Talk to us about that. 3) What has been one of your most exciting or unexpected successes over the years? 4) Do you think it is an overstatement to say that we are at are at all-hands-on-deck DEFCON level of urgency to have every individual involved in protecting and defending our Constitution and Bill of Rights? 5) You often encourage your Members of the DCP to run for office. What do you think is the most important office they can run for?

Our guest today is Lee Williams, better known as the Gun Writer. Lee has been writing about guns for more than eight years. Until recently, he also worked as an editor and investigative reporter for the daily newspaper in Sarasota, Florida. Before becoming a journalist, Lee served in the Army and has earned three medals of valor during his time serving as a police officer. And for his reporting, Lee has earned more than a dozen national journalism awards. 1) You have recently changed direction in your career. Tell me about your new platform and why you chose it? 2. Last week we watched Joe Biden parade out a litany of Gun Control. With several states enacting Sanctuary Bills, coupled with 8-10 Million brand new first time gun owners across the US, how do you see this politically-driven push playing out? 3) The apathy of gun owners and lack of un-tainted information free from spin is hard to find these days, and you are doing what you can to combat both of those things. On that topic, what do you think are the major issues facing gun owners today? 4) What I have noticed and appreciate about you is that there are no sacred cows with you. You are going to call things what they are in plain language. The 2A is not political and I find that your writing protects it from being used as political currency. We need more of that. How big of a challenge is that in our current climate?

Our guest today is Liz Lazarus. Liz is the author of three psychological thrillers: Free of Malice, Plea for Justice and Shades of Silence. Liz’s first novel, Free of Malice, is fiction, however the attack on the main character is real, drawn from Lazarus’ own experience. It portrays the emotional realities of healing from a vicious, physical assault and tells the story of one woman’s obsession to force the legal system to acknowledge her right to self-defense. Liz initially ignored the calling to become a novelist—instead, she tackled other ambitions on her bucket list: living in Paris and learning to speak French, getting her pilot’s license and producing a music CD. But, like any true calling, her “first book wouldn’t leave her alone—it kept nudging her to write to the point that she could no longer ignore it.” 1) Tell us about the plot in the new book, Shades of Silence. 2) You tend to do a lot of research for your books. What research did you do for this one? - (my answer will include interviewing a coroner, charter pilot and learning to shoot a shotgun) 3) Your two previous books are: Free of Malice & Plea for Justice. How is this book similar or different from the other two? 4) You tend to throw in some twists with your books. Does this one also have a twist ending?

Our guest today is Yehuda Remer. Yehuda is known as The Pew Pew Jew and also the author of Safety On, An Introduction to the World of Firearms for Children. Being from an Orthodox Jewish family that immigrated from Europe, Yehuda’s Grandfather experienced first-hand the horrors of the what happens in a nation where the citizens are disarmed and restricted from owning the means to protect their lives and loved ones. When Yehuda says “Never Again”, he has a personal understanding of what that really means. 1) Let’s start there. You have been sharing in small bites on IG memories of your Grandfather. Tell us a bit about his story. 2) How did your family come to live in the US? And what was the prevailing attitude toward firearm ownership in that first generation to arrive in the US? 3) You have a lot of tragedy in your background, as we have been talking about, but you are honestly the funniest guy we know. You have created some hilarious graphic tees and you have a few books now – some serious and some funny. Talk to us about that. 4) Messaging is so important. The Anti-Rights people seem to have an endless supply of money and resources to get their messages into people’s minds. What can we on the Pro-Rights side of that conversation do to be more impactful?

Our guest today is Chris McDonald. Chris is the Radio Podcast Producer and Host of the McFiles. Chris is a former Photographer and Journalist. He is a Conservative, Pro-Faith, American down-to-earth fighter for freedom. 1) You are a freedom guy, but guns are not your central focus like it is for us. For someone who isn’t enmeshed in the daily battle for the 2A, what do you see in the ongoing talk about the Second Amendment? 2) You interview people from all areas of expertise. Besides our Rights to firearms, what other Freedoms are the experts on your show saying are currently at stake? 3) Is it fair to say that there is a danger to losing our founding principles of our country? And if so, how culpable are both Democrats and Republicans in that? 4) As Christian people we see the world through not just the immediate social and cultural lenses, and not just through the political issues du jour, but from a perspective that looks both back to the Creation and forward to second coming of Christ. Taking that perspective, where do we find a hopeful message in our current times?

If your campaign is successful, this is going to be a major humanitarian issue and a politically-laced mess that someone will need to clean up. Talk to us about that. 4) Whenever we watch the “news” we are inundated with ads for pharmaceuticals. Clearly Big-Pharma is a major funding agent of the information we are fed as “news”. Is there any regulation that needs to happen there? 5) We have just lived through a crazy year of Covid restrictions that are still impacting many people, including families with children who were suddenly in the position of figuring out homeschooling and online learning. As people are navigating which schools are allowing students back into the classrooms, and how many hours kids are being forced to wear masks and other forms of institutionalizing our future generations, what is your stance on school-choice?

Our guest today is Erich Pratt. Erich is the Senior Vice President for Gun Owners of America (GOA). GOA is a national grassroots organization representing more than two million Americans dedicated to promoting their Second Amendment freedom to keep and bear arms. Pratt is the author of a civil government textbook, “The Constitutional Recipe for Freedom”, written to teach civil government to high school students. 1) Our 2A Rights are clearly under assault, and it certainly feels as though we are in an all-hands-on-deck DEFCON situation. Is that an overstatement or a fair assessment? 2) With over 8.5 million brand new gun owners across the nation since this time last year, why would now be the time for Politicians to take such a hard stance against our rights to keep and bear arms? It seems tone-deaf at best. 3) We cannot protect an inheritance we don’t know anything about. Our guest today is Michael Maharrey. Michael serves as the national communications director for the Tenth Amendment Center, which is the nation’s leading source for constitutional education and state nullification of unconstitutional acts activism. While the establishment left and right continue to expand federal power, Michael’s organization’s goal is straightforward: Follow the Constitution: Every issue, every time. No exceptions, no excuses. 1) We have been hearing a lot about this word, nullification, but it seems that too many people don’t understand it’s purpose or meaning. - The action by a state not to enforce a federal law as improperly encroaching on the scope of state power. - specifically, the importance of the anti-commandeering doctrine (our primary nullification strategy) and the big movement we’re seeing to end enforcement of federal gun control. 2) A quick glance at our pocket Constitution tells us that the 10th Amendment is the section of the Bill of Rights that basically says that any power that is not given to the federal government is given to the people or the states. But, if we don’t even know the Constitution how can we possibly know which kinds of things fall under it? 3) What would you consider the most pressing issue currently that should be looked at for nullification? 4) The 2A is under assault not only from the Federal level, but also at the State level all over the nation. But, perhaps our biggest battle is the cultural assault on how gun owners are being portrayed. And I think we could say the same for the cultural push that tries to “nullify” the authority of the Constitution in general. What are your thoughts on that?

Under HR127 the "Leaders" who have written and sponsored would: Establish a publicly-searchable gun registry containing your most private information Require you to petition an anti-gun Attorney General for a "license" to possess firearms & ammunition Further force you to obtain "firearms insurance" from the federal government at a cost of $800 PER YEAR Ban numerous rifles, AR pistols, shotguns, .50 (or greater) ammo, and any magazine with a capacity of over 10 rounds Slap gun owners with mandatory minimum prison sentences and fines for so-called 'violations' of this proposed legislation Submit to a psychological examination to determine your mental fitness to own guns And even have your family members, including your spouse - or even FORMER SPOUSE - interviewed about you (Source https://www.firearmspolicy.org/stop_hr_127) Under HR30 the "Leaders" including "Illinois Democrat Bobby Rush, as the main sponsor of this bill, which purports to crack down on illegal gun trafficking, however bill is so badly written that it could pose huge legal problems for organizers of JROTC and 4H shooting leagues, as well as summer camps and Scouting organizations that teach marksmanship to young shooters. As well as criminalize simply being a transfer agency or counter worker at a gun store. This bill, were it to become law, would provide an easy way for the Biden administration to turn millions of ordinary, law-abiding gunowners into federal felons — which of course is (seemingly) the point." John is a researcher and the host of The Anomic Age, a weekly show where he interviews guests covering a range of topics from religion and government corruption, to vaccines and media manipulation. What does Anomic mean? - from anomy or anomie—a term from Émile Durkheim. Basically, it means alienation and purposelessness experienced by a person or a class as a result of a lack of standards, values, or ideals. - Émile Durkheim, French social scientist who developed a vigorous methodology combining empirical research with sociological theory. He is widely regarded as the founder of the French school of sociology. 2) So much of our contemporary culture seems DESIGNED to be incompatible with what our Founders secured for us, including the 2A. Talk to us about the role of education in the ongoing culture war in the West. 3) Communism is the real virus infecting the nation. 4) The use of COVID as a pretext to submit to the velvet glove of tyranny before the iron fist is revealed. 5) Legacy of eugenics is really the underlying theme that drives most of this. 6) Where can we find a message of hope in all of this?

Our guest today is Sheriff Mark Lamb. Sheriff Lamb was elected as the 24th Sheriff of Pinal County to oversee an Arizona county the size of Connecticut. As a constitutional conservative, Sheriff Lamb is a strong supporter of our 2nd Amendment rights and the enforcement of all of our laws, and he is determined to protect the rights and freedoms of the people whom he serves. 1) Too many of us do not understand the role of a Sheriff and the important distinction that a Sheriff is not hired or appointed, but is elected by the people he or she serves. Can you talk to us about that? 2) We’ve been hearing a lot about something called The Citizens Posse Program. What is that and why has it been so popular with your constituents? - The Citizens Posse Program offers a training course designed to show residents the reality of Police Work. In this four hour course, participants will learn the basics of constitutional law, search and seizure, basic firearm safety, home safety, and the use of force. There will also be an option to practice scenarios on our new virtual range with one of our instructors. 3) All over the nation people have given up or had taken from us too many freedoms to count during this past year of the Covid virus outbreak. This has taken a toll on individual lives in ways we aren’t hearing about in the National “news”, but officers see up close and personal. Can you elaborate on that for us? - Unintended consequences of COVID lockdowns - the Sheriff's office has seen a change in severity and frequency for suicide calls, domestic violence calls, and child abuse calls. 4) Somewhat related to the previous question, drug use is a way that people escape from reality. Drugs are often smuggled into the US at Border States like AZ. What are you seeing in the current drug smuggling trends? - Fentanyl pills are the number one most intercepted drug right now. As a result, overdose rates from these counterfeit pills are also high. PCSO recently partnered with the AZ National Guard Civil Operations Unit to make overdose reversal drug narcan available for residents for free at three of our substations. 5) We hear quite often that law enforcement officers don’t want the public to have firearms. But you are outspoken in your support of the 2A. Talk to us about that. 6) And, you will be one of our Speakers at the 2021 Rally to Celebrate and Protect our 2A Rights on Saturday, February 20th at the AZ State Capitol from 10:am – 2:pm. Why do you think these kinds of gatherings are important? 7) If you had one thing you wanted to impart to the 8 million brand new first time gun owners across the US, what would it be? 8) You are also an author! Tell us about your new pair of books that you and your wife have authored. "American Sheriff: Traditional Values in a Modern World" & "The Sheriff's Wife".

Our guest today is Dave Kopp. Dave is the president of the Arizona Citizens Defense League (AzCDL), which is where grassroots activists take a stand, working at the Arizona legislature, to get strong pro-rights bills written and passed into law, while stopping bad bills. The AzCDL is the only Arizona civil liberties organization to get pro-rights bills introduced in every Legislative session. 1) The 2020 Election brought our State of AZ some new changes in the people serving in our Capitol. How does that change in personnel impact the challenges to our 2A Rights? 2) Article II, Section 2 of the Arizona Constitution states that “All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights.” There are two key issues in that one sentence. Are either of them still true? 3) Thankfully some of the Bills and Initiatives that get written do not get passed. How can AZ Citizens with jobs, kids, homeschooling duties, etc stay on top of what is being written and how do we have a voice in that process? 3a) Some of the current Bills (good and bad) in our current AZ Legislature: The number of bills filed has climbed to over 1,400. Key bills that AzCDL is monitoring, and their status, can be found on our Bill Tracking page. It is updated daily. The final day for Senators to file bills is Monday, February 1. For the House, the deadline is Monday, February 8. Of the 20 firearms related bills that we are monitoring, 15 have been filed by Democrats attacking your right to keep and bear arms. Newly added this week are a couple of Senate bills: SB 1535 - Would make you a felon if a minor can access your firearm. SB 1585 - You would be guilty of a Class 1 Misdemeanor for "storing" your firearms without using a trigger lock or placing them in a locked container. There is no explanation of "storing" in the proposed statute or when or where it's supposed to occur. It could mean you need to add a trigger lock before placing your gun in your holster. On the plus side, the Republicans have filed two more bills supporting your rights: SB 1361 – Would waive the CCW permit fees for active-duty military, veterans, and current and retired peace officers. SB 1382 – Would classify ammunition and firearms related businesses as "essential" during a state of emergency. SB 1328 is almost identical to HB 2111 – “Sanctuary State” HB 2551 – Carrying in Govt Buildings 4) On our show we say all the time that the 2A is a non-political issue, yet we have to engage in politics and voting to protect it. His biggest event is the “FREE Shooting Event For Ladies” in which he trained nearly 2,000 women over one weekend in August! 1) What an amazing accomplishment! Do you see the success of this event as impacted by the fact that there are millions of new first time gun owners? 2) The theme for this show is “Training Thousands to Save One Life.” This is because of a story I heard you tell about a woman who was murdered in your neigborhood years ago. And you were driven to help each woman you train to NOT meet a similar fate. In one weekend you positively impacted 2000 lives. What else do you have on your Bucket List for the near future? 3) As someone who is training people and educating them to be self-reliant and safe, you are doing some of the most important work possible to preserve our 2A Rights?
