The Lakers blew a 26 point lead last night and Russell Westbrook was ejected at the end of the game. He was unhappy with Darius Bazley's dunk with 1.5 seconds remaining. Maybe Russ should worry more about his turnovers. He had a quadruple double last night with ten turnovers....the game before that vs Memphis he turned the ball over nine times. The NFL is having their owner's meetings and commissioner Roger Goodell. Goodell said the NFL's investigation into the Washington Football team won't be released. Why not? So you are telling me the only emails leaked involved the Raiders and Jon Gruden? Goodell also said they need more time for the Deshaun Watson investigation. After a big opening night win in Portland the Sacramento Kings lost both games this past weekend. On Friday the Utah Jazz were too good down the stretch and last night the Golden State Warriors put 119 on the board. In both losses DeAaron Fox was ineffective shooting the ball. The Wall Street Journal came out with a story on Friday revealing an email Jon Gruden wrote ten years ago. In that email he referenced NFLPA Executive Director DeMaurice Smith with 'rubber lips"....a term Gruden uses for people who lie. That doesn't seem to matter though. Smith claimed racism in a statement he released...the NFL threw Gruden under the bus and said they are investigating the matter. Has anyone ever used Gruden and racism in the same sentence? 18 former NBA players have been charged with defrauding the league's health and welfare benefit plan. One of the players. . According to the indictment the players ripped off nearly $4 million. One of the players in the indictment Tony Allen made over $40 million over his career. The New York Yankees season can be told in the 1st inning of last night's game vs Boston. Giancarlo Stanton jogs out of the box because he thought he hit a homer. The voice of the Yankees John Sterling botched the call as bad as one can. Then in the bottom of the inning Gerrit Cole who only makes 36 million a year gives up a two run homer.
