Nearly 28,000 fans showed up in Oakland last night to show support for the A's and their disgust with the owner John Fisher. If you wanted to send a message to MLB, having a lot more than 27,000 would have been nice. George is the President of Hockey Operations for the Knights, and this is his 4th time in the finals during his long career. I talk about our friendship that began at Bowling Green State University in 1978. During Game 4 of the NBA Finals the Heat mascot had a skit with UFC star Conor McGregor. It was reported that the mascot ended up going to the emergency room at a local hospital after McGregor unloaded two big punches. Again it was a skit, but I doubt the visit to the hospital was part of the skit. With that being said, I don't know why anyone would want to be involved with McGregor. The guys is a mess!
