We ask You to quiet the thoughts that replay what we cannot change and release the pressure we placed on ourselves to carry everything flawlessly. Help us recognise that You have not asked us to solve every burden before sleep; You have asked us to rest in the truth that You are near. Jesus, renew the joy that grew thin today. Renew the courage that weakened beneath unspoken worry. Renew the peace that slipped away under strain. Renew the thankfulness that once felt natural but became heavy to hold. And renew the sense of hope that reminds us that not every slow day is a failing, for You shape us gently even through the hours that feel unremarkable. Let Your salvation bring a deeper satisfaction than outcome, productivity, or accomplishment. Let Your goodness be the gift we receive tonight.
