It’s the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history. Biden said he would be taking more steps in the weeks ahead and would continue to review clemency petitions. The second largest single-day act of clemency was by Barack Obama, with 330, shortly before leaving office in 2017. Biden’s clemency and parole only work for Federal court cases. He has NO say so in STATE cases, he doesn’t have that authority. If it is a felony in the state of Louisiana, and that person was convicted of that crime, Biden cannot touch him, he must remain in prison. QUESTION: Should the Federal government have Federal prisons? ANSWER: The answer is yes and there is even a clause in the Constitution for the building of them. I will ask the question again, you want to complain about the hundreds of years of inequity, fine lets admit that and move forward. What is this ‘get whitey’ mentality that still exists?  Would there have been a trial if Danial Penny was a BLM member? I have talked about his all the time, we have a CONVICTION system in the United States not a JUSTICE system. How do these prosecutors end up with a 95% conviction rate? ANSWER: To make it easier for small farms and ranches to serve consumers. The bipartisan act would give individual states the freedom to permit intrastate distribution of custom-slaughtered meat such as beef, pork, or lamb to consumers, restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, and grocery stores. “A farmer in Maine shouldn’t have to drive hours to get to a USDA-inspected processing facility when other safe options are available. The bipartisan PRIME Act will make it easier for local farms to compete with big meat companies and make locally-raised livestock processing more widely available. This bill will address the needs of communities in a way that supports them by allowing America’s family farms to do what they do best – feed their neighbors.” –  Rep Thomas Massie Current law exempts the custom slaughter of animals from federal inspection regulations, but only if the meat is slaughtered for personal, household, guest, and employee use. This means that to sell individual cuts of locally raised meats to consumers, farmers and ranchers must first send their animals to one of a limited number of USDA-inspected slaughterhouses. The PRIME Act would expand the current custom exemption.  HEADLINE: CELEBRATION by Joel Salatin  This is an unbelievable turn of events and we are still in the transition phase. Most people don’t know enough history to know that the federal government was to be financed entirely from tariffs and excise taxes.  In fact, as a nation we operated just fine for nearly 150 years without an income tax.  The only president who eliminated the national debt was Andrew Jackson, and he did it by eliminating the second bank of the U.S.  Nearly 100 years later we got the third bank, known as the Federal Reserve, plus the income tax.  During that time, tariffs averaged 40-50 percent.  After the income tax, tariffs dropped to an average of about 7 percent, where they remain today.  If we went back to 40 percent, like we had for nearly 150 years, we would bring production home and free our citizens from impoverishing taxes.  I don’t usually endorse things unless I personally know and have tested and used products or spoken w/ the individuals.  No one can say this is a bad idea.  The history, the numbers and the results don’t lie. So Kamala would be responsible for the Venezualans that have taken over the apartment complex right? She would also be responsible for the young women that have died at the hands of illegals. She would also be responsible for what is happening in Ohio w/ the pets and that small town that has been basically taken over by illegals. They are signing up 1,000’s a day in Pennsylvania alone. Harris claimed without a hint of irony that if Trump is elected he’ll use the Department of Justice “as a weapon against his political enemies,” adding, “You know who does that? Dictators do that.” At one point during the show, she agreed w/ a caller who said Trump will lock “anyone who doesn’t look white into camps,” replying, “You’ve hit on a really important point and expressed it I think so well.” This isn’t the type of talk a politician will engage in if they are that far up in the polls.   56m Caller Derek from Las Vegas Naturalized Citizen Kamala’s parents had non-citizen parents and in her own autobiography she states they came here for an education that they could go BACK to their country to use. I believe those little podcast interviews Kamala has been doing gave her a sense of ‘I can do this’. I think it made her truly believe she was and is fit for this job. This made her agree to this ‘big girl’ interview w/ Bret. I honestly believe it backfired on her as he asked REAL questions and wouldn’t let up when she wouldn’t answer them. Take all the camera shots when Harris isn’t in the broadcast screen, what did Kamala look like? Was she fidgeting?  Was she rolling her eyes? Did she look uncomfortable? Bret Baier is probably one of the most mild mannered ‘right’ journalist at Fox News. He was invited to a Catholic businessmen dinner to speak and he turned them down. He is Catholic but he refused to go. My point is he is no ‘rock the boat’ guy. The people running the Harris campaign, you can plainly see they are darkening her face up. The tone of her face is not the same as the tone of her hands. You don’t typically have one hue on your face and one on your hands. Why would you do the 1st sit-down where you actually have to answer or get pushback, why would you send her into that situation this close to election date?  23m Presidential Polling The 5 day rolling average, the national survey, it shows Trump +5.6. So you take the last 5 days and you take both their averages and drop the last day and continue on in that manner. He is weighting the answers against polling in 2020 Biden v Trump. PA Trump is up +4. Trump is down -.3 in Wisconsin. Up 2.0 in Michigan. They are all pointing to the Georgia poll b/c they are already early voting.  Early voting starts today as well in North Carolina. 6:35am cst SEGMENT 2 40m                               55m Death of Americans and Immigration What is the first thing you do if you know something you did was wrong? The first thing you should do is apologize. It takes a humble and contrite person to do that. If you fake confess a sin, knowing full well you are going to go out and commit it again that doesn’t work. Kamala Harris doesn’t care about the American women that were killed by illegal immigrants. She was given an opportunity last night to apologize for these deaths, instead she simply diverted and said it was a tragedy for these folks. This was preventable. I have been doing this for 9 years now and this was a time I met more 1st time attendees than ever. I traveled on over to Boston w/ daughter #2. We went to the JFK Library and it was my first time and I honestly think it is very underrated.  I spent more time in the museum than I did in the library. So much I had never heard of President Kennedy. Jacki O spoke fluent Spanish and she went w/ him on 3 or 4 trips to South America. He was working out all manner of deals w/ the Mexicans the Venezuelans and Brazilians.  There was nothing digital on counting down the election returns. There is text for the name of the state then there are 2 counters. One for R and for D. There was no color coding that happened later. You had manual dial-ins for the upcoming total on the incoming votes. Almost like an old score board. Kennedy only won by 17,000 votes. They also had a recreation of a TV studio and one of the CBS radio studio where Kennedy had done an interview. 400,000 people worked on the Apollo Project. 26m Contrast that to Kamala Harris –  She is offering the black men free money and free weed. Am I the only one that thinks this is racist, like the true definition of the word. People that are high all day don’t build things. So this area was already completely saturated.  If the government was causing that rain to occur w/ the intent to make this worse, what does this say about humanity right now? The practical evidence, the scientific evidence and data shows there was an extreme and out of the ordinary weather event occurring there PRIOR to the hurricane. There was already flooding in that area and the rivers were already flowing quickly and they were swollen as they say. 30 days from now is voting day. Why do we feel compelled to continue this? You have Alejandro Mayorkas holding a press conference saying FEMA is broke! More money is flowing out of the US to NATO countries than to our own at this point unless you are an illegal immigrant. When you pursue truth in everything you do, you have truth on your side and will shine. It was such a devastating blow for the Democrats there is NO HEADLINE of it at Drudge.
