“Psalm 91:2 — Jesus, Be My Refuge in the Deepest Hours of the Night When Fear Tries to Wake What I Thought Was Healed” Ao vivo de Londres, Inglaterra para Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) • Coimbra (Portugal) • Benguela (Angola) • Beira (Moçambique) • Chicago (Estados Unidos) Psalm 91:2 (NIV): “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress…’” 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV): “For God has not given us a spirit of fear…” There is a particular depth to the hours between midnight and morning. The world is dark, the streets are quiet, and our thoughts move differently. Worries that stayed small in the afternoon suddenly feel sharper. Memories that we believed healed begin to stir again. And yet, right here, Scripture speaks not with pressure but with invitation: He is my refuge; He is my fortress. This is not a command to be strong but a reminder that strength is already holding us. Jesus, You see the fears that surface at 3AM—the ones we do not talk about, the ones we manage in the daylight but feel more heavily when night settles. You see the grief that still breathes, the anxieties that rise without warning, the questions we carry quietly. And You do not step back. You draw near. You offer refuge that does not collapse beneath our weight. Tonight, in Rio de Janeiro, Coimbra, Benguela, Beira, Chicago, and in every unseen home where someone lies awake, You stand as the One who shelters the trembling heart. You steady the thoughts that run too quickly. You quiet the fears that speak too loudly. You breathe courage into the places that feel hollow and fragile. Father, help us release what we cannot carry. Help us name what hurts without sinking beneath it. Help us rest in the truth that fear does not have authority over us. Your Spirit gives power, love, and a sound mind—nothing less, nothing broken, nothing denied. So in this deep night, we choose again to take refuge in You. We choose the fortress that will not crumble. We choose the peace that reminds us we are not alone, not abandoned, and not left to fight our shadows by ourselves. Hold us until morning comes, and let Your courage rise gently within us. 3AM prayer, Psalm 91 refuge, fear and anxiety, night comfort, courage in Christ, Brazilian devotional, oração da madrugada, spiritual refuge, DailyPrayer.uk
