The complaints related to the nature of being homophobic, ableist, xenophobic, and misogynistic. Included in the release are photos of the apartment Kohberger left behind in Pullman. The photos are filled with textbooks, graded papers, and a refrigerator partially full of food. The families of Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin are suing the city of Moscow over therelease of hundreds of these crime scene photos and videos of the first response to 1122 King Road. Their attorney claims many of the photos constitute an “unwarranted invasion of privacy.”Leander James says ‘blurring’ on the images is an ‘ineffective’ redaction, and blood is stillvisible on floors and walls of the home outside the blurring. James says in the footage, theSounds of sobbing friends and roommates are also incredibly traumatizing for the families. We are also learning that the witnesses and the individuals whom Kohberger's attorney planned to intimate as suspects are getting threats. Kristin's 16-year-old daughter, Sarah Grace Patrick, is living in the home as Jamie and Kristin welcome their own little girl. Through all their happiness, the Brocks have a dark cloud hanging over their heads. Jamie Brock, known for his big heart full of love, also happens to have a weak heart and needs a transplant soon if he wants to see his children grow up. From the outside, it appears the Brocks have a well-balanced family and for the most part avoided the drama associated with having a teenage daughter. 16-year-old Sarah Grace Patrick seems like a smart, sweet, typical teenage girl. But Jamie Brock, during several conversations, expresses her concerns, saying Sarah is not who she appears to present herself to the public to be when behind closed doors at home. On the morning of Thursday, February 20, the couple's five-year-old daughter goes to her parents' bedroom to wake them up. Not understanding what she sees, the child runs to her older sister, 16-year-old Sarah Grace, who immediately calls 911. The 5-year-old has discovered her mother and father dead in their bed, their bodies riddled with bullets. On the phone with 911, Sarah Grace tells the dispatcher the bodies are cold to the touch. As weeks turn into months with no arrest in the murders, Kristin's now 17-year-old daughter, Sarah Grace Patrick, is taking to TikTok regularly, sharing emotional messages, urging influencers to draw attention to what is now an unsolved double homicide, and engaging with true crime creators in an effort to get them to cover the story. The odd grab for attention is not lost on family members, who now see many things Sarah Grace has done as "red flags." Tate Brothers Suing Meta and TikTok
Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, file lawsuits in California, suing Meta and TikTok for kicking the pair off their platforms in 2022. The lawsuits allege defamation and unlawful deplatforming. They claim the banning of their accounts was a politically motivated campaign to suppress and destroy their reputations and livelihoods, not a neutral enforcement of platform rules. They also claim Meta and TikTok defamed them by making "reckless and inflammatory statements portraying Tate as a sex trafficker—without evidence, without trial, and without due process." The brothers are seeking over $50 million in compensatory damages from each company. This is in the midst of new assault claims against the Tate brothers. Lauren Southern, a right-wing Canadian political influencer, writes in her Substack that she met Andrew Tate on a trip to Bucharest. At 22, Southern approached Tate with a business proposition. She says on that 2018 trip, Tate choked and assaulted her while she was intoxicated. The self-published memoir is titled “This Is Not Real Life.” Kickboxer and media influencer Andrew Tate is charged with rape, human trafficking, and more. He's now facing three sex abuse legal battles in two countries. Tate and his brother were taken into custody in Romania, where they live. Prosecutors say the Tates and two associates formed an organized criminal group to groom and sexually traffic women in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Romania. The indictment names seven women who say the Tate brothers recruited them with false promises, including love and marriage, but instead took them to buildings where they intimidated them and watched over them constantly, forcing them into debt and pornography. Now the Federal government is seeking the death penalty. Attorney General Pam Bondi directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty which marks the first such directive by the Trump administration. New York, where the murder occurred, has abolished the death penalty, and Mangione's lawyers are attempting to block the federal death penalty pursuit, arguing the move is a political stunt. Nikki Missing: 'Smoking Gun' Cracks Case Of Missing Mom Wide Open
A California mom's husband pleaded for her safe return, and now he faces charges months after her disappearance. Nikki Saelee-McCain, 39, vanishes in May 2024; after texting family members she was heading home, she never arrives and has not been heard from since, and her husband, Tyler McCain, is arrested as a suspect in her murder. Nikki's Chevy Avalanche is located near the Shasta and Tehama County line a week after she vanishes. The truck's bed enclosed cover was opened and had an overwhelming odor of decomposition. Inside the vehicle, more evidence is recovered, providing strong evidence her husband, Tyler McCain, is the primary source of the DNA on the items. McCain previously faced felony domestic violence charges, but the case was dismissed when Nikki disappeared because she couldn’t testify. Based on the evidence gathered, information learned from interviews, and the fact no one in Nikki's family has seen or heard from Nikki since her disappearance, the detectives determined Nikki is a victim of homicide. Detectives also further conclude Nikki's husband, Tyler Scott McCain, is responsible for Nikki's death and disappearance. Detectives recently obtained a murder arrest warrant for McCain. McCain was booked into Shasta County Jail, and prosecutors allege he killed Nikki to prevent her from testifying in the domestic violence case. "MOTHER-IN--LAW-FROM-HELL" SOBS AT TRIAL FOR MURDER HIT PLOT ON LAW PROF SON-IN-LAW
Donna Adelson, accused mastermind in the shooting death of her former son-in-law, Dan Markel, was arrested at Miami International Airport in an alleged attempt to flee to a non-extradition country. Investigators believe Adelson had Markel killed after a failed push by ex-wife Wendi to move their children to South Florida, closer to her family. Donna Adelson is the fifth person charged in the murder-for-hire plot of her former son-in-law, a Florida State University Law Professor and well-known throughout Tallahassee. The first person brought to justice Luis Rivera, agreed to a plea deal. Rivera testifies he and his lifelong friend, Sigfredo Garcia, drove from Miami to Tallahassee to carry out the hit and Garcia was the triggerman. Rivera, once a Latin Kings gang leader, accepted a 19-year prison sentence in exchange for flipping on his close friend. This week, in Donna Adelson's trial, some of the most dynamic pieces of evidence is the money changing hands and the wiretaps. Mary Hull, from Florida Department of Financial Services, breaks down financial records before and after the murder of Dan Markel. Rivera admits on the stand he received over $33,000 for the hit. Also, the jury hears the feds wiretaps, Charlie and Donna Adelson talk in code and the bump which was orchestrated to trap the co-conspirators into a phone frenzy. RUGGED TERRAIN SEARCH FOR BABY EMMANUEL: TOT "DISAPPEARS" 9 DAYS BEFORE "KIDNAP?"
Only twelve days after Rebecca Haro reports her son's kidnapping and claims she was knocked out in a parking lot while changing the 15-month-old's diaper, both parents of Emmanuel Haro are charged with murder. They are also charged with making a false police report. However, Rebecca, during a jailhouse interview, maintains her story that she was knocked out and her 7-month-old son, Emmanuel, was abducted. Jake Haro's lawyer, Vincent Hughes, says he doesn't know where the statement that his client stopped cooperating with detectives came from because he continues to offer Haro to investigators. Hughes also says Jake Haro wants to cooperate with investigators. The father of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro was pulled out of jail in his orange jumpsuit and taken to a remote area of Moreno Valley and was seen in the field with law enforcement. The department implies that while Jake Haro was at the scene, he was not helping in the search. EPSTEIN FILES RELEASE HOAX, COULDN'T SLEEP W ADULT WOMEN BC OF 'HEART CONDITION'
Jeffrey Epstein's former associate and convicted sex trafficker, Ghislaine Maxwell, makes a shocking claim during a recent interview with the Department of Justice. She says Epstein told her he had heart problems, and those heart conditions prevented him from regular sexual intercourse. Her statement highly contradicts victim testimony about Epstein's weekly nonconsensual abuse of underage girls. Maxwell continues in the interview that former President Bill Clinton was her friend, not Jeffrey. Epstein’s, and Clinton never received a ‘massage’ in Epstein’s company. When asked if President Trump had done anything inappropriate with masseuses, Maxwell replied, "Absolutely never, in any context."She denies knowing whether masseuses from Mar-a-Lago's spa ended up giving Jeffrey Epstein private massages. When asked if she herself recruited any for Epstein, Maxwell states, "I've never recruited a masseuse from Mar-a-Lago for that, as far as I remember." Maxwell also claims there is no list or little black book of famous people who were provided minors for the purposes of sex trafficking. Virginia Guiffre’s family and other Epstein victims have slammed the government’s decision to interview Ghislaine Maxwell and release the tapes, saying Maxwell was passed a microphone and given a platform to ‘rewrite history.’ Joining Nancy Grace today: Troy Slaten - Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney, Slaten Lawyers; X @TroySlaten Dani Pinter - Senior Vice President and Director of Law Center, National Center on Sexual Exploitation Dr. Bethany Marshall - Psychoanalyst, Author: "Deal Breaker," and featured in hit show "Paris in Love" on Peacock; Instagram & TikTok: drbethanymarshall, X: @DrBethanyLive Joseph Scott Morgan - Professor of Forensics: Jacksonville State University, Author, "Blood Beneath My Feet", Host: "Body Bags with Joseph Scott Morgan", @JoScottForensic Tisa Tells - Pop Culture Investigator & Commentator and Host of 'Tisa Tells' on YouTube; YouTube: @TisaTells, Instagram & TikTok: @TisaTellss Sydney Sumner - Crime Stories Investigative Reporter See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

She is also connected to other customer deaths, and prosecutors believe there are likely more victims given the volume of drugs Sangha sold. Sangha remains in custody without bond in connection with Perry's death. Drug dealer Eric Fleming, who reportedly served as a program director at the Bel-Air rehab Red Door, also had a resident die of an overdose while under his watch. Additionally, Brooke Mueller’s close connections to suspects Fleming and Sangha have emerged. Mueller spent time with Sangha during one of her rehab stints, and Fleming is reportedly a godfather to one of Mueller’s children. Mueller is said to have pressured her then-boyfriend William Cooney to join Fleming’s rehab program, where Cooney overdosed and died. Mueller may have introduced Fleming and Sangha to Perry as a means to facilitate his addiction. Federal prosecutors report that Mueller is cooperating with the investigation and is not facing any charges. Court documents reveal the close ties between Sangha, Fleming, and assistant Kenneth Iwamasa. Iwamasa told Fleming he "cleaned up the scene" by disposing of ketamine vials and syringes and "deleted everything." Fleming then informed Sangha that he believed they were protected since he never dealt with Perry directly, only through Iwamasa, who would be considered Perry's "enabler." In their communications, Sangha and Fleming refer to Perry using the code name "Chandler." Sangha's sentencing is still ahead. Friday Night Special: Shocking New Delphi Killer Conversations Revealed
The jury took two minutes from entering the courtroom to announce the verdict: Richard Allen, guilty on all charges. Allen was convicted of felony murder for Abby Williams and Libby German, as well as for knowingly and intentionally killing both girls. Judge Gull maintained order in the courtroom, where there were no outbursts, but outside on the streets of Delphi, shouts of "Guilty on all charges" echoed. The jury, composed of seven women and five men, heard 17 days of testimony, including dozens of witnesses, disturbing jailhouse videos of Richard Allen, and photos of Abby and Libby as they were found at the crime scene. They deliberated for 19 hours over parts of four days to reach a unanimous verdict. Richard Allen was found guilty of four counts: two counts of felony murder and two counts of knowingly and intentionally killing Abby Williams and Libby German. Delphi residents tell reporters that they are still in shock after learning that local pharmacy tech Richard Allen has been charged in the 2017 murder of teens Liberty German and Abigail Williams. Photos of Allen in a local bar with the police sketch of the murder suspect posted on the wall behind him have surfaced. We have also learned that while at work, Allen developed photos of the girls, to be used at their funeral, for the families at no charge. Police say Allen came forward as a witness in the early days of the investigation, but nothing at that time linked him to the crime. Now a new book details admissions Allen made to his mother. TONIGHT REVEAL: EPSTEIN HAND-DELIVERS VICTIMS LIKE PIZZAS
Epstein Conspiracy, or Epstein Conspiracy Theory? Nancy has a conversation with a true crime author on why the Epstein Story is NOT a "Conspiracy Theory," and not only does he handpick and deliver his victims inside the United States, but also his criminal network spreads globally. Barry Levine, author of "The Spider: Inside the Criminal Web of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell," has dedicated years speaking on the unanswered questions about Jeffrey Epstein, his island, the controversy surrounding releasing Epstein files, and more. Who is covering for Jeffrey Epstein and why, even though he is dead? Girls as young as 12, witnesses claim seeing them go to Epstein's mansion, flown around the world for Epstein's pleasure, but who else? Survivors and their families criticize the Department of Justice’s “chaotic approach” to handling the case, triggering feelings again of having no control of the situation. Victims, along with the public, were especially thrown by Ghislaine Maxwell’s sudden prison transfer, saying hearing about it for the first time in the news was another disappointment. A New York judge has denied the Department of Justice’s request to unseal grand jury transcripts used to indict Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell on sex trafficking of minors. Questions continue to arise as to why Epstein and Maxwell, who had sex with minors, are the only ones charged and the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death. Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire financier and convicted sex offender charged with the sex trafficking of minors, wasn't just preying on underprivileged kids in the United States; his empire was much bigger. Demands for releasing flight logs and curiosity from the public still wanting to know how and where Epstein obtained all his wealth. Unbelievable: Kohberger Files Sex Harass Claim Over B*** F*** Threat, Demands Transfer
Killer Bryan Kohberger has no trouble admitting to violently killing four people with a knife in a sneak attack in the middle of the night, but after just one night in J-Block at the Idaho Maximum Security Prison, he is begging to be transferred out. He submits a handwritten note telling the deputy warden he is being subjected to minute-by-minute verbal threats and harassment and asks to be transferred out of Unit 2 on J-Block because he says, "J-Block is an environment I wish to transfer from." In his first note of complaint and begging, Kohberger violates a cardinal rule of prison: never rat out your fellow prisoners. Kohberger writes he is "not engaging in any of the recent flooding/striking...." "Flooding" in prison jargon refers to inmates intentionally causing water to overflow in their cells, creating a disruption on the block, and by saying he isn't taking part, he is pointing his bony finger of righteous indignation at others on J-Block. After sending his first note of complaint after his first night in prison, Kohberger follows it up a few days later with another note, this one given to a guard and claiming he is the victim of sexual harassment. In the note, Kohberger claims one inmate is threatening to rape him, while another inmate says, "The only ass we'll be eating is Kohberger's." Kohberger offers up the name of a guard he says heard the threats and harassment, so his claims can be verified. An incident notification report is filled out by the guard who received the second Kohberger note, and the guard named by Kohberger is questioned about the claims made by the admitted quadruple murderer. In a report filed three days later, the guard says he recalls vulgar language being used and directed towards Kohberger, but he doesn't know which inmates made the threats. In his note, Kohberger tells the deputy warden that he wants to be transferred to B-Block immediately. Immediately. Kohberger also wants to speak to the deputy warden soon. In response, Kohberger is told J-Block is "generally a fairly calm and quieter tier," and the flooding is a relatively rare occurrence. "He isn't given his transfer and is told "to give it some time." Rebecca Haro is outside her vehicle, changing her son's diaper, when she is assaulted from behind and knocked unconscious. When she regained consciousness, baby Emmanuel was gone. San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies used helicopters and K-9s, and the family handed out flyers, looking for Emmanuel Haro, outside Big 5 Sporting Goods in Yucaipa. EERIE LEAKED JAIL VIDEO OF KOHBERGER WITH BRIGHT RED HANDS, "AMERICAN PSYCHO" SHIRTLESS SELFIES
A new Bryan Kohberger video circulating online sparks concerns of a possible prison leak or an AI creation. The apparent jailhouse video, shot from above, shows Kohberger in a medical cell, hands bright red, placing items on a shelf, and then staring intensely at it. None of the facilities where Kohberger has been housed have claimed the video came from inside their wards. A statement from IDOC: "We are aware of the videos circulating online and are investigating the matter. While we cannot yet confirm the veracity of the videos, if verified, they are a clear violation of IDOC policy, and the parties responsible will be held accountable, up to and including termination." Prosecutors have long said there was no sexual component to the Kohberger murders, but never-before-seen evidence showed multiple shirtless selfies on Kohberger's phone. Investigators also found Kohberger's sickening internet searches of attacking and raping girls in their sleep. Heather and Jared Barnhart of Cellebrite, experts in digital evidence, were going to testify at trial that Kohberger used search terms for pornography like "passed out," "sleeping," "forced rape," "drugged," and "voyeur." Jared Barnhart says "all of his terms were consistently around non-consensual sex acts." His sleeping rape fetishes raise questions about his plans for the night of the murder. Kohberger is currently serving four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole at Idaho Maximum Security Institution for the 2022 murders of four University of Idaho students—Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle. UNSOLVED: SICK RANSOM TEXTS -MISSING WOMAN'S FAMILY TOLD SHE'D BE "CHOPPED INTO PIECES"
Layla Santanello, a young mother from Tennessee, has been missing now for over two years. She was last seen June 27, 2023, in a field next to the Americourt Hotel. Employees and guests reported that she appeared erratic and paranoid. Surveillance footage captured Layla walking around the hotel, reportedly knocking on doors and searching for someone. The events leading up to her disappearance began on June 24, three days earlier. Jennifer Santanello, Layla’s mother, received a message from Layla’s Facebook account. The message, sent by Layla’s boyfriend, asked if Layla was in jail or the hospital, saying he hadn’t seen her in more than 24 hours. Later that night, Layla messaged her mother from the same account, writing, “I’m fine mom,” and adding, “I been with a friend. I don’t have a phone to text or call. I’m using someone else’s.” About two weeks later, a series of strange Cash App requests were sent from Layla’s account to both her stepmother, Brittany Zeitler, and her mother. One request for $100 included the subject line “twlmg.” Several more requests followed in quick succession with the same subject line. Jennifer sent $1 to the account and asked if Layla was okay. As the transactions continued, she came to believe that “twlmg” meant “they won’t let me go.” Another message allegedly read, “We have Layla. She owes a drug debt, and if she doesn’t pay, you’ll find her chopped up into pieces.” Joining Nancy Grace today: Brittany Zeitler - Stepmom to Layla Santanello George Emmett - Dad to Layla Santanello Ben Powers - Criminal Defense Attorney; Facebook: Legal Powers PLLC Caryn Stark - Psychologist, Renowned TV and Radio Trauma Expert and consultant; Instagram: carynpsych, FB: Caryn Stark Private Practice Rick Shaffer - Retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent Rebekah McNerney - Writer / Reporter at Kingston Times News; Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebekah-mcnerney/INSTA:- https://www.instagram.com/rebekahmcnerney See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Fake German heiress Anna Sorokin conned her way into Manhattan society. Posing as Anna Delvey, a German heiress, she swindled banks, hotels, and friends out of more than $200,000. After serving her time, the 31-year-old was released from prison and is now fighting being deported, but again Sorokin falls on her feet. FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL: FOUR MISTRESSES, A POISONED WIFE AND A GUILTY VERDICT
The lead up to James Craig’s trial has been bizarre.....two postponements, three different attorney teams, five added charges and a crazy action from an attorney, who allegedly set his own house on fire. Still, the Aurora dentist’s trial began and ended after jurors heard from four mistresses who said James Craig told them his marriage was over, but a divorce would break him financiall. Crag faced six felony counts: Murder in the first degree Two counts of solicitation to commit tampering with physical evidence Three counts of solicitation to commit perjury in the first degree Court Documents show Craig, jailed on a murder charge of his wife, Angela Craig, still allegedly worked to convince inmates, a former mistress and even one of his own children to tamper with evidence, to plant it to make it look like Angela Craig wanted to kill herself. Prosecutors say James Craig even made a botched murder-for-hire attempt on the case’s lead detective just before a second attempt at trial last year. Craig allegedly offered people cash and dental work in return for a coverup . Craig insists he ordered poison because she asked him to. James Craig and his wife Angela were married for over 20 years. They created a beautiful family of six, loving, happy family, happy children. Between work and taking care of their children, the Craigs still manage to fit a workout into their daily routine. The husband and wife go for a run or hit the gym together almost every day, and when they return home, James Craig makes protein shakes or fruit smoothies for breakfast while Angela delves into getting the kids ready for the day. Angela complains of having a really nasty headache, along with problems focusing her eyesight. She goes to the hospital saying she felt tingly and cold. Doctors cannot figure out what's wrong with her. Angela goes to the hospital multiple times, only to be sent home. When she goes back for a third time, that's when she's checked in and her condition deteriorates, coding quickly. Angela passes away. One of Summer Brooks’ dental assistants recalls opening a package for Dr. Craig—that had potassium cyanide in it. She googles the symptoms of cyanide poisoning, and is horrified at how closely they match Angela’s symptoms. She immediately calls Craig’s partner, Ryan Redfearn, hoping he has some other explanation for the contents of the package...but he doesn’t. While visiting Angela, Redfearn tells a nurse about the cyanide, explaining there’s no medical use for the element in their practice. As a mandatory reporter, the nurse calls police. With suspicions raised, Angela Craig is sent for an autopsy with additional toxicology screening. Tests reveal the otherwise healthy mom of six died of poisoning from both cyanide and tetrahydrozoline, a common ingredient in eyedrops. While investigators have no definitive evidence Angela’s food and drinks were poisoned with cyanide, the tests reveal her cyanide levels increased while she was in the hospital. Police then check Craig's computer finding strange searches. One of them was how to poison someone, how to make poison and top five or top 10 undetectable poisons that people won't be able to find after someone has died and will not signal foul play. Less than 24 hours after his wife’s death, dentist James Toliver Craig is arrested for Angela’s murder and additionally charged with tampering with evidence. A 52-page arrest affidavit details Craig’s concerning computer searches, three poison orders, an ongoing affair, and proof Craig took several measures to cover his tracks. Police then learn the dentist allegedly tried to hire his cellmate to kill Aurora PD’s lead detective Bobbi Jo Olson for $20,000. Calling Olson the “worst, dirtiest detective,” James Craig tried to recruit Nathaniel Harris to take her out for cash or free dental work. Olson wasn’t the only person on his list. Craig also asked Harris to kill another Aurora PD officer and two inmates ‘Roger’ and ‘Tommy.’ Joining Nancy Grace today: Eric Faddis - Trial Lawyer and TV Legal Analyst, Founding Partner of Varner Faddis Elite Legal, former felony prosecutor and current criminal defense and civil litigation attorney Dr. Shavaun Scott - Psychotherapist, Author of “The Minds of Mass Killers: Understanding and Interrupting the Pathway to Violence” Fil Waters - Former homicide detective for the Houston police department, President & CEO of Kindred spirits Investigations & Security, Inc., kindredspiritsinvestigations.com Dr Ernest Chiodo - Attorney, Physician, Biomedical Engineer, Toxicologist, Author: “Toxic Tort: Medical and Legal Elements”, www.ern
