How Biden Admin Is Twisting the Law in New Transgender Foster Care Rule
Jonathan Skrmetti, the Republican attorney general of Tennessee, has pledged that he will sue the Department of Health and Human Services under President Joe Biden if it finalizes a rule forcing gender ideology on foster parents. Skrmetti laid out the legal arguments against the rule in a conversation Wednesday with "The Daily Signal Podcast." "This is a federal agency making law, treading on both the prerogatives of Congress and really the prerogatives of the state legislatures," Skrmetti said. "Family law has always been a state issue," he explained. "The states have developed a rich body of family law dealing with issues like foster care. This is a really heavy-handed intrusion by the federal government in pursuit of a political end but at the expense of kids. So constitutionally, there's a structural problem with a federal agency making law in an area where the states should be making the law and where the states have been making the law." HHS’ Administration for Children and Families proposed a new rule Sept. 28 on “Safe and Appropriate Foster Care Placement Requirements” and allowed Americans to submit public comments by Nov. 27. Skrmetti submitted a comment as Tennessee's attorney general, and 16 other state attorneys general signed on to it. Enjoy the conversation with Skrmetti. Hosted on Acast. Lisa Boothe’s Crusade for Truth
"Authentic" is Merriam-Webster’s word of the year. It’s also a good way to describe Fox News contributor and podcast host Lisa Boothe, whose own authenticity is evident whenever she’s on TV or interviewing guests for her show, “The Truth With Lisa Boothe.” During her frequent Fox News appearances—or stints guest-hosting for Fox anchors such as Laura Ingraham—Boothe brings a straightforward, commonsense approach to viewers. She spoke with The Daily Signal about the opportunity that led her from Capitol Hill to the media world—and why she believes so many outlets are falling out of favor today. “I feel like we’ve just lost common sense, period,” Boothe says. “I think we’re a society, and it extends to the media as well, of cowardice, a lack of common sense, probably just intentional lying, and just no morality. There’s no wrong vs. right anymore.” Hamas’ barbaric attack on Israel—and the surge of antisemitism that followed—are just one example Boothe cites as a failure of the news media to distinguish wrong from right. “Imagine how insanely frustrating it would be to be Israel. You have the most Jews slaughtered in a single day since the Holocaust, you have babies that were beheaded, you have women who are raped next to the bodies of their dead friends at a concert, completely unarmed,” Boothe said. “Just complete, utter atrocities, right? And then you have the media questioning what happened that day, questioning the beheading of babies.” Israel, she said, was so compelled to counter pro-Palestinian propaganda that it invited journalists—including The Daily Signal—to view 43 minutes of video depicting Hamas terrorists' brutal atrocities. “Israel has to confirm things that these Hamas terrorists videotaped themselves and put out to the public, but then the media’s just pushing out Hamas propaganda without question,” Boothe said. “I mean, it’s just disgusting.” Boothe said she felt a similar frustration during the COVID-19 hysteria that consumed the country beginning in 2020. From the start, she thought the government reaction was overblown—from widespread lockdowns to vaccine mandates. As a result, she started her own podcast to offer a countervailing narrative. “I believe I was the first person at Fox to come out and say, ‘I’m not getting the vaccine,’” Boothe said. “I just got frustrated that I didn’t have my own outlet to have these conversations, and interview these types of people, and to have that space of exploring this other side. [It] ended up being the right side, but not at the time—it was very dangerous.” Today, Boothe’s show features a mix of political and cultural warriors who offer a different perspective from what you’ll hear from legacy media outlets. She posts new episodes every few days. “The Truth With Lisa Boothe” is syndicated by iHeartPodcasts and available on all major platforms. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information. Going Where Government Can’t: One Woman’s Mission to Help the Persecuted
Baroness Caroline Cox has a long history of service in public office, but her passion for justice has led her not only to Great Britain's House of Lords but to war-torn, poverty-stricken nations around the world. “The mission is to work for people who are suffering oppression and persecution in areas which are largely unreached by the major aid organizations like the [United Nations],” Cox says of the Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust, which she leads. Cox, who joins this episode of "The Daily Signal Podcast,” says her organization intentionally goes where others can’t because the U.N., for example, “can only go places with permission of a sovereign government.” The work is “risky” but also a “privilege,” says Cox, who is an independent member of the House of Lords who served as deputy speaker there from 1985 to 2005. “The majority we work with happen to be Christians because Christians are suffering a lot of persecution around the world today,” Cox says. The Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust also works with Muslims who are suffering in Sudan's Blue Nile State, as well as with Buddhists in Myanmar (formerly Burma), she notes. On the podcast, Cox also talks about her fight for the rights of Muslim women who are forced to live under Sharia law in the United Kingdom, as well as her advocacy work for persecuted religious groups across the globe. She also describes the response in the U.K. to the Israel-Hamas war. Enjoy the show! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information. Learn more about your ad choices. Warning From Survivor of Mao's China: 'Communism Is Not Only Here, It's Going Mainstream'
Xi Van Fleet, who lived under the bloody communist rule of Chinese leader Mao Zedong, says the goal of her new book "is to lay out the parallels of the two Cultural Revolutions that I experienced—[the one] 50 years ago and the one I experience with millions of Americans right now, the woke revolution." "And I've tried to lay out the parallels, to let people see that 'woke' is nothing new. It happened before," says Van Fleet, author of the book "Mao's America: A Survivor's Warning." "What's going on in America is history repeating." Mao, who wrested control of what became the People's Republic of China in 1949, imposed his violent Cultural Revolution from 1966 until his death in 1976. "People like me, people [who] lived through the Cultural Revolution, we see through it right away. We know it is the same thing," Van Fleet says. Van Fleet joins this episode of "The Daily Signal Podcast" to discuss what it was like growing up in communist China under Mao, her No. 1 takeaway for those who read her book, and an excerpt published by The Daily Caller. Angel Studios: New Movies and How You Choose Which Films Hit Theaters
No Angel Studios‘ film makes it to the big screen without the approval of the Angel Guild. There are more than “21 films a week submitted into the Angel Guild and then the Guild goes through those and they’re picking their favorites and they’re greenlighting them and then Angel Studios can only pick from the list that they greenlight,” Jeff Harmon, chief content officer for Angel Studios, says. Movies like “Sound of Freedom” and “After Death” received enthusiastic support from the Angel Guild and in turn premiered on the big screen, but for every approved film there are hundreds more than the Guild “fails.” Anyone can sign up to be a member of the Angel Guild and play a role in deciding what content Angel’s Studios should send to theaters. Jeff and Neal Harmon, CEO of Angel Studios, join “The Daily Signal Podcast” to explain how to join the Angel’s Guild, and to share about the latest Angel Studio’s movies and shows. How Humor Can Help Americans Overcome Their Political Polarization
Are you planning to talk politics at Thanksgiving dinner this year? Depending on your family’s dynamics, it can be fraught with danger. But filmmaker Rob Feld, director of a new documentary called “Jesters and Fools,” says there’s a way to navigate such conversations without resorting to creating acrimony. “I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving with loved ones,” Feld tells The Daily Signal. “Don’t be afraid to talk about things, but there are good ways to talk about things. And it’s by asking questions of each other and not trying to repress that desire we all have to just attack.” Feld’s film, “Jesters and Fools,” challenges the popular media narrative that we are hopelessly divided as Americans. He recruited popular comedians like Colin Quinn, Jim Norton, and Rosebud Baker to tell the story. Enjoy the conversation! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information. Advice From Mike Pence and His Daughter: 'Go Home for Dinner'
A couple of years ago, former Vice President Mike Pence says a good friend of his said he was curious how Pence managed to have a wonderful family while also maintaining a demanding political career. That conversation became the genesis for Pence’s new book, "Go Home for Dinner: Advice on How Faith Makes a Family and Family Makes a Life." The book, which Pence co-authored with his daughter, Charlotte Pence Bond, describes what life was like for the Pence children as they grew up, and how their father lived out his commitment to his family. “I've never had to be motivated to work hard,” Pence said during an interview on “The Daily Signal Podcast.” “I am always motivated to try and make a difference in the world for the values that I believe in," Pence says. "But as we recount in this book, I really do believe that for men and women in the busy lives that we lead today, you have to be intentional about putting your family and your faith first in your life.” Pence and his daughter join the show to explain how they have kept faith, family, and career in the right order in their lives. Embassy Official Warns: For Hamas, Conflict Is 'Only Starting With Israel'
The world needs to understand that Hamas is “a brutal terrorist organization, [and] that it's only starting with Israel,” Sawsan Hasson says. According to Hasson, head of public diplomacy at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, Hamas’ leaders have been quite vocal that they plan to carry out similar acts of violence against the United States and Americans. Sen. Roger Marshall on Why Democrats Blocked Israel Aid Package
Every Senate Democrat voted in opposition to a stand-alone Israel aid package. The package, which passed in the House Nov. 2, would have provided Israel with $14.3 billion and was set to pull funding from President Joe Biden’s IRS budget to do so. On Tuesday, Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., used a special motion to call for a vote on the Israel package on the Senate floor, taking his Democrat colleagues by surprise. The motion failed in a vote of 51 - 48. “I've been trying to figure out this for weeks as well, maybe months,” Marshall said. “Why are Democrats so afraid of supporting Israel?” Democrats have “lots of reasons why we should fund Ukraine, but they never will say why we should fund Israel,” according to Marshall. “They say they want to support Israel, but their actions are different,” he says. “What I've found out is there's a significant portion of their base that does not want anyone in their party to support Israel.” Democrats have advocated for an aid bill that includes funding for Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and the border, but now that Democrats have blocked the stand-alone Israel aid package, Marshall says there is no path forward for the $14.3 billion bill. Instead of a swift show of support for Israel from Congress, Marshall says it will likely take months for Congress to work through disagreements and pass a an aid package to support Israel. Marshall joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to explain why he is so passionate about standing with Israel, and why lawmakers should support a stand-alone aid package for our closest friend in the Middle East. Mayorkas Set for Return to Hot Seat for Hearing on Threats at Border
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is expected to face a barrage of questions regarding the security threats at America’s southern border at another hearing on Capitol Hill on Wednesday. Mayorkas is set to testify before the House Homeland Security Committee at a hearing on “Worldwide Threats to the Homeland.” The homeland security chief recently testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee on Nov. 8 and before the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee on Oct. 31. “Secretary Mayorkas has been very good at evading answers throughout all of his testimonies,” says James Massa, the CEO of NumbersUSA, a group that advocates for lower rates of immigration, adding that he expects Mayorkas “to be evasive again.” “He has deferred to not wanting to answer specific numbers, not wanting to answer countries of origin, not wanting to answer how any terrorist who's already been apprehended—and there's almost 170 of them that were on the FBI terrorist watchlist—how they handle them and what they do with them,” Massa says of Mayorkas. Massa joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss what to expect during Wednesday’s hearing and whether real border security measures are possible under the current administration. Enjoy the show! Florida Again Earns Top Spot on Heritage Foundation's Education Freedom Report Card
Florida has once again been ranked No. 1 among the states on The Heritage Foundation's Education Freedom Report Card, which was released at an event Thursday in Des Moines, Iowa. "They have universal education choice in that state. Any child who wants it can exercise school choice," says Lindsey Burke, director of The Heritage Foundation's Center for Education Policy. (The Daily Signal is the news outlet of The Heritage Foundation.) "You'll notice I say 'education choice' more often than 'school choice,' because we're at a point now in the movement where states are adopting education savings accounts largely, although it's great if a state adopts a voucher or a tax credit, but these education savings accounts, ESAs, are much more flexible," Burke says, adding: So, Florida took [its] education savings account program universal so every child now can exercise education choice. [It has] radical academic transparency to families. Families know what is taught in their public schools. There's some movement on teacher freedom to make it easier for professionals to enter the classroom without having to go through woke colleges of education in order to get there.Burke also notes that Arizona was once again in the No. 2 spot, and Utah clinched the No. 3 spot. "Arizona is actually first in the country for education choice, but overall came in second on the report card. And then rounding out our top three was Utah," Burke says. "Utah, also, this year adopted a universal ESA style account, where pretty soon every single child will be able to exercise education choice." Iowa, which hosted the event at which the report card was released, was ranked "most improved." Burke joins today's episode of "The Daily Signal Podcast" to further discuss the Education Freedom Report Card, which three states ranked the lowest, and her advice to parents who might see the report card and want to make a change in their state. Stories of America’s WWII Veterans and How a Rifle Became a Microphone
Andrew Biggio was excited to show his neighbor, a WWII veteran, the M1 Garand rifle he had recently purchased. The weapon was the most common rifle used in WWII, and Biggio thought his elderly neighbor would appreciate holding the gun. “When I put that rifle into his hands and he raised it into his shoulder and started waving it around the room and pointing and smiling, and we talked about the Battle of Okinawa for like three hours,” Biggio, a Marine veteran himself, recounts. Biggio was in awe of the stories his elderly neighbor had just shared with him. The rifle had not only triggered memories in the veteran's mind, but acted like a microphone, propelling the man to describe his war experiences in detail. Biggio asked his neighbor to sign the rifle becasue he wanted to remember the stories he had just been told, and this gave Biggio the idea to find other WWII veterans and ask them to sign the M1 Garand rifle. Today, “I have 320 names on that rifle,” Biggio says. “You can't even see the wooden stock. The whole rifle's full of white ink names.” But the majority of the soldiers who have held the rifle have done much more than signed it, they described their war stories in detail while grasping the weapon, stories which Biggio has compiled into two book. His first book, “The Rifle: Combat Stories from America's Last WWII Veterans, Told Through an M1 Garand,” was released in 2021 but could not hold all veteran stories. In September, Biggio released the project’s second edition, “The Rifle 2: Back to the Battlefield.” Biggio joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to share some of the stories of the WWII veterans he has had the privilege of meeting and writing about. The third Republican presidential debate was held on Wednesday night in Miami. Five candidates took the stage: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, Sen. Former President Donald Trump was again absent, choosing instead to hold a rally in a Miami suburb. NBC News’ Lester Holt and Kristen Welker moderated the debate along with conservative talk show host Hugh Hewitt. They asked candidates how they would lead on issues of foreign policy, including in matters related to Israel. Candidates also discussed border security, China, and technology concerns. Karen Jaroch, the Florida state director for Heritage Action for America, joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss her biggest takeaways from the third debate and offer analysis on the candidates’ responses. Rep. Julia Letlow: Why We Need a Parents Bill of Rights
Parents should have the right to know what their children are being taught in school and to have their voices heard when they have concerns. That’s why Rep. Julia Letlow, R-La., introduced the Parents Bill of Rights. “It's actually appalling to me ... that we have to have a Parents Bill of Rights, but in today's age, it's absolutely necessary, because parents always deserve a seat at the table when it comes to their child's education,” Letlow says. The House passed the bill in March without a single Democrat supporting the measure. The Senate has yet to bring the Parents Bill of Rights to the floor for a vote. “I know there's been some interest from my Senate colleagues on the other side, but I'm hopeful that one of them will come forward and take it up,” Letlow says. The Louisiana congresswoman joins “The Daily Signal Podcast" to discuss why a Parents Bill of Rights is needed. She also weighs in on the dismantling of the Department of Education, and why President Joe Biden’s student-loan forgiveness efforts are not the answer to young people’s college debt. Enjoy the show! GOP Emerges as Working-Class Party
Patrick Ruffini is a Republican pollster with a reputation for deciphering data and spotting trends. His new book, “Party of the People: Inside the Multiracial Populist Coalition Remaking the GOP,” takes a deep dive into one of the biggest political realignments of our lifetime. Ruffini spoke with The Daily Signal about the demographic changes that are rapidly transforming America’s two biggest political parties—and what it means for the 2024 presidential election and beyond. “When I first started in politics, Republicans had this reputation as being the country club party,” Ruffini said. “Democrats had this reputation as being the party of the people, the party of the working class.” He added, “Flash forward almost 20 years, and that trend has completely almost reversed.” Recent election results show the GOP’s gains with working-class voters were not an aberration or confined to one candidate. Republicans today are increasing their support among non-college voters—the type of working-class American who once loyally supported Democrats. “The parties used to be defined by income and now they’re defined by education,” Ruffini said. “I argue that that's good news for Republicans in the sense that you have many more working-class, non-college voters in the country than you have college-educated voters.” The breakdown for 2024, according to Ruffini, is about 60% non-college voters compared to 40% who have a college degree. This, he surmises, will provide the GOP with an advantage in upcoming elections. Factor in Republican gains with Hispanic and black voters, and you have a different GOP than the one of yesteryear. Most surprising to Ruffini, however, is how the political alignment happened. “I did not expect Donald Trump to be the one who was able to pull this off, but my credit goes to him for getting us to this point,” Ruffini said. “The fact that he was able to expand the Republican coalition first to include the Rust Belt states and dramatically expand Republican performance among working-class voters in 2016, and then in 2020, almost defying the odds and winning re-election with the help of more Hispanic voters and continued progress among black voters,” he added. “It really has upended what we think the two parties are about.” Ruffini began writing “Party of the People” after observing the trends of the 2020 election, and he hopes it serves as a helpful guide for readers to understand the realignment. 'REVOLUTION AGAINST GOD': Skillet's John Cooper Explains
The lead vocalist, bassist, and songwriter for a top Christian rock band is sounding the alarm about the "woke" ideology of critical race theory and transgender identity, insisting that Christians cannot afford to sit on the sidelines as this competing worldview takes over the culture. Skillet's John Cooper will release a new book this month on the topic entitled "Wimpy, Weak, and Woke." "The main premise of my entire book is that there is a revolution against America, to just tear America down," Cooper told The Daily Signal at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention. "Some of the Christian people just say, 'Well, you do have to admit there is systemic racism,' and I say to them, 'You don't understand. If you're saying we are structurally racist, we have to tear down the foundations.'" Enjoy the show! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information. Learn more about your ad choices. Sen. Marshall: Why Israel Aid Package Must Stand Alone
The Biden administration should act quickly to support an aid package for Israel, thus sending a clear message to Iran as the Jewish state seeks to root out Tehran-backed Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip, Sen. Roger Marshall urges. “Leave it to President Biden to blow an opportunity to bring a clear, precise, quick, unhesitant message to the people of Iran, the terrorists from Iran, the terrorists from Hamas, all the puppets of Iran,” Marshall told The Daily Signal. Israel would receive at least $14.3 billion in aid under a stand-alone bill introduced last week by Marshall, R-Kan., and fellow Senate Republicans JD Vance of Ohio, Mike Lee of Utah, and Ted Cruz of Texas. ‘Fog of War’ Intensified by AI and Social Media, Tech Policy Expert Says
As the war between Israel and Hamas rages on, Jake Denton, research associate for The Heritage Foundation’s Tech Policy Center, breaks down what the role of artificial intelligence has been in the conflict. (The Daily Signal is the news outlet of The Heritage Foundation.) “I think the one that everyone jumps to is the [artificial intelligence]-generated content, deepfakes, things of that nature,” Denton says. “There’s a few stories of synthetic audio recordings of a general saying that an attack’s coming or those types of things that we’ve even seen in the Russia-Ukraine conflict,” Denon says. “They go around on Telegram or WhatsApp.” “They’re taken as fact because they sound really convincing. You add some background noise, and suddenly it’s like a whole production in an audio file,” Denton adds. “And typically, what you’re picking up on in a video is like the lips don’t sync, and so you know the audio is fake. When it’s an audio file, how do you even tell?” Denton also highlights social media platforms such as the Chinese-owned app, TikTok. “And so, what you’re seeing right now, especially on platforms like TikTok, is they’re just promoting things that are either fake or actual real synthetic media, like a true deepfake from the ground up and altered video, altered audio, all these things are getting promoted,” Denton says, adding: And kids, at no fault of their own, are consuming this stuff, and they’re taking as fact. It’s what you do.You see a person with a million followers that has 12 million likes and you’re like, “This is a real video.” You don’t really expect these kids to fact-check.Denton joins today’s episode of “The Daily Signal Podcast” to also discuss President Joe Biden‘s executive order on artificial intelligence, what he views as social media companies’ roles in monitoring artificial intelligence and combating fake images and videos, and how people can equip themselves to identify fake images and videos online. Dinesh D’Souza Unpacks New Film ‘Police State’
Dinesh D‘Souza’s newest film, “Police State,” chronicles the real-life stories of everyday Americans who have endured the wrath of a weaponized government and of the whistleblowers who are exposing its abuse of power. The film will be shown Wednesday at a red-carpet event at Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida. Trump, who is currently facing 91 felony charges in four separate cases, is the police state’s primary target, according to D’Souza. Ahead of the Mar-a-Lago screening, D’Souza spoke with The Daily Signal about why he embarked on this project and how he hopes the film will awaken Americans to this troubling reality. “I’m very proud of this film. It’s perhaps my most cinematic work, and also my most urgent call to action,” D’Souza says. “I’ve sort of likened myself to the animal that is warning the herd that, ‘Hey, we’re in danger. A Cease-Fire Is Not a Real Option for Israel, According to Expert
The U.N. General Assembly called Friday for a “humanitarian truce” between Israel and Gaza’s Hamas rulers, but a cease-fire isn't an option for the Jewish nation, activist Boris Zilberman says. If the Israel-Hamas war is put on pause, Zilberman says, Hamas terrorists will use the time “to retool.” Zilberman, director of public policy and strategy at Christians United for Israel Action Fund since 2019, says Hamas still has “239 hostages, as young as 8 or 9 months old to ladies in their 70s and 80s. But Hamas won't succeed in using the hostages or the Palestinian people as human shields in the Gaza Strip, he says. Zilberman joins this episode of “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss where the Israel-Hamas war stands after three weeks and how new House Speaker Mike Johnson is expected to lead Congress in supporting Israel. School Board Member Sues for Right to Recite Bible Verses
Since she began serving on her local school board in Arizona in January, Heather Rooks has made it a practice to begin her meeting comments by reading a Scripture verse she found encouraging. Rooks says citing Scriptures such as Isaiah 41:10—“Do not fear for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God”—served as an inspiration to her. “I continued to do it, because it really gave me a lot of strength and courage, and just really brought me peace while I'm up there making those big decisions when it comes to children,” she says. But it did not take long before the mother of four was told she had to stop the practice. Rooks' Scripture reading drew objection from inside and even outside the school district, and she received a “cease and desist” letter from a secular organization that told her she had to stop her practice because it violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment. After receiving the letter, Rooks contacted First Liberty Institute, a Texas-based conservative law firm specializing in religious freedom. Rooks’ actions are “clearly within the framework of legislative acknowledgements of religion,” says Hiram Sasser, Rooks' attorney. Of behalf of Rooks, First Liberty Institute has served the Peoria Unified School District in Glendale, Arizona, with a lawsuit holding that it's within the school board member's rights to read Scripture at the meetings. Rooks and Sasser join “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss the lawsuit and explain why citing Scripture at a school board meeting is not a violation of the establishment clause. Enjoy the show! Fired for 'Speaking Biological Fact:' Snowboarding Coach Shares His Story
Snowboarding coach David Bloch was fired after acknowledging biological differences exist between men and women. Bloch worked as a coach at Woodstock Union High School in Woodstock, Vermont, for 12 years and says he loved being in the snow and watching the kids he coached grow. “I think it's so incredible to watch the progress,” Bloch said, adding that he loves watching students “sit on top of a giant slalom course for the first time, and you can see the fear in their eyes, and then by the time they make it down, it's like I wrote them a check for a million dollars.” During a competition in February, Bloch overheard some of his students discussing the issue of men competing in women’s sports. The coach joined the conversation and acknowledged that biological differences exist between men and women, and that generally males do have a competitive advantage against females, given the physiological differences between the sexes. The next day, the schools superintendent of Windsor Central Supervisory Union called Bloch into her office and terminated him for the comments he made the day prior. “I was just shocked that I could be fired for literally speaking biological fact,” Bloch says. Bloch and Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Mathew Hoffmann join “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss his legal case. Enjoy the show! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
