The premiere is tonight at 10 PM Eastern on Peacock and the WWE Network. Tonight’s card includes Kushida vs. Edris Enofe… Harland vs. Javier Bernal… And Fallon Henley & Kayla Inlay team up to face Diamond Mine’s Ivy Nile and the debuting Tatum Paxley. Paxley was signed after WWE’s tryouts in Las Vegas during the SummerSlam weekend. On Thursday’s NXT UK…Jordan Devlin beat Wolfgang… Sam Gradwell pinned Kenny Williams. But after the match…Williams attacked Gradwell and cut off Gradwell’s mohawk! Also on the show, Emilia McKenzie beat Angel Hayze…and Stevie Turner defeated Myla Grace. WWE has parted ways with longtime Spanish language announcer Carlos Cabrera. He’d been with the company for nearly 30 years. WWE Hall of Famer and backstage producer D-Von Dudley says he will never wrestle again after he recently underwent spinal surgery. (STINGER: AEW) New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Jay White makes his AEW in-ring debut on tonight’s Rampage. He’ll go one-on-one against Trent Beretta. Also on tonight’s show…Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Dante Martin in a Face of the Revolution Ladder Match qualifier. Plus, Adam Cole vs. Dark Order’s 10…and Serena Deeb hosts another five-minute challenge. (STINGER: Impact) Last night’s Impact was the last stop before Saturday’s No Surrender special. Ace Austin will join Jake Something, Chris Bey, and SPEEDBALL Mike Bailey in the X-Division #1 contender match at No Surrender. Austin won a 3-way last night over Blake Christian and Laredo Kid. Austin pinned Christian with The Fold. Deonna Purrazzo announced she will host another open challenge at No Surrender. Purrazzo currently holds the ROH Women’s Title and AAA’s women’s championship. Before their team’s clash at No Surrender…Team Impact’s Chris Sabin used a rollup to pin Honor No More’s Kenny King. Knockouts #1 contender Tasha Steelz & Savannah Evans beat Knockouts Champion Mickie James & Chelsea Green. Steelz used a crucifix pin on James to get the win. Bullet Club’s Jay White, Tama Tonga, & Tanga Loa beat Violent By Design’s Eric Young, Joe Doering, & Deaner, who took the pin. Also last night, Gisele Shaw beat Lady Frost…and Masha Slamovich beat Kiah Dream. A video package at the top of the show recapped Josh Alexander’s storyline suspension last week, despite news earlier this week that Alexander is now a free agent. 5150 is still the MLW Tag Team Champs. They beat Los Parks in a ladder match on last night’s Fusion. Also on the show, Davey Richards beat ACH…and All Japan’s Saito Brothers beat Gnarls Garvin & Budd Heavy. Lio Rush is returning to MLW. He’ll be back for April's Kings of Colosseum show in Philadelphia. The “Control Your Narrative” promotion founded by EC3 and Adam Scherr appears to be finding some solid ground on which to build. The co-founders announced Thursday that the announcement of a network TV deal for the promotion is “imminent”. The CYN promotion has shows coming up on March 5th in Orlando, Florida…and March 31st in Dallas. The Dallas show will be the taping for the new TV show. Minoru Suzuki will work GCW shows in April - including Spring Break 6 and Bloodsport. (STINGER: New Japan) New Japan has a pair of big shows coming up this weekend. THREE title matches are on Saturday’s card. The main event is Hiroshi Tanahashi defending the IWGP United States Championship against SANADA. Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI defend the IWGP Tag Titles against EVIL & Yujiro Takahashi. PLUS, a 4-way for the junior tag titles. Tiger Mask & Robbie Eagles will be challenged by Taiji Ishimori & El Phantasmo…Master Wato & Ryusuke Taguchi…and El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru. Wardlow is in the upcoming Face of the Revolution ladder match. He beat Max Caster last night. Keith Lee qualified last week. Sammy Guevara is STILL the TNT Champion. He beat Darby Allin last night…after Andrade El Idolo and other members of the A-HFO got involved. They laid out Guevara after the match…and Andrade made off with both of the TNT Title belts. Santana & Ortiz BEAT Chris Jericho & Jake Hager. Santana pinned Jericho with a discus lariat thanks to a little help from Eddie Kingston. Thunder Rosa beat Mercedes Martinez in their No Disqualification Match. After the match, Dr. Britt Baker and her crew attacked Rosa AND Martinez. Bryan Danielson beat Lee Moriarty. After the match, Jon Moxley came out to reply to Danielson’s offer to join forces. Mox sounded like he wants a match against Danielson before that decision is made. Jake Atlas revealed Wednesday he’s undergone surgery for a torn ACL. The injury happened during a match against Adam Cole on Rampage last month. (STINGER: WWE) We are on #CodyWatch. Multiple outlets are reporting Cody Rhodes is returning to WWE and could show up on WWE programming at any time. The final pieces appear to be in place for Saturday’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, The sixth participant in the women’s Chamber match was revealed last night. It’s Alexa Bliss. Bianca Belair will enter the match last. She earned that by winning a gauntlet match on last night’s RAW. The winner of the women’s Chamber match gets the shot at the RAW Women’s Title at WrestleMania. Also added to the Chamber card…Rey Mysterio vs. The Miz. The RAW Tag Champs, the Alpha Academy, won a non-title match over Rey & Dominik Mysterio last night. Chad Gable rolled up Dominik…as The Miz had Rey’s attention. The Academy was back for the main event to help Seth Rollins beat Randy Orton. Damian Priest is still the United States Champion. He used a surprise roll-up to pin AJ Styles. The object of Mayhem Mania is to craft the best WrestleMania card possible within the boundaries of our current reality. That means anyone WWE can book in a match is available to our players. But this year, there’s a twist! Mayhem Mania 2022 is a two-night event! Night 1 will be the night for our traditional Mayhem Mania card featuring WWE-related matches. But on Night 2, we open the “forbidden door” and make it possible for our players to create matches with anyone outside of WWE. In the opening round of Mayhem Mania, our players created six matches for both our Night 1 and Night 2 cards. Now, the real fun begins. Every week, more players will arrive on the scene and make a change to one of the matches.

Mandy Rose is still the NXT Women’s Champion. She beat Kay Lee Ray, thanks to an assist from the rest of Toxic Attraction. Io Shirai rescued KLR from a post-match beatdown. The final of the men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is set for next week. It’ll be MSK vs. the Creed Brothers. MSK beat Edris Enofe & Malik Blade last night. The Creeds beat the Grizzled Young Veterans. It was announced that the women’s Dusty Classic will begin in two weeks. Next week’s showdown between Pete Dunne and Tony D’Angelo will not just be a steel cage match. It’ll be a weaponized steel cage match. Dunne beat Draco Anthony last night. LA Knight beat Sanga…Sarray beat Dakota Kai…Tiffany Stratton beat Wendy Choo. Over in Japan…Pro-Wrestling NOAH is running a series of big shows this week starting on Wednesday. Thursday’s show has Masakatsu Funaki defending the GHC National Title against Masaaki Mochizuki. Mexico’s AAA promotion announced the lineup for its Ruleta de la Muerte tournament. The first-round matches will happen in Monterrey on April 30th. This. Is. Mayhem Mania! It’s not just the ultimate fantasy booking challenge. It’s also a competitive thought experiment! The object of Mayhem Mania is to craft the best WrestleMania card possible within the boundaries of our current reality. That means anyone WWE can book in a match is available to our players. But this year, there’s a twist! Mayhem Mania 2022 is a two-night event! Night 1 will be the night for our traditional Mayhem Mania card featuring WWE-related matches. But on Night 2, we open the “forbidden door” and make it possible for our players to create matches with anyone outside of WWE. In the opening round of Mayhem Mania, our players created six matches for both our Night 1 and Night 2 cards. Now, the real fun begins. Every week, more players will arrive on the scene and make a change to one of the matches.

(STINGER: AEW) TWO new champions crowned on the Dynamite debut on TBS. Jurassic Express won the AEW Tag Titles from the Lucha Brothers in the main event of last night’s show. Jungle Boy rolled up Penta El Zero Miedo for the win. Moments earlier, Luchasaurus choke slammed Rey Fenix through a table at ringside. Fenix immediately grabbed his left arm. It did not look good. Many AEW wrestlers were tweeting prayers and well wishes after the show. Jade Cargill is the first TBS Champion. She won the tournament final last night. Cargill pinned Ruby Soho after hitting Jaded from the second rope. The show opened with Hangman Page beating Bryan Danielson to retain the AEW Championship. He pinned Danielson with the Buckshot Lariat after about 30 minutes of action. “Captain” Shawn Dean beat MJF via disqualification…after CM Punk showed up, ran off MJF, and then hit Dean with the Go 2 Sleep. It’s the first DQ finish in the history of Dynamite. Also last night, Malakai Black beat Brian Pillman Jr…and Wardlow made quick work of Antonio Zambrano. Tony Khan told Z100 in New York City that a “dream signing” is coming soon to AEW. (STINGER: WWE) A round of cuts behind the scenes at WWE - most of them involving NXT and the Performance Center. Fightful and PWInsider were among the first to report the names. The list includes William Regal, who was the longtime on-screen general manager on NXT… Brian James - better known as Road Dogg during his in-ring days… Hideki Suzuki, who was appearing on-screen as Hachiman with the Diamond Mine. Former NXT Tag Team Champion Danny Burch… Timothy Thatcher… And a number of coaches and other employees who were not appearing on TV. There’s a title match on today’s NXT UK. Meiko Satomura defends the UK Women’s Championship against Blair Davenport. Also promoted for today’s episode, Symbiosis vs. Ashton Smith & Oliver Carter. The winning team is the #1 contender for the NXT UK Tag Titles currently held by Moustache Mountain. (STINGER: Impact) Tonight’s Impact Wrestling is the last stop before Saturday’s Hard To Kill pay-per-view. JONAH goes one-on-one against Jake Something… Deonna Purrazzo vs. Mercedes Martinez… The Impact debut of Masha Slamovich… Plus, Chelsea Green, Tasha Steelz & Lady Frost vs. Jordynne Grace, Rachael Ellering & Rosemary…Karl Anderson vs. Heath…and Ace Austin & Madman Fulton vs. Johnny Swinger & Hernandez. Major League Wrestling presents the premiere of its new mini-series MLW Azteca tonight. The main event is the first-ever Apocalypto Match: MLW Champ Alex Hammerstone & Pagano vs. King Muertes & Taurus. Also, Richard Holliday vs. Psycho Clown. And a trios match: Aramis, Destiny and Myzteziz Jr vs. Arez, Black Danger and Dinamico. MLW Azteca drops on MLW’s YouTube tonight at 8PM Eastern. (STINGER: New Japan) Night 2 of Wrestle Kingdom 16 in Tokyo Dome on Wednesday. Kazuchika Okada beat Will Ospreay in the main event…to retain the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Tetsuya Naito was out and expressed his interest being Okada’s next title challenger. Earlier, Naito beat Jeff Cobb. Hiroshi Tanahashi is once again the IWGP United States Champion. He beat KENTA in a bloody and brutal “no disqualification” match. Tanahashi finished off KENTA with a High Fly Flow from the top of a 10-12 foot tall ladder, driving KENTA through a table. Bullet Club’s House Of Torture - EVIL, SHO & Yujiro Takahashi held onto the NEVER 6-Man titles with a win over Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI & YOH. SHO pinned YOH after he hit him with a wrench. Robbie Eagles & Tiger Mask retained the Junior Tag Titles. They won a 3-way over Ryusuke Taguchi & Rocky Romero and El Phantasmo & Taiji Ishimori. The ref threw out ELP and Ishimori mid-match after a metal plate was found in ELP’s boot. Minoru Suzuki won the KOPW 2022 trophy…after winning a 4-way against Toru Yano, Chase Owens, and CIMA. Suzuki pinned Yano with a Gotch-style piledriver. A large contingent of wrestlers from Pro-Wrestling NOAH briefly occupied the ring just before the intermission - part of the hype for Saturday’s Wrestle Kingdom card which will feature matches between New Japan and NOAH wrestlers. Kazuchika Okada defends the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Will Ospreay in the main event. Okada won the title from Shingo Takagi on Tuesday. Another title match now set for Night 2…Toru Yano vs. Minoru Suzuki vs. Chase Owens vs. CIMA for the KOPW 2022 trophy. Start time is 2 AM Eastern time LIVE on New Japan World. Two more new champions were crowned on Night 1 of Wrestle Kingdom 16. EVIL won the NEVER Openweight Title from Tomohiro Ishii. Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI took the IWGP Tag Titles from Taichi & Zack Sabre Jr. El Desperado had the only successful title defense of the night. He turned away Hiromu Takahashi’s challenge for the IWGP Jr. Title. New Japan will have a new weekly series on AXS TV - airing Thursdays at 10PM - right after Impact Wrestling - starting March 3rd. Staying in Japan… All Japan will hold a one-night tournament for the vacant Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship. It’ll be held on January 23rd. Suwama will face Kento Miyahara…and Shotaro Ashino will face Ryuki Honda…with the winners meeting that same night for the title. Jake Lee vacated the title due to injury. (STINGER: WWE) We have a new NXT Champion. Bron Breakker dethroned Tommaso Ciampa in the main event of last night’s New Year’s Evil special. Breakker finished Ciampa with a Rick Steiner bulldog from the second rope…and then forced Ciampa to tap out to the Steiner Recliner. Carmelo Hayes won the title unification match against Roderick Strong - retaining the North American Title and absorbing the lineage of the Cruiserweight Title. Mandy Rose retained the NXT Women’s Championship, reversing a rollup attempt by Cora Jade into one of her own…to win a 3-way that also included Raquel Gonzalez. Also, Riddle & MSK beat WALTER, Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner. Riddle pinned Barthel with the RKO. Grayson Waller issued the challenge…and he will go one-on-one against AJ Styles on next week’s NXT. The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will return this year. The men’s tournament begins in two weeks. The women’s tournament will begin in February. On last night’s NWA Powerrr… Jamie Stanley won a 4-way “play in” match in the NWA Jr. Heavyweight Title Tournament. Kylie Rae & Tootie Lynn beat NWA Women’s Champ Kamille & Missa Kate. Kylie forced Kate to tap out. Homicide and the NWA Tag Team Champions Bestia 666 & Mecha Wolf 450 beat Jax Dane & The End Homicide pinned Parrow.
