He's seen my progress over the last 4 months and stole my phone to listen to the Q&A yesterday but still has reservations about his ability to be successful because we're an army of chicks. I'm requesting a little reassurance for him.- We are an army of badass mortherfuckers, so if he wants to be one he can join! - We can help anyone who wants to help themselves (dudes included).- We attract the people we can help based on the struggles we have overcome - We are all about the power of community and anybody that comes here will be loved and supported.I'm mostly lactose intolerant and looking into calcium supplements to help prevent bone density loss. What would you recommend?- If you’re getting older you’re susceptible to reduce bone density, so having more muscle helps and we recommend weight-bearing activities. You can start with a free program we have below called the Rise Above workout program.- Movement is food and food is medicine - When you’re deficient in calcium doesn’t necessarily mean that you need a calcium supplement; maybe your calcium levels are low because you need more magnesium, so check with your doctor.QUESTION 2What are your favorite things to put in your BAS (big ass salad) and salad dressing choices?- Mixed greens, romaine lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, some kind of carb (can be beets, chickpeas, strawberries, apple), and some kind of nut (like pistachios)- Dressing: lemon juice, salt.QUESTION 3I take medication that is loaded with sucralose. I was previously on a similar medication that was loaded with sodium. My question is which is better- a lot of sucralose or a lot of sodium?- If you want a medication adjustment always talk to your doctor.-Sodium is not bad. Salt is not bad.
