“Isaiah 26:3 — Jesus, Keep My Mind in Perfect Peace as This New Morning Opens and Responsibilities Begin to Stir - @1597 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningIsaiah 26:3 (NIV): “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” Philippians 4:6–7 (NIV): “The peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper — DailyPrayer.uk Ao vivo aqui com o Reverendo Ben Cooper, diretamente de Londres, Inglaterra Brasília (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Maputo (Moçambique) • Santiago (Chile) mente firme • paz que governa • clareza matinal • descanso divino steady mind • ruling peace • morning clarity • divine calm Jesus, as this new morning unfolds and the responsibilities of the day begin to move into view, I bring my mind to You. Your Word declares that You keep in paz perfeita — perfect peace — those whose minds remain steady and trusting. So in this 9AM hour, when thoughts begin to quicken and the weight of tasks presses forward, I ask You to steady my inner world. Bring clareza matinal, the clarity that only Your presence can give. Some mornings feel smooth and hopeful; others feel crowded, pressured, or uncertain. But in all of them, You remain the same. Let my mind rest in that truth. Quiet the noise that rises too quickly. Calm the anxieties that try to take root. Guard my thinking with Your peace — a peace that doesn’t depend on my circumstances but flows from Your heart into mine. Jesus, let paz que governa — the peace that rules — anchor my thoughts before the day gathers speed. Where I feel rushed, slow me. Where I feel scattered, center me. Where I feel overwhelmed, strengthen me. Where I feel unsure, guide me gently. Remind me that I do not walk into this day alone. You guard my heart. You guard my mind. You hold the places where my thoughts wander and the places where focus feels fragile. Let every decision be shaped by Your calm. Let every conversation carry grace. Let every moment be rooted in descanso divino — the divine rest that quietly supports the soul. And Jesus, for every listener in Brasília, Lisboa, Huambo, Maputo, Santiago, and throughout Brazil, Africa, Europe, and across the nations — breathe peace into their morning. Let racing thoughts be replaced with steady confidence. Let emotional heaviness lift. Let divine clarity settle. Guide every step, every plan, every responsibility. Surround each one with Your perfect peace as this day begins. Jesus, keep our minds firm and our hearts at rest. “Lamentations 3:22–23 — Jesus, Let Your New Mercies Rise With the Dawn and Steady My Spirit Before the Day Begins” - @1596 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningLamentations 3:22–23 (NIV): “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed… His mercies never fail; they are new every morning.” Matthew 6:34 (NIV): “Do not worry about tomorrow… Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper — DailyPrayer.uk Ao vivo aqui com o Reverendo Ben Cooper, diretamente de Londres, Inglaterra Recife (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Lubango (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Lima (Peru) misericórdias renovadas • amanhecer leve • esperança crescente • descanso interior renewed mercies • light dawn • growing hope • inner rest Jesus, as the first light of this new day begins to rise, I come before You with a heart that longs for Your renewal. Your Word tells me that Your mercies are new every morning — misericórdias renovadas — and I hold onto that promise right now. For many of us, the early hours carry both hope and a quiet weight. Thoughts of yesterday still linger, and thoughts of tomorrow begin to stir. Yet in this 5AM moment, Your presence offers something steady, gentle, and deeply reassuring: esperança crescente — the hope that grows with the dawn. Jesus, let this morning be a reset for my inner world. Lift the heaviness that tries to stay. Clear the fog that sits in the mind upon waking. Bring descanso interior — an inner rest that is not dependent on circumstances but anchored in who You are. Teach me not to run ahead into the uncertainties of the day. Remind me that worry does not need to be the first voice I hear. Let mercy be the first. Let grace be the first. Let Your promise be the first. Where I feel inadequate, strengthen me. Where I feel anxious, steady me. Where I feel stretched, refill me. Let the sunrise preach to my heart: “You are not alone. You are not forgotten. You are held.” Let this quiet hour become a foundation for the whole day — a moment where I choose trust over tension, peace over pressure, and Your presence over panic. And Jesus, for every listener joining this prayer from Recife, Faro, Lubango, Pemba, Lima, and cities across Brazil, Africa, Europe, and beyond — breathe fresh hope. Let Your mercy rise over their homes, their families, their fears, and their decisions. Let this new morning carry a new grace that makes the impossible feel possible, and the heavy feel lighter. Jesus, steady our spirits as the day begins. Cover us with new mercies, and guide us step by step. “Psalm 42:8 — Jesus, Sing Over Me in These Deep Hours When My Soul Feels Heavy and the Night Feels Long” - @1595 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 42:8 (NIV): “By day the Lord directs His love, at night His song is with me.” Romans 8:26 (NIV): “The Spirit helps us in our weakness… the Spirit Himself intercedes for us.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper — DailyPrayer.uk Ao vivo aqui com o Reverendo Ben Cooper, diretamente de Londres, Inglaterra Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Chicago (Estados Unidos) noite profunda • clamor da alma • esperança silenciosa • presença que sustenta deep night • soul cry • quiet hope • sustaining presence Jesus, in this deep hour when the world feels silent and my thoughts feel louder than ever, I come before You with a heart that is heavy yet still reaching for Your presence. Your Word says that at night Your song is with me — not a song of fear, not a song of despair, but a song of love, comfort, and quiet strength. As I sit in this early darkness, let that song rise within me, even if I cannot yet hear it. Let it calm what is unsettled, soften what feels tense, and lift what feels weighed down. This 3AM moment often carries a unique pressure — the mind replaying old worries, the emotions stirring without clear direction, the unknowns of tomorrow pushing into today. But Jesus, You are here, closer than the shadows, nearer than the fear, stronger than the heaviness that tries to cling to my spirit. Holy Spirit, You intercede for me when I cannot find the words. You pray within me when my own strength feels thin. You carry what I cannot carry. So breathe into my inner world tonight. Ease the thoughts that swirl, the concerns that feel unfinished, the emotional fatigue that lies beneath the surface. Lift the sorrow that visits unexpectedly. Push back every whisper of loneliness with Your companionship. Bring a stillness that reaches the places I rarely acknowledge but deeply feel. Jesus, let Your presence wrap me like a covering — steadying, quieting, restoring. For every listener awake in this hour in Rio, Coimbra, Benguela, Beira, Chicago and across the nations — meet them in their private battles. Let Your song break through their night. Let Your peace take the weight from their chest. Let Your love silence fear. And let hope rise again, slowly but surely, until the dawn arrives and the soul feels steady. “Psalm 27:1 — Jesus, Be My Light in the Midnight Hour and Push Back Every Shadow That Tries to Settle Over My Heart - @1594 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 27:1 (NIV): “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” John 1:5 (NIV): “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper — DailyPrayer.uk Ao vivo aqui com o Reverendo Ben Cooper, diretamente de Londres, Inglaterra São Paulo (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Praia (Cabo Verde) • Mendoza (Argentina) paz profunda • luz na madrugada • esperança firme • coragem silenciosa deep peace • midnight light • steady hope • quiet courage Jesus, in these first quiet moments of a new day, I come to You with a heart that still feels the weight of yesterday and the shadows that sometimes cling to the edges of my thinking. Your Word declares that You are my light and my salvation, and because of that truth, I do not need to fear the darkness or the unknown. As midnight settles around me, let Your presence settle within me. Illuminate every place where worry tries to live, every memory that unsettles, every thought that rises without permission. Let Your light be stronger than every shadow. In this still hour, remind me that darkness never wins. Your light is undefeated. Your peace is not fragile. Your strength is not distant. You are here, fully present, fully aware, fully able. Teach my heart to breathe deeply again, to release what I cannot hold, and to rest in what You alone sustain. Where my emotions feel louder than my faith, speak Your calm. Where fear whispers its lies, speak Your truth. Where uncertainty stirs discomfort, speak Your promise: You are with me, and You will not let me fall. Jesus, hold my heart steady in this midnight hour. Let Your hope rise quietly within me, like the first faint outline of dawn before the sun appears. Lift the heaviness that comes from fatigue, pressure, or overthinking. Cover me with the peace that does not ask me to perform, achieve, or solve — only to trust. Let this moment reset the rhythm of my soul so that tomorrow meets a heart anchored, not shaken. And as the world sleeps, let Your light rest upon every listener across the nations — in São Paulo, Porto, Luanda, Praia, Mendoza, and every city connected to this prayer. Bring comfort to those awake in distress, healing to those carrying unseen strain, and rest to those who feel stretched thin. Psalm 4:8 — Jesus, Let Me Lie Down in Peace and Hold My Spirit Through the Final Quiet Moments of This Day - @1593 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 4:8 (NIV) “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” Matthew 11:28 (NIV) “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Live from London, England — DailyPrayer.uk Ao vivo de Londres para Belo Horizonte (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Los Angeles (Estados Unidos) última hora • luz que guia • esperança viva • coragem renovada final hour • guiding light • living hope • renewed courage Jesus, as this final hour settles around me, I bring the last emotions of this day into Your hands. The noise has faded, the responsibilities have paused, and the world has softened into stillness. You invite me to come as I am — weary, burdened, stretched, hopeful, unsure — and You meet me with rest that settles deeper than anything I could create on my own. Senhor Jesus, acalma o meu coração nesta última hora. Let Your peace gather gently over the places where tension still lingers. Tonight, remind me that in peace I can lie down and sleep, because You alone make me dwell in safety. It is not my strength that carries me through these hours — it is Your presence. You lift the weight my heart has held, and You breathe ease into the corners of my mind where worry tried to take root. Dá-me descanso profundo e guia o meu espírito enquanto a noite termina. Let Your nearness become the shelter that surrounds every fragile part of me. Jesus, come close to the areas that still feel unsettled. Speak quietness into the thoughts that try to rise again. Bring warmth to the moments that felt cold, healing to the places that felt bruised, and clarity to anything that feels tangled inside me. Let Your love settle into my breathing and Your strength wrap itself around my spirit. As this day closes, let restoration rise gently, like a slow dawn moving inside my chest even before morning arrives. And now, Jesus, as I prepare to rest, keep Matthew 11:28 and Psalm 4:8 over me — the invitation to come, the promise of rest, the assurance of safety. Guard my dreams. Guide my inner world. Let my spirit lie down under the covering of Your peace. Hold me through the night and lead me into tomorrow with renewed courage, steady hope, and a heart anchored in Your love. “Psalm 91:14 — Jesus, Hear My Cry Tonight and Calm the Storm That Still Moves Within Me - @1591 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening Psalm 91:14 (NIV): “‘Because he loves Me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges My name.’” 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV): “And the God of all grace… will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Salvador (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Chimoio (Moçambique) • Miami (Estados Unidos) Jesus, as evening settles and the quiet begins to uncover what the day has buried, we come to You with the storms that still move inside us. Some listening now feel waves of emotion they managed to push aside earlier — frustration, sadness, pressure, disappointment. Others feel an ache they cannot quite name, a tiredness that is deeper than the body, a heaviness that rises again when the world around them grows still. But Your Word promises rescue and protection, not only in danger but in the hidden places of the heart. So now, entra nesta noite e acalma a tempestade interior, bringing peace to the places where emotions still rise and fall. For the listener who feels close to tears but doesn’t know why, hold them gently. For the one whose thoughts keep circling the same fears, quiet the noise within. For the person who feels lost in their own emotions, unsure how to steady themselves, remind them that Your presence is not distant — it is here, it is near, it is restorative. Jesus, meet every trembling thought with calm, every anxious swirl with clarity, every restless longing with Your steadying peace. Dá força ao coração que treme nesta hora, giving strength that does not require performance or perfection. Restore what discouragement has worn down. Lift what worry has pressed low. Heal what silence has hidden. And guard the heart from the lies that rise in the evening — the lies that say they are alone, unseen, forgotten, or failing. You are the God who restores, strengthens, and makes firm the soul that cries out. Jesus, calm the storm inside. Settle the movement of fear. Restore courage gently. And as night draws closer, let the listener feel held, strengthened, protected, and deeply loved — rescued not by effort, but by Your unwavering presence. clamor noturno • tempestade interior • graça restauradora • paz profunda night cry • inner storm • restoring grace • deep peace night storm prayer, emotional overwhelm, Psalm 91 rescue, Brazilian night devotional, Jesus calm the storm, 1 Peter 5:10 restoration, evening anxiety prayer, global night peaceSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. Send us your feedback — we’re listening Psalm 91:11 (NIV): “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” Isaiah 40:29 (NIV): “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Fortaleza (Brasil) • Braga (Portugal) • Cabinda (Angola) • Nampula (Moçambique) • Bogotá (Colômbia) Jesus, in this evening hour when the weight of the day sits heavily on our shoulders, we come to You for the strength we no longer have within ourselves. Some listening now feel drained — emotionally thin, mentally scattered, physically tired — carrying responsibilities that seem to grow instead of ease. Others feel defeated by conversations that didn’t go well, deadlines missed, or moments that took more energy than expected. But Your Word tells us that You command Your angels to guard us, and that You give strength to the weary. So now, entra neste fim de tarde e fortalece quem está cansado, lifting the heart that feels stretched beyond its limit. For the listener who has been carrying too much for too many days, breathe relief into their tired spirit. For the one who feels overlooked or unappreciated, remind them that You see the effort no one else notices. For the person who is fighting silent battles — anxiety, discouragement, stress — wrap them in the assurance that they are not alone in this evening hour. Jesus, renew what has been drained, restore what has been depleted, and steady what feels fragile. Dá nova força ao coração enfraquecido, giving strength that rises not from self-effort, but from Your presence. Bring clarity where confusion remains. Bring calm where frustration lingers. Bring hope where disappointment has settled. Guard every step of the evening still to come, turning the worries of the day into opportunities to experience Your nearness. Jesus, as the light fades and the night prepares to arrive, restore peace to the places that feel restless. Restore direction to the mind that feels scattered. Restore courage to the soul that feels overwhelmed. Let Your strength carry us into the night, and let Your peace settle over everything the day has left behind. fim de tarde • força restaurada • descanso emocional • presença amorosa evening • restored strength • emotional rest • loving presence evening prayer, emotional fatigue, Psalm 91 protection, Brazilian devotional evening, Isaiah 40:29 strength, Jesus restore me, tired heart prayer, global evening peaceSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:9 — Jesus, Walk With Me Through the Middle Hours and Hold My Heart When Life Feels Loud and Demanding - @1589 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:9 (NIV): “If you say, ‘The Lord is my refuge,’ and you make the Most High your dwelling…” Romans 15:13 (NIV): “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him…” Recorded live here with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Curitiba (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Lubango (Angola) • Quelimane (Moçambique) • Delhi (Índia) Jesus, in these middle hours when the weight of the day often gathers all at once, we come to You for the strength that does not collapse under pressure. Some listening now feel stretched thin — responsibilities stacking, conversations unresolved, decisions still waiting. Others feel emotionally tired already, longing for direction but overwhelmed by everything moving around them. Your Word tells us that when we make You our dwelling, refuge becomes more than a promise — it becomes the place where our heart is held steady. So now, entra no meio do dia e dá descanso ao coração cansado, bringing calm to the noise that rises within. For the listener who feels today slipping away from them, steady their breathing. For the one whose thoughts are spiralling with what still needs to be done, bring clarity that is gentle, not forced. For the one carrying quiet disappointment or heaviness, wrap their heart with hope that does not fade. Let Your presence walk step by step beside them, guarding them from pressures they cannot see coming and strengthening them for the things they must face. Jesus, in this hour, speak into the internal places that feel too loud. Traz direção ao coração que se sente perdido, giving the listener a sense of movement without fear, responsibility without crushing weight, purpose without anxiety. Remind them that peace is not found by finishing everything — it is found by trusting You in the middle of everything. Remind them that joy is not far away; it is restored when You lift the heaviness and refill the tired spirit with fresh grace. As the afternoon draws near, Jesus, hold the heart that feels fragile. Guide the mind that feels scattered. Strengthen the soul that feels tired. And let hope rise again — quietly, steadily, deeply — until peace becomes the atmosphere they walk in for the rest of this day. meio do dia • direção segura • esperança ativa • coração guiado midday • safe direction • active hope • guided heart midday prayer, emotional overwhelm, Psalm 91 refuge, Brazilian devotional midday, Jesus walk with me, Romans 15:13 hope, pressure at noon, global prayerSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:5 — Jesus, Calm My Thoughts as the Day Builds and Guard Me From Pressures I Cannot Yet See - @1588 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:5 (NIV): “You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day.” Colossians 3:15 (NIV): “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Brasília (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Maputo (Moçambique) • Santiago (Chile) Jesus, as this morning unfolds and the rhythm of the day begins to rise around us, we come to You with the thoughts that rush ahead, the responsibilities that feel heavy, and the uncertainties waiting in the hours we have not reached yet. Your Word tells us that we do not need to fear what approaches us in daylight — that Your peace is not fragile, and Your covering is not removed when the world becomes loud. So now, entra na manhã e acalma a mente que corre depressa, steadying the inner world before the outer world grows any louder. For the listener who feels their emotions tightening already, bring a deep breath of peace into their spirit. For the one who senses pressure building — deadlines, conversations, financial demands, decisions they do not feel ready for — cover them with the assurance that Your peace can truly rule the heart. Not visit it briefly, not pass through it lightly, but rule it with calm authority. Jesus, where worry tries to race ahead, slow the thoughts. Where fear imagines outcomes before anything has happened, speak truth. Where insecurity rises, remind them that they are held. Dá clareza ao coração que se sente confuso nesta hora, giving the listener clarity that is not produced by effort, but given by Your presence. Guard them from emotional arrows — the criticism they fear, the comparisons that drain them, the thoughts that distort their worth. Shield them from the invisible pressures that do not come from You. Wrap their morning with the kind of peace that interrupts the cycle of fear and anchors the heart in Your nearness. Jesus, quiet the noise inside. Strengthen the gentle places. Give courage to the overwhelmed. Give steadiness to the anxious. And as the day moves forward, let Your peace be the ruling force — the steady, grounding centre — that holds every step, every decision, and every moment in a calm that only You can give. manhã calma • paz que governa • clareza suave • proteção emocional calm morning • ruling peace • gentle clarity • emotional protection 9AM devotional, morning pressure prayer, Psalm 91 peace, Jesus calm my thoughts, Brazilian prayer morning, emotional clarity, anxiety relief prayer, Colossians 3:15, global 9AM prayer 9AM, peace, Psalm 91, Jesus, clarity, Brazil, devotionalSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Recife (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Lubango (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Lima (Peru) Jesus, as this early hour begins and the first light prepares to break across the sky, we come to You with the weight that rises before the sun does. Some listeners wake with thoughts already racing, with a day that feels too full, with responsibilities waiting in silence. Others wake tender, emotionally tired, unsure how they will step into what is ahead. But Your Word tells us that You cover us, You shelter us, and You lift what we cannot lift alone. So now, entra na madrugada e toca o coração cansado, steadying the thoughts that feel scattered and softening the pressures that greet us before we even rise. For the listener who feels overwhelmed before the day begins, bring calm. For the one who wakes with worry sitting on their shoulders, bring the peace that does not depend on circumstances. For the one who feels they failed yesterday, remind them that Your mercies arrive new every morning. Jesus, let Your wings rest over every home, every mind, every heart that feels unprepared for the day. Under Your covering, fear loses its voice and the future loses its threat. Speak gently into the places that tighten with anxiety. Dá leveza ao coração que acorda pesado, reminding them that they are not walking into this day alone. Cover the fears about tomorrow. Cover the conversations they dread. Cover the responsibilities that feel too big. And cover the silent battles they don’t speak about to anyone. Under Your wings is refuge. Under Your wings is strength. Under Your wings is the courage to begin again. Jesus, lift the weight that rises with the dawn. Replace worry with steadiness, fear with clarity, heaviness with hope. As the light breaks through, let peace break through with it. Let this morning be met not with pressure, but with Your presence, and let every step today carry the strength that comes from knowing You go before us. amanhecer leve • paz que cobre • força renovada • esperança suave light dawn • covering peace • renewed strength • gentle hope 5AM devotional, morning anxiety, Psalm 91 comfort, Jesus cover me, Brazilian dawn prayer, new day peace, fear of tomorrow, Matthew 6:34, global morning prayer 5AM, morning, peace, Psalm 91, Jesus, renewal, Brazil, devotionalSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:3 — Jesus, Break the Shadows That Rise in the Deep Night and Steady My Heart With Your Presence - @1586 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:3 — Jesus, Break the Shadows That Rise in the Deep Night and Steady My Heart With Your Presence” Psalm 91:3 (NIV): “Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV): “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Chicago (Estados Unidos) Jesus, in these deep hours when the world feels distant and the night grows heavier than before, we come to You with the shadows that rise inside us. The worries we held back through the day, the fears we did not name, the thoughts that return when silence settles — all of them surface now. Yet Your Word promises rescue, presence, and grace made perfect in weakness. So here, in this vulnerable hour, entra nos lugares onde a sombra cresce, and break the grip of fear that tries to settle over the heart. For the listener whose chest feels tight with unspoken worry, bring calm. For the one who senses old anxieties resurfacing in the quiet, breathe steady peace into their spirit. For the person who feels alone in the dark, remind them that You are closer than the fear, stronger than the shadow, and gentler than the night. Jesus, let Your presence steady the trembling places. Let Your grace overturn every lie that whispers failure, fear, or hopelessness. Tonight, we do not hide our weakness — we offer it to You. Traz força ao coração que se sente fraco nesta hora, reminding us that weakness does not disqualify us; it draws us deeper into Your strength. Break the patterns of fear that return at 3AM. Break the narratives that rise from exhaustion. Break the shadows that distort truth and magnify worry. Your light is not fragile. Your peace is not temporary. Your presence is not distant. Jesus, save us from the traps of fear, the snares of overthinking, and the heavy emotions that grow in the silence. Cover us. Steady us. Speak into the shadows and dissolve them with Your nearness. Tonight, let Your grace be enough. Let Your presence be the anchor. And let Your peace settle over every restless part of who we are. sombras da madrugada • graça que sustenta • refúgio seguro • coração firme deep-night shadows • sustaining grace • safe refuge • steady heart 3AM prayer, fear in the night, Jesus break the shadows, Psalm 91 strength, Brazilian devotional, nighttime anxiety, grace in weakness, deep-night comfort, global prayer 3AM, night, fear, Jesus, Psalm 91, grace, refuge, Brazil, devotionalSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Draw Me Into the Shelter of Midnight and Hold My Restless Heart in Quiet Peace Again”- @1585 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Draw Me Into the Shelter of Midnight and Hold My Restless Heart in Quiet Peace Again” Psalm 91:1 (NIV): “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you…” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para São Paulo (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Praia (Cabo Verde) • Mendoza (Argentina) Jesus, as midnight settles and the noise of the world begins to fall away, we come to You with the thoughts we have carried through the day — the ones we hid behind strength, the ones we pushed aside, and the ones that surface again when everything grows still. In this quiet hour, draw us into Your shelter. Let Your nearness soften the restlessness we feel in the deepest parts of our heart. Aquieta o coração que não encontra descanso, and let Your peace begin to settle gently over the places that feel unsettled or troubled. For the listener lying awake with tension in their chest, bring ease. For the one replaying conversations or worries, slow their thoughts with Your calm. For the person whose body is tired but whose mind refuses to settle, let Your presence steady their breathing and quiet their spirit. Jesus, You offer not the world’s fragile peace, but a peace that reaches into the heart, into the emotions, into the hidden anxieties that only appear when midnight comes. Tonight, we rest in that promise. As we breathe, let Your shadow become our covering — the safe, quiet place where fear cannot lead and worry cannot dominate. Let Your shelter become not just a biblical idea, but an emotional refuge right now, in this moment. Traz paz ao coração que carrega o peso do dia, reminding us that we do not have to earn rest; You give it freely. You hold us as we are, not as we think we should be. You see us in the quiet of the night and call us to breathe again. Jesus, we surrender every racing thought, every fear of tomorrow, every pressure we carried too far into the night. Draw us near. Hold our restless hearts. Cover us with the peace that only You can give. “Psalm 23:4 — Jesus, Stay Close in These Final Minutes of the Day and Lead My Spirit Into Rest Again” - @1584 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 23:4 (NIV): “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me…” John 8:12 (NIV): “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Belo Horizonte (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Los Angeles (Estados Unidos) Jesus, as this day finally comes to its close, we pause in these last quiet minutes to let Your presence settle over us. The world slows, the noise fades, and the soul begins to breathe again. Yet even in the stillness, shadows of worry, memory, or fear can linger at the edges of the heart. Tonight, Jesus, we ask You to stay close — closer than the thoughts that wander, closer than the emotions that ache. Fica perto quando a noite pesa, and let Your nearness become the warmth that steadies our spirit. For the listener who ends this day exhausted, bring peace. For the one who carries regret or heaviness from earlier hours, wrap them in comfort. For the heart that feels overlooked, unseen, or stretched beyond its limit, remind them that You are the Shepherd who walks with them even in the darkest valleys. No valley is too deep. No night is too heavy. No fear is too strong. Your light does not flicker when our strength fades. Your presence does not withdraw when our courage feels small. Tonight, Jesus, traz descanso à alma que procura luz, guiding the weary into safety and the troubled into calm. Replace the cold edges of fear with Your gentle warmth. Replace the heaviness of the day with quiet renewal. Replace the internal valley with Your guiding light that leads us forward one step at a time. We surrender every unresolved thought, every unspoken fear, every weight we were not meant to carry into tomorrow. Hold our spirit as we rest. Calm our breathing. Guard our sleep. Let Your peace become the blanket that surrounds us. Jesus, stay close in these final minutes of the day — and lead our spirit into deep, healing rest again. última hora • luz que guia • esperança viva • coragem renovada final hour • guiding light • living hope • renewed courage 11PM prayer, night rest, Jesus light in darkness, Psalm 23 comfort, deep peace, Brazilian devotional closing prayer, emotional release, late-night Christian meditation, global night worshipSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Quiet My Mind Tonight and Bring Peace to the Places That Trouble Me Most” - @1583 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:15 (NIV): “He will call on Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble…” James 1:17 (NIV): “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights…” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Manaus (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Toronto (Canadá) Jesus, as the night deepens and the world grows still, we bring You the thoughts that refuse to settle. The mind can feel noisier at this hour — replaying conversations, magnifying worries, searching for answers we cannot reach. Yet Your Word promises that when we call, You answer, and when we face trouble, You are with us. Tonight, Jesus, let that promise become the calm within our restlessness. Aquieta a mente que não encontra silêncio, and touch the places within us that are tender, unsettled, or troubled. For the listener carrying regret or overthinking, bring gentleness. For the one who feels emotionally overstretched, soothe their spirit. For the heart that has silently held tension all day, release it now. Jesus, let this hour become a sanctuary — a place where we are not expected to perform, solve, or explain, but simply to rest in Your nearness. Let Your presence soften the tightness around the mind. Let Your peace move into the spaces where anxiety tries to linger. Let Your voice quiet the internal narratives that have grown too loud. Tonight, traz luz ao coração que se sente perdido, bringing clarity where confusion has settled and comfort where sadness has found a corner to hide. Replace the heaviness with Your steady calm. Replace the mental noise with a stillness shaped by grace. Replace tension with deep assurance that we are held, known, and loved. We surrender the thoughts that keep circling, the emotions that feel too heavy to unpack, the worries that wait at the edge of sleep. Jesus, quiet our minds. Heal what has been troubled. Fill us with the peace that does not fade when the lights go out. Be near in this night hour. Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:14 (NIV): “‘Because he loves Me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges My name.’” 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV): “The God of all grace… will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Salvador (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Chimoio (Moçambique) • Miami (Estados Unidos) Jesus, as night arrives and the world around us begins to quiet, the noise inside often grows louder. Thoughts return, emotions rise, and the storms we managed to hold back through the day start pressing for attention. Yet Your Word promises rescue, protection, restoration, and strength. So tonight, Jesus, we bring You the inner storm — the one hidden behind calm expressions, steady voices, and tired smiles. Hear our cry. Calm what still trembles. Acalma a tempestade que ainda se move dentro de mim, and settle the unrest that has followed us into this hour. For the listener feeling torn between hope and heaviness, bring clarity. For the one who has prayed for breakthrough but still battles the same thoughts, bring comfort. For the person carrying emotional fatigue, disappointment, or conflict, let Your grace meet them gently. Tonight is not the place of collapse — it is the place of restoration. Let Your presence slow the pace of fear. Let Your rescue break patterns of worry. Let Your protection surround the heart that feels vulnerable and exposed. Jesus, You see the battles we hide. You hear the cries no one else hears. You understand the quiet storm beneath the surface. So traz paz ao coração que chora em silêncio, reminding us that You restore us not in one moment, but through a steady work of grace. Replace the heaviness with hope. Replace the trembling with calm. Replace the internal storm with Your steadying strength. We surrender tonight’s anxieties, the echoes of the day, the pressures we internalised, the words that wounded, and the fears that whispered. “Psalm 91:11 — Jesus, Restore the Strength I Lost Today and Meet Me in This Evening Hour With Peace Again” - @1581- Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:11 (NIV): “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways…” Isaiah 40:29 (NIV): “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Fortaleza (Brasil) • Braga (Portugal) • Cabinda (Angola) • Nampula (Moçambique) • Bogotá (Colômbia) Jesus, as the evening settles and the light begins to fade, we bring to You everything this day has taken from us — the energy spent, the emotions stretched, the thoughts weighed down by demands we never planned for. Evening is where the truth finally speaks: we are tired, worn, and needing Your strength. Yet Your Word promises that You command Your angels to guard us and that You give power to the weak. So Jesus, restaura a força que se perdeu ao longo do dia, renewing what has been poured out, lifting what has grown heavy, and calming what has been unsettled deep within. For the listener who feels drained by the pressures of the day, breathe fresh strength. For the one carrying responsibility for others, lighten the load. For the heart that has been misunderstood, stretched, or emotionally bruised, bring tenderness. Evening is not the collapse of hope — it is the place where You meet us again with gentleness. Let Your peace replace the tension sitting in the chest. Let Your presence dismantle the quiet discouragement that tries to settle in unnoticed. Let Your strength hold the places where ours has run out. Jesus, traz descanso ao coração cansado, giving rest to the soul that has struggled to stay steady. Remove the weight of harsh thoughts, internal pressure, or silent frustration. Let this hour become a doorway into deep renewal, not another turning of the emotional cycle. Remind us that You saw every moment of this day: the effort, the patience, the endurance, the hidden tears, the quiet victories. You were present in all of it, and You remain present now. We surrender what this day has taken, what it demanded, and what it stirred. Restore us, Jesus, where we feel empty. Guard us where we feel vulnerable. Strengthen us where we feel weak. Cover this evening with Your peace and let rest come like a gentle healing. Midday is where strength can dip and where the heart often needs guidance more than we realise. So we turn to You as our dwelling place, our refuge in the noise, our calm in the middle of motion. Jesus, caminha comigo quando o dia pesa, and steady the parts of my heart trying to keep pace with everything happening around me. For the listener who feels stretched by work, family, or expectation, bring a renewing breath. For the one who entered this day with hope but already feels tired, lift their spirit. For the person facing uncertainty, decisions, or relational strain, anchor their heart in Your peace. Midday is not the end of strength — it is the moment where Your presence meets our limit. Let Your hope fill every corner of emotional fatigue. Let joy rise gently where discouragement tried to settle. Let peace become the internal atmosphere that no external pressure can steal. Your refuge is not distant — it is the place we stand, breathe, and regain clarity. Let Your nearness simplify what feels complicated. Let Your whisper quiet the noise that has grown too loud. We surrender the pressures of this midday moment — spoken or silent, seen or hidden. Walk with us into the rest of this day. Strengthen our steps. Guard our reactions. Renew our courage. Morning can feel bright, but it can also feel crowded — tasks lining up, expectations forming quickly, worries waking before our spirit has fully settled. Yet Your Word promises a covering, a shelter under Your wings, a place where our mind can rest even while the world accelerates around us. So Jesus, cobre a mente que desperta agitada, and calm the thoughts that rise too fast. Let Your peace stand guard over every anxious corner and every place where fear tries to build momentum. For the listener already feeling pressured by what today demands, bring clarity. For the one replaying yesterday’s conversations or anticipating tomorrow’s challenges, quiet the mental noise. For the person who feels stretched before the day has even unfolded, let Your gentle refuge become their starting point, not their last resort. “Psalm 91:3 — Jesus, Lift the Weight That Meets Me Before the Sun Rises and Cover My Morning With Your Strength” - @1578 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:3 — Jesus, Lift the Weight That Meets Me Before the Sun Rises and Cover My Morning With Your Strength” OT Scripture — Psalm 91:3 (NIV) “Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare…” NT Scripture — Matthew 6:34 (NIV): “Do not worry about tomorrow…” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Recife (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Lubango (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Lima (Peru) Jesus, as the early hours soften into the first edges of dawn, we bring to You the weight that greets us before daylight has fully arrived. Morning can feel hopeful, but it can also feel heavy — responsibilities waiting, thoughts racing, the residue of yesterday still clinging to the edges of our spirit. Yet Your Word reminds us that You save us from traps we do not see, from snares set quietly, from pressures forming before we even rise. So Jesus, we start this day not with our strength, but with Yours. Toma o peso que se levanta antes do sol, and breathe peace into the places that wake anxious and unsettled. For the listener already worrying about what this day may bring, steady their heart. For the one who fears repeating yesterday’s struggles, surround them with the assurance that You go ahead of them. For the person replaying conversations, decisions, or regrets, lift what they cannot lift themselves. Morning is not a countdown to pressure — it is a place where Your mercy renews. Let Your covering settle softly over every thought that rises too quickly. Let Your presence interrupt the cycle of overthinking that often begins before our feet touch the floor. Jesus, fortalece o coração que tenta começar de novo, giving courage to the weary and clarity to the overwhelmed. Teach us to trust that today’s grace is enough for today, that tomorrow does not belong to us yet, and that we can step into this morning unburdened. Calm the anticipations that lean toward fear. Replace dread with quiet confidence. Let this dawn become a doorway into Your strength rather than our own striving. We surrender the unseen weight, the mental noise, the emotional shadows, and the unspoken concerns that surface before sunrise. Cover this morning with Your peace. Guard our steps. Lift our spirit. Yet Your Word teaches us to say with confidence, He is my refuge and my fortress. Tonight, Jesus, let that declaration settle into the places inside us that still tremble. Let Your presence stand where our courage feels thin. Let Your nearness dissolve what fear attempts to rebuild. Jesus, traz segurança ao coração que tenta se esconder, bringing calm into the spaces where uncertainty has quietly taken root. For the listener fighting thoughts they have not voiced, let Your grace meet them exactly where the weakness sits. For the one who has carried too much alone, strengthen what has grown tired. For the heart comparing itself to yesterday, remind them that Your sufficiency covers every shortfall. Your grace does not shame us for our limits; it steadies us in them. Jesus, acalma o medo que sussurra no silêncio, and override the anxious narratives with truth deeper than emotion. Let Your fortress become the inner place where fear loses its authority and where Your voice becomes the anchor through this hour. Lift the unseen burdens sitting beneath the ribs. Quiet the anticipation of tomorrow’s pressures. Bring warmth into the cold corners of emotional strain. Teach our hearts to rest in the certainty that You are enough when we are not, that You defend us when we feel exposed, and that Your refuge holds firm even when our thoughts do not. Jesus, we surrender every rising fear and every tightening thought. Shelter us in this deep hour of night. Cover us with the strength we cannot generate and the peace we cannot manufacture. Let Your grace steady our steps and Your presence guard our hearts. In You, refuge is not an idea — it is our reality. And in that refuge, we rest again. noite profunda • medos ocultos • refúgio seguro • cura que desperta deep night • hidden fears • safe refuge • awakening healing 3AM prayer, Psalm 91 refuge, night fears, grace in weakness, Jesus my fortress, Brazilian Christian devotional, overnight worship, deep night reflection, emotional refuge, global night prayer 3AM, refuge, fear, Jesus, Psalm 91, grace, devotional, BSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Hold My Heart in the Stillness of Midnight and Cover Me With the Peace That Carries Me Through the Night” - @1576 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Hold My Heart in the Stillness of Midnight and Cover Me With the Peace That Carries Me Through the Night” OT Scripture — Psalm 91:1 (NIV): “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” NT Scripture — John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you…” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para São Paulo (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Praia (Cabo Verde) • Mendoza (Argentina) Jesus, as this midnight hour settles across the earth and quietness fills the spaces we usually overlook, we come to You honestly. Some listening tonight feel the echo of worries they thought had faded. Others feel tomorrow pressing too close, stirring unease in the background of the heart. Yet Your Word reassures us that whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Tonight, let that shadow become the place where restless thoughts soften and every weary emotion finally exhales. Jesus, traz descanso profundo ao coração cansado, bringing peace into the tight, hidden corners where strength feels thin. For the listener replaying the day, slow their mind. For the one carrying unspoken disappointments, bring warmth where coldness settled in. For the one afraid of tomorrow’s demands, breathe steady courage. You said, My peace I give you, and we receive that peace now — not a momentary relief, but a deep, anchoring stillness that steadies the inner world. Jesus, acalma a alma que luta em silêncio, filling the heart with quiet confidence that Your presence is near, active, and gentle. Cover every anxious place with the shadow of Your wings. Lift the silent burdens that sit heavily at this hour. Let Your nearness untangle the tightened thoughts that grow louder in the night. In this midnight moment, shape our breathing, settle our emotions, and draw us into the truth that no part of this night is carried alone. Let Your faithfulness become the quiet refuge where our hearts find calm and where fear loses its voice. Jesus, we surrender the noise of today and the unknowns of tomorrow. Hold our hearts tonight. Let Your peace carry us through these hours until morning comes, and let Your presence be the shelter where our souls finally rest. paz de meia-noite • descanso profundo • abrigo silencioso • rendição emocional midnight peace • deep rest • quiet shelter • emotional surrender midnight prayer, Psalm 91 devotional, peace in the night, Jesus my refuge, emotional rest, Brazilian Christian prayer, quiet hour devotion, 12AM prayer, global midnight worship, DailyPrayer.uk night reflection midnight, peace, Psalm 91, Jesus, rest, devotional, prayer, Brazil, emotional healing, night devotionSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 23:4 — Jesus, Stay Close in These Last Moments of the Day and Lead My Spirit Into the Safety of Your Light” - @1575 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 23:4 — Jesus, Stay Close in These Last Moments of the Day and Lead My Spirit Into the Safety of Your Light” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Belo Horizonte (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Los Angeles (Estados Unidos) Psalm 23:4 (NIV): “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me…” John 8:12 (NIV): “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.” As the day reaches its final edge and the quiet grows deeper around us, something inside slows enough for the truth to surface: we made it through another day, but not without moments that weighed on us, challenged us, stretched us, or unsettled us. Jesus, in these last moments before the night fully takes its place, we ask You to stay close. We ask You to walk with us through the shadows that linger even after the world has gone still. We ask You to steady whatever trembles in us when the noise fades and the heart becomes more honest. And we ask You to bring us into the safety of Your light, the light that never dims, the light that never withdraws, the light that knows exactly where to guide a tired spirit. As Belo Horizonte rests under its warm night sky, as Lisboa eases into calm, as Huambo breathes out the final weight of the day, as Pemba settles into gentle quiet, and as Los Angeles steps into late evening’s slow hush, let Your presence be the covering that holds every hour we have lived. We give You what remains unresolved. We give You the thoughts that settled heavily. We give You the emotions we did not know how to name earlier. And we give You the fears and uncertainties that sometimes wait until night to speak the loudest, trusting that we do not walk these valleys alone. Jesus, lead our spirits into Your light. Lead us away from the shadows that cling to memory. Lead us out of the tiredness that feels older than the day itself. Lead us into a peace that settles deeper than sleep. Lead us into a hope that meets us again when morning breaks. And lead us into the assurance that Your nearness is not dependent on how strong we feel, but on how faithfully You hold us, guide us, and love us even in the quietest moments of the night. “Psalm 91:16 — Jesus, Quiet My Thoughts Tonight and Renew the Joy That Faded Somewhere in the Noise of Today” - @1574 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:16 — Jesus, Quiet My Thoughts Tonight and Renew the Joy That Faded Somewhere in the Noise of Today” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Manaus (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Toronto (Canadá) Psalm 91:16 (NIV): “With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.” James 1:17 (NIV): “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights…” Night arrives with a different kind of honesty. The pace slows, the world grows quieter, and the noise of the day finally settles enough for us to hear what has been moving inside. Tonight, Jesus, we bring You the thoughts that will not leave us alone, the emotions we hid to get through the hours, and the joy that faded somewhere in the noise, the interruptions, the disappointments, and the pressures that shaped the day. When we reach this hour, we often find that our hearts need stillness more than answers. They need presence more than progress. They need the gentle reassurance that You remain faithful even when our strength dips low. As Manaus breathes into its deep evening rhythm, as Coimbra softens into quiet, as Benguela lets the final light fall, as Beira prepares for rest, and as Toronto steps into late-night calm, let Your peace descend on every weary place within us. We ask You to quiet the thoughts that replay what we cannot change and release the pressure we placed on ourselves to carry everything flawlessly. Help us recognise that You have not asked us to solve every burden before sleep; You have asked us to rest in the truth that You are near. Jesus, renew the joy that grew thin today. Renew the courage that weakened beneath unspoken worry. Renew the peace that slipped away under strain. Renew the thankfulness that once felt natural but became heavy to hold. And renew the sense of hope that reminds us that not every slow day is a failing, for You shape us gently even through the hours that feel unremarkable. Let Your salvation bring a deeper satisfaction than outcome, productivity, or accomplishment. Let Your goodness be the gift we receive tonight. “Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Hear My Cry Tonight and Calm the Storm That Still Moves Beneath My Quiet Moments” - @1573 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Hear My Cry Tonight and Calm the Storm That Still Moves Beneath My Quiet Moments” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Salvador (Brasil) • Faro (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Chimoio (Moçambique) • Miami (Estados Unidos) Psalm 91:15 (NIV): “He will call on Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble…” 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV): “The God of all grace… will Himself restore you…” Evening is when the storm inside us becomes more honest. The world slows, rooms grow quieter, and the noise we carried through the day loses its disguise. What we managed to hold back in conversations, what we tucked beneath productivity or smiles, rises again in the stillness. But here, Jesus meets us with a promise stronger than our trembling: When you call on Me, I answer. When trouble presses in, I am with you. When your heart feels worn thin, I restore you. Father, as Salvador begins its evening rhythm, as Faro dims into gentle light, as Luanda breathes out the weight of the day, as Chimoio settles, as Miami begins to soften into dusk, You draw close to every cry that has stayed unspoken. You hear the silent ache. You see the emotional storm beneath outward calm. You understand the pressure behind a quiet face. And Your grace is not distant—it moves toward us, carrying restoration with it. Jesus, calm the storm that still moves beneath our quiet moments. Calm the thoughts that surge without warning. Calm the fear that never learned to rest. Calm the heaviness that sits low in the heart even when our words feel steady. And speak into us the truth that our cry is never lost, never ignored, never beneath Your compassion. Restore what the day has drained. Restore the courage that feels thinned. Restore the tenderness we hide to survive. Restore the hope that sinks when evening comes. And restore the sense of nearness that anchors us when darkness grows heavier. Let tonight become not a battle, but a settling. Not a moment of overwhelm, but a moment of presence. Let Your peace quiet the storm. Let Your grace lift the heart. Let Your answer be the comfort we rest in, even before the circumstances change. For when we cry to You, Jesus, You do not hesitate. You are with us. You restore us. “Psalm 91:14 — Jesus, Meet Me in This Evening Hour and Restore the Strength I Lost Trying to Hold Everything Together” - @1572 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:14 — Jesus, Meet Me in This Evening Hour and Restore the Strength I Lost Trying to Hold Everything Together” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Fortaleza (Brasil) • Braga (Portugal) • Cabinda (Angola) • Nampula (Moçambique) • Bogotá (Colômbia) Psalm 91:14 (NIV): “Because he loves Me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him…” Matthew 11:28 (NIV): “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Evening carries a different kind of exhaustion. It is the weight that comes not only from what we have done but from what we have carried silently. The responsibilities we kept balanced throughout the day begin to feel heavier. The thoughts we pushed aside rise again. Our bodies slow. Our emotions loosen. And into this hour, Jesus speaks—not with pressure, not with demand, but with invitation: Come to Me. I will give you rest. Father, as Fortaleza exhales under the evening sky, as Braga softens into the quiet hours, as Cabinda settles, as Nampula slows, as Bogotá shifts from noise into reflection, You meet the heart that feels stretched, tired, drained, or overwhelmed. You see the strength we lost while trying to hold everything together. You understand the weariness that settled unnoticed. And You rescue not by force, but by presence—by reminding us that loved people are protected people. Jesus, restore the parts of us that feel frayed. Restore the peace that slipped through our fingers. Restore the courage that today demanded. Restore the patience worn thin. Restore the joy pressed down beneath responsibilities. And restore the sense of nearness that reminds us we are never carrying our lives alone. Lift the emotional heaviness that evening reveals. Settle the mind that still runs ahead. Soothe the heart that feels tender and stretched. And breathe rest into the places where exhaustion has built its home. Let this evening become a refuge—a moment where rescue feels real, where protection feels personal, and where rest becomes more than a desire but a gift given by the One who knows our limits and loves us still. As today closes, Jesus, gather the pieces of our strength. Renew them. Bless them. “Psalm 91:5 — Jesus, Steady My Mind as the Day Begins and Guard Me From Pressures I Cannot See Coming” - @1571 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:5 — Jesus, Steady My Mind as the Day Begins and Guard Me From Pressures I Cannot See Coming” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Brasília (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Maputo (Moçambique) • Santiago (Chile) Psalm 91:5 (NIV): “You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day.” Colossians 3:15 (NIV): “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts…” Morning brings clarity, but it also brings responsibility. The pace quickens, decisions begin forming, and the pressures of the day appear long before we feel ready for them. Even when the night has passed peacefully, the mind can suddenly race once the sun rises. Jesus knows this rhythm of human vulnerability. He understands how quickly peace can slip when the day’s demands stand waiting at the door. And into that moment, He speaks: Do not fear… let My peace rule your heart. So, Father, as Brasília steps into the brightness of the morning, as Lisboa wakes fully, as Huambo stirs with movement, as Maputo begins its rhythm, as Santiago comes alive with noise and purpose, You remain the still point that steadies every shaking thought. You see the pressures we anticipate and the ones we cannot yet see. You understand the invisible arrows—the deadlines, expectations, relational tensions, financial worries, responsibilities that quietly grow heavier. Jesus, steady the mind that feels pulled in too many directions. Still the thoughts that leap ahead into tomorrow. Lift the quiet fears that disguise themselves as planning. Guard our hearts from the emotional noise that tries to rush in before peace has taken its place. Let the peace of Christ not simply visit us but truly rule us—governing reactions, directing decisions, colouring the way we speak and move through this day. Where anxiety presses, bring clarity. Where confusion rises, bring wisdom. Where weariness lingers from yesterday, bring a renewed strength that does not come from us. Cover us with the assurance that what we cannot see coming is already known and already carried by You. And as we step into today, Jesus, be the One who steadies us. Let Your peace set the tone, shape the atmosphere, and anchor our hearts before the first demand arrives. Guide us gently but powerfully, and keep our minds under the shelter of Your unshakable presence. 9AM prayer, morning clarity, Psalm 91 protection, peace of Christ, steady mind, Brazilian devotional, clareza matinal, emotional stability, DailyPrayer.ukSupport the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry. “Psalm 91:11 — Jesus, Walk With Me Through the Middle Hours and Guide My Heart When Life Feels Loud and Uncertain” - @1570 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:11 — Jesus, Walk With Me Through the Middle Hours and Guide My Heart When Life Feels Loud and Uncertain” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Curitiba (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Lubango (Angola) • Quelimane (Moçambique) • Delhi (Índia) Psalm 91:11 (NIV): “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” Romans 15:13 (NIV): “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him…” The middle of the day carries a different weight from any other hour. The morning has already spent its energy, the afternoon has not yet gathered its strength, and we stand in the tension between what has happened and what still awaits us. Responsibilities gather. Demands multiply. The world feels louder. Our thoughts feel more scattered. And in that space where clarity slips and uncertainty grows, You, Jesus, step beside us with a promise: we do not walk these hours alone. Father, as Curitiba reaches the height of its day, as Porto warms with activity, as Lubango and Quelimane stretch into their rhythm, as Delhi moves under the weight of its own noise and colour, You are present with every person who feels overwhelmed or stretched thin. You see the pressures that rise unexpectedly. You understand the weariness that settles unnoticed. You know the decisions we are carrying, the questions that interrupt our concentration, and the emotional strain that midday often reveals. So Jesus, steady our hearts where the noise is loudest. Bring peace into the places where we feel rushed. Give us courage where we feel uncertain. Guide our thoughts when clarity fades. Lift the hidden burdens that sit quietly beneath our responsibilities. And remind us that Your protection is not distant or fragile but active, present, and intimately aware of every step we take. Fill us again with hope—real hope—not the thin hope of circumstance, but the deep hope that comes from trusting You. Let joy restore what pressure has drained. Let peace settle what anxiety has stirred. Let Your nearness become the calm that carries us into the rest of this day. And as these midday hours unfold, Jesus, walk with us. Guard us. Go before us. Thoughts arrive early, responsibilities rise quickly, and the body has not yet caught up with the demands of the day. Before emails, before conversations, before decision-making begins, there is a space where we feel the pressure of what lies ahead. It is in this early stillness that Scripture offers not a burden but a covering. You, Jesus, stretch Your wings over the fragile edges of our morning and speak peace before anything else can speak fear. Father, as dawn touches Recife, Faro, Lubango, Pemba, Lima, and every home where someone wakes with anxiety already forming, You meet us without judgement. You see the heaviness we rarely admit. You understand the thoughts we try to outrun. You know the quiet dread, the unspoken fears, the worry we feel before our feet reach the floor. And You do not demand strength—we find it beneath Your wings. So, Jesus, lift the weight that greets us before daylight has even formed. Lift the emotional pressure. Lift the quiet ache of yesterday’s unfinished battles. Lift the uncertainty about what today might bring. Cover our minds with peace, our hearts with calm, and our spirits with a gentle certainty that You are already ahead of us, guarding, guiding, and preparing the way. Let Your wings become our rest. Let Your nearness become our confidence. Let Your peace become the filter through which we face the hours that will unfold. And as this morning begins, steady every trembling thought. “Psalm 91:2 — Jesus, Be My Refuge in the Deepest Hours of the Night When Fear Tries to Wake What I Thought Was Healed” - @1568 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:2 — Jesus, Be My Refuge in the Deepest Hours of the Night When Fear Tries to Wake What I Thought Was Healed” Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Chicago (Estados Unidos) Psalm 91:2 (NIV): “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress…’” 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV): “For God has not given us a spirit of fear…” There is a particular depth to the hours between midnight and morning. The world is dark, the streets are quiet, and our thoughts move differently. Worries that stayed small in the afternoon suddenly feel sharper. Memories that we believed healed begin to stir again. And yet, right here, Scripture speaks not with pressure but with invitation: He is my refuge; He is my fortress. This is not a command to be strong but a reminder that strength is already holding us. Jesus, You see the fears that surface at 3AM—the ones we do not talk about, the ones we manage in the daylight but feel more heavily when night settles. You see the grief that still breathes, the anxieties that rise without warning, the questions we carry quietly. And You do not step back. You draw near. You offer refuge that does not collapse beneath our weight. Tonight, in Rio de Janeiro, Coimbra, Benguela, Beira, Chicago, and in every unseen home where someone lies awake, You stand as the One who shelters the trembling heart. You steady the thoughts that run too quickly. You quiet the fears that speak too loudly. You breathe courage into the places that feel hollow and fragile. Father, help us release what we cannot carry. Help us name what hurts without sinking beneath it. Help us rest in the truth that fear does not have authority over us. Your Spirit gives power, love, and a sound mind—nothing less, nothing broken, nothing denied. So in this deep night, we choose again to take refuge in You. We choose the fortress that will not crumble. We choose the peace that reminds us we are not alone, not abandoned, and not left to fight our shadows by ourselves. Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Hold My Heart in the Quiet of Midnight and Cover Me With the Peace I Cannot Give Myself - @1567 - Daily Devotional Podcast

Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 91:1 — Jesus, Hold My Heart in the Quiet of Midnight and Cover Me With the Peace I Cannot Give Myself Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para São Paulo (Brasil) • Porto (Portugal) • Luanda (Angola) • Praia (Cabo Verde) • Mendoza (Argentina) Psalm 91:1 (NIV): “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you…” Midnight carries its own kind of honesty. The noise of the day has faded, the world falls quiet, and we are left alone with our thoughts, our fears, our longings, and the weight we never found words for. Yet it is precisely here, in this gentle stillness, that Scripture opens a doorway: rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Not by striving. Not by performing. Simply by dwelling—by turning the heart toward the One who already holds us. Father, tonight we bring the parts of ourselves that feel unsettled. The thoughts that loop. The anxieties that whisper. The emotions that surface only when darkness arrives. Jesus, You speak Your peace into places we cannot calm on our own. You offer shelter when our strength runs thin, and You cover us with a love that outlasts every thought that rises against us. As midnight settles over São Paulo, Porto, Luanda, Praia, Mendoza—and across countless unseen rooms—you are present in every breath. You meet the exhausted parent, the restless heart, the lonely soul, the grieving mind, the one who hides their fear behind today’s smile. You hold each one with a gentleness that does not break. Tonight we choose surrender. Tonight we choose stillness. Tonight we choose Your peace. Let Your shadow be our rest. Let Your presence be our quiet shelter. Let Your love steady the deep places within us that no one else sees. “Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Stay Close in This Final Hour of the Day and Lift My Spirit Into the Quiet of Your Peace” - @1566 - Daily Devotional Podcast.

Send us your feedback — we’re listening“Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Stay Close in This Final Hour of the Day and Lift My Spirit Into the Quiet of Your Peace” Live from England — DailyPrayer.uk with Reverend Ben Cooper Welcome to this prayer in our global five-nation rotation Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Belo Horizonte (Brasil) • Lisboa (Portugal) • Huambo (Angola) • Pemba (Moçambique) • Los Angeles (Estados Unidos) vale profundo • luz que guia • esperança viva • coragem renovada deep valley • guiding light • living hope • renewed courage Psalm 91:15 (NIV): “He will call on Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble…” Revelation 21:4 (NIV): “He will wipe every tear from their eyes…” Jesus, as the final hour of this day settles around me and the world grows quieter, I come to You seeking the peace only You can give. At 11PM, the mind often drifts back across the hours that came before — the conversations, the pressures, the moments of joy, and the moments that left a shadow. Tonight I gather each one and place it before You. You have promised that when I call, You answer, and that You are with me in every trouble, every sigh, and every hope that lies unspoken. Let vale profundo, the deep valley, become a place transformed by Your nearness. Wherever I walked today feeling unseen or stretched beyond my strength, meet me there with Your steadying presence. Remind me that valleys are not destinations — they are places You walk beside me. Let luz que guia, guiding light, shine into my thoughts as this day closes. Illuminate what confused me, gentle my judgments of myself, and bring clarity where the mind still wrestles. Let Your light guide me into rest, not into worry. Let esperança viva, living hope, rise again within me. Where disappointment settled, lift it. Where confidence faded, renew it. Let hope not simply visit — let it dwell. Let coragem renovada, renewed courage, give strength to the hours ahead. Let the peace You speak become the peace I carry. Let the promise of Revelation — that You wipe tears and restore what pain has taken — sit deeply in my spirit tonight. Jesus, stay close in this final hour. Lift my spirit into Your quiet peace. At 10PM, when reflection settles across the mind and emotions rise from places I tried to ignore, I bring You what still aches, what still troubles me, and what still steals the joy I once carried freely. You promise satisfaction, renewal, and the revelation of salvation — not as concepts, but as lived reality in the heart that turns toward You tonight. Where joy has thinned, breathe life into it again. Let alegria renovada, renewed joy, move gently through the places where exhaustion has dimmed my hope. Restore what feels worn, revive what feels weakened, and remind me that joy is not something I manufacture — it is something You awaken. Let noite tranquila, quiet night, cover every restless thought. Settle the internal noise that feels louder at this hour. Let Your presence lift away the anxieties I cast upon You, knowing You do not simply receive them — You carry them. Let cura suave, gentle healing, move through memories, emotions, and pressures that settled too heavily today. Heal the small wounds I dismissed and the larger ones I feared to name. Let Your compassion rest upon each one like warm light in a shadowed room. Let amor perfeito, perfect love, surround me with reassurance deeper than my questions. At 8PM, when atmosphere slows but the heart continues wrestling, I bring You the thoughts that refuse to rest, the emotions that remain unsettled, and the quiet tears that never had the chance to fall. You promise that when I call, You answer, not distantly, not reluctantly, but with presence that enters the trouble rather than standing outside it. Let clamor da alma, the cry of my soul, rise honestly before You. I do not hide what aches, what confuses me, or what feels too heavy to untangle. You meet me in truth, not in performance, and You receive me fully because You have already spoken the words: “I will never drive you away.” Let tempestade interior, the inner storm, begin to quiet under Your calming love. Where fear twists my thinking, untangle it. Where disappointment settles deep, lift it gently. Where restlessness shakes my spirit, steady me again. Jesus, speak into each wave that rises, and let Your authority bring order to what feels chaotic. Let amor que acalma, calming love, hold me tonight — not as an idea but as a covering. Surround me with gentleness stronger than fear, compassion stronger than pressure, and mercy deeper than my exhaustion. Let paz profunda, deep peace, fill the spaces where noise has lived too long. You are the One who remains when everything else quiets. The One who listens when words run out. The One who answers when I cry. At 6PM, the weight of the day becomes clearer — conversations that drained me, tasks unfinished, emotions stretched, decisions still waiting for attention. Yet You promise that those who love You are not left to carry their burdens alone. You rescue, You protect, and You lean toward the weary with compassion that does not diminish. Let força restaurada, restored strength, begin to rise within me. Take the strain that sits heavy on my shoulders and replace it with the steadiness of Your presence. Jesus, breathe into the cracks of this day — the moments I felt overwhelmed, the frustrations that linger, the pressure I could not shake. Lift them from me gently and completely. Let descanso profundo, deep rest, shape my spirit as the day begins its closing. Quiet the anxieties that try to run on in my mind. Calm the tension that hides beneath the surface. Draw me into the truth that You care for every concern I release to You. Be my presença que sustenta, sustaining presence, the One who steadies my heart when I feel unanchored. Meet me in this hour not with demands, but with grace that restores what I lost throughout the day. And let esperança renovada, renewed hope, fill the corners of my heart that fatigue has dimmed. At 12PM, life often feels pulled in different directions. Yet Your Word promises that I am guarded in all my ways, and that when wisdom seems thin, You give it generously and without hesitation. So I pause here, in the warmth of the day, to seek Your guidance again. Let caminhos claros, clear paths, open before me. Where there is confusion, bring definition. Where there is hesitation, bring courage. Where there is uncertainty, shape a direction that aligns my steps with Your peace rather than my pressure. Jesus, walk with me through this hour so that every part of my day flows from Your presence and not from my strain. Let direção segura, safe direction, take root in my spirit. Guard me from rushing ahead or stepping without discernment. Guide me away from distractions that steal clarity and from fears that cloud good judgment. Help me sense the gentle leading of Your Spirit, steady and trustworthy. Breathe força interior, inner strength, into the places where I feel stretched. Renew the focus that midday often drains. Lift the weight of expectations and replace them with the confidence that comes from being held, guided, and understood. Jesus, let proteção divina, divine protection, surround both my thoughts and my choices. Here at the midpoint of the day, I choose not to walk in my own wisdom but in Yours. I choose not to navigate alone but under Your covering. And I choose not to fear the unknown path, because You guard me in all my ways. Jesus, guide my heart into clear paths. Amém. At 9AM, the world accelerates — responsibilities call, decisions form, and expectations press in. This is the hour when clarity can waver and peace can slip beneath the weight of what the day demands. Yet Your Word declares that I do not need to fear what comes by day, because Your peace guards me more faithfully than anything I could build for myself. Let clareza espiritual, spiritual clarity, settle over me now. Bring my thoughts into alignment with Your truth rather than my anxiety. Where confusion begins to cloud my heart, let Your wisdom break through with purity and calm. Jesus, steady my mind so that I do not rush ahead of grace or sink beneath pressures that You have already promised to carry with me. Place paz que governa, ruling peace, around my heart. Let it govern my words, my decisions, my reactions, and my inner posture. Protect me from the arrows that fly unseen — the subtle discouragements, the unexpected challenges, the silent comparisons that drain confidence. Guard my mind so carefully that even the small stresses lose their power to unsettle me. Let proteção diária, daily protection, become my assurance that I am not navigating this day alone. Strengthen me with mente fortalecida, a fortified mind, one that rests not on personal ability but on Your nearness. Jesus, where I feel stretched, meet me. Where I feel hurried, slow my spirit. Where I feel uncertain, speak the clarity I cannot produce on my own. Your peace stands watch over every part of me. Your covering is stronger than any pressure I face. So I walk into this day not with fear, but with the confidence that I am guarded, guided, and grounded in You. Jesus, steady my mind and guard my day. Amém. At 5AM, the first thoughts can feel heavier than the day itself — unfinished tasks, worries waiting on the horizon, and the quiet ache of a tired heart. Yet in this hour, You speak a different beginning. You remind me that You cover me, not lightly, not symbolically, but fully, with the strength and shelter only You can give. Let amanhecer leve, a gentle dawn, settle over me. Let this morning not carry the strain of yesterday but the promise of Your presence. Draw me beneath Your wings of refuge, where fear loses shape and hope starts to breathe again. Jesus, lift what feels too heavy for my own hands. The unseen pressures, the expectations, the quiet concerns — You know each one, and You meet me before they rise. Where my energy feels thin, pour força renovada — renewed strength — into my spirit. Where my confidence feels low, let Your faithfulness rebuild what has been worn down. Where my thoughts run ahead, bring them back into the safety of Your care. Let descanso da alma, soul rest, mark the beginning of this day, not exhaustion or strain. Jesus, You give strength to the weary, not by asking more of them but by carrying what they cannot. You increase the power of the weak, not by pressure but by presence. So here, in the quiet of this early morning, I receive Your covering. I receive Your strength. I receive Your peace. Let esperança crescente — rising hope — guide my steps. Let Your refuge define my day. And let Your covering be my confidence as the light grows. Jesus, cover my morning and lift my first thoughts. At 3AM, thoughts feel heavier, shadows feel closer, and worries rise with a sharper edge. This is the hour when refuge is not a concept — it is a necessity. So I speak what Psalm 91 teaches my soul to declare: You are my refuge and my fortress, the strong place that fear cannot enter. Be with me in this moment of vulnerability. Strengthen my breathing, soften the tension in my chest, and steady the thoughts that rush without invitation. Let fortaleza espiritual — spiritual refuge — settle over me with the weight of truth, not emotion. Let consolo profundo, deep comfort, surround every trembling place within. Jesus, where fear speaks loudly, let Your voice speak louder still. Where loneliness tries to take root, let Your presence expose its lie. You are presença constante, the constant presence that does not drift with my feelings or disappear with the sunrise. Tonight, I lean into Your nearness, trusting that even the darkness cannot hide me from Your care. You are my helper, my defender, and the One who sees what my heart cannot explain. Lift the burdens that have followed me into this hour. Break the cycle of anxious replay. Quiet the “what-ifs” and remind me that no threat, no fear, no unseen pressure has the authority to stand against Your fortress. Let socorro imediato — immediate help — reach me now. You know the vale profundo — the deep valley — that each of us walks through at some point. Sometimes it is a memory. Sometimes it is a fear. Sometimes it is simply the weight of being human. Yet You promise to walk beside me, not ahead of me or far from me, but with me. Tonight, let that truth become my security. Shine luz que guia into the places I cannot see. Illuminate what feels hidden, uncertain, or overwhelming. Let Your light touch the corners of my heart where worry settles when the world grows still. Drive away the heaviness that tries to take shape in the darkness. You are not only the One who sees me — You are the One who guides me. Jesus, breathe esperança viva into my spirit tonight — living hope that rises even when everything around me feels quiet or unresolved. Hope that is steady, anchored, and not dependent on the circumstances of this day. Let it lift my spirit above the fears that whisper in the night. Let it renew the confidence that You hold my future with strength and tenderness. Wrap me in coragem renovada — renewed courage — the courage that comes from knowing I do not walk this valley alone. You know the emotions I have carried, the concerns that stayed with me long after they should have faded, and the moments I replay when all becomes still. Quiet my heart tonight. Let Your presence soften the thoughts that remain unsettled. Bring alegria renovada into the places where joy has dimmed. Restore the lightness I once felt. You know the storm inside me, the thoughts that swirl, the emotions that shift, the uncertainties that refuse to fade when the evening grows quiet. Hear me tonight. Draw close to me. Let Your presence settle over my heart the way night settles over the earth — gentle, steady, unhurried. Where there is tempestade interior, bring stillness. Calm the places that feel unsettled. You see what this day has taken from me — the conversations that drained me, the moments that stretched me, the decisions that left me unsure of myself. Meet me now in this fim de tarde moment, and breathe Your calm into the places that feel worn thin. Let descanso profundo settle over my spirit. Quiet the noise inside me. You know every path before me — the decisions I must make, the conversations I must hold, the moments where I will need clarity more than confidence. Let proteção divina surround my steps.
