3BGPodcast| Paid In Full
ENo one will argue that this movie isn't a classic in Black Hollywood. It gave us absolutely everything we wanted in a hood drug movie. Excellent acting, great writing and directing, and a very close to accurate story about AZ, Rich Porter and Alpo. And yes, we some DC niggaz...we also talk about our cities Drug Kingpin Rayful Edmonds and how the stories are connected. Its a very special episode about a damn good film.

3BGPodcast| South Central
EBlack movies during the Crack Era were dedicated to two things. Passing on lessons to pull ourselves out of this, and showing the very worse in Negro behavior. This is a very important movie that was made on the cheap. And it...DIDN'T...AGE...WELL! And sure by today's perception some of the lessons might be a bit...dated...but thats why 3BG is here! We talk about it's legacy, the acting and Carl Lumby!!! Oh...and the C.I.A. might have had a hand in this. Hey I'm just saying...

3BGPodcast| Sister Act 2: Back In The Habit
EThis movie was a flop. Not making the same amount as the first. But its cult status dwarfs the first one. You see, if you wanna be somebody and you wanna go somewhere...you better wake up and pay attention! Our boy Denzel joins us on this episode about a movie that was played endlessly in Sunday Schools.

Wonder Man Recap | Comic Book Corner
E#WonderMan #Marvel #Disney #YahyaAbdulMateenII #BenKingsley #MCU Wonder Man represents a different type of show in that its more concerned with being focused on the personal journey of the character than doing a typical heroes journey. In the grand scheme, its a smart choice. Wonder Man as a character has a very muddled history much like DC's Hawkman. So whats the best way to present the character in a streamlined way? Have the show structured around Simon Williams trying to make it in Hollywood while he's also trying to figure himself out. Pair him up with Trevor Slattery and you got a solid show that does a really good job of being self contained yet lowkey progressing certain aspects of the MCU. Definitely a must watch.

The Moment | 3BG At the Movies
E#TheMoment #CharliXCX The Moment is a film that wants to be 'This is Spinal Tap' so bad and its unfortunate that the film doesn't hit those entertaining heights that you expect out of a mockumentary. The movie plays into the real life rise of musician Charli XCX. If you're a fan of her then you'll probably enjoy the film for what it is. If you're someone that isn't familiar with her but you're hoping the film would give you an idea of Charli and her music then you're gonna be bored as hell. The film tries to hit you with comedy and drama but it doesn't really stick the landing on it. You end up with a very flat movie overall.

Send Help | 3BG At the Movies
E#SendHelp #SamRaimi #RachelMcAdams #DylanObrien Sam Raimi has always been a solid director that knows his wheelhouse when it comes to his approach on delivering an entertaining movie. Send Help is a black comedy, horror, thriller film that has some surprising and predictable moments. Rachel McAdams steals the movie from the start and gives you a character that you're invested in seeing come out of the situation the film presents.

3BGPodcast| Killer Joe
EThe plan is simple. We hire a hitman to kill mom. We get the insurance money. We win. Huh? Yes, I'm sure this will work. If not we might have to give the hitman our sister as collateral. Trust me. This is fool proof. No PWT thinking here. Just straight smooth brain activity.

Fuuto PI | Morphin Metacast(Audio Only)
E#FuutoPI #KamenRiderW #KamenRider #Tokusatsu #Toku #Toei A criminally underrated Kamen Rider sequel that unfortunately got looked over mainly due to it being advertised as a standalone show even though it was part of a live action franchise.
