The aftermath of that, there was a surge in Founding Fathers and a surge in how this country came about. People were interested in how we got here. What can we do like the Tea Party Patriots did to stop Obama? That was how the Tea Party all got started. Thousand upon thousands attended Tea Party Rallies all over the place. The Patriots were absolutely outraged.  There is a flicker of a flame right now of something similar to that. You heard some of it on Saturday and Sunday at Turning Point USA in Detroit. The Continental Congress – request 3,300 militia troops called up to defend New York against the Royal Governor who was Benjamin Franklin’s son. I just want to share a letter with you. A letter that Washington wrote, General Orders, it was written in July, it was basically a summary of how things would either go down in the favor or against the colonist.  Take this letter here and if you think it’s time for a new Tea Party, I think this is something you could tattoo on your forehead as the adage goes. “The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their houses and farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human efforts will deliver them. The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the courage and conduct of this army. We have, therefore, to resolve to conquer or die.” – George Washington General Orders July 2, 1776 The day Washington composed this general order, the British disembarked on Staten Island with the largest fleet ever seen in North America. Just two days later, the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence. The stakes for the Continental Army soldiers could hardly have been higher. High water mark in 1776 Washington had about 9,000.  GRAND total of all North America, somewhere b/w 9,000 – 10,000. It didn’t matter to him, he wrote we will either win or die b/c they would not live as slaves! 6:35am cst SEGMENT 2   46m                       51m   HEADLINE: New Louisiana Law Requires Ten Commandments Be Displayed in All Classrooms by Bill Pan  Louisiana is now the first state to mandate that the text be displayed at all public schools and colleges. This is coming off the back of August 2023 when the legislature stated all public schools had to have a placard that says “In God We Trust”. They made a law stating the flag of Louisiana will never be changed. What is happening in Louisiana? From In God We Trust to the 10 Commandments being listed in all public schools, there seems to be a line in the sand being drawn. The left is yelling they are going to fight this tooth and nail and our Governor said, let them come. Say what you want about our Governor Landry but he is always up front and friendly.  When Mick Jagger stated on stage “Your new Governor wants to bring you back to the stone age!” Governor Landry tweeted out…”Well Mick would know b/c he was alive in the stone ages.” The bill specifies that the text must be presented at the main focal point of a poster or framed document measuring at least 11 inches by 14 inches and printed in a “large and easily readable font.”  It also requires a 200-word “context statement” explaining that the Ten Commandments were “a prominent part of American public education for almost three centuries.” Let’s pretend for a moment the Bill of Rights was never ratified. Adams was not a proponent of the Bill of Rights. Show me in the Constitution minus the amendments, show me the prohibition against the states practicing religion.  4 states used to collect taxes from its citizens and hand them over to the church. How was that ‘legal’?  The government couldn’t tell the states what they can and couldn’t do in regards to religion. They could collect taxes and give them to the church if they so chose. I think they tipped their hand yesterday when they expedited this process of becoming a citizen if you are married to an American citizen. I missed something in the Constitution apparently.  Legislate, execution… Can someone tell me when Congress changed the naturalization law? How you can get a Green Card – it is law, there are immigration lawyers out there.  My brother married a woman from the UK and it took 6 years for her to become a US Citizen. She had to ultimately hire an attorney to get the process sped up to become a citizen. Article 1 Section 8 –  He is trying to buy more votes. Just like he did w/ the students by cancelling they college debt. He tried the same thing w/ women by advocating for abortion.    26m Articles of Association  Articles of Association = are internal documents and rules to specify the regulations for a company’s operations and define the company’s purpose. It outlines how tasks are to be accomplished within the organization, including the process of appointing directors and handling financial records. October 20, 1774 – Insurrectionist would begin their rebellion by stating thus…..We loyal subjects….list all colonies, and in prosecution of the same system…. The First Continental Congress adopted the Articles of Association in response to the “Intolerable Acts” the British government had imposed on its subjects in the colonies. These punitive laws were passed in response to patriot uprisings in the north, particularly the Boston Tea Party in late 1773.  The Articles of Association proposed a boycott on goods produced in Britain and its colonies, and also provided for the correct conduct of colonists during the boycott. Clauses within the document announced a ban of the slave trade, severance of all economic ties with Britain, and the desire to improve agriculture and industry with the colonies, and to provide produce for colonists at a reasonable price. There was also provision for the correct conduct for colonists to undertake during the boycott: no “cock fighting, exhibitions of shews, plays, and other expensive diversions and entertainments,” and no purchasing of expensive mourning clothes after the death of a relative. QUESTION: Why don’t we have Articles of Association?  We could easily have representatives from each state do this very thing. We could make demands that the illegals get forced out. So what is the responsibilities of the District Attorney? How did the indictment of Trump and 21 innocent people ever pass a grand jury there? They are still arguing over if Willis can try the case or not. The Georgia Senate has had hearings on this already. Judge Ural Glanville – do you know what he did in his court room the other day? If the meeting is true, this is coercion, witness intimidation, we have a constitutional right to be present for.  QUESTION: What is Due Process? ANSWER: Due process of law is application by the state of all legal rules and principles pertaining to a case so all legal rights that are owed to a person are respected. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. 5th Amendment – No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Good people have seen their sons and daughters drug through courts and completely denied due process and sentenced to years in prison. In the US we have a conviction system. Judge Ural Glanville wants to convict Young Thug. The Defense has the right to access all witnesses that are to appear in court. The Prosecution should NOT be meeting w/ the Judge w/o the Defense attorney. This says screw due process we will convict Young Thug. This is NOT justice! Where is the District Attorney? Where is the State Attorney? Did you just hear what happened in this courtroom?  This is absolutely insane. Could you imagine if this judge was white and this lawyer was black? Judges conspiring w/ prosecutors to obtain convictions is not justice. That is the exact opposite. They are conspiring to convict this guy outside of the courtroom. So no state shall deny. The state of New York has now denied Trump Due Process of Law. Yesterday when the jury instructions were given by Judge Merchan, to the shock of people watching this, even the liberals, NEW LAW – you can convict him and I will accept it as a unanimous verdict if you bring me 4-4-4. This may be the greatest hoax and lie of all time. A guy named Rob Schmitt from Newsmax did all the research on this. Give him FULL credit here. He wanted to know exactly where the ‘unified reich’ was in that ad. This is how fearful they are of us. They pulled this out of obscurity.  They are afraid of you because you have conviction. Fan Trailer –  A fan produces an ad for his favorite candidate and he puts it out on Truth Social and tag Trump in it. Trump from the courtroom reposts it to his account. There is nothing objectionable in it, content wise. But because the left is so intent on comparing Trump to Hitler they went frame by frame, blew it up and saw the ‘unified reich’ text.  So where did this vintage newspaper come from? It is a template that ANYONE could purchase for vintage footage in a video. An AI bot scans this video and catches the word ‘reich’. That is the only way it was spotted. Opinion is not rock solid, it may be correct but it may not be. Opinion then goes to truth. Truth then goes to certitude.  The more universals in your thought, the more clear and accurate you are. HEADLINE: A Truly ‘Impartial Jury’ Is Hard To Come By by Jordan Boyd I was surprised by the number of potential jurors in the pool with me who admitted to the prosecution and defense that they couldn’t be impartial or presume innocence in a sex crime case for various reasons. A few knew or knew of the defendant. Others raised their hand and said they had bad personal experiences with sexual assault or were inclined to “believe all women.” Less than one hour into deliberations, five of the six jurors including myself determined the defendant was not guilty on both counts. After another hour of review and debate, the sixth juror, who admitted to us that his feelings about his wife’s own history with sexual assault were affecting his ability to be objective, agreed the evidence did not prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Thanks  to the impartiality and presumption of innocence unless or until guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, a legally innocent man in a Texas city walks free. The regulations are among the most significant environmental rules implemented under Biden, who has made tackling climate change a key pillar of his presidency. The EPA has forecast that between 35% and 56% of new vehicles sold between 2030 and 2032 would be electric under the rules – a range that reflected the flexibility the agency has said automakers have to pursue different pollution-cutting technologies. If you buy an EV you will actually INCREASE your carbon footprint.  HEADLINE: Electric Cars Emit More Particulate Pollution by Michael Buschbacher and Taylor Myers According to measurements by an emission-analytics firm, in gasoline cars equipped with a particle filter, airborne tire-wear emissions are more than 400 times as great as direct exhaust particulate emissions. California calls electric cars “zero emissions vehicles” because they don’t have tailpipes. That is deceptive though. Generating the electricity that powers those cars creates particulate pollution, and of course electric cars still use tires, which are made from petroleum. Electric cars weigh far more than gasoline-powered ones, so their tires degrade faster. The electric car weighed about one-third more than the hybrid and emitted roughly one-quarter more particulate matter because of tire wear.
