The constitution does not give the courts power over the military. Congress is the sole force that is permitted to regulate the military. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals thinks it is their place to tell the military they have to allow homosexuality among their ranks. What can we do to? Congress has the authority to abolish courts. Why are we afraid to consider this?

When New York passed their homosexual marriage law, they did not observe proper procedure. The lobby was blocked so people could not talk to their legislators. In New York a bill must be made available to the members for review, three days prior to being passed. Their homosexual marriage law was passed on the same day. Also, Mayor Bloomberg actually persuaded republican senators to vote in favor of if with the bribe of personally fundraising for them.

Hope must come from the pulpits of America. Liberty must be preached! The church used to be the center of culture. People used to go to pastors for news and direction. This is what we need to see, again. Stand without apology for what should be a righteousness issue. Too often pastors worry that what they say will be in violation of their tax exemption status, instead of considering that what they say is the instruction that God commands be preached.

Does the bill of rights need to be saved? You will be astounded to learn just how prevalent the loss of these fundamental basic rights are. American exceptionalism is tied to the Bill of Rights. It's our ability to go off on our own pursuits of happiness, as Thomas Jefferson said. Author Frank Miniter goes through the list-- half of these rights can no longer be expected, today? Are we going soft in the conservative movement? Have evangelicals gone liberal? Too many people are starting to believe that it is the government's job to take care of the poor. Government programs perpetuate poverty by creating a dependence, and inequality is growing in our society.
