We wrap up 2021 talking about the life of John Madden, NBA, some Wrestling, NCAA Bowl Games and the NFL Playoff run.

Our last episode of the year and our Christmas Episode. This time Kevin is in New York, The Wet Bandits are out, Kevin's family hates him, Pigeon Lady and Pre 9/11 Airports. All of this is soaked in 90s Christmas time.

The thought of another followup movie to the Matrix trilogy seems baffling especially considering all the heavy themes that the trilogy had. Thankfully Resurrections keeps things simple and to the point. While the movie does lean heavy on the self awareness stuff early on, it eventually finds it footing and becomes a solid action movie with a simple story.

Well, we're finally at the last Alien movie of the series. First off shoutout to our boy Duke for coming on all 5 of these episodes. We end this franchise of its dumbest movie. But it's a golden turd of a movie. It's so bad it's good classic, which is better than pure crap.

Ridley Scott isn't a bad director. Not at all. But he has made a lot of good looking boring movies. Prometheus is what happens when good intentions and prequels come together. Sounds nice but it's wrong, all wrong, like very very wrong.

This week Denzel return to the show to talk about his wrestling training. We so proud of him. We talk F1, College bow games some Pro Wrestling and the NFL.

Live action anime adaptations don't have a good track record at all especially here in the states. For every one good to decent adaptation, you have a huge abundance of bad ones. Cowboy Bebop unfortunately splits the middle on this and the bad stuff ends up overshadowing the potentially good stuff the show does.

The weakest, dumbest, ugliest, far-reaching, funniest, MILF-iest, wackiest movie in the Alien Franchise. This movie was a sight of bad 90s filmmaking. Every decision in this movie hurts us.

So check this out. Ripley, Newt, and Kyle Reese were flying through space, and a facehugger pretty much crashes the ship on a prison planet. Dumb? I know right!

James Cameron doesn't mess around with second movies. Alien was a classic and its second act isn't anything less than a classic. We Cameron tropes, actor, blackface, scared white people, eggs, and Curtis the Predator.

This will be the final Franchise month on 3BG for a little while. So we're going to end it on a big one. The Aliens Series. Alien was the first in the 6 movie set. A movie that to this day stands as one of the scariest movies ever and one of the scariest sci-fi horrors. Like every franchise month, our boy Duke is with us!

The Hidden, a movie that is just flat-out good. We get to talk about this cult classic and have a lot of laughs about the craziness of this movie.

While the Venom sequel is a slight improvement over the first film, it still has the same issues of the first film in terms of the plotting and pacing. Venom and Carnage look real good in the film and the fights are better but the overall product ends up being forgettable by the end. Its still ultimately an early 2000's comic book film vibe so really your miles will vary.

Juice, pure Black Gen X energy! Without a doubt an absolute classic. Everything about this movie is not only still relevant but it's acting is phemonmenal. We talk about Tupac, acting, women being pedo's, THE MECCA OF HIPHOP, hair, black men aging, and somehow cuz it's NYC...Timberlands.

Week 2 of the NFL was kinda wild, we also talk College football, D's challenge to Delaware State football and why no one wants Ben Simmons.

Street Fighter like Mortal Kombat ruled the 90s. And much like MK, it got a shifty cartoon so it could sell toys. Street Fighter the USA Cartoon is by far one of the worse cartoons of the 90s and maybe of all time. Our boy PrimeGundam is on with us for this one.

A coming of age movie that speaks for us who graduated High School in the 2000s. A movie with a whole lot of heart and perfectly spoke for a generation. The gang is back as we tackle a movie that at the time made a good chunk of folks stop watching Power Rangers outright. So Shang-Chi succeeds at being a very solid solo film that works stand alone while also seeding things in the greater MCU in subtle ways. Its with that balancing act that the film works top to bottom. Much like Captain Marvel, this film isn't the traditional solo story like we've gotten in the MCU in the past yet the vibe of this film feels very much like Iron Man in that you're amazed that a movie with this character is actually happening. Definitely go see this film when it drops in theaters.

Young black youths of the 1990's, STAND UP! This is you time! Also it's time to get busy! OKay, I have zero Idea what I'm talking about. Multiple delays can usually mean a movie may not be good or the audience just won't care about the film. Free Guy fortunately turns out to be surprisingly good especially with its premise surrounding a open world video game. Ryan Reynolds is his usual quirky self as always and the supporting cast with Taika and Lil' Rel are hilarious as well. Definitely worth the watch and it nails alot of the aspects of video games some movies never do good on.

"I want to fit in."- Patrick Bateman. Knowing this line, you will understand everything about American Psycho. 3BG gladly gives a black perspective on this wild-ass movie.

A followup to the first film, The Suicide Squad feels like a film that nails the core of what makes this property work way more than what the first film did. What James Gunn and the writers have done is make you actually care about what happens to these cast of crazy ass characters to where you actually wonder if they'll live and die throughout the film. A solid movie from start to finish. Definitely worth the watch.

So after a close to 2 year delay, the Black Widow solo film is finally here and what we have is a solid film thats gonna bring about questions of whether it was worth the wait. On one hand you have a film that fills in the gaps of what Widow was doing after Civil War and her relationship with her surrogate family. On other side its a question of why didn't this film drop earlier during the latter part of Phase 3. Despite everything though, the film is fine. It tells it story that wraps up Natasha's arc while surprisingly showing us another part of the MCU that pushes the world forward to the future properties.
