With the state of our governments and our world, it seems impossible to be able to rejoice; there’s so much deception, how do we even know what’s real? Well today, Pastor JD reminds us that our hope is in Christ. With God on our side, there’s no reason to fret over this world, because it will shortly come to an end.

It takes a lifetime to wear out a body. While our time on Earth is but a fraction compared to eternity with the Father, the acquiring of our new body will take place in the twinkling of an eye. One of the reasons I don't make promises to my kids is that I know eventually I will break one of my promises. We often think of God as sitting in Heaven, glorious on His throne, and utterly oblivious to everything we’re going through on earth. Sometimes, we need to learn things the hard way. It often takes suffering to realize something we should’ve known all along. What comes to mind when you hear the word “fasting”? Fasting can be a fantastic way to focus your energy on God and what He has for you. Where are we, if not living in the end times?
