You will be surprised to learn just how few votes are coming in from our military men and women. The problem is two-fold. First, much of the military does not vote. It's hard to get ballots in from the front-lines. Second, a significant portion of military votes are rejected, with rejection rates as high as 34% in New York and Illinois! What can we do to solve these problems?
