God may lead you to a transitional job before entrepreneurship
God may have you quit your current job, but instead of leading you straight into entrepreneurship, He may have you get a transitional job. The transitional job is for you to build up your faith, so when you step into your entrepreneurial calling you have the required faith to succeed. Listen to today's Pastoral Chat to learn more about this concept. Links: Join, Partner
Did Jesus miss it?
I have a question: "Did Jesus miss it?" Just hearing that question sounds crazy, but there is a story in the New Testament in which it appears to have taken Jesus two tries to heal a blind man. If this is true, it opens up all kids of theological questions about the power of God. How could Jesus, who was not only the son of God but also God, require more than one time to do something right? If this is the case, this could weaken our faith in the power of God, and put in doubt some of the things we're believing for. Therefore, let's examine this question in today's message. Discussion: Is your faith ready to take that step?
The next step in your calling will move you forward in a mighty way. However, don't take that step until your faith is ready for it. When it comes to faith, we can not fake it until we make it. We all have to be honest about our level of faith, because without the correct level of faith, the next step in our calling will be a disaster. It's better to pause and build up your faith, then take that next step when your faith is ready. Listen to the replay from today's discussion to explore this concept. Sow into your business and reap a harvest of profits
Sowing money into churches or ministries is just the tip of the iceberg. The money, time, and resources you put into your business are also seeds that will active the same spiritual blessing of seedtime and harvest. So, if you want more profits in your business, then sow into your business. Take a listen to today's message to dig into this concept. Links: Join our community, Partner with us

Doing the right thing (Grace vs. Law)
There is a big question among believers about following the Law from the old convent verses not following it because we are now under Grace. After researching the scriptures, I am comfortable saying that as new testament believers, we are under Grace, not Law. However, does this mean we can do anything we want? Well, no. Listen to today's message and learn how we do what is right because of Grace and not because of Law. Links: Join our community, Partner with us

Decisions are yours to make
We find ourselves feeling powerless because we don't realize who we are in Christ and that God has given us the power of decision. And with this power comes great responsibility, but it is our power to use. For example, many women in abusive marriages look to pastors and Bible teachers to answer the question, "Should I get a divorce or should I stay?" And many women get answers that they find unsatisfactory in either direction, and they are plunged into a feeling of powerlessness. Or maybe you are in a job that you hate, and you want to quit your job and start a business. But others are telling you to be responsible and not quit. Or perhaps you are called to the ministry, and your church leadership disagrees with you or doesn't notice your ministry call. Yes, seek counsel from a pastor and trusted advisors, but at the end of the day, the decision (right or wrong) in any area of your life is yours to make. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Success accelerates when diligence meets divine opportunity
In this year of clarity, one of the outcomes God had me share was unprecedented levels of success. One way unprecedented success comes is through success accelerators. These success accelerators are divine opportunities that occur through our diligent pursuit of our calling. Listen to the replay from today's discussion to explore this concept. Mistakes will be made in your calling
We all make mistakes as we are implementing the calling that God has given us. In fact, when He called us, He knew we would make mistakes and prepared provisions for those times. Therefore, we should not allow the fear of making a mistake to hold us back from moving forward in our calling. Links: Subscribe, Partner

God will stop the sun to help you make right your mistakes
When God called you, He knew that you would not perfectly implement the vision. He called you because He knows that you will listen to his corrections when needed. When you do make mistakes, because He loves you He will do everything in his power (including stopping the sun) to help you correct those mistakes. Links: Subscribe, Partner

Opportunity comes through diligent pursuit of the right course of action
Reaching the next level of success in your calling usually occurs through a divine opportunity. These opportunities are from another person or organization who has noticed your current success, and they help you reach higher levels. However, to be noticed, you must be in diligent pursuit of the right course of action. Through today's message, discover your right course of action, so you don't miss your opportunity to accelerate to your next level of success. Links: Subscribe, Partner
A hardened heart towards God blocks your success
When we experience failure in life, if we are not careful, we can harden our hearts towards God. This is dangerous because a hard heart cannot have faith, which is the force by which we receive success from God. In a very real way, a hardened heart towards God blocks your success in life and in your calling. Links: Subscribe, Partner
The Word for 2020 is Clarity
At the beginning of each year, God shares with me a concept that He desires for those who are connected with Church for Entrepreneurs to focus on for that entire year. For 2020, the concept is "Clarity." For this Sunday's discussion, I am led to reinforce the word for this year. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Faith plus action equals success
For faith to work in your life (so you can receive all God's promises), action is required. Having faith in your heart is useless until action is applied. Listen to today's message to learn about this concept so you can take the right actions to activate your faith. Links: Subscribe, Partner

Faith is in your heart not your mind
God created us as three parts: spirit, soul, and body. The part of us that got born again was our spirit; therefore, the faith that moves mountains lives in our spirit, not our soul (a.k.a. our mind). Listen to today's message to learn all about this concept so that you can correctly develop your faith. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Doubting any part weakens faith
There are many parts of the Bible that go against our natural understanding and are supernatural and miraculous. So what do we do with that? Well, if we doubt those parts of the Bible because it goes against our natural understanding, then we make our faith ineffective. For our faith to be strong and effective, we must accept the whole Bible and not doubt parts of it. Links: Subscribe, Partner

Patience is the missing ingredient to manifestation
Most of us hate waiting. And our current society is designed to make us discontent with waiting for anything. Everything must happen now. However, we need to learn patience because it is the key to our success. In today's message, I am examining why patience is the missing ingredient to manifestation. You will discover that you need to be patient with other people and yourself. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Let your calling dictate your outrage
There are many injustices in the world and in our local communities. However, if our outrage at these injustices goes unchecked, we will pull ourselves away from our calling. Instead, allow your calling to dictate your outrage and response to an injustice. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Opened nor closed doors indicates the will of God for your life (Discussion Replay)
Believers will often say, "If God wants me to go this way, then He will open a door of opportunity," or, "this door closed because God has something better for me." God can open and close doors of opportunity, but the state of the door (aka opportunity) doesn't indicate the will of God for your life. Watching doors open and close can mislead you and put you in a state of confusion. Links: Subscribe, Partner

Stop so you can move forward
For most of us, we are doing a lot of things, striving to succeed in our calling. Some things God called us to do and other things we decided to do. However, in either case, when God drops insight in your spirit for a new opportunity or direction, there is a strong possibility that He is also telling us we need to stop doing some things. He tells us to stop doing some things so that we can free up time and resources for the new thing He desires us to do. Links: Subscribe, Partner
How to prosper in coaching as a believer
I have advised many believers who are called to be a coach in various fields. From my experience working with them, I have discovered one of the major reasons they are struggling in their coaching business. The reason is they have not picked a side. Listen to today's Pastoral Chat to explore this reason. Link: Partner
How do I say no to well-meaning people?
In today's message, I am answering a question from one of our listeners. The question is, "How do I say no to well-meaning people?" The scenario behind this question is that well-meaning people are giving them advice on what they should do to make money so they can provide for their family. However, this advice goes against the calling God has given them. Listen to today's message to discover the danger of following the wrong advice from well-meaning people, and learn how to gently (but firmly) tell them no. Links: Subscribe, Partner
You are blessed now
A major factor of success is knowing that God's blessing is on you now. This blessing is the empowerment to prosper. As believers in Christ, we don't have to do anything extra to receive the blessing. It is a part of our salvation package. Links: Subscribe, Partner
God's words in the Bible are seeds
God's words in the Bible are powerless if they are not planted and watered in our heart. For example, an apple seed is useless until it is planted in the ground and watered properly with rain, then it can produce an apple tree. In the same way, God's words are seeds that need to be planted and watered in the ground of our heart. Once planted and watered, the word-seed's harvest is faith. Links: Subscribe, Partner
Disobedience cancels God's plan for your life
Even if God called us to do it, success is not automatic. If we are disobedient in the implementation steps, then success will stay far from us. We all make mistakes, but disobedience is a choice to go in a different direction than what God has called us to do or a choice to not course-correct when we discover we are wrong. It's critical to keep checking in with God, and when required, quickly change our direction back in line with the will of God. Links: Subscribe, Partner

When a spouse is not ready for the vision (Pastoral Chat)
Earlier today, our podcast message was about submitting your vision to your spouse. From that message, I received a listener's question asking what should they do if their spouse is not ready to walk in the vision God has given them. Since this question reflects many married couples' situations, I recorded a Pastoral Chat sharing my thoughts on this question for all of us. Link: Partner
You must submit your business or ministry to your spouse
Submission in many households is a bad word, but it is a word God loves. We may be familiar with it in the context of wives submitting to their husbands. However, this word also applies to our businesses or ministries. If you are married (husband or wife), God expects us to submit our business or ministry to our spouse. Links: Subscribe, Partner

Forgive the world's system, but don't reconcile to it
We tend to think that any opposition to our prosperity is a spiritual warfare issue. However, the issue can sometimes be the posture of our heart. In today's message (taught by Shanawa Richardson), we learn how unforgiveness can stop the flow of God's blessings. Links: Discussions, Partnership
Our next level of success requires a bold move of faith (Discussion Replay)
Most of our calling is composed of small steps of faith directed by Holy Spirit. However, at opportune times for us to advance to our next level of success within our calling, a bold move of faith is required. All of our previous small steps have built up our faith in God, so when the time comes, we have the required faith to move up in a big way. Our next level is not gained by playing it safe, but by moving boldly when God says to move. Links: Discussions, Partnership
Say No! (Pastoral Chat)
Your most effective weapon to stay focused on your calling is the simple word, "NO." When you say no to people who are requesting your time, you are saying yes to your calling. Listen to this Pastoral Chat to explore this idea.
You may need an additional source of income

Why the blessing has not produced prosperity for you
Most of us know from Proverbs 10:22 that the blessing of the Lord makes us rich. However, if we are honest and look around us, we will notice that many, if not most, Christians are struggling financially. So is the Bible wrong about us being prosperous? Let's find out in today's message. Links: Discussions, Partnership
Debt hinders the call of God on our life
Most of us grew up in the midst of debt. Our parents had house and car notes. Our churches had mortgages on the Church builds. And so on. Because of the culture influence of debt many of us have debt on everything from clothes to cars. However, this is not how God designed us to live. He designed us to live debt free because debt hinders the call of God on our life. Links: Discussions, Partnership
Should you profit from your ministry

Yes, it is all about the Money
Many times when I ask believers why they want to start a business, they usually say they want more money to help extend the Kingdom of God. This sounds good, but its usually not their true reason. They're saying what they think they should say and not sharing their real motive, which is the need to make some money. Here is the thing, God is cool with us making money. There is no need to hide the fact that part or all of our motivation for starting a business is to increase financially. Links: Discussions, Partnership
Turn your back on all problems but one (Discussion Replay)
There are lots of problems in the world that desperately need to be solved.
