score of 24-3 still seemed too close and a big part was due to some questionable decisions by the Rams interim coach. There were so many things to be happy about with this Seahawks performance: the Housing Commissioner (Avril) built more houses, Doug Baldwin broke some ankles, Bennett reminded us how many pumps is too many, and Jon Ryan made "the face" again. The Seahawks continue to close out the season against NFC West opponents with their final regular season game at CenturyLink against the Arizona Cardinals. Darin Pike joins the show to take credit for calling his shot on the downfall of the Cards and explain why the Seahawks team seems to perform well at home and has struggled on the road. There's one variable that seems to explain the performance of the offensive line on the road vs playing at home. A pass on the 1-yard line gives Richard Sherman a flashback and it leads to a confrontation with a reporter after his press conference. Earl Thomas speaks out as to what he may have been thinking in the moments after his season ending injury. The guys take a look at both issues and talk about how different a prominent headline you're seeing in the media could be different and also much less interesting. Do better nods this week go any media members who think the NFL shouldn't consider how bad it looks when they fine good guys who do things against the rules and the guys come up with a solution to determine who should and shouldn't get fined. Adam continues to work with Santa and discovers that people have a strange preference for unbroken candy canes. Better at life nominees this week are Richard Sherman (twice) and the rest of the Seahawks who earned Pro Bowl spots this year. We even include the Pro Bowl alternates. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 137137: A game so bad that Baldwin's facemask was throwing INTs and the LA Rams Podcast celebrates Jeff Fisher's firing

The Seahawks suffer their worst loss since Charlie Whitehurst was in on backup duty for Matt Hasselbeck and the guys talk about how it got so bad on Sunday that Doug Balwin's facemask was throwing interceptions. Adam talks about why he was legitimately to blame for the Seahawks loss and not Russell Wilson or the offensive line, but we still discuss which of the other two could have majorly contributed to the loss. James and Bear of the LA Rams Podcast join us this week to look ahead to the Thursday night matchup with the Seahawks. With Jeff Fisher getting fired on Monday, does that mean the Rams lose the binder full of trick plays they use against the Seahawks? Not only does LA come into the game with a different head coach, they come in with a different quarterback than we saw Seattle face earlier this season. In a shortened second half of the show, the guys get to a call and a couple emails that came in before the game. Chris Sims catches Adam's attention with a 60-second video clip that lands him on the do better list this week. The MVP of the MLS Cup gets Brandan's better at life nod this week as the Seattle Sounders earn a title on Saturday. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 136136: Dominant win over Carolina comes with a heavy price, is there a Seahawks curse at Lambeau?, interview with Patrick Seahawk Duncan

Putting the nail in the coffin of any playoff hopes the Panthers may have had for this season should feel good, especially when it's a 40-7 beatdown that started from the first play of the game. But unfortunately this win feels like a loss with Earl Thomas going down for the season with a broken leg. Adam and Brandan talk about some of the biggest plays in the win, why Justin Britt may be the team MVP and how this defense will look without Thomas. It's the first time he'll miss any major time and the guys talk about his tweet where he said he was thinking about retirement. With one Thomas out, there is another Thomas "in" and that's Thomas Rawls who looked like the running back we remember from the 2015 season. Young players like Rawls, Lockett and Frank Clark could be the catalyst the team needs at this point of the season going into the playoffs. With Marshawn Lynch on the sideline at this game, it caught the attention of Pete Prisco. He likens the visit by Lynch to the high school grad that comes back to hang out at school events. Turns out, Prisco had a very interesting way he liked to retaliate against fellow athletes and he once threatened to do the same to Lynch. The Legion of Boom will face a big test this week without their star safety as they go into Lambeau, a place the team hasn't won at since 1999. When Holmgren brought Matt Hasselbeck to the Seahawks, did it somehow lead to a curse that keeps this team from winning in Green Bay? This week's Sea Hawker spotlight focuses on Patrick Seahawk Duncan who was recently featured on Tackle My Ride on NFL Network. He reveals some behind the scenes stories and talks about what it was like to have Cliff Avril deliver his truck at the final reveal. The Kitsap Sea Hawkers are also raffling off some prizes for charity. You can reach out to Patrick on his Facebook page if you'd like to help support the effort. There's a do better for a player who could ruin a fun thing for the rest of the league by making a bad decision on which foundation to support with his cleats and for a football fan who stiffed his cab driver. Adam gives his better at life nod to Santa Mike, who may in fact be the actual Santa. Brandan calls attention to Steve Hauschka who has once again proven that he might be the best ping pong player in the Greater Seattle area. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 135135: Bucs pressure Russell Wilson to rare stat line, how the o-line rebounds vs the Panthers, and the Montana Sea Hawkers charity effort

The Seahawks come away with their third loss of the season in a truly ugly game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The offense only manages to score a field goal thanks to a pass interference call on the Bucs and the defense adds a safety. Not only were there injuries on the offensive line, there was a shakeup at right tackle just one series into the game and the three rookies struggled all day to keep up with a dominating defensive line. Adam and Brandan talk about just what went wrong and a stat line from Russell Wilson that we rarely see. Just because the Carolina Panthers are 4-7 coming into this game doesn't mean they can't give the Seahawks a game for Sunday Night Football. The Panthers are doing well in some key areas on offense, but their defense has struggled mightily on the road this season. It feels like this game is going to come down to whether or not the offensive line is going to look more like it did against the Philadelphia Eagles a couple weeks ago or if their struggles from last week continue. Tune in to the second half of the show to hear about the Montana Sea Hawkers fundraising efforts and how you can get a chance at winning a football autographed by Steve Largent and Jim Zorn while also helping out Montana charities. Calls to Do Better go out to LA Rams head coach Jeff Fisher for disrespecting a Hall of Famer and to San Diego Chargers fans for their effort. A repo man shows he can be Better at Life and we close the show by recognizing a Kitsap Sea Hawkers member for repping the club and going above and beyond in his community service efforts. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 134134: Russell Wilson is all the way back, Anthony Nachreiner preveiws the Bucs matchup, and the Sea Hawkers join in on the houses for Haiti effort

If there were any questions about the health of Russell Wilson going into the matchup against the Eagles, there is no doubt about his health now as we watched him catch the first touchdown pass of his career on a throw from Doug Baldwin. With another effort of 100+ yards, Baldwin now finds himself among the top Seahawks receivers of all time. The guys talk about why Baldwin deserves to make his first Pro Bowl as one of the top receivers in the NFL. Adam and Brandan also get into the Seahawks latest injury issues and discuss whether the team let Christine Michael go too soon. Before the preview with the Bucs, the guys take a trip to Prisco's World. Apparently the sickness is beginning to spread and the population of Planet Prisco is growing, and a former Rams quarterback is parroting Pete's words when it comes to Russell Wilson. Anthony Nachreiner of Nach on Sports joins the show to talk about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He and other Bucs fans are riding high after back-to-back wins and he lets us know what to expect with the Bucs defense that has issues in the secondary. Anthony says it could be a big day for Jimmy Graham, but also says the Seahawks may have to be concerned about the Bucs tight end as well. The guys close out the final part of the show with a discussion with the president of the Tornado Alley Sea Hawkers who is championing an effort for the Sea Hawkers clubs to join Cliff Avril in helping to build a house in Haiti. The current goal is to raise enough for one home on behalf of the club and they're halfway to the $6,500 goal. More information is up on their Facebook event page. Do better nods go to the Eagles for not even practicing correctly, and Adam goes after a phenomenon that has been sweeping social media. Ep 133133: Eagles preview with a lifelong Philly fan, Fant stays in at left tackle, Thomas Rawls ready to play

The 5-4 Philadelphia Eagles travel to Seattle this weekend after taking down the Atlanta Falcons and their number one offense. The Eagles defense held the Falcons to only 15 points and continue to dominate on their home turf. But they only have one win on the road to this point in the season. Brandan has this defensive front ranked only behind teams like the Cardinals and Rams and are a huge key to their success. Adam thinks that a more mobile Russell Wilson has a chance to become the first quarterback to pass for more than 300 yards against this defense. Eagles fan Scott Fenimore comes on the show to talk about his impressions of the Eagles and whether he thinks Carson Wentz is the kind of quarterback that can lead the Eagles to a Super Bowl. He believes that even with the success of Dak Prescott that Wentz will be the best quarterback to come out of this draft class. Scott also talks about the weaknesses of this defense as well as inconsistencies with the wide receivers who play on the outside. In the last segment of the show, the guys thank the listeners who submitted reviews recently. Adam goes after Skype and any other piece of software that requires automatic updates in his Do Better pick this week. Brandan closes the show by talking about Thomas Rawls and how he appears ready to go and his infectious personality that shows his enthusiasm for the upcoming game. Ep 132132: The Dark Knight Returns, Wilson vs Brady separated by one big stat, Jen Briney of Congressional Dish

Most Seahawks fans knew that it would be touch to expect a victory going on the road to take on Genghis Tom and the Patriots, but our Seahawks got it done. The 31-24 win came down to the final seconds of the game, something that is now becoming a weekly tradition. The offensive line did well to protect Russell Wilson, who threw for nearly 350 yards. By all accounts Wilson showed that he could outduel Brady, but there was one stat that really separated these two quarterbacks. A ton of credit for the win goes to the defense, a group that once again was able to keep the opposing team out of the end zone with another goal line stand. Coach Carroll helped make it a bit more interesting by going for two late in the game, and the guys talk about how Carroll was taking an opportunity to close out the Patriots and would have made the end of the game a lot less stressful. The guys revisit the discussion about Kam Chancellor from last show, because Kam came out and proved the kind of impact that he can have on this defense as he had several key plays that helped lead the team to victory. Jen Briney of Congressional Dish, and a fan of the Patriots, joins the show this week to talk about what it was like watching the game in a mixed Seahawks/Patriots household. Because she's a fan of a team that gets a lot of sports hate, we ask her for advice on how Seahawks fans should cope with a growing amount of NFL fans who dislike our Seattle team as well. We get into a bit of a political chat and also talk media. Even though she doesn't describe herself as a journalist, she does do actual journalism in how she approaches her research and reporting for her show. As we welcome new members of the flock, we learn that using fire can be an effective tool for disposing of unwanted Patriots propaganda. A thank you to our overseas listeners who came through with some reviews of the show this past week, and Tim emails to talk about Jimmy Graham works as a replacement in terms of a role Marshawn Lynch filled in seasons past. Do Better nods go to Pro Football Focus and someone who was intimately involved with Von Miller. Ep 131131: Carpenter not fined for kicking Sherman, Seahawks advantages vs the Patriots, and Belichick steals a page from Lynch's playbook

The guys return home to Montana after a great trip out to Seattle for the Monday Night Football game against the Buffalo Bills. The Seahawks picked up their fifth win of the season with a 31-25 victory and the guys take a look at some of the biggest plays, concerns with the secondary, and take a closer look at the play at the end of the half. If Dan Carpenter's wife thinks it's okay to suggest that Sherman be castrated, then I think it's fair to question the league on why they didn't fine the Bills kicker for drilling our cornerback with his foot. Considering there's a lot of anxiety among Seahawks fans going into this game against the Patriots, Adam helps break down some of the matchups where Seattle may be favored. Even though the Seahawks are underdogs of more than a touchdown, this is a winnable game for the team. How many times have we seen them perform at their best when others have been doubting them the most? In the second half of the show we run down the winners of the pick'em leagues and we have our first person who picked a perfect slate of games in Week 9. In Do Better we talk about the NFL head of officiating calling out the crew during the Monday Night Football game and the issues that creates. Bill Belichick gets questions that could create a distraction for the Patriots, but he takes a page out of Marshawn Lynch's playbook to deflect the media. A Better at Life nod goes to Kam Chancellor who got some great news this week and is also expected back in the lineup against the Patriots. Brandan's nod goes out to all men and women who are serving and who have served in the past - a Happy Veteran's Day to you all. Seahawks vs Bills postgame show with the U.K. Sea Hawkers

bonus

The Seahawks come away with a 31-25 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. Adam and Brandan are joined by Stu and Adam of the U.K. Sea Hawkers to talk about another prime time win. But with any win on Monday night game, there in controversy in a Seahawks win and the guys talk about the end of the first half and how fans can expect a new rule to come out of everything that transpired. The guys talk about an incredible game by Jimmy Graham who goes over 100 yards again and catches two touchdowns in one hand pinned behind his back by a defender. Is Bobby Wagner the best middle linebacker in the league right now? Another 16 tackles this week and he also gets a half a sack. The Seahawks are 5-2-1 at the halfway point and despite traveling to New England next week, fans can be happy with how this first half have turned out considering the many challenges this team has faced. Not only that, Russell Wilson looks like he's back to form and ready for going into the second half of the season. Wilson even scrambled for a touchdown and was the team's second leading rusher behind Tyler Lockett's one carry for 13 yards. Can the Seahawks continue to win games in this way? They completely abandoned the running game and the defense continues to be on the field for a majority of the game. Seattle is getting destroyed in time of possession and gave up a ton of yards to the Buffalo Bills. The guys dive into whether that will be sustainable moving forward. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 130130: Negative plays doom Seahawks vs Saints, Carroll says change is coming in next couple weeks, Bills preview, and revisiting 2016 expectations

The Seahawks go down to New Orleans and jump out quickly against the Saints with a 14-3 lead. But add in a turnover with their inability to sustain a drive and hold the ball in terms of time of possession, the Saint climb back in to within a point of the Seahawks by halftime. While there was a lot of talk about some significant calls and missed calls by the referees, Adam and Brandan explain why this Seahawks team should have been able to outscore Drew Brees and the Saints offense. Seattle ran fewer than 20 plays in the first half one week after a similar scenario in Arizona. Coach Carroll recognizes the issues the offense is seeing and he says we can expect changes in the upcoming weeks. Does Marshawn Lynch's visit to the Seahawks facility have anything to do with Carroll's expectations for change? Adam and Brandan speculate on the possibilities. Adam predicts a tight game with the Bills, but it could depend on which Buffalo team shows up. They've been up and down and now have lost back-to-back games to AFC East opponents. To help give their team the spark it needs for the trip to Seattle, Buffalo has called Percy Harvin in off retirement to make the trip out to take on his former team. While Harvin may get the attention, stopping Charles Clay and LeSean McCoy (if they play) should get the Seahawks primary focus. In the second half of the show, the guys take your emails and revisit the 2016 expectations for the team. Adam wonders if he's somehow the defense minister for our offensive coordinator as he talks about where to appropriately direct blame for poor performance. Do better nods go to a New York Times movie critic while Adam calls out a color analyst from the recent Seahawks game. Better at life honors go to the Cubs in advance of Game 7 of the World Series and to Cliff Avril who is the Seahawks nominee for the 2016 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 129129: First tie game in Seahawks history, a historic defensive performance, New Orleans Saints preview

Note: We had some technical issues after finishing up with the recording this week. Adam's audio was sucked into the same vortex as Hauschka's game winning field goal, so we're going with his back up audio AND he's on the road, which makes it even worse. There's a lot to process with this week's tie game against the Cardinals. Not only was it the lowest scoring tie game in NFL history, it was the first time the Seahawks have ever tied an opponent. Adam and Brandan take you through the historic effort by the defense with incredible performances by Bobby Wagner, Cliff Avril and many others. We could run down the entire defensive roster if we were only handing out praise. But we also have to talk about the issues the Seahawks have at each of the tackle positions and what we think they'll do moving forward at those spots. The guys look ahead to the game against the New Orleans Saints, a team that has the ability to score quickly and get out ahead of teams early, especially playing at home. But while playing at home, they also have a tendency to give up a lot of points to their opponents. Every team they've played at home to this point has scored more than 30 points in the Superdome. In the second half of the show, they take a look at the pick'em leaderboard and this week's winners who only missed two games. Do better nods go out to the continued harping on the decline in NFL ratings when it makes no difference to people who enjoy football (or those who don't) and Adam goes after the NFL commissioner for assuming that all fans are idiots for not being able to understand the complexities of the disparate punishment between end zone celebrations and domestic violence. Better at life nods go to the Seahawks defensive coordinator and to an anonymous photographer for correcting a spelling error in our Seahawks kicker's name that's gone under the radar for many years. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 128128: Seahawks outplay Falcons 3-to-1, an in-depth look at the Falcons final play, Sunday Night Football vs Arizona

The Seahawks dominate the Falcons for three of the four quarters of Sunday's game and come away with a 26-24 victory. The final wasn't without controversy as Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas broke up a pass intended for Julio Jones and it looked like pass interference could have been called on Sherman. The guys talk about the play and break down some of the differences in the Seahawks defense that allowed the Falcons to run up 21 points in one quarter. We preview the upcoming matchup with the division rival Arizona Cardinals. The surging Cardinals have won in back-to-back weeks against the 1-5 San Francisco 49ers and 1-5 New York Jets. A Seahawks win means they go up 2.5 games in the standings while a loss puts them only a half-game ahead of the Cardinals. Adam's do better goes out to the editors of Inside the NFL, and as pointed out by @hwkbdgr, @jaredStanger and posted to @hawkblogger by @EvanonHB, the editors of the show cut the footage of the final offensive play by the Falcons to remove the interaction between Julio Jones and Richard Sherman at the line of scrimmage where Jones hit the helmet of Sherman. Brandan's do better goes to those using the play as an example for why replay should be used for pass interference calls when that play shows how complex and time consuming it would be to allow replay in that situation. Better at life nods to go the Browns and Eagles for comically showing how ridiculous the new NFL social media policy is by using an electronic football board game to portray the highlights. Adam closes the show with a story about the New Orleans Saints and how they signed a 14-year-old fan to a contract. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 127127: Why Seahawks fans should be confident about this Falcons matchup, were Russell Wilson's injuries a blessing, and an interview with Doc Scott

After an early bye week, the Seahawks have an opportunity to get healthy and capture the lead in the NFC West after a Rams loss to the Buffalo Bills. Seattle is set to take on a red hot Atlanta Falcons team that, in back-to-back weeks, has defeated the two teams that faced off in last year's Super Bowl. But this is exactly the type of team the Seahawks have proven they can dominate and the guys explain why this could lead to Matt Ryan's first loss at CenturyLink Field. Roger in Chicago brings up the question of Russell Wilson and if his limited mobility will prove to be a blessing in disguise in giving him some practice at seeing what can happen when he hangs in the pocket perhaps a bit longer than he normally would. The guys also talk about how the departure of Marshawn Lynch makes this team a bit different in terms of how they might approach opponents from week to week. Scott McIlroy, a drum and bass DJ known as Doc Scott, joins the show to talk about some of his favorite Seahawks moments including his first trip to CenturyLink. He talks about what got him into music and shares some stories of his early days playing in England. Considering all of his travels around the world, the guys ask about some of the most interesting places in the world where he's watched Seahawks games from. Follow Scott on Twitter @DocScott31 and check out his music at soundcloud.com/docscott31 The guys get into your email, announce the winners of the pick'em league, and talk about some upcoming Sea Hawkers events around the country. A special thanks goes out to our members of the flock coming up on their one-year anniversary supporting the show. Do better nods this week go out to the starting quarterback for the Bills and for a large percentage of the state of Ohio. Better at life nominees are a for a young kicker who delivered a hit that caught a lot of attention from football fans and two Atlanta Falcons who tagged along to help make a difference in the lives of kids at Seattle Children's Hospital. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Support the show Get in the Flock! Ep 126126: Russell Wilson delivers MVP performance in 27-17 win, offensive line delivers, Seahawks bye week history

The Seattle Seahawks get a 27-17 win over the New York Jets as the team heads into their bye week. Considering the team's dominance at MetLife, is it time to start referring to the stadium as CenturyLink east? And how gratifying was it to see, just days after an article saying how a one-legged Wilson was as useful as a right handed Jim Zorn, Russell Wilson deliver one of the best performances of his career. Just barely into his fifth season, Wilson is standing alone among quarterbacks who came before him. The guys explain. Wilson isn't the only one who gets a ton of credit for the win. The guys talk about how the Seahawks first rounder picked right back up where he left off in the preseason and with Justin Britt's pancake blocks, and Glowinski having a solid performance are giving this interior offensive line an attitude we haven't seen from a Seahawks offensive line in recent memory. Jimmy Graham and Doug Baldwin continue to catch nearly everything thrown their way while the defense is as dominant as ever. As the team heads into the bye week, the guys look back at what the team has done coming out of the bye week as well as their records going into each bye in the Carroll era. The expectation for the Atlanta Falcons is that they'll get shut down by a Denver defense in Week 5, but we'll reserve additional thoughts until next week after seeing what they can do against the Broncos. Do better nods go out to Carolina Panthers Mike Tolbert and New York Giants Odell Beckham Jr. while a rookie Seahawks receiver gets his recognition in Better at Life. A Ryder Cup moment closes the show, because it truly was something a person would never see happen in any other professional sporting event. Ep 125125: Seahawks win big vs 49ers, Russell Wilson suffers another injury, who should play QB vs Jets,

Seahawks fans finally get what they've been expecting to see from this year's team as Seattle jumps out to a 37-3 lead against the San Francisco 49ers. Two late touchdowns by the Niners brings the final score to 37-18, but there wasn't a point in the game where the Seahawks weren't in control. From the third play of the game where Christine Michael bolted into the end zone from 41 yards out to the final touchdown catch by Doug Baldwin from the backup quarterback, the outcome of the game was never in question. The guys talk about the injury to Russell Wilson and how they feel about the idea of having him play in the game against the Jets. Does it make sense to have him sit out and be ready for the 12-game stretch of regular season opponents after the bye week? With the Jets coming off a performance where they turned over the ball eight times, it's possible Seattle can go to the east coast and pick up a win with Trevone Boykin. With Thomas Rawls out for a few more weeks the Seahawks go out and sign C.J. Spiller after he was cut from the New Orleans Saints. We'll be talking more about Spiller along with Luke Wilson's changing role in this week's bonus show. Brandan gets political in both his do better and better at life nods, while Adam shares of piece of his mind with Peyton Manning's forehead and explains why a top defensive player in the NFL is better at life. Ep 124124: What went wrong vs the Rams, getting the run game on track vs 49ers, Rich Madrid interview

The Seahawks lose their first road game of the season, 9-3 in Los Angeles, and at this point should we really be surprised that it came at the hands of a Rams team that continues to find a way to beat Seattle even after moving into the same time zone? Though we knew going into this game it was going to be a tough matchup for this Seahawks offensive line, there are a couple players that stand out in a bad way and one player that is now standing above the rest. Defensively, this team couldn't be playing much better, but they couldn't seem to get a stop when the Rams were deep in their own territory and that made field position a key part of the game. With San Francisco next up on the schedule, the guys wonder which 49ers defense shows up this week in Seattle. Will it be the one that shut down Todd Gurley and shut out the Rams in their home opener, or the one that allowed 176 rushing yards and more than 500 yards total against the Carolina Panthers. For the defense to continue dominating the opposition, the guys look for Deshawn Shead to bounce back against San Francisco and their group of mediocre receivers. In the final segment of the show, the guys announce the winners of the pick'em leagues from the last two weeks and talk about how our international listeners can help earn the show an award. Do better nods go out to the Rams and Mrs. Craven, the mother of an NFL player. Ep 123123: Seattle's throwback to 2013 in a win, the Rams week 1 trap game, former Seahawks long snapper Nate Boyer interview

The Seahawks open the season with a 12-10 win over the Miami Dolphins. Defense and special teams carried the day for most of the game and the offense comes up with a 75-yard drive when they need it most to earn the victory. While Brandan wants to hand deliver a game ball to Dolphins receiver Kenny Stills, Adam gives his to Jeremy Lane who had a tremendous impact as part of the Legion of Boom. The defense, apart from one star player, seemed to have its swagger and looked like the defense that led the scoring the past four years. The guys preview the game against the Rams and cover the most interesting play from their week 1 game against the 49ers. Adam talks about how fans can completely throw logic out the window when it comes to the games where the Seahawks play the Rams. Former Seahawks long snapper and Army veteran Nate Boyer returns to the show and the guys discuss the Seahawks demonstration of unity and talk about their disappointment with much of the media leading up to the game. He also talks about the moment he decided he was going to give long snapping a try and unfortunately his phone hasn't been ringing this preseason to get back into competing for a position on an NFL team. Adam wants a phone that fits in his hand and has the ability to text in an italics font. Because no company has seemed to come up with the second part, he feels that phone programmers should do better. Brandan takes on the media and how they're misguiding people with regard to the NFL protests. Ep 122122: Kicking off the 2016 season vs the Miami Dolphins, Seahawks roster rundown, Sam Marcoux of the Perfectville podcast

It's here! The regular season of the NFL is upon us and the Seahawks kick off the 2016 season at home against the Miami Dolphins. This is a special game for Adam, considering how he's shown no attempt to hide is disdain for the Dolphins over the years. The guys preview the matchup with the Dolphins and go over the 53 players who made the cut as well as the announcement of team captains. Sam Marcoux, host of the Perfectville podcast for the Miami Dolphins, joins the show to talk about his thoughts on Miami's preseason. He says this can be a make or break year for the Dolphins and whether Ryan Tannehill can be their future franchise quarterback. Sam answers Adam's biggest question of whether or not the Dolphins have a tight end with the ability to consistently burn the Seahawks defense. Time is running out to get into the Sea Hawkers Podcast pick'em league and the Patron-only pick'em league especially if you want to try and earn the high score. Links for each league are below. Ep 121121: 53-man roster predictions, takeaways from the preseason win over the Cowboys, Tom Spindler president of the Mat-Su Sea Hawkers

This week, Adam and Brandan kick off the show by hitting the highlights from the Seahawks 27-17 preseason win over the Cowboys. While there are concerns out there with the ability to stop the run and get to the quarterback, Brandan and Adam come up with a scale of effort to explain why Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett may not be as effective in the preseason. Russell Wilson and the first-team offense put points on the board for the first time this year and Boykin adds one on for good measure late in the game to help solidify the win. Before the news of roster cuts started to roll out on Monday, the guys laid out their predictions on who would make the team. While Adam thought there was still a chance Browner would make the team, it wasn't something he was confident about. Who does that leave a spot open for on the defense? Tom Spindler, president of the Mat-Su Sea Hawkers, joins the show to talk about his thoughts on the Cowboys game and outlook for the 2016 season. The chapter is one of the few, and maybe the only one, with federal non-profit charity status and he talks about how their club's work goes toward benefitting the local community. There was another huge week of support from listeners as we got several emails, reviews, and new members of the flock coming on board. Ep 120120: Michael continues to impress vs Vikings, the return of Mr. T, and Sam Smith talks 2016 expectations

It's the first loss of the season as the Seahawks fall 18-11 to the Vikings. Despite a late interception that allowed the go ahead touchdown for the Vikings, Trevone Boykin had another exciting outing and once again nearly brought the team back at the end of the game. Adam and Brandan talk about what they saw with the first team offense as Christine Michael continues to impress. Russell Wilson had an impressive dime that he dropped right to Tyler Lockett. Not so impressive was the Seahawks pass rush or the ability to cover tight ends. It's another trip to Prisco's World this week as Pete continues to throw around the "good, not great" quote when speaking about Russell Wilson. But who are some of the other names that Prisco has attached that phrase to? It sounds like Wilson might be in some impressive company when you look at other players Prisco has dropped into that category. Sam Smith of the Military Sea Hawkers joins the show to talk about the game. For members of the military chapter, Sam writes a weekly recap of the game to help folks serving overseas feel more connected to the team. He talks about his thoughts on this latest game as well as his expectation for the Seahawks in 2016. **Note: There are some audio quality issues in the later parts of the show. We had a different set up while Adam is on the road and hopefully we can get the audio problems fixed for the next show. Lastly, the guys read your emails before getting into a Do Better and Better at Life. Is it possible for Adam to admit he's wrong twice in one show? Bleacher Report seems to be testing a new style of headline writing that Adam is not a fan of and Brandan takes Ryan Lochte to task for not knowing how to lie to his mom. Adam shares the praises of Pro Football Focus for their marks on our "undersized" center while Brandan has found even more reasons to hope that Troymaine Pope finds a spot on this Seahawks team. Ep 119119: Seahawks first 'Holy Catfish' moment of 2016 season vs Chiefs, Jordan Babineaux and Jermaine Kearse interviews

The longer Pete Carroll coaches, the more efficient he becomes, because we're only one game into the preseason and he already has the young players understanding the mentality of the team to play until the last second ticks off the clock. That's exactly what the team did this week as the Seahawks trailed for the entirety of the game. All sixty minutes! With all zeros on the clock Trevonne Boykin tosses a hail mary to put the Seahawks within a point of the Chiefs and they're able to win on the 2-point conversion. Adam and Brandan talk about some of the takeaways from this week's game and which players and position groups have them the most excited. The guys talk about their visit to training camp and welcome Jordan Babineaux and Jermaine Kearse to the show. They're also joined by Petty Officer 1st Class Derek Hall as he spends his day at camp getting ready to run an obstacle course set up for the military after the Seahawks finish up practice. In the final segment of the show, the guys cover emails from the past week and talk about strange rivalries within the fanbase. Jason Cole from Bleacher Report is taken to task in the Do Better segment again. Finally, a Browns receiver and a Seahawks player we've talked about a lot this offseason is getting a very special opportunity. The guys talk about why both are 'better at life.' Ep 118118: 2016 Season Expectations, John Costacos talks about Seahawks posters new and old

A huge show to kick off the 2016 season with training camp underway we're starting to see where some of the major areas of competition will be. Adam and Brandan talk about how cornerback is shaping up to be a fun spot to watch. The team on offensive line has five guys showing up consistently among the starting group. Competition at some of the final defensive line spots may have gotten easier now that Chris Clemons has decided to retire right before camp. The guys talk about what that means for the team. The main thing this show is about is looking at not just our own expectations for the team, but the expectations of fellows fans. Ross Bell of the UK Sea Hawkers and co-host of The Pedestrian Podcast joins the show to talk about his thoughts and how he thinks this will be a breakout season for Cassius Marsh. Clinton Bonner, contributor on seahawkerspodcast.com shares his top picks from his upcoming 3 In, 3 Out blog that focuses on the offseason. His top pick for a breakout year is Frank Clark. With the new Armed and Dangeruss poster hitting the streets, the first Costacos brothers poster in decades, John Costacos joins the show to talk about stories about how his company got started and his memories from poster shoots with Kenny Easley, Steve Largent and The Boz. John talks about how much Russell Wilson influenced the final product of the poster and the feedback, both good and bad, since the poster has launched. Are we about to see a sports poster resurgence? We'll find out. Visit costacosbrothers.com to find out how to get the new Russell Wilson poster. In the final segment of the show we have a big announcement for prizes in the Sea Hawkers Podcast pick'em league and how the guys will be randomly selecting for prizes this year for those who are participating. The guys talk about some things to look for when it comes to offensive line play and what exactly a pancake block is. A top player from the Arizona Cardinals and a member of the national media originally from Washington state need to do better, and Adam talks about why your eyeballs will be thanking the Pittsburgh Steelers as Brandan nominates a top player from the Cardinals as his better at life nominee this week. Ep 117117: Know Your Rival: San Francisco 49ers w/ Oscar of the Better Rivals Podcast

A while back the guys talked about being nervous if Training Camp rolled around and John Schneider or Pete Carroll didn't have a new deal. It turns out nobody has to be nervous now that the two are under long-term deals. Adam and Brandan talk about a couple other news items -- like a new Russell Wilson poster, before moving on to the main topic of the show. Oscar of the Better Rivals podcast joins us to talk about the "Walsh Lobe" portion of the brain that all 49ers fans who lived through the 80s have. We talk about an offensive line that may be more questionable than the Seahawks and a line that may not know which quarterback they'll be protecting. Oscar offers his thoughts on who he expects to start at that position. Because his Better Rivals isn't just about 49ers football, it's also about having a deeper understanding of the game, we talk about how a quarterback can develop something Adam has mentioned on the show before -- the dreaded "David Carr syndrome." In the final portion of the show, Adam responds to an upset listener from last week's rant. Do better nods this week go to reporters to attempt to predict schedule strength as well as a former 49ers linebacker who, if it was even him, doesn't know when to leave the camera off. Lastly, two Seattle sports icons are recognized in Better at Life. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation

Ep 116116: Know Your Rival: Los Angeles Rams w/James and Bear of the LA Rams Podcast

With only a week to go until training camp and no major news to concern Seahawks fans, some were a bit worried about the latest comments from Michael Bennett talking about being underpaid. We've heard this story before. Adam and Brandan talk about their two big concerns going into camp: uncertainty on the offensive line and Tyler Lockett hype. With Pete Prisco putting Kam on the top of his list of most overrated players, it's time for another edition of Prisco's World--now with theme music. The Know Your Rival series continues with James and Bear of the LA Rams Podcast. How well did the trade for Jared Goff go over with them? The guys get into which back will have the better season between Thomas Rawls and Todd Gurley and we need your help figuring out the stakes of this competition. Tweet your #RawlsGurley suggestions to @AdamTheRant and @LA_RAMblingBear. The Sea Hawkers BBQ is July 30 in Bellevue. Visit SeaHawkers.org for more info. Finally, in do better, the guys team up on Pokemon Go while Nintendo and a former Bears defensive back are better at life. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation

Ep 115115: Know Your Rival: Arizona Cardinals w/Mike Wright of the Fantasy Footballers Podcast

If you follow the world of podcasting, you may have noticed that the Fantasy Footballers Podcast is collecting awards in the same way the Arizona Cardinals like to collect wideouts with the last name Brown. Mike Wright, a fan of the Arizona Cardinals and co-host of the Fantasy Footballers Podcast joins us to talk about how Arizona fans are feeling going into this season. Not only is there tremendous optimism for a team defending its NFC West crown, fans got to enjoy a treat in the past couple weeks of the All of Nothing series which gave an unprecedented look behind the scenes of a football team with Super Bowl aspirations. The guys talk about some of the surprising moments from the show and try and talk Adam into watching it too. Adam and Mike talk about how this season could hinge on the health of Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer, while Mike predicts this year as the final year of Larry Fitzgerald's career. Adam and Mike disagree on their assessment of Cardinals running back David Johnson while trying to slot the talent of three young backs going into their second year. Who is best among Thomas Rawls, Todd Gurley and Johnson? Before getting into Cardinals talk, Adam and Brandan talk about the good news from Thomas Rawls about his health for the start of training camp. The guys talk about whether the team is really set at the backup QB spot and how wedding bells are ringing for two members of the team. Finally, do better nods go out to the media and how they're handling the latest decision by the courts in Tom Brady's case, while Adam has a rant about his latest trip to Best Buy. Better at life this week are Pat McAfee for his performance in the NFL Top 100 as well as his story of his success and Adam gives a shout out to Marshawn Lynch.

Ep 114114: Doug Baldwin gets paid, ESPN pits Luck vs Wilson, interview w/Stephen Cohen of seattlepi.com

With the news of Doug Baldwin's new contract extension breaking this week and the long holiday weekend, we wanted to get out a show for folks to enjoy while at the lake or back at work the following week. Brandan and Adam talk about what Doug Baldwin means to this team and how it's a great story of how hard work has helped Baldwin make it to this point of his career after going undrafted. ESPN's Sheil Kapadia helped show statistically why we feel like Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck -- it's because he is and he's proven it on the field. It doesn't hurt that he's played on a better team, but it shouldn't be a detracting factor when comparing the talent of each player. We revisit offseason workouts and get the opinions of Stephen Cohen of seattlepi.com and his thoughts on the Doug Baldwin contract. We talk about just how valuable his play has been for the team and how his play toward the end of last season helped vault him among the top paid receivers in the NFL. Richard Sherman has his annual softball game coming up while Cliff Avril is set to appear on Family Feud with four other star players on defense for the NFC. Do Better nods go to millennials who have a strange excuse for not eating cereal and an online news source that keeps baiting Adam into clicking on its articles. Ep 113113: News from the Seahawks offseason workouts, Lynch says he's done, and List Watch 2016

Minicamp and other offseason workouts have concluded. Brandan and Adam talk about some of the major story lines coming out of Seattle. With all of the positive news coming from players and coaches, the guys talk about how to listen and certain cues that let you know just how excited about a particular player coaches actually are. Marshawn Lynch appeared on 60 Minutes Sports and was very clear on whether or not he'll be returning to the football field. Is that going to stop reporters from speculating on his return? No, it probably won't. Because this is the season for making lists, we take a look at some of them and see just how poorly some of our favorite Seahawks rank out on those lists. From Earl Thomas taking a tremendous fall from where he was last year in the NFL Top 100 to Pete Prisco's ranking of Russell Wilson in his own top 100 list, the guys take a run at each of them as well as give credit where it is due. After our own list that we put together over the voting period for this year's Podcast Awards, we got some feedback from regular listeners as well as a first-time listener. Brian Bosworth tuned into our show about him and had a few reactions to it that we share in the second half of the show. Lastly, in the Do Better segment, Brandan goes after Coach Carroll for ruining the hopes and dreams of a former NBA star and someone who would have at least been fun to see in the preseason while Adam goes after another list maker who may have had the worst list of them all in his opinion. Better at Life nods this week go to the NFL for their rule that has the potential to ruin the Packers season and to Walter Thurmond III for having an outstanding softball alias. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation

Ep 112112: Ricardo Lockette retires, draft recap w/Rob Staton, big weekend coming up for Seahawks fans in Seattle

It's a show filled with interviews! Brandan and Adam are joined by Earl Lockette who talks about his son Ricardo and his announcement to retire from football. Being a guy who coached his son in football, and considering Lockette was the best "gunner" in the game, we try and get to the bottom of where that term comes from. Last week we talked draft, and this week we get the added perspective from Rob Staton of Seahawks Draft Blog. Plus, we give him some credit for correctly predicting the Seahawks first pick. Rob helps explain why the Seahawks saw a need for drafting three running backs and the special qualities each one provides. For Seahawks fans within traveling distance to Seattle, this weekend has two big events to help you through your football withdrawals. Saturday, May 21, is the Sea Hawkers Annual Banquet and Paul Beyer talks about the current and former players invited to attend. Norb Caoili (NorbCam) and Mark Collins (Save Our Seahawks) come on to talk about Hawk Fest 2016 on Sunday, May 22, 1-5pm at the Ballard Elks Lodge. We wrap up with the show with an email contradicting Adam's view of the draft, Pro Football Focus and the L.A. Rams need to "do better," and a 15-year-old Canadian along with Ricardo Lockette are this week's "better at life" nominees. iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Or listen via our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation

Ep 111111: Seahawks 2016 NFL Draft Recap

The Seahawks changed up in the NFL draft this year and showed they do care about the offensive line by taking a lineman in the first round for the first time since 2011. While the team made Adam happy with the offensive line picks, Brandan wonders if John Schneider was specifically trolling Adam by taking not just one running back, not to backs, but three running backs. The guys get into a discussion about how the offensive line in shaping up with three new draft picks and where it sounds like those players are going to be competing. One particular guy of intrigue from the draft is the tight end from Ohio State nicknamed Baby Gronk and there's specific audio and responses to some questions that show exactly why he fits that description well. Both guys like the team's sixth round pick and was a guy the Seahawks had targeted as a player they just couldn't come out of the draft without. By the end of the show you'll know about who the Seahawks feel was the best run stopping defensive tackle in the draft, the best blocking tight end, the wide receiver with the best hands, and the running back who is the best at Irish dance. In the final segment of the show, Adam talks about the issue of online abuse of sports reporters and how the latest story missing the bigger picture by focusing on a particular group of reporters. Brandan's do better topic focuses on a civics lesson for Seahawks fans. Better at life nominees go to Kobe Bryant for saving a giant potato and Richard Sherman for having a little fun behind the wheel. iTunes | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Download our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation

Ep 110110: Top QB prospects, the Seahawks next backup QB, original LOB reunited

The 2016 NFL Draft is only days away and the division rival Los Angeles Rams have the top pick. They're almost sure to be spending that pick on a quarterback, so Adam and Brandan take a look at their best options. They guys talk about which guy is the best in the draft and which quarterback they'd prefer to the Rams to talk. Adam's list of top five quarterbacks looks nothing like the consensus top picks and he explains why. The Seahawks haven't yet re-signed Tarvaris Jackson. Pete Carroll and John Schneider have only drafted one quarterback for Seattle. Is this the year they spend a pick on QB, or does Adam's third favorite quarterback fall out of the draft entirely to where he could come into Seattle as a perfect fit behind Russell Wilson. Brandon Browner is back in Seattle and reunites with the team and the original Legion of Boom. Why does this move have Adam and Brandan so intrigued? After a rough season in New Orleans, does Browner have anything left in the tank? Browner actually fills a very specific need that the team was missing last year, but we'll have to wait and see if Coach Carroll feels the same way. Do better nods this week go to Tiger Woods for a story that came out about a time he had lunch with a group of Navy SEALs, and to the Panthers for making a seemingly strange decision to let one of their top defensive players go. Brandan talks about some excitement around a new movie trailer and Adam wishes a happy birthday to a Seahawks player he wants to see playing in Seattle in 2016. iTunes | Stitcher | TuneIn | Facebook | Twitter | RSS Call or text: 253-235-9041 Email: [email protected] Visit Patreon.com if you'd like to help support the show and get bonus episodes Download our free Amazon app, Android app, or iOS app Find Sea Hawkers clubs around the world at SeaHawkers.org Music from the show by The 12 Train, download each track at ReverbNation
