CF Guild is in a very military town and Travis explains what that is like. We discuss why he chose to have CF Guild follow the affiliate version of the Linchpin private track for their programming needs. It is easy to get people to show up for a lifting day and challenging to get them to show up for a running/sprint day, Travis and Emily discuss how they handle this. Travis also explains that his 67 year old mom comes to class 4 times a week and trains right next to local Army Special Operations members. Oh...and she even has a pull-up!
