Doctor Chiappetti is a native of Scottsdale and received his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona in 1980. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of Southern California in 1988 and has been committed to continuing education ever since. Dr. Chiappetti has concentrated his time and skills in learning advanced procedures and techniques in general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Evan Rubensteen grew up in South Florida, graduating from MAST Academy in Key Biscayne. After high school, Dr. Rubensteen attended NYU for college, double majoring in Political Science and Religious Studies while serving multiple terms as class president. From there he went to Harvard University and obtained a fellowship to help impoverished children in Guatemala. Enjoying his work with children (and the warmer climate!), he decided to pursue a career in orthodontics and completed his residency and a Master's degree at the University of Florida.

Dr. Todd Bovenizer is a board-certified orthodontist and the founder of Bovenizer & Baker Orthodontics. He graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor's in Biology and from West Virginia with his Master's in Orthodontics and Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Bo is Past President of the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and Member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. He is part of Damon's Mentor Program. This allows orthodontists from the Southeast to visit the office and shadow Dr. Bo to learn about state-of-the-art technology and techniques regarding the Damon system. He speaks nationally for Ormco. Dr. Bo lives in Cary, NC with his wife, Megan and their three wonderful girls. Dr. Bo can be found cheering on his kids at the soccer field. He is also heavily involved in their school, Cary Christian where he serves as President on their board, and his church, Colonial Baptist.

Dr. Jonathan Cook is a cosmetic dentist who owns two successful practices in Fort Lauderdale Florida. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 with honors and won awards in Prosthodontics, Implantology and was inducted as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education from implantology to botox and fillers to occlusion. He has been practicing dentistry for just over 11 years and has built his practices reputation on integrity, passion, teamwork and empathy. He has purchased 7 practices in the 9 years since his first practice acquisition in June of 2010, learning a ton along the way. Dr. Ace Goerig graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental School in 1971 and was their distinguished alumnus in 2014. After graduating he entered the Army and retired a colonel in 1991. Dr. Goerig has been in private practice for 28 years in Olympia, Washington. He has presented at every major national dental meeting and founded Endo Mastery, a coaching program for endodontists in 1996. Dr. Goerig's new book entitled "The Dentists 2019 Guide to Creating Personal and Financial Freedom" was written to teach doctors and team members the secrets of becoming personally and financially free. He has 2 free web sites to help dentists and their teams how to become financially free. (DoctorAce.com and DebtFreeDentist.com). He and his wife, Nancy have 5 children and 13 grandchildren and were married in 1969.

Over his career, "Dr. H" has developed and expanded more than twenty dental offices. His current Tucson- and Phoenix-based dental specialty practice, Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery, consist of ten offices, making it the largest Endodontic/Oral Surgery practice in the Southwestern United States. In 2017, he and his wife Julie, co-founded the Scottsdale Leadership and Coaching Center, where they develop and enhance individuals, and teams' aspirations to lead others effectively through various facets of leadership training.

He then positioned with 3M Company for five years in the National Advertising Division and was the recipient of several awards for his sales and marketing performance throughout his tenure with 3M. He was recruited by The Center for Professional Development in 1992. While at The Center (CPD) for eight years, Mark analyzed over 300 dental practices in the Northwestern territory of the U.S. He helped to position dentists for a private care practice model. Mark is now the CEO and Director of Practice Growth at The Growth Into Greatness Institute, which he co-founded with Deb Castillo. While CEO, Mark's primary responsibility is to provide one-on-one coaching and practice development in areas of profitability, financial management and staff development. He also conducts small retreats for students engaged in the developmental process. Through his commitment to this work, Mark is passionate about helping others to achieve their own greatness, and to aspire to levels of growth and excellence they thought were never possible.

After receiving his Masters degree in Healthcare Management in 2011, Chris worked as a practice management consultant for nearly five years before starting his own dental staffing startup. Chris is fascinated by the intersection of startups, technology, and dentistry which is what led him to quip, where he currently works as the Dental Marketing lead. Elisa is a RDH who graduated from NYU with her degree in hygiene in 2015 and her bachelors in 2016. She practiced clinically in private practice in Phoenix, AZ for three and a half years. She now works for quip, an oral care company based in New York, as their Dental Community Manager.

Angela Snider did her undergraduate science degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and went on to study dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, graduating in 2009. She then went on to private practice in rural Ontario. In 2014 she moved to the United Kingdom and successfully completed the Overseas Registration Exam to become licensed with the General Dental Council of the United Kingdom. She then practiced in Medstead, Southwest England before relocating back to Canada in 2017. She is now practicing as an associate in Deep River, Ontario. Nicole Adams has practiced as an associate dentist for the past 10 years in both rural and urban settings in Canada. Prior to dentistry, she graduated with a BSc in Biochemistry, as well as a BA in Geography. She is a proud graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry. Her practice experience includes full service family dental practices, allowing her to developed a love for treating pediatric patients and learning to really enjoy endodontics. Nicole is thankful for the dental mentorship of a few key principle dentists/owners over the past decade who have really taught her more about dentistry and life than any school or continuing education program could teach. As an associate dentist, she has been able to balance the work-life balance while supporting her husband to pursue and advance his career with the federal government of Canada. After graduating Dental School Krista Maedel went on to return to her home town of Kindersley, Saskatchewan as an associate dentist at Lifetime Dental. After 5 years of practicing as an associate in a rural setting she was missing the city life so went on to Associate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for 3 years. In 2016 after having the experience of practicing in both city and rural settings she could see the great value of working as a dentist in a rural community so she purchased the practice where she was an associate for the first 5 years after dental school. Then in 2017 she purchased Rosetown Dental which is another rural practice 45 minutes down the road from her first practice. She keeps busy working 2 days a week in each clinic and enjoys bread and butter dentistry, Invisalign and implant dentistry. Between the two practices she works alongside 4 other dentists and 30 other wonderful ladies! Lindsay Yaworsky did her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at University of Saskatchewan (U of S) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada, she then went into the College of Dentistry at U of S. Upon graduation in 2009, she moved to Yorkton, Saskatchewan – a city of approximately 20,000. She became a practice co-owner in 2013 in a group practice. Their practice focuses on bread and butter dentistry and patient centered care. Mc Nulty Memorial Award for the highest scholastic achievement. He has been elected to membership in Alpha Tau Epsilon - USC Dental School Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi - National Society of Scholars, Omicron Kappa Upsilon - National Dental Honor Society, the Pierre Fauchard Academy - International Honor Dental Society, and he is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, and was the Co-director of Occlusion at USC School of Dentistry. He is also an Assistant Director in the Advanced Restorative Institute Dental Education Center, on the faculty of the Esthetic Professionals Education Center, and serves as a specialist consultant to the Graduate Prosthodontic Program at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in West Los Angeles. Dr. Ochi maintains a full time private practice in Beverly Hills with an emphasis on physiologic and aesthetic reconstructive dentistry. His patients include Academy Award winners, and some of the most recognized names in the entertainment business.

Dr. Sonny Spera- former Syracuse Orangeman point guard, graduate of University of Buffalo dental school was an associate dentist for 2 years then ventured off to purchase a practice from a retiring/injured dentist. He has grown that small rural office into 5 offices, 6 Doctors and 60 dental team members. They have their own dental lab onsite that does all Crown and bridge, dentures, orthodontic appliances etc… the offices are located mostly in the 607 area code of Upstate NY. The practice is called Progressive Dental and is a fee for service practice that provides all ranges of care from orthodontics to pediatrics to endodontics to implants. He completed residencies in Hospital Dentistry and Dental Anesthesiology and is currently the only St. Louis area general dentist certified in Deep Sedation and General Anesthesiology by the Missouri Dental Board. He is a diplomate of both the American and National Dental Boards of Anesthesiology. Dr. Hoffmann is very active in organized dentistry. He is a Past President of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society and a member and chairman of various committees at the state and national level. He is a member of the faculty at Forest Park Community College and is on staff at Mercy Medical Center where he lectures to residents on anesthesia protocol. He also continues to educate his colleagues and their dental teams on safe oral sedation in their own private practice. In 1991, Dr. Hoffmann opened a state of the art dental facility that enabled him to provide dental services accompanied with Deep Sedation and General Anesthesia. He is dedicated to serving individuals with dental phobias; gag reflexes, the inability to become numb, medical, mental or physical disabilities, as well as young children unable to cooperate. Dr. Thoms was born and raised in northern Illinois. He received his Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2008, his Master's degree (M.S.) in Biomedical Science from Barry University in 2009, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After graduation from dental school, he attended a three-year Dental Anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) which certifies him to provide deep sedation and general anesthesia for dental procedures by the Missouri Dental Board. He is a Diplomate of both the American and National Dental Boards of Anesthesiology and holds faculty positions at the University of Pittsburgh and Saint Louis University. Dr. Thoms has a primary focus in treating children and patients with special healthcare needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and Alzheimer's disease.

Joseph (Joe) Jordan is the founder of JPA Dental Transitions. After establishing practice as a dental specific attorney, Joe saw that his skills in the legal profession could easily and valuably translate to the world of Dental Transitions. Now helping dental professionals through their practice transitions is one of the great joys of his job. Law remains one of his first loves and he continues to work and own Jordan Law Group to serve the dental community. Joe also greatly enjoys his time speaking to dental schools, round robins, and on national dental circuits around the United States. He is a proud husband and dad of two kids.

Mr. Bracken Killpack has been the Executive Director of WSDA since January 2015. Prior to that, he ran WSDA's Government Affairs program. Bracken has an MBA from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business and a BA in Politics from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Bracken and his wife, Kate, were volunteers with the United States Peace Corps in Panama from 2009-11. Dennis received his dental training at Loma Linda University, graduating in 1986. He returned to Tri-Cities and joined his father Robert in their Pasco dental office where they worked together till early 2010. Dennis and his wife Traci have two grown children and love being together with family for holidays. Dr. Bradshaw enjoys keeping up to date with the ever changing and advancing field of dentistry. This commitment puts him in advanced classes many days each year, which helps him provide his patients what really works and is worthy of incorporating into his dental practice. Dennis also enjoys being involved in organized dentistry and has served the Washington State Dental Association on numerous different committees. He is also a member of the International Seattle Study Clubs local chapter. Dr. Irwin is a Pacific NW native. After attending college at University of Utah for undergraduate studies and University of Louisville Dental School in Kentucky, he returned to Washington State to be closer to family and friends. Dr. Irwin is passionate about dentistry and is known to use vacation time to further in dental education by either taking courses or reading dental material. Dr. Irwin and his wife have five children. When he isn't working he enjoys playing golf, basketball, cycling, spending time with his family and friends and traveling.

As Director of Strategic Relations for The Dentists Supply Company, Michael creates and implements strategies designed to grow and improve the TDSC.com business as a benefit to members of organized dentistry. He deploys the TDSC experts and resources needed to empower dentists to gain more control of the costs of instruments and supplies, and practice dentistry on their own terms. Michael has spent more than a decade in the dental industry, including owning a dental consulting company. His professional experience includes working as a Regional Development Manager at Align Technology, as well as serving on its leadership council, and working as a Specialty Regional Director for Pacific Dental Services. In addition, Michael has both pharmaceutical and medical device industry expertise and has served on two national advisory panels.

Before graduating, in 1996, from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine, Rich Bailey had already become an entrepreneur selling his wildly successful Billy-Bob Teeth, which he invented while sitting in denture class. These novelty chompers brought laughter to millions and spawned a new global market. Rich has also enjoyed serving as a small town dentist in North Idaho. It was during this time that he recognized the incredible and largely unmet dental needs of senior citizens in long-term care facilities. He developed a unique approach to meeting the needs of this community and Onsite Dental Services was born. Their mission: "Enhancing Quality of Life by Improving Oral Health."

Les completed a BSc (Hon) & DDS at Western followed by a GPR at the London Health Sciences Centre. He maintained a full-time solo private practice with an emphasis on digital dentistry, prosthodontics and medical device research while continuing hospital privileges at Strathroy-Middlesex General. His research was supported by the Scientific Research and Experimental Development Fund and the National Research Council. In 2011, Kalman transitioned to full-time academics as an assistant professor and outreach coordinator. Kalman's research focuses on medical devices & technologies relevant to clinical dentistry. He has authored close to 40 articles, holds two patents and has translated two technologies. Kalman maintains his position as the founder and President of Research Driven. He is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Standards Council of Canada and serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Western Ontario Faculty Association and the Canadian Association of Public Health Dentistry. He has been recognized as an Academic Associate Fellow (AAID), Fellow, Master and Diplomate (ICOI), has been awarded the Schulich Alumni of Distinction Award and most recently the Merck Patients First award.

Dr. Stephen Hsu, a tenured professor of Oral Biology and Diagnostic Sciences at the Dental College of Georgia, is a world-renowned expert in green tea polyphenol research and inventor of green tea technology-derived products and medications, which treat dry mouth, dandruff, hair loss, cold sores, and viral infections with natural ingredients. Dr. Hsu was awarded a number of patents on novel technologies targeting autoimmune diseases, herpes simplex virus, virus-induced infections, and salivary dysfunction (xerostomia or dry mouth). Dr. Hsu has been selected as a TED speaker in 2014. Dr. Hsu received the International Association for Dental Research (IADR)/GSK Innovation in Oral Care Award in 2011. Kirstein Research Service Award from the National Cancer Institute, and conducted cancer research at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Hsu joined the Augusta University, formerly the Medical College of Georgia, in 1999 and serves as Course Director for Nutrition and Course Director for Biochemistry in the Department of Oral Biology and Diagnostic Sciences. Dr. Hsu has joint appointments in the Institute of Molecular Medicine and Genetics and the Graduate School. He is a former President of the Georgia chapter of the American Association for Dental Research and a member of the American Association for Cancer Research and the International Association for Dental Research. He has published more than seventy research articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, eight books or book chapters, and has presented his research findings at scientific meetings worldwide, as well as lectured for CE courses to dentists, dental hygienists, and pharmacists. He has served as reviewer of grant applications for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), the National University of Singapore, and for numerous scientific journals. Dr. Hsu's research has been funded by the NIH and the U.S. Department of Defense, IADR, Georgia Research Alliance (GRA), among other organizations. Dr. Hsu has collaborated with researchers representing the fields of oral biology/maxillofacial pathology, dermatology, virology, and molecular biology from Universities in the US, China, and Japan. He and his wife, Tracy, live in Evans, Georgia with their sons, Alexander and Andrew.

In three words Dr. Safarian is hard working, persistent and a lifelong learner. He lived in the San Diego area for nearly 30 years when he started 3 dental practices from scratch. Since graduating for Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston 2001 Dr. Safarian has taken many continuing education courses, receiving training in cosmetic dentistry, TMJ and orthodontic treatments. Running his own practices has taught him a great deal about customer service and marketing, and his inspiring success prompted him to start 7 Figure Dental Practice in order to assist other dental practitioners in achieving their own business dreams. Dr. Safarian believes success is not something you can just have in a blink of an eye. It requires hard work, consistency, self-belief, self discipline, accountability, and determination.

Dr. Hobbs is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and has over 25 years of dental and periodontal experience. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in College Park and went on to receive her DDS from the University of Maryland Dental School, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Hobbs completed her General Practice Residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania and was the Chief Resident the following year at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Hobbs worked as general dentist in Charlotte for a year before deciding to specialize in Periodontics. She attended the University of California at San Francisco where she earned her certificate in Periodontology Specialty while simultaneously earning a Master's Degree in Oral Biology with emphasis on the link between Periodontal Disease and Diabetes and TGFB growth factor. She received the "Most Innovative" Clinical Research Award in her Senior Year at UCSF from the Western Society of Periodontology. In 1997, Dr. Hobbs moved to Durham, NC where she established a private practice in Periodontology and Implantology. She operated a highly successful, private clinic in Durham and received her Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2000. She has been an Assistant Professor at UNC school of Dentistry Post- Graduate Periodontology Department since 1997 and she rose through the ranks of the North Carolina Society of Periodontist serving as President in 2014. In 2015, Dr. Hobbs started the Hobbs' Spear Study Club. She enjoys the opportunity to interact with great restorative doctors and specialists and has been a member of numerous Study Clubs in the Triangle Area including the Wake County Dental Society and the Seattle Study Club. In 2018 she sold her practice and joined NuImage surgical center. She has presented to numerous organizations over the years, including Wake County Dental Society, Wake and Durham/Orange Hygiene Society, NC Chapter of AAWD, Durham Health Department, Duke Endocrinology Grand Rounds and numerous local Study clubs. Dr. Hobbs was born in Egypt and raised in Germany. At the age of 9, she came to the U.S. with her family. Dr. Hobbs is married to Jim Hobbs, a Greensboro native, and they are proud parents of their daughter, Madison. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exercising and watching her daughter do gymnastics. Dr. Hobbs is a proud supporter of Hospice, The Food Bank of N.C., The Pulmonary Fibrosis Society, The American Cancer Society, Durham Rescue Mission, Doctors without Borders and the Salvation Army. She also volunteers for the Baptist Mission Dental Bus, Wake Smiles Dental Clinic and Miriam Dental Clinic.

Dr. Taylor Clark is the author of the hit book Beating All Odds- Discover Exactly How You Can Succeed in Life and Work. Dr. David W. Epstein is a retired Pediatric Dentist residing in Bloomfield, CT. He attended the University of Wisconsin on a scholarship in Metallurgical Engineering. Nathaniel Lawson completed a DMD/PhD program in the field of dental materials at the University of Alabama under the mentorship of John Burgess. After a stint in private practice, he returned to UAB in 2014 to teach and perform clinical and laboratory testing of dental materials.
