For example, you mentioned off air that anti-police rhetoric is allowed, but anti-Antifa rhetoric is not. 5) 3D printing--Facebook's policy related to that.

Our guest today is Aaargo Jay. Aaargo is 2nd Amendment Civil Rights activist, a public school educator and father of three. His passion for the 2nd Amendment is what led him to notice the differential treatment between Black Americans and the rest of the American populous when it comes to firearms. He wrote a documentary called BlackOPS. - Black Opinion in Popular Society. Its main focus is to change the perception of Black Americans, specifically Black males, in regards to firearms. Aaargo Jay has partnered with American Defense MFG to build an AR15 rifle of his own called, the Bravo Oscar, to support the funding of his documentary. 1) You have been working on the documentary for a couple of years now, and with every major news-cycle it just keeps becoming more and more relevant. Tell us about the project? 2) You unveiled your new rifle at the 2020 SHOT Show in Las Vegas – the Bravo Oscar – what is it about this rifle that is so special to you and also to your work on BlackOps? 3) A couple of years ago we had the honor of hosting a “Unity Project Panel” where you, Kevin Dixie, Maj Toure and Ken Scott offered examples of strong freedom-driven Americans who are pushing back against the “crab-bucket” mentality that too many Americans have that tends to have us pulling each other down instead of boosting one another up toward success and freedom. Why did you decide to create News2Share and style it in the way you have? 3) You film a lot of armed rallies. How do firearms intersect with activism? 4) When you are filming, you capture the good, the bad, and the ugly of humans intersecting with one another in times of heightened emotion and disagreement. No where do we see this more pronounced that when the disagreement is between a police officer and someone who is being ticketed or detained. What is your philosophy on filming police?

Randy is a Candidate for the Arizona House of Representatives in LD 21 and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Director in Arizona, and he teaches both the Arizona and US Constitutions. 1) We are in the midst of a fresh “spike” in cases of the Covid virus here in AZ. We have a state-wide “mandate” to wear masks in public, while it is 110 degrees outside (by the way). What are the Constitutional implications of the current crisis and the “mandates”? (Does AZ Governor Ducey have the authority to make executive orders? Can he order people in their homes, close businesses, put a curfew on society?) 2) Our US Bill of Rights mentions a word that has been the epicenter of much debate. That word is “militia”. Just what is the militia, and what does the constitution say about it? 3) Tell us about your campaign for the Arizona House of Representatives in LD 21, as we ramp up to a big statewide and nationwide election – what is happening in AZ that also relates to other states across the nation? 4) What is the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Director in Arizona and what position are you campaigning for?

Our guest today is Drake Mitchell. Drake is a member of the AZ2A.org which is the Arizona 2nd Amendment Sanctuary City, County, and Reservation Movement. Drake is also the current Chairman of the Arizona Citizens Defense League PAC, with his primary goal as un-electing anti-gun, anti-right politicians whenever possible. Because, he says, “We can not continue to support the same folks who have proven they will vote against the Bill of Rights and expect different results.” 1) What is the Second Amendment “Sanctuary City” Movement? Some people are confusing it with the similarly named movement connected to the immigration issue? 2) Why would something clearly delinated in our Bill of Rights need a “Sanctuary Space” carved out on the State map? 3) With the AZCDL PAC, do you work to support certain pro-rights candidates or try to expose the candidates you believe are not living up to their Constitutional Oath? Are you a partisan group?

Our guest today is Liberte Austin. Liberte is a social media influencer, who uses her platform to advocate for conservativism, self-defense and the 2nd Amendment. She has over 15 years experience working in the legal industry and currently works as a paralegal and writer for U.S. LawShield. U.S. LawShield is an organization dedicated to defending the freedom of those who exercise their right to self-defense. Liberte is also the National Field Director of The Ambassador Program for the Second Amendment Institute (SAI). 1) How did you get involved with SAI? I am on the Board myself and I love that part of their mission is to restore the 2A on college campuses. 2) The nightly news is full of absolute craziness with rioting and looting going on in some of our biggest cities across the nation. On social media I am seeing boisterous comments by people (some of whom are gun owners) who say things like “I’d just shoot the looters”. It’s easy to sit behind a keyboard and type stuff like that. It’s an entirely different thing to actually have to face the aftermath of using lethal force. You work with US Law Shield, can you talk to us about what happens if you actually need to defend yourself. 3) Surviving a crime reshapes a person’s life and outlook in innumerable ways. One thing we see very often is that people who might have, previous to a life-threatening event, been against owning tools of self-defense, now coping with fear by empowering themselves through self-reliance and guns. And we see millions of first-time gun owners flocking to gun stores and training facilities. US Law Shield should be an important a tool in their toolboxes as well. Talk to us about all that US Law Shield offers. 4) We talk fairly often about the dangers of Red Flag Gun Laws. How does treatment for PTSD and anxiety jeopardize our gun ownership?

Our guest today is Alex “Alejandro" Roubian. Alejandro is the President of the New Jersey Second Amendment Society (NJ2AS). The NJ2AS is a human rights advocacy group that lobbies against unreasonable gun control laws. We believe in the responsible ownership and use of firearms as part of our rights as Americans under the second amendment of the Bill of Rights. The NJ2AS educates the public and the legislature on the safe and responsible use of firearms, laws, and policies to protect our freedoms. #1) The theme of today’s segment is “The 2A is Above The Governor’s Pay Grade?”. Really, the answer is YES, it IS above his pay grade. The NJ Governor Phil Murphy has no say in it whatsoever. But, the problem is that he said, "I wasn't thinking of the Bill of Rights when we did this.” Yet, he wants it both ways and he DOES want to act like HIS wishes take precedent over the Bill of Rights. #2) The NJ2AS has filed lawsuits against your NJ Governor Murphy. While it is unfortunate that we have come to a place in the US where too much about our Constitutional Protections are being decided by judges, thankfully we DO have the courts as an avenue against little tyrants. Tell us about the suits you have brought against NJ Legislature. #3) After watching a few of the news clips the NJ2AS has posted up, it appears that NJ Governor is trying to silence you, even going so far as to have revoked your press credentials and have his armed guards surrounded you to kick you out of a public meeting. (So Mr. Anti-gun is pro-gun as long as HE and his employees are the only ones who have them?)

Jerry has previously served as the Chief Deputy of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, which is the 4th largest Sheriff’s Office in the Nation. His career spans forty years at the MCSO where he began as a volunteer and, using his training, education and experience, earned the highest rank, just under the Sheriff. And Law Enforcement Officers have to be demoralized, and frankly, afraid to do the job they swore an oath to do. This is like allowing people to sue GM if, say, someone used a Chevy to harm someone else. 3) It is confusing to people to understand how our Bill of Rights protects our 2A rights yet various states can trample those rights. You wrote an article a couple of months ago titled “Barriers to Freedom” where you talk about this tension between federal and states’ rights. Can you speak to the premise of your article and specifically the ideas behind federal reciprocity legislation? 4) More and more often it seems the American People are looking to the Supreme Court to weigh out the major issues that have become so polluted by politics. The 2A is among those issues. We recently heard that SCOTUS passed by an opportunity to hear a case out of NY. That has some of the anti-gun groups feeling confident that by default that means they are winning. But, you have written about the possibility of a few other cases making their way to be ruled on by SCOTUS. What can you tell us about those cases? - The cases currently being considered for possible hearing by the court, on the other hand, concern laws that more broadly affect the gun-owning population. Cases like Wilson v. Cook County, Illinois and Worman v. Healey directly challenge bans on popular and commonly owned semi-automatic rifles and magazines—Heller specifically protects “commonly owned” firearms. Another case, Rogers v. Grewal, challenges laws preventing law-abiding citizens from carrying a firearm outside their home for self-defense. This takes on the “special need” requirement that places like New Jersey and California use to deny citizens their basic Second Amendment rights. And then there’s Pena v. Horan, which challenges California’s “Unsafe Handgun Act,” a law that implicates the Second Amendment by effectively banning commonly owned handguns.

Discreetly store firearms to prevent theft - traditional safes are much riskier because everyone - friends, neighbors, acquaintances - knows the location of your safe because it’s a centerpiece. 2) Every safe has a “rating” – can you help us better understand what the ratings mean? - The traditional gun safe is based on designs from the 1970s, to meet a 1970 threat level. The designs have not changed, but the threat level has. The 1970 threat was a thief with a drill, chisel and a pry bar. Today thieves use high power circular saws with carbide blades to cut into the side of a heavy safe in 30 seconds. 3) So what would you advise gun owners to do to protect ourselves against modern threats? Decentralize firearms storage. The most secure locations to store guns are also the best locations for home defense. Our guest today is Jeff Kelman. Jeff grew up in an anti-gun family and it wasn’t until he was a teenager before he realized that it is actually legal for civilians to own guns in the United States. As a young adult Jeff purchased his first firearm and began understanding the responsibility of gun ownership, and became interested in researching the history of laws restricting owning guns around the world, and how those laws intersect with the Holocaust and other genocides. 1) How do the laws in pre-Nazi Germany relate to the laws that have been implemented here in the United States? (The Nazi "Weapons Law" of 1938 that U.S. Senator Thomas J. Dodd used as a partial template for the Gun Control Act of 1968.) 2) The Anti-Rights / Anti-Gun crowd are always fond of using phrases like “Common Sense Gun Laws” to make them sound reasonable and warm and fuzzy. Among the types of laws they want to implement are registration and licensing. Historically speaking, how have these kinds of measures worked out for the citizens who complied? 3) Over the past few weeks, we have been watching Mayors across the nation urging their citizens to “snitch” on each other for things as simple as being outside enjoying some fresh air. In Los Angeles the Mayor went so far as to dangle a carrot by saying, quote, “Snitches get rewards”. As soon as I heard that, my mind went to the Red Flag Gun Laws that are being pushed for by politicians all over the nation, and that can result in anonymous “tips” leading to a citizen’s door being kicked in and their guns being forcefully confiscated. Not due to any crime that person committed, but simply because a snitch doesn’t feel comfortable that the other person owns something they don’t like. How does all of this relate to what you have seen in World History? 4) We are currently watching American citizens give up important and Constitutionally protected freedoms and liberty because we are navigating something we have never seen before, this worldwide pandemic. We could call it the "psychology of the unknown” impacting how compliant or defiant humans are in any given circumstance. Thinking back to the time before the Holocaust, we often want to use our hind site and say - if the Jewish people had had firearms they would have fought back and prevented the atrocities. I have to believe that at some point they would have, once the reality of what was happening really set in. But, what has your research shown you about that assertion? 5) What has your research shown you about why, traditionally speaking, Jewish Americans tend to be against gun ownership? That seems counter-intuitive, considering the number of times Jews have been persecuted across time and across the globe. 6) You are still in the process of gathering research for your Master’s Thesis, but is there an overarching message that you could come to about the importance of firearms ownership in being and remaining a free and sovereign individual who is a citizen of a free and sovereign nation?
