HEADLINE: Trump Admin Offers Buyouts to Nearly All Federal Employees by Tom Ozimek  Something big was going down. The higher ups in contract state of Mordor didn’t see this coming. The only thing they knew was they weren’t getting answers. Federal employees are being offered buyouts under the Trump administration’s new “deferred resignation” initiative, with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to send emails with the proposal to federal workers, according to Katie Miller, a member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The OPM memo indicates that the voluntary program is being offered to all full-time federal employees, with the exception of personnel in the military, the U.S. Postal Service, immigration enforcement, and national security, or any positions specifically excluded by the employing agency. The estimate was $12 million but Elon said he believes it is more like $24 million. You type resign into the subject line and hit send. He is giving them all a buyout that is nice of him to do. He doesn’t even have to do that. I think the Trump Administration is trying to make this happen, because he wants them to use the courts. It is ultimately going to SCOTUS and it will back the Executive up. Around 54 percent of all 2.28 million civilian federal workers worked fully onsite in roles that can’t be done remotely, according to an August 2024 report from the  OMB. Ten percent of the total 2.8 million—or 228,000 employees—were in remote positions with no expectations for in-office work, per the report. This is going to happen folks. Congressman Ron Paul said to eliminate the IRS a long time ago. Now Trump is saying the same thing. This is not a new idea. I think excises will also come into play. Some will have to come from things that are taxed like wine and cigarettes and such. Probably one of the most invisible taxes but they add state and city taxes on top of it. Trump laid the case out and cited 1887 tariff. President William McKinley did this. The American people should never be taxed to fund the Federal government. 1917 Income tax finally ratified.  We could balance the budget just by imposing tariffs and going back to 2000 spending. Ron Paul said that once upon a time. Lets go w/ 2006, pick a year, set the budget number, eliminate the income tax, bring tariffs back and see what happens. This is why I say send this to the SCOTUS and this will come to an end. This is a great day and you can all thank Donald Trump for this. It will get out of the House. Then why would they craft an amendment to invite the entire human race to move to this continent and immediately become a citizen when they popped a kid out here? Here is a book I recommend – Government by Judiciary  Read this book and you will know what the people that ratified the 14th amendment were actually thinking. Ask Dr Kevin Gutzman about this. I hope those 22 Attorney Generals get their way and it goes straight to the SCOTUS. SCOTUS will come to the same conclusion I just did. The bipartisan act would give individual states the freedom to permit intrastate distribution of custom-slaughtered meat such as beef, pork, or lamb to consumers, restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, and grocery stores. “A farmer in Maine shouldn’t have to drive hours to get to a USDA-inspected processing facility when other safe options are available. The bipartisan PRIME Act will make it easier for local farms to compete with big meat companies and make locally-raised livestock processing more widely available. This bill will address the needs of communities in a way that supports them by allowing America’s family farms to do what they do best – feed their neighbors.” –  Rep Thomas Massie Current law exempts the custom slaughter of animals from federal inspection regulations, but only if the meat is slaughtered for personal, household, guest, and employee use. This means that to sell individual cuts of locally raised meats to consumers, farmers and ranchers must first send their animals to one of a limited number of USDA-inspected slaughterhouses. The PRIME Act would expand the current custom exemption.  HEADLINE: CELEBRATION by Joel Salatin  This is an unbelievable turn of events and we are still in the transition phase. Most people don’t know enough history to know that the federal government was to be financed entirely from tariffs and excise taxes.  In fact, as a nation we operated just fine for nearly 150 years without an income tax.  The only president who eliminated the national debt was Andrew Jackson, and he did it by eliminating the second bank of the U.S.  Nearly 100 years later we got the third bank, known as the Federal Reserve, plus the income tax.  During that time, tariffs averaged 40-50 percent.  After the income tax, tariffs dropped to an average of about 7 percent, where they remain today.  If we went back to 40 percent, like we had for nearly 150 years, we would bring production home and free our citizens from impoverishing taxes.  I don’t usually endorse things unless I personally know and have tested and used products or spoken w/ the individuals.  No one can say this is a bad idea.  The history, the numbers and the results don’t lie. On Wednesday, Oct. 30, Peanut the Squirrel and Longo’s other pet, a raccoon named Fred, were seized from his home by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The DEC also notes that it is illegal to keep young wildlife as pets since they are “not well suited for life in captivity.
