The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the OKC Artists For Justice. This alliance concentrates on producing Justice for residents of Oklahoma City. Grace Franklin is a black female and co-founder of this collective. The group is currently focusing on the case of Daniel Holtzclaw. This former Oklahoma City Police Officer was arrested in August of 2014. He's been fired from the police department and is charged with more than 30 counts of sexually terrorizing 13 black females. His trial date is set for October of 2015. With all of the attention on police brutality and misconduct, this case remains obscured. We'll get Ms. Franklin's thoughts on why this case has received so little attention and the fundraising effort which netted Holtzclaw approximately $10,000 in a matter of days. We'll also investigate the recent report that a black female made a false allegation against Holtzclaw. This false accusation may be used to further undermine the black female victims in this case. The rhetoric of progress and improvement rained down like "nigger-knockers" busting Congressman John Lewis' skull in 1965. Before the party favors and litter from the Edmund Pettus bridge could be cleared, the internet was clogged with footage of the University of Oklahoma's chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon chanting about lynching niggers. Two of the White ringleaders were expelled, and the fraternity has been evicted from the Norman campus; the White perpetrators initially apologized, but have since initiated a law suit opposing their banishment. Speaking of White upstarts, two members of the Selma spectacle - Senators Rob Portman and Jeff Sessions - were among the 47 senators who authored a letter to Iran proclaiming that any negotiations with the nigger in the White house can be promptly nullified when Whites officially reclaim the Oval Office. And Ferguson recaptured the spotlight with the resignations of Chief Tom Jackson and Judge Ronald J. Brockmeyer. The day of Jackson's exit, two officers were shot in front of the Ferguson Police Department. Their injuries were not fatal, no suspects have been arrested, and President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music have been blamed. Rev. Jarrett Maupin visits The Context of White Supremacy. Rev. Maupin is a Phoenix, Arizona resident, an alumnus of Arizona State University, and the youngest person elected to public office in the state's history. Rev. Maupin has invested himself in support of many causes related to the System of Racism. Most recently, he's been a steadfast ally of ASU professor Dr. Ersula Ore; she was thrown to the ground by a White ASU officer (Stewart Ferrin) in the spring of 2014. Dr. Ore has filed a $2 million suit against ASU, the board of regents and officer Ferrin. Rev. Maupin initially called for termination of Ferrin's employment as an ASU officer; however, he and a coalition of interested black females had a luncheon with Ferrin. Massive White invested to plaster Kyle's narrative on the silver screen with a Christmas Day opening; Clint "Dirty Harry" Eastwood directed this potential Academy Award Winner. The film garnered more than $120 million for it's first full weekend in theaters and notched a record for a film released in the month of January. Bill Maher branded Kyle a "psychopath patriot," Texas declared February 2nd "Chris Kyle Day," and a petition is gathering momentum for him to be awarded a Medal Of Honor. Melvin Poole visits The Context of White Supremacy. Mr. Poole is a sixty-five year old black male and a South Carolina resident. He's the former president of the Rock Hill, South Carolina chapter of the NAACP. The New York Times published a robust account of South Carolina's Friendship 9. This group of black people were a part of a local and national sit-in protests of the 1960's. Nine black males were convicted of trespassing and ordered to serve 30 days labor in a county prison (slave) labor camp. Some of the Victims allege these convictions caused them lifelong difficulties and are overdue for being vacated. Whites coordinated an unctuous ceremony to acknowledge one of their acts of terrorism, and this event is a part of a broader White effort "to bestow hometown-hero status on civil rights protesters who were once shunned, jailed or beaten [or killed]."
