This can go for: Weight loss, Debt, Bad relationships, Shitting Jobs, Starting your own business The truth is no one is trapped in reality but in most people’s minds they are all locked up and this creates a perception in their reality that there is no way out. Ep 272Which Type of Cardio Should You Do?

Low intensity incudes waling or slow biking. Your body can do these for long periods of time and can recover super-fast but do not yielded allot of fat burning benefits. Moderate intensity cardio includes jogging, swimming, or rowing. This is done for a period of about 20 to 30 mins and some people push it to 45 minds to an hour and your body can recover fairly fast. You can burn good amount of fat doing this if nutrition is on point. Then my favorite is high intensity cardio! These include the stair mill, sprints, jump rope, rower, battle ropes, burpees, or jump squats. These are just a few examples of High intensity and it is performed in short super high intensity burst brining your heart rate to VO2 max then back down again. This can be harder to recover from if done for two long but can yield remarkable fat burning benefits. The 3T Fitness model is the perfect combination of High Intensity cardio mixed with glycogen depletion muscle building workouts, this fat burning combination only last 45 mins to include the warm up and during that time we warm up! GH or Growth Hormone: #1 Fat Burning and Muscle building Hormone Cortisol: Stress Hormone Lets start with insulin, when insulin is spiked in the body or is high, your number one fat burning hormone GH goes down. When your body is over stressed with too much carbohydrates and insulin is high, cortisol levels can go up. We like what we see at first, and then once things start to get real, we start the destructive game of working to change the other person to meet our needs and wants. This game is a slippery slope. The truth is you can NOT change another person, and it is not your right nor your resposbility to do so. So you make it your life's mission to change this person and the batter begins, a battle that I promise you will you not winning. You will get exactly opposite of what you want. Here is what should really happen! You should work to change yourself, because the truth is when you are projecting someone else's needs to change, that is a true sign that you are the one with the issues. What I am saying is you do not have the power to change anyone else, only the power to change yourself.
