Currently, the body of Christ is learning about Grace and how God accepts us just as we are. This means that "getting our lives right" is not a prerequisite for salvation or receiving God's love. However, if we desire to lead and succeed in our calling, then our lifestyle has to line up with how God designed us to live (aka living holy). In fact, living at a certain level of holiness is a prerequisite for leadership in the Kingdom of God. As leaders, we are held to a higher standard. Listen to today's message to explore this idea.

When you receive an assignment from God, it is critical to know if the assignment is for provision or purpose. An assignment for provision is usually temporary and is designed to take care of an immediate financial need, whereas an assignment for purpose is long term and is the reason why you were born. Research shows that 9 out of 10 churches in the United States are segregated. This means that if you randomly visit any church in America, there is a 90% chance that the congregation will be all black, all white, all Asian, all Hispanic, etc. This makes the Church one of the most segregated organizations on the planet. Because of this racial segregation in the Body of Christ, the Church is ineffective in effecting change in the culture.

Many countries in our world have systematic inequalities where some people are held back and others are promoted based on race, gender, age, education, etc. This shouldn't be, but one day God dropped into my spirit that faith does not care about inequalities. Having a strong desire for something can deceive you into thinking that you have faith for it. However, wanting something badly is not faith. Faith is not a strong desire; it is believing that you will receive the object of your desire. Faith is like potential energy; it has no power until it is transferred to God. This is why you study the Word and know in your heart that you have faith, but you still don't get results. However, if we learn the principles, then with help from the Holy Spirit, we can discover our own blueprint.

The worldly way of entrepreneurship is focused on beating the competition. It is all about winning. However, as believers, we are not in competition with anyone. We are not trying to be better than another person, business, or ministry or hold another organization down, so we can win. Let's change our mindset from winning to succeeding. The succeeding mindset unleashes the power of God in our calling to fully achieve all God has placed in our hearts.
