Russell Wilson took over the game Monday night and led the Seahawks to a 27-17 win against Washington. Adam and Brandan wonder how anyone can watch that game and not see Wilson as an elite quarterback. With a lot of questions on penalties, the guys attempt to explain what the refs may have seen and how an incredible game by Percy Harvin was wiped away. As the matchup against Dallas is on the horizon, find out why the entire game hinges on the appearance of Rolando McLain. And just as Demarco Murray has emerged as a weapon for the Cowboys they announce their intent to limit his carries. The Seahawks are coming off their bye week and will travel across the country for Monday Night Football versus Washington. Seattle has the best winning percentage in the NFL on Monday and is going up against a team that picked up their one win against a winless Jacksonville Jaguars team. Before getting into the game, Adam and Brandan congratulate the Kansas City Chiefs on breaking the record for loudest crowd roar and talk about the different approaches the two teams take to the record. With only a game preview and no game recap, the guys spend time on listener emails that came in during the bye week. Among the questions is whether or not a team should be in London, whether 12s would be okay with having one of Seattle's games played there, and if fans of U.S. teams would give up their current fandom to support a local team. After the break, the guys talk about which Seahawks player in their prime they would bring back to the future to play on the current team, offer their picks for this week's pick'em challenge, and finish off the show in the usual fashion with "Do Better" and "Better at Life."

The dramatic 26-20 overtime win brings Broncos fan Gerrad Timm back to the show to talk about the Seahawks effort against the Broncos. Before getting into the game, the guys talk about the trip to Seattle and the how Seahawks fans handle the fans of visiting teams appropriately, at least in the experience with Gerrad and Phil. With a bye week on the horizon, the guys take an extended look at the game and weaving in some of the top plays into the show. The Seahawks defense plays nearly flawlessly for 59 minutes, only allowing scores when the Broncos had a short field. Yet, in the end, Manning finds a way to drive the length of the field to send the game into overtime. Fortunately, Manning never has the opportunity to touch the ball as Marshawn Lynch punches it in after Russell Wilson leads the team down the field. Peyton doesn't get the ball, which leads Brandan to congratulate Tarvaris Jackson for the role he played at the overtime coin toss. The Sea Hawkers Podcast welcomes Kathryn Bunn-Marcuse, curator of the Here and Now exhibit at the Burke Museum to talk about the mask that likely inspired the Seahawks logo. Kathryn talks about how the Seahawks logo was most likely created, the history of the mask and its similarity to the original logo, and the current effort to get this piece of history shipped across the country for Seattle fans to view the mask in person. Lastly, the guys talk about the five-way tie in this week's pick'em challenge. In the "Do Better" segment, the guys talk about the league's troubles overshadowing the good things that are happening and a Denver columnist cries about wanting the overtime rules changed. The Chargers come out against the Seahawks and play a nearly flawless game in a 30-21 win in San Diego. Was it the heat, the Chargers execution on offense or something else? Find out why Sampson, a giant German shepherd, played a key role in the Seahawks loss. Gerrad Timm, Denver Broncos fan and friend of the show, comes on the show to preview the "Super Bowl rematch." The Seahawks continue their primetime dominance at home and defeat the Green Bay Packers 36-16. As great as the 20-point victory is, Brandan says the defensive performance is what impressed him the most. Brandan opens the show by talking about the scene around Seattle and the unveiling of the banner for the World Champion Seahawks. The guys break down some of the biggest plays in the game, talk about how Aaron Rodgers completely avoided throwing at Richard Sherman, and discuss why Earl Thomas may want to learn how to call a fair catch. The Seahawks go on the road this weekend to take on the San Diego Chargers who suffered an 18-17 defeat against the NFC West rival Arizona Cardinals. Looking at the matchup, and their performance against the Cards, the Seahawks match up very favorably. The only thing San Diego has going for it is the excitement around their home opener. Tansey Allen, co-founder of the Seahawks Road Crew, talks about how Seattle fans are rallying to show up to the San Diego game to help give a boost to Seahawks players. The Seahawks open up their final preseason game with a four-play, 80-yard touchdown drive and then proceed to close the season with a loss to the Raiders. Adam and Brandan talk about the ugly first and second quarter against Oakland's new starting quarterback Derek Carr. As expected, there were many more recognizable names among those cut from the 75 down to the 53-man roster. The guys break down some of the potential reasoning behind those decisions. The preseason matchup with the Packers is only days away! Adam starts the preview by feeling a bit nervous of the matchup, but as the two talk through it he feels much better about the potential for a win this week. Both agree the Packers will likely be the second-best team in the NFC. John Hagengruber, life-long Green Bay Packers fan joins the show to help preview this year's squad. John talks about the added dimension Eddie Lacy brings to the team, something the Packers didn't have the last time these two teams faced, and some of the players to watch for on both sides of the ball. In the last part of the show, we play a couple listener voicemails and thank those who have left reviews on iTunes and Stitcher. Brandan calls out an NFL writer for producing a meaningless list when there are plenty of other topics to write about now that the season is starting, and days after the league revises its policy on domestic abuse a 49ers player will be the first to be punished under that policy. Adam gives commissioner Roger Goodell a "better at life" nod for acknowledging his mistake in the decision to suspend Ray Rice for only two games. Brandan's pick is a Spokane high school student in the Make-a-Wish program fighting cystic fibrosis and was recently honored by the Seahawks.

It's a Russell Wilson love-fest to kick off the first portion of the show as Adam and Brandan are impressed with the command and comfort #3 has shown against the Chargers and Bears. The guys call out some other impressive performances from the game and how one podcast listener was rewarded based on the performance of Marshawn Lynch. The Seahawks cut the roster down this week from 90 to 75 players. No surprising names made the list, and the guys talk about the approach the team is taking with roster cuts. The Seahawks rebound from their first preseason loss to annihilate the Chargers 41-14. The interception and touchdown by Tharold Simon is one example of how games how now turned into an illegal contact-fest and has officials seeing things that just aren't there. Seeing Earl Thomas continuing to field punts continues the discussion on whether or not the risk is worth the potential reward, Adam and Brandan talk about impressive performances in preseason game two, and discuss if Terrell Pryor is poised to unseat Tarvaris Jackson as the backup. Jenny Goos, writer and vlogger for OnHerGame.com joins the podcast for her third appearance on the show. Clearly the Denver Broncos have a decision to make as to which of their players deserve to be honored with a commemorative statue to mark this monumental occasion. Adam and Brandan talk about some of the worst quotes and takes to come out of the loss, including one from our pal Skip Bayless. With the Chargers game next on the schedule, the guys offer their thoughts on what they plan to keep an eye on from the offensive line to the linebacking corps and if, even in the preseason, teams will continue to stay away from Richard Sherman's side of the field. Emmy-award winning writer and producer Mark Tye Turner is welcomed back to the program from his home in Richard Sherman Oaks, California. He now has a new book: Seattle Seahawks Super Season: Notes from a 12 on the best season in Seahawks history. We talk last season, expectations for this year, and a Seahawks touchdown dance that is unlike no other. In the show's last segment Adam proposes a weekly pick 'em contest to see which listeners are best at picking games on a week-to-week basis. Adam and Brandan talk about what Lynch means to this team, how he's not a replaceable piece of the offense like a certain ESPN reporter may think, and why it was important for the team to hold the line with his contract in the way they did. Michael Robinson talked about his concerns the team may not have the veteran leadership in place to handle some of the big money deals that have transpired over the offseason. The guys provide their reactions and talk about if Robinson's presence could have prevented Lynch's holdout situation. One guy who stands out to Adam so far in training camp is Phil Bates. We discuss the wide receiver group as a whole and how they're going to be "just fine" without Golden Tate and Sidney Rice. Of concern so far in training camp is losing Anthony McCoy and Jesse Williams so soon. Are we going to have to deal with another Kellen Davis situation at tight end this year? It feels like a new season is starting now that OTAs and minicamp are over, and the Seahawks have now received their Super Bowl rings. Time now to get started on the 2014 season. In this show, Adam and Brandan talk about being one Viking closer to getting Adrian Peterson, offer our thoughts on Earl Thomas taking over as Seattle's punt returner, and our thoughts on Marshawn Lynch and rumors that he is unhappy with his contract. President Obama was disappointed he couldn't get tips on dealing with the media from Marshawn who, according to his mom, just didn't want to go. Adam and Brandan break down how well BO did in the presence of the LOB. With rookie mini camp having wrapped up this week, the guys talk about the 2014 draft and some of the players who stood out. Kevin, a listener from "enemy territory" in Denver calls in. Since he pointed out on Facebook that he "dropped a bigger bomb than Denver's D" we figured we'd definitely have to play his call and give him a really hard time for a really minor slip up. Lastly, the guys talk about the Legion of Boom now being signed through the next few seasons, before having Sgt. Jeff Baker, Army Ranger and Purple Heart Recipient, come on the show to talk about his experience announcing the Seahawks fourth round draft picks. Cover32.com and the owner of the Cleveland Browns are reprimanded in the "Do Better" segment. The release of the 2014 Seahawks Schedule motivates Brandan and Adam to get together after a month hiatus to talk Hawks. The guys give their initial reactions to the schedule and look ahead to some of the biggest matchups. It's not long before the guys the bored with schedule talk and begin to discuss the trade for Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor and the re-signing of Sidney Rice. An email prompts a discussion on Marcus Trufant's retirement announcement and the reports that Richard Sherman could be looking at a long-term contract soon. With the NFL Draft coming up, Adam wants to get his opinion on the record that Johnny Manziel will be a bust of Ryan Leaf proportions. Brandan offers up ways to enjoy the NFL Draft between the Seahawks selections by listening carefully to how analysts talk about the next flock of stars the draft will appear to be littered with. Gene Hushak, Sea Hawkers Central Council President drops in for his first appearance on the show to talk about upcoming Sea Hawkers events. The do better segment features a man trying to sue the Seahawks for $50 million for being excluded from the NFC Championship ticket sales and his attempt to visit "Quest Stadium." Adam takes a shot at TMZ for their coverage of the "suspicious incident" Colin Kaepernick and Ricardo Lockette were involved in. Finally, Better at Life features Sidney Rice and the conditions surrounding his return to the team and an anonymous 12 who saved a life during a 12k run near the Seahawks practice facility.

Jared Allen sounds close to signing with the Seahawks, but says he needs the weekend to make a decision. Adam and Brandan talk about how signing Allen would dampen the pain of Golden Tate leaving the team. The guys talk about why Tate ultimately left Seattle and how it's not hard to blame him for doing so, although it sounds like Golden has been taking quite a bit of heat for it via Twitter. Cracking on him out the door isn't going to brink him back and takes away from how hard he's worked in his time in Seattle. Is Tate's departure the biggest hit the team? Finishing off the hour, the guys look at other teams around the NFC West and how they stack up with their free agent moves so far. Ryan Asdourian, handler for the Seahawks mascot Blitz, comes on the show to talk about some of his greatest moments on the sidelines and off the field at charity events, his diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis and the Blitz Tackles MS events coming up in Seattle next month. In their "Do Better" segment, Brandan cracks on Steve Smith for his response to a online video that went viral and Adam takes on a former Seahawks receiver who thinks he would dominate Richard Sherman. With more than a month having passed since the Seattle Seahawks won their first Super Bowl in franchise history, there have been several items in the news worth discussing. Adam and Brandan start with the comment by Richard Sherman about the NFL's attempt to penalize players for using the "n-word" on the field. Brandan talks about his issues with seeing Russell Wilson in a Texas Rangers jersey, and the guys even talk about the latest goings on down in San Francisco with Jim Harbaugh. The rest of the show is dedicated primarily to talking about the free agents who are the most important to keep in Seattle and a couple players who have already been released. Eric Speece, a dedicated listener, comes on the show to share a story or two and even in the offseason the torch is carried forward for those who are "better at life."

Not only did your Seattle Seahawks win the Super Bowl, they did it by dominating the top offense in NFL history. The crushing Seattle defense held Peyton Manning and their record-breaking scoring offense to only one touchdown in a 43-8 win in Super Bowl XLVIII. You know the three phases of the game (offense, defense and special teams), but Adam tells Brandan about a fourth phase that the 12s have proven to have a direct impact on and are the inspiration for this phase of the game. We're just days away from watching the Seattle Seahawks take on the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 48. Broncos fan, and friend of Adam and Brandan, Gerrad Timm makes his first appearance on the show to talk about the matchup between a historically great offense versus a historically great defense. With Media Day over and done with, the guys offer their thoughts on the event and some of the headlines created by Marshawn Lynch. The discussion is relatively friendly until Brandan fires the first shot by pointing out the success the Seahawks had through the season and asking Gerrad how comfortable he would be with Mark Sanchez behind center. You'll be treated to a trifecta of "Do Better" and "Better at Life" as Gerrad sticks around to share his selections in the second half of the show.

The Seahawks defeat their NFC West rival to win the NFC Championship 23-17 and move on to Super Bowl XLVIII. Adam returns to civilization to record remotely after a week in the Oregon wilderness and he and Brandan share their different experiences watching the game. Coming out of his cave late this week, Adam realizes Richard Sherman was talked about in the news all week, not for his tipped pass, but for his post-game interview. The guys take a look at some of the biggest plays of the game, the players who made them happen and the moments they helped to create. Fourth down was big for both teams, but there wasn't a bigger play than Russell Wilsons throw on fourth down to Jermaine Kearse. That touchdown electrified the crowd and fired up the defense in creating three 49ers turnovers late in the game. There will be more to come in the Seahawks Super Bowl preview against the Broncos. Gerrad's name has been dropped several times on the show and with Denver in the game next Sunday, next week is a perfect time to have him come on and let Seahawks fans know what we might expect and some of the names on the team you may not be familiar with. Another game against the Saints, another win and another earthquake. This game against the Saints was a lot closer than it needed to be, but the Seattle offense ran through Marshawn Lynch and the team came out with a 23-15 victory to move on to the NFC Championship. Adam and Brandan talk about why the game got so close toward the end of the game. It's okay to be a bit worried about this upcoming matchup with a good 49ers team. The offense may not be clicking as well as fans would hope, but considering what we're seeing from other teams right now this offense is good enough to win a Super Bowl. Brandan shares some recent statistics from previous 49ers games that might surprise you. Mack Strong, former Seahawks fullback for 15 seasons, comes on the show to talk about the attitude of the team right now and how they're approaching this game against San Francisco. Adam and Brandan let members of the Military Sea Hawkers know about an opportunity to score two tickets to the NFC Championship game, Brandan talks about a Fox Sports piece on the 12s you won't want to miss, and they share their latest selections for Better at Life.

Two meetings in the regular season weren't enough! The two best teams in the NFC West have now proven to be the two best teams in the entire NFC. Adam and Brandan take a look at the team that picked up their franchise's first road playoff win as they return to Seattle after a 34-7 loss in Week 13. Brandan offers a suggestion on one play the Seahawks absolutely have to run from the previous game and Adam talks about his mindset on going into the game with the lowest possible expectations to help set up any postgame reaction. The guys also discuss the interest in Seahawks coaches and how that may or may not be a distraction to the team in preparing for this week's game. Adam and Brandan disagree on which coach the team would miss most. With the Seahawks holding the #1 seed in 2005, former defensive tackle Craig Terrill comes on the show to talk to Adam and Brandan about what players are going through leading up to this week's game. He offers his thoughts on this team's defensive line, what it was like practicing against two great Seahawks offensive linemen and his perspective on different coaching styles having played for Coach Holmgren, Mora and Carroll. After taking a week off, Adam and Brandan are back to talk about the game that earned the Seahawks a #1 seed in the NFC. The road to the Super Bowl goes through Seattle! The Seahawks defense set the tone in the 27-9 win over St. Louis with an interception return by Malcolm Smith. From there, the Seahawks offense was able to add 20 with the help of one of the biggest meltdowns we've ever seen on the field by a player. Coach Carroll surprised many of us today with an announcement that Percy Harvin is going to practice this week with a plan to play in the playoff game on Saturday, January 11. This comes after days of speculation that Harvin would be placed on injured reserve for the playoffs. The guys play a couple of calls into the show and talk about why fans should get used to the idea of bandwagon fans. The officials have taken away the Seahawks' opportunity for a revenge game and a Seahawks-centric "Better at Life."

Despite John Lynch conceding points to the New York Giants in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks come away with a 23-0 shutout this week. Adam and Brandan talk about some of the dominant performances by players on defense and special teams. Is it coincidence that Episode 20 focuses on some amazing plays by cornerback Jeremy Lane? The Seahawks may have lost to the 49ers this week, but with the Seahawks so far out in front in the NFC it's tough to take a two-point, 19-17 loss very hard. Adam and Brandan talk about the plays and penalties that had a big impact on this game. As difficult as it is to do, they even give credit (ugh) to the opposition. Looking past this game how is the playoff picture impacted and what do the Seahawks need to do from here on out to hold onto the top seed in the NFC. Dave Wyman, former Seattle Seahawks linebacker and co-host of the Wyman, Mike and Moore show on 710 ESPN Seattle, comes on the show to talk about if there is such a thing as a good loss and what to expect with the matchup with the Giants. It's a big week for emails and reviews on iTunes, so the guys read those and even offer solutions to some family issues overseas arising from Seahawks-related conflicts. The Seahawks dominated the consensus #2 team in the NFC at home in front of a national audience on Monday Night Football with outstanding play from Russell Wilson on offense and K.J. Wright on defense. Adam and Brandan take a look at many of the top plays that stood out in the 34-7 win. The guys preview the upcoming game against the 49ers as the Seahawks have the opportunity to clinch the NFC West and a first-round bye in the playoffs. How will this game be different compared to the 13-6 loss on the road in Week 7 last season? Brian Nemhauser of hawkblogger.com joins the program to talk about his analysis of the team after 12 games and their vast improvement from Week 8 to Week 12. He also offers his perspective from San Francisco about the recent release to 49ers ticket holders explaining to them the intricacies of being a fan: like the type of colors to wear on game day and when it's appropriate to make the most noise at the stadium. In the "Do Better" segment, the guys both take shots at different articles from Bleacher Report, they read Facebook comments on the "Faces of Harbaugh" photo of the week, and give some more Seahawks love to Russell Wilson and the 12th Man in the "Better at Life than Skip Bayless" segment.

For a bye week, there was a lot of attention on the Seahawks for the wrong reasons. With the biggest game of the year next up on the schedule, the news was magnified around a four-game suspension for Walter Thurmond and a potential year-long suspension of Brandon Browner. Adam and Brandan talk about what the suspensions mean for the team moving forward. The Saints may have the second best record in the NFC, but the guys are both extremely confident that this game will work out in favor of the Seahawks. Between home field advantage and the noise generated by the second attempt at the Guinness record, and simply how well this team matches up against New Orleans, Seattle should take another step toward securing home field advantage. Adam and Brandan hand out the "coveted" bye-week awards. They disagree on who should win the award on offense and special teams and come to agreement on the defensive side of the ball. A bonus "do better" is directed toward Black Friday shoppers. This week's Better at Life segment is split between Seattle and New England as Coach Belichick makes a bold decision on Sunday night and the 12th Man reaches the top of Mt. Everest.

The Seahawks may be on a bye, but Adam and Brandan have things to talk about including the appearance of Percy Harvin and the return of the starters on the offensive line. In addition to recapping performances by the offense, defense and special teams against the Vikings, the guys discuss other teams in the NFC that may have the opportunity to challenge Seattle. Are any of the other teams in the NFC a match for this Seahawks team? Responding to an email, the guys attempt to decide which two players it would take if Russell Wilson were somehow forced into being traded away from the team. Folks that need to do better this week: an anonymous college scout who implies that Johnny Manziel is a lock to be better than Russell Wilson, and NFL referees have no consistency when it comes to determining if a ball is uncatchable. Paul Allen makes an appearance on the list of those who are better at life than a certain employee at a top sports network along with Harvin for exceeding expectations even with limited playing time.

The Seahawks played their most complete game of the season in their dominant 33-10 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Not only that, but they did it on the road to go to 5-1 on the season away from CenturyLink. And it was a 10am PT start. The idea that Seattle isn't a good road team can officially be put to bed if it hasn't already. At 9-1 overall, Seattle is in a very different position than this time last year when they earned a 30-20 victory over the Vikings to go to 5-3. Now they're in position to earn home field advantage throughout the playoffs and the Vikings are going to have to fight to not finish last in their division. Master Sgt. Traci Williams, president of the Military Sea Hawkers and board member for Operation Ward 57, is on the show this week to talk about Sunday's Military Appreciation Day activities and the Seahawks matchup against the Vikings. There will be a Medal of Honor recipient raising the 12th Man flag, another MOH recipient leading the team out of the tunnel and plenty of other activities to honor our men an women who are wearing and have put on a uniform in defense of our country. Adam and Brandan take a look at how Russell Wilson is comparing to other quarterbacks in their sophomore season. From the email bag they talk about why you aren't seeing a lot of major contributions by rookies and talk about how not to be a "bandwagon" fan. This week's candidates for the "do better" segment belong to Donald Penn, offensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Bears fan John Grant who tazed his wife after a bet on the Bears vs. Packers game. Earl Thomas gets Adsam's nod for Better at life than Skip Bayless, and in the spirit of Veteran's Day,Brandan picks the team of veterans at ESPN and the video montage that played during their recognition.

A lot of Seahawks coverage and much more crammed in to one show this week. Adam and Brandan talk about the Buccaneers and how even up 21-0 it never felt as though the Seahawks were ever getting dominated in this week's game. It all led up to an historic comeback for Seattle topped off by another game winner by Steven Hauschka. The Seahawks get the 27-24 overtime win. There's plenty of fawning over Russell Wilson this week, including a stiff arm perhaps only rivaled in recent memory by Marshawn Lynch in his Beast Quake run. Despite an electric punt return by Golden Tate, Adam still isn't keen on the idea of returning punts that are coming down inside the 10-yard line. With the way Matt Ryan and the Falcons are playing this year, there's nothing scary about this Atlanta team. But with the way Seattle has played after Adam's stone cold lock predictions, it's not worth risking it this week with a similar call. Despite the injuries to the Falcons, Harry Douglas and Tony Gonzalez have the ability to inflict damage on the secondary. After the break, Adam and Brandan give their opinion on what's been reported so far in Miami in regard to Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito. They follow up by sending a message to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon in the "Do Better" segment. Finally, a pair of quarterbacks are inducted into the club of those who the guys deem "better at life" than Skip Bayless. Nick Foles and Jason Campbell earn the top honors of the week for their play against the Raiders and Ravens.

Do comments about the Seahawks from the national media have you down after a 14-9 win over the Rams? Adam and Brandan remind Seattle fans that this team is 7-1 for the first time in franchise history. Not only that, this team is 4-1 on the road. The guys discuss where some of the struggles were in the game, and focus on the defense as one of the biggest reasons why this team was able to pull out the win despite only 135 yards total on offense. Dayna O'Gorman, Seahawks fan reporter for nflfemale.com and co-host of the Wednesday Night With nflfemale podcast, joins the show to talk about the return of Michael Robinson and his presence on the sideline, her thoughts on Earl Thomas and how the defense played, as well as the struggles of the offensive line. Joe Tafoya, a 7-year veteran of the NFL and defensive end for the Seahawks from 2005-2006, joins the Sea Hawkers Podcast to talk about Volume 12. As co-owner of Volume 12, he led the effort behind the record breaking attempt for the loudest crowd roar against the San Francisco 49ers. One thing is clear, Tafoya is not impressed with the way the Kansas City Chiefs broke the Seahawks noise record. Instead of having the crowd roar be an organic part of the game, he says that Chiefs fans were directed to assemble what fans were remaining in the stadium and let out one big cheer in one final attempt to break Seattle's mark. The Seattle Seahawks are 4-0 for the first time in franchise history. After a 45-17 win over the Jaguars this week, Brandan and Adam tip their hat to the Jaguars for doing something the 49ers couldn't do: score a touchdown at CenturyLink. After the game, the defense made a point in saying that giving up 17 points and 265 yards was unacceptable. Should fans agree with that view? One thing that is becoming apparent is the improved chemistry between Russell Wilson and the Seahawks receivers. Brandan wraps up the Jaguars recap by trying to make Jacksonville feel a little bit better about their decision to draft Bryan Anger ahead of Russell Wilson (as much as that's possible). In a preview of the Houston game, Brandan expects a much closer game between the Texans and Seahawks. Despite having the #2 ranked defense, Adam can't find a single player on the Texans defense to give credit to. Darin Pike, Seahawks columnist for Bleacher Report, comes on to talk about the teams in the NFC West. Having originally predicted the 49ers to finish third in the division, Darin now says they'll finish behind both the Rams and Cardinals. Adam kicks of the inaugural "Do Better" segment by calling out Jacoby Jones of the Ravens. Brandan picks on Frank Gore for challenging his coach on the sidelines following the 49ers game against the coach. Finally, in "Better at life than Skip Bayless," Adam contrasts Bruce Irvin to 49ers pass rusher Aldon Smith and Cardinals safety Rashad Johnson loses a part of his finger but earns a place on the "Better at life" list.

For the first time, Adam and Brandan take an entire first segment to break down an upcoming Seahawks game. The Jacksonville Jaguars deserve it, right?
