In the book of Numbers chapter nineteen we see a curious bit of information...the mention of a red heifer. God commands His chosen people Israel to cleanse the temple with the blood of a red heifer. The announcement by the Palestinian government to declare Jerusalem as the capital of the so called Palestinian state is something that should cause us to be on alert. Though this has been said before, the clamor for peace in the middle east may make it more possible than ever. God knows the future for His land and His people.
