'Drunk' TV Star CRASHES, Curses EMTs Over $$ Blouse Appears in Court
Haley Pullos makes two fashion-forward court appearances as she faces Felony DUI charges. The first in July, as the former General Hospital star hobbled inside on crutches. The second in August Pullos was seen in a green dress with white heels, a black ankle brace visible. Pullos has pleaded not guilty to all charges after a wrong-way crash. Pullos was charged with driving under the influence after her car flew over the dividing barrier, and into oncoming traffic. She careened off one car and collided head-on with another car, that was going about 60 mph. Police reportedly recovered marijuana edibles and alcohol from the actress’ car. Firefighters had to use "the jaws of life" to free Pullos from her car. That's when the "General Hospital" actress lashed out at the responders shouting, “This is a $400 f**king shirt!” TMZ also reports Pullos was aggressive with hospital staff and had to be sedated. State Wants KOHBERGER'S CLICK Activity in Murders of 4 Students
A new report says two surviving housemates in the Moscow, Idaho rental home where 4 students were killed, were awake and texting each other while the murders were taking place. The new information comes from Air Mail.com, a weekly digital subscription service. The lengthy article attributes the information to someone on the grand jury that indicted Bryan Kohberger. The information was allegedly leaked to Kaylee Goncalves’ Father, Steve. Neither Gonsalves nor his attorney has commented or confirmed the information in the article. There is currently a restrictive gag order in place on the case. A statement released by the family however calls the claims “a very poor attempt at getting attention and obviously fictional.” As the investigation continues, prosecutors are asking for more of Bryan Kohberger's electronic footprint. The state is requesting customer information from multiple companies including Amazon, Apple, and PayPal. Search warrants have been served asking for information related to the purchase of knives, but that's not all. The information requests include customer "click activity" pertaining to knives and accessories, as well. Crime Con: BTK SERIAL KILLER MYSTERY DEEPENS
Serial killer Dennis Rader, also known as BTK, is serving a life sentence for 10 confessed murders, but his own writings have possibly connected him to more. In his journals, Rader made references to "projects," murders he fantasized about. One of those projects was abducting a woman from a laundromat. Teen Cynthia Dawn Kinney disappeared from her family-owned laundromat in 1979. Rader was allegedly spotted leaving the location with two women around the time the cheerleader vanished according to Osage County Sheriff Eddie Virden. Virden recently led a search of Rader's former property in the area. Not all evidence recovered has been made public, however, Virden did share a pantyhose ligature found buried on the property. The investigation now turns to proving a connection between Rader and murders resembling those logged in Rader's journals. BEAUTIFUL BRIDE STABBED DEAD: Parents Quest for Truth THWARTED
A ruling by a Pennsylvania appellate court upholding the finding in Ellen Greenberg's death hasn't stopped her parents' search for the truth. The Philadelphia teacher was found dead in her apartment, stabbed more than 20 times. Some stabs were to the back and head, and somehow the death was ruled a suicide. It was initially listed as homicide. Why did the medical examiner change it? That is the million-dollar question. The parents do not believe Ellen committed suicide. Josh and Sandee Greenberg have struggled, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, to have the rule changed, and the appellate court ruling is just one more obstacle. In a 2-to-1 ruling, the Commonwealth Court found the Greenbergs lacked standing to bring their claim. This means that the parents can't raise a challenge, but if Ellen's parents can't, who can? In the same ruling, however, the court did raise questions about a faulty original investigation. It's a conundrum. If the investigation was not properly handled, how does that not change the cause of death? Bryan Kohberger Escapes Trial Day: WHY?
Bryan Kohberger's trial start date has come and gone, with the accused killer still proclaiming his innocence. The trial was postponed after Kohberger waived his right to a speedy trial, and the judge accepted it. Kohberger's attorney, Anne Taylor, said the defense team needs more time to effectively present their case. The search for evidence that Kohberger knew his victims continues. Investigators say digital evidence and surveillance video links Kohberger to the murders. The defense says there is no connection, but the Gonsalves family tells a "48 Hours" investigation that after learning Kohberger's name, they did their own online search. They say they found an Instagram account they believe belongs to Kohberger which followed both Maddie Mogen and Kaylee Gonsalves. That account has now been deactivated. No word on a new trial date. Beloved Teacher Murdered, Body Hidden in Favorite Park, Teen Sentenced
Teen Willard Miller pleaded guilty to the murder of his Spanish teacher Nohema Graber and now a judge has sentenced him to life in prison. Iowa law does not permit juveniles to be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, so Miller, 17, will serve a minimum of 35 years before he is eligible for parole. Willard Noble Chaiden Miller and Jeremy Everett Goodale were accused of killing 66-year-old Nohema Graber. The boys were students at Fairfield High School in Fairfield, where Graber had been teaching Spanish since 2012. Police found Graber’s remains on November 3 at Chautauqua Park in Fairfield. A tipster led investigators to the teens. Police say social media evidence ties both suspects to Graber's death. According to a criminal complaint, in a social media exchange, the teens appeared to know specific details regarding Graber’s death, including how the teacher died, and the motive. Information on a specific motive has not been publicly released. Investigators obtained search warrants for both suspects’ homes and found clothing that appeared to have blood on them. A witness who knew the suspects told police the suspects were seen at the park on November 3. Prosecutors said Miller was upset about a grade and had been seen arguing with her about it. Loving Mom Bludgeoned With Kitchen Frying Pan, STABBED 30 TIMES
A college secret is said to be the motive behind the murder of an Ohio Mom. Brenda Powell was bludgeoned with a frying pan and then stabbed more than 30 times. Daughter Sydney Powell, 19 at the time, was charged with murder. Prosecutors claimed Sydney Powell did not tell her parents that she was suspended from Mount Union University months earlier for poor academics. Brenda Powell was on the phone with college officials when her daughter struck. Defense experts argued that Sydney Powell suffered a psychotic break when she killed her mother. Three experts found she was schizophrenic and could not discern right from wrong. Experts for the prosecution asserted Powell had mental health issues, but was not insane when she committed the crime. Tot-Boy, 1, DEAD OF FENTANYL OVERDOSE AT LICENSED DAYCARE!
A manhunt is underway for the husband of a daycare owner charged in the death of a child in her care. New York police responded to Divino Niño Daycare in the Bronx and found three children unconscious. Nicholas Dominici, just a year old, died from a fentanyl overdose.
