As a member of the NYPD, he was deployed to Afghanistan to locate and help rescue a reporter. He was shocked to find out that the threat was to a school in the town where he lived, and that the school was the same one some of his children attended. John Wayne Gacy (March 17, 1942 – May 10, 1994) was one of America's most notorious serial killers and sex offenders. Operating in Norwood Park Township near Chicago, Illinois, Gacy raped, tortured, and murdered at least 33 young men and boys between 1972 and 1978. His sinister acts earned him the moniker "Killer Clown," a reference to his public performances as "Pogo the Clown" at children's parties and charity events. His preferred methods of murder were asphyxiation or strangulation with a garrote. The disposal of Gacy's victims was equally horrifying. He buried 26 bodies in the crawl space beneath his home, three elsewhere on his property, and discarded four in the nearby Des Plaines River. Over one-third of women have experienced rape, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner. Most victims of rape and sexual assault are women (91%), with the remaining 9% being men. The impaired driver reportedly had multiple prior offenses for driving while impaired. She recounts the tragic events, how she found out, her life afterward, and her mission in life. On February 22, 2016, the impaired driver exited the Holland Tunnel from New York City and drove southbound on the New Jersey Turnpike extension toward the toll booths at Interchange 14C in Jersey City, according to court records. At the same time, Timothy O’Donnell was also driving southbound. He had stopped at the leftmost toll booth to obtain a toll ticket, with his five-year-old daughter, Bridget, in the backseat.
