As we continue covering the life and hits of Michael Jackson, it's time for us to talk about the new jack swing classic, "Remember the Time". Not only was it the last new jack swing hit, this music video was an television event. Starring Eddie Murphy, Iman, Tiny "Zeus" Lester and Magic Johnson. We talk about the video, the background, and the wardrobe.

Michael Bay was given a blank check and all of the fireworks for this movie. The sequel is jammed packed with Black Action porn. Over the top gun fights, cars, all the girls wanna bang Will Smith, Martin mugging at the camera, a long ass run time...wait, hold up. Why is this movie so long!?

In this..."HIGHLY" cerebral story, it was time for the Fast series to solidify itself. Well, they had to cuz Vin Dieselman left. This time Brian is in Florida and in trouble with his old job. He has to reconnect with an old friend, redeem the friendship, and get some decent character development. We talk about cars, Ja Rule, Spanish Cole Hauser, Vin Diesel, and the 2000's.

During the early years of our podcast 12 years ago, we tackled this show, now that the anime industry has changed and new fans of anime are everywhere now, it's a good time to revisit this show classic.

The third movie is usually not the good one in a trilogy. This is because it will show the fatigue of the overall series, and lord knows that TMNT in the 90's got stretched out. This movie fixed the troubles of the second movie and yet at the same time failed everywhere else. We talk about the puppets, the non-action, the...not bad villain, the missing pieces, and the madness of late-stage 90's TMNT.

Another Michael Jackson review on BAM. This time we talk about the ambitious Disney attection "Captain Eo". It's more than just a quick music video and some puppets. This had big names working on it, one of them being George Lucas. We talk about the ride, Disney's involvement, Francis Ford Coppola, little people actors, drugs, and the worst Michael Jackson song ever.

The 3rd installment of the Metal Gear Solid series, and everyone thinks it's the best one. This time you aren't Solid Snake but the man he was cloned from, Big Boss. Well, he's Naked Snake in this one. Not a rookie but a seasoned vet. Not a legend yet because The Boss is still alive. For now. We talk about Cold Wars stuff, the new Metal Gear Delta coming out, Bosses, Hideo Kojima being horny, eating animals, and everything awesome and odd about Snake Eater.

On this special episode of Working Title Sports Show, 3BG is reviewing a movie we did before. Except for this time with better mics and with (snob snort) AAFCA-approved critics! We talk about the movie the NFL ignores but is an essential sports movie. Any Given Sunday by Oliver Stone pulls back the curtain and shows the inner workings of the American Football world. Sure everyone is a video game character but the subjects are very real. Concussions, Black QB's, aging coaches, bad doctors, the heartlessness of owners, drugs, journalism...all of it was exposed by this movie. Also, DJTSU IS ON THIS EPISODE!!!

Our final review of the year, and also our last look into CINEMA! We end it off with the very real and very strange story of Dick Cheaney. A man who was heartless, crazy, smart and looooooooooooved America!

Welp...E3 is officially put out to pasture. Dj Tsu and CJ talk about the highs and lows of E3 and then get into the 2023 Game Awards.

Capping off the year on a solid note talking all things Ohranger in the only way we know how. Shenanigans ensue and fun times were had.

2023 is almost over and we are on our final two high cinema movies. This time were going to Germany. We're talking about the absolute classic "Downfall". Hitler not taking an L, people off'ing themselves and everyone lying to Hitler. A story about "it be ya own people."; "Leaders are selfish idiots." and "This is what happens when everyone is lying to themselves.". The question is how do we 3 brown African Americans handle this? The same we do with everything. Not taking anything seriously.

This Ultraman series through its 3 season run was a shocker in terms of how good it is (Despite the rush job that is Season 2). At any rate, CJ & Prime geak out over this great series and why its part of that Ultraman Agenda initiative.

War crimes, outlandish military budgets, aliens and good ole Reagan era American badassness.....And despite all of that, this movie is pure 80's toy commercial ridiculousness

Disasters in Pro Wrestling usually happen during a match or soon after a match. An injury, a miscue, a quick count, or a prop failure are usually the culprits. But it's rare when the disaster starts from the very beginning, especially in WWF/E where there's at least 3 layers of approval before it gets to Vince's ears. Not only was the Brawl 4 All a disaster, but it also ended pushes, careers and got people fired. Join Dee, Cj, and Denzel for our take on one of the worst things to happen to Pro Wrestling.

Time for some high marking Negro filmmaking and we chose the 1992 classic, Malcolm X. The movie that made Denzel a star, Spike Lee an elite level filmmaker and showed how far blacks have came and what still needs to be done not just in America but the whole world. A movie that follows Malcolm's life in several stages. His rebellious youth in Harlem. Doing coke, running numbers, burning his scalp, doing goon shit with his ace boon and sleeping with white women. The Nigga American Dream! This goes to his time in jail and his awakening under the teachings of Elijah Muhammad. From there we see his leadership in the Nation of Islam and his blossoming love with his future wife Betty Shabazz. But like in all biopic's we see his fall or rather people plot against him.(*cough*ThePatriots*cough*) Especially after his second enlightening while on pilgrimage to Mecca. And then ultimately his tragic death being murdered in front if his family. So the real question is how did 3BG get through a movie thats this heavy? Easy! Metal Gear references, redpill jokes and constantly dragging white American culture. But seriously it was a pleasure to review this black movie classic. And Denzel Washington got robbed of an Oscar on this. 10/10

The boys roll into Neo Tokyo this week on 3BG. It's time to talk about the anime that looks better than a Disney movie. A movie that changed filmmaking not just in animation but in real life. The iconic anime Akira. We talk about it all, the animation, the music, the action, the pacing, and even the events of the manga. This movie has a special place in our hearts and 3BG considers it one of the most important movies ever made.

Ultraman Gaia is a sort of spiritual continuation and a part of Ultraman Tyga and Dyna. We're presented with two Ultramen who have conflicting viewpoints that effects how they go about protecting the people of Earth. That alone makes for a very engaging show from start to finish. And thats on top of the good stuff that we love about the Ultraman franchise.

The Marvels gives you a classic team-up film that overall works very well. Despite the issues from the film its not enough to detract from the quality. The straightforward nature of the film especially with the short run time helps it as well. The Marvels' giving the kind of fun meant to leave you enthusiastic and smiling at the end of an enjoyable ride. So, if you come away from thinking it has a narrative problem, that's a you problem; not an MCU problem.

Time for another Martin Scorsese movie, complete with all the hallmarks that make us love his movies. Funny moments, good music, incredible acting, use of the word "degenerate", very real-life dialogue, and drug use. The world of Wall Street is a crazy sick place where it's good to be white and even better when you're a wolf.

YARRR! IT BE CINEMA 3BG SEE! Okay, enough of that talk. This week we crack open the A24 masterpiece, The Lighthouse. From its cinematography to its acting. The Lighthouse is an intense watch that will have you guessing. No seriously, what the hell is going on? Is this a dream? Am I in a purgatory? Or...wait, is that Posiden? Wait...is he banging a mermaid!?

This year we celebrate the 2023 World Series with a movie about an obsessed baseball fan. Robert DeNiro plays a loser whose baseball peak was in THE F****** 6TH GRADE! Wesley Snipes plays Bobby Rayburn, a mix between Barry Bonds, Bobby Bonilla, Deion Sanders, and Wille Mays Hayes. It's a movie filled with talent and some good intense scenes. With Dee and Chris is the 3rd Black Geek DjTsu!

A very special episode of BAM. DjTsu and Dee talk about their favorite horror movie of all time. The Thing. A time when John Carpenter was on fire. We praise the setting, the cast, the story, the screenplay, and of special effects. Yes, yes we do talk about who we think lived or not.

Stallone has waves. Big highs and big lows. But it's his mid movies that are the treats. In this movie it's the Night Slasher vs. Cobra in a all out war in the streets. We talk cops who are loose cannons, Brigette, Mid Stallone and the great Brian Thompson.

Tom Cruise went all the way in with this film top to bottom. The movie delivers on everything we love about the Mission Impossible series and this entry in particular calls back to some of the plot points and characters from the early films in a great way.

John Wick ends his saga, not with a bang. But with CINEMA!!!! This movie is absolutely gorgeous! We talk about action, Donnie Yen, black men with dogs, the French, action porn, and how perfect this movie was.

The writers and actor's strike has brought about some change in the entertainment industry for better and worst. CJ and Prime chat about it especially post SDCC 2023 and also get into some comics they're reading.

Imagine a movie from A24 that won awards...only for the next 5 sequels to be made by Lionsgate. That happened to Death Wish. The Cannon Group told Charles Bronson fuck all that drama, people want sleeze! So he took that check and made another banger that far weaker than its predecessor. At least the deaths and overall BS is fun. Our boy Moe is back for another 80s classic and to make this show special.

Special episode wherein CJ and Prime talk about the crossroads that Power Rangers as a franchise is in during this Hasbro era. Lots to unpack and its definitely worth the listen.

Blue Beetle carries the same vibes as the first Shazam film in that you can tell there was a love of the character lore top to bottom. As a movie thats technically a start of this James Gunn era of DC films, this is a good film to kick it off properly.

We leave Shadow Moses behind and enter a new world. A world where the "La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo" has finally made the full-scale takeover they've been after. And Raiden is proof of its success. It's always fun when a comedy doesn't pull punches. And it's even more fun when it's Hollywood poking fun at the ridiculousness of Hollywood. Tropic Thunder as of 2023 is still sighted as "controversial" by people who live on social media. So we talk about it all. The stereotypes, the blackface, the body suits, the comedy and of course the action!

Welp, apparently they had to finish this franchise. I'm still not sure who they are but they need to get they ass beat. Eddie didn't want this movie, Landis didn't want this movie, The Bump didn't want this movie, no fans were asking for this movie, NO ONE WANTED THIS! And we at 3BG are no different. This movie is ass.

Its been awhile the gang is back talking comics, movies, and tv shows especially with SDCC right around the corner. Tons of thing to hit on.

It's the 90's and black folk got money and they trying to have sex. Like, a lot of sex. But there needs to be more than that right. This is a classic black movie with a classic movie love story with a lot of laughs. The podcast isn't that bad either.

This Juneteeth we leave space for our allies. Our white brotheren who care so deeply. So we're reviewing a white savior movie! More importantly, RIP Coolio

For a film thats supposed to be this big love letter to the DC movie universe, the film doesn't quite have the epic scope to pull off this feat.
