Dr. Bill Blatchford developed a large and profitable practice in Corvallis, Oregon starting in 1970. Dentist would come to visit to see what he was doing . He was also asked to speak at meetings all over the US and Canada. It developed into a business coaching dentist how to live a healthy life style and to develop a practice to support their life, not the other way around where life is what is left over. He has spoken at every major dental meeting in North America and many other countries including India, Dubai, Egypt, England, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand. He and his wife Carolyn have been married 52 years. They raised two daughters, Tiffany and Christina. Dr. Christina has followed him into dentistry and now is the owner of Blatchford Solutions. Bill and his wife enjoy traveling, adventure trips, cycling, skiing, fishing, boating, physical fitness. He and Carolyn spend winters at their home in Mexico and summers on their boat on the BC coast and Alaska. Bill has recently started Blatchford Transitions helping dentist buying, selling and merging practices. Before becoming co CEO of Blatchford Solutions with my Dad two years ago, I had several different careers leading me down this path. My parents were encouraging and supportive of any direction, as long as it was forward, that I chose to take in my career. I chose a degree in Fashion Merchandising, my Dad says I majored in shopping! from the University of Arizona. Working as a sales associate at Nordstrom for a year, I learned much about sales and myself. Retail did not allow me to have the life balance so I chose another degree in Commercial Interior Design and worked in this field for five years. I designed medical and dental offices and I enjoyed the creativity this allowed. Yet, I was still seeking more. I craved being able to make a difference in the lives of others plus the lifestyle I had seen my Dad provide our family. Additionally, I had come to the conclusion that I was unemployable. I wanted to be my own boss and make the big decisions, all signs pointed to a career in dentistry. Growing up, I was able to see that my Dad was able to provide a full life for our family. I saw dentistry as a great profession. It was during my childhood, I saw the changes in him as he wanted more time with us and to pursue his interests. He wanted more return and to share the wealth with his team. This lead to the creation of Blatchford Solutions, one of the most trusted Coaching Programs for dental practices today. I purchased my first practice as soon as I graduated OHSU School of Dentistry. I also am very fortunate to get to raise Grace, age 7, with my husband, Dave. After success as a dentist, I started coaching some clients and found it is just the best feeling ever to coach our Doctors to reach and succeed further than they thought possible! As I have grown into the co CEO position, I feel strongly in continuing to practice dentistry. I feel it gives our program a new relevancy. Dr. Geisinger received her B.S. from Duke University, her D.D.S. from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, and her Certificate in Periodontology and Master of Science degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is an Associate Professor, Director of Advanced Education in Periodontology, and Director of Faculty Development and Support in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. John Sorrentino started his practice in 1991 with a commitment to patient care through education. He believes that with proper care everyone can maintain their teeth for a lifetime. I was born on August 8th, 1976 in Manhassett, NY. These are both very important facts to know in order to get to know me. For one, that makes me a Leo and a Leo I am. I am a true competitor in everything I get my hands on – from striving to add the most value into my patient's lives through the dental experience we give them to never giving up on the tennis court to being the best Dad and Husband I can be. Secondly, I was born with a thick New York "sometimes thuggish sounding" accent that no matter how hard I try I just can't shake. Add my accent to the fact that I do not hesitate to speak my mind (only like a true New Yorker does) and boy, I can get myself in a lot of trouble, especially with my BEAUTIFUL, genius wife Melissa. (If you saw me now, I would be patting myself on the back.) I have held a few nicknames over the years, including Osh in my high school and Air Force days, Dr.O by my patients and staff, and Babo when Melissa is happy with me. Over the past two years, my family has grown from two people to four with our latest addition: my son Julian Jamie Oshidar. We already have our daughter Arianna Layla Oshidar, who absolutely has me whipped. Trust me, if you become a patient here, you will hear all about my babies. I don't have this overly compelling or wonderful story as to why I became a dentist, but I can truly say I am really happy I did. The truth is my dad wanted all three of his sons to become doctors and in turn, he got two dentists and chiropractor. I love what I do, not because I am the best dentist in the world (which I am close to being) but because my practice gives me the opportunity to help people achieve a better quality of life. I not only do this through my hands-on dentistry, but I love to coach, educate, and advise my patients, staff, and others as well – basically, whoever will appreciate what I have to teach. I am best known for my drive to succeed and the unique humor I add to pretty much anything I do. Life would be terribly boring if there was a definitive end to what you could accomplish if you couldn't laugh while doing it. I take pride in knowing how many people we employ in my two practices Roselle Park Dental and Little Smiles of Roselle Park. It is a great feeling and sense of accomplishment that gets reinforced on a daily basis whenever my staff or patients say how much they love being in the practice. Although I've come to realize you cannot please everyone, since my practice is a reflection of me, I take it extremely personally when someone is unsatisfied with the way things are run or with the effort I put into my work. This approach has been extremely instrumental to the happiness all of us in the practice show when we are at work. (Unless, of course, my staff is causing me agita!) I have actually started to consult and teach other dentists about implementing dental implants successfully into their practices. Deep down, I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I always find myself rooting for the underdog. Maybe that is why I'm such an avid Jets fan. Man, will they ever win a Super Bowl again? Yes, I have Patriots' fans as patients. Here is a quick story for what I'm truly like. One night when I was in high school, right before my chorus recital (for the lucky ones who have been blessed by my singing, it's true I was in the chorus), there was a kid sitting by himself getting made fun of by some other kids. I felt compelled to sit next to this kid named Howie and befriend him. I did this because it was the right thing to do and it makes me furious when people pick on other people that are different from them. If you ever get a chance to see me hit or kick the punching bag while training, you will now understand what predominantly fuels my fire.

Dr. Valerie Cooper is a private practice prosthodontist with a passion for dentures. Called the "Denture Queen" by her prosthodontics coresidents, the name stuck, and her love for removable prosthodontics grew with time. Dr. Cooper presents a systematic approach to digital denture treatment which she has been refining since she switched to all-digital denture fabrication in 2015. Dr. Cooper's practices are located in Dayton, Ohio, her hometown. She owns a practice limited to prosthodontics as well as a general dentistry practice. Since 2014 Dr. Cooper has fabricated free dentures for patients in her community during National Prosthodontics Awareness Week, NPAW. Many volunteer lab technicians, students, and prosthodontists helped prepare up to 20 dentures in a single week with the conventional denture process. Once the process became all digital and required less human work, the focus turned to education during NPAW 2016 and 2017. In 2018 her plans are to fabricate more free dentures than ever before using 3D printing technology.

Before founding McCall Dentures, Dr Ryan McCall was a typical Midwestern boy from Effingham, IL, a small town with a population of 12,000. Growing up in close proximity to a farm, he was sure about two things, he didn't want to live in close proximity to a farm forever and he wanted to own a red Subaru Outback! After graduating from dental school, Dr. McCall opened his first office in the super dank city of Fort Collins, CO. His initial marketing tactic was a $15 hand painted sign in the front yard. Fifteen months later, he opened another office and then foolishly spent a full year flying from Indianapolis, IN to Denver, CO running both offices. He knew there had to be a better way for himself and future dentists. 2 years later, McCall Dentures was born and the persona of 2 Chairz took flight. Brian McCarthy is the operation leader of Dentistry.com and Executive Vice President at Futuredontics, Inc. Brian joined in 2014 as Chief Product Officer, running the SaaS product line before becoming President of Futuredontics prior to its acquisition by Dentsply Sirona in 2015. Brett Wells is a practicing dentist and owner of Wells Family Dental Group in Raleigh, NC.
