Over the last two days, I have been teaching on the topic of "feeling like you need more time." I am picking back on the theme of feeling like more time is needed. Yesterday, we discovered that more time is not the key to our success; rather, it is the anointing. In today's message, I want to unpack the idea of using this season of your life when there is less time as an opportunity to learn how to better organize your time because there is an anointed speed on organizing time.

In the beginning, most entrepreneurs work a day job and using their remaining time to work the vision God give them. Under this scenario, most will say "if I had more time, I would be more successful." This thought process places their faith for success in the amount of time they have to work on the vision. However, this is misplacing your faith. You are successful not because of the amount of time you have, but because of the anointing of God on your life.

It is critical for us to stay aware of God's current assignments in our life. This is important because when God ends one assignment and instructs us to undertake another, He removes His anointing from the old assignment and transfers it to the new one. If we miss the transition, He does not force us to stop the old assignment. He will allow us to keep going without His anointing. However, this is not a good situation for us because without the anointing, that same assignment that used to be fun and full of success will turn bitter, stress us out, and drive us to depression.

Entrepreneurs have a tendency to buy the latest business tools and seek out the newest marketing techniques. We do this in an attempt to create success in our business. However, we achieve success not because of the tools or techniques we acquire, but because of the anointing.

Recently I have been feeling like my pursuit of my calling should be further along than it is. Because I was having these feelings, I was condemning myself for them. However, Holy Spirit nudged me to not condemn myself and to ask God some clarifying questions. He was showing me that it is not from a lack of faith that we ask God questions like: Should I be further along? Should I be doing something additional to increase my success?
