Lupin the First doesn't have this problem, in fact, it's one of the most gorgeous-looking animated movies made in the last 10 years. The Arrowverse....To have experienced this during its tenure was a moment. Full of highs and lows, the Arrowverse at the end of the day gave a fully realized DC universe on the tv level and it worked overall for the most part. So sit back on this long episode as we reminence on this tv moment.

Due to the massive hit of the first movie, audiences and critics were dying for a second film. We got it and...it was cool. I think? Everything bad about the series starts in the second movie and we talk a lot about the amount of stupid that's in this movie. From smaller dinosaurs, to white people doing white people shit, to raptors catching dropkicks. We return to the island that needs to be nuked.

The third Chucky movie was proof that at the time, Don Mancini had no ideas. A movie that was written before the second movie made it to theaters and it shows. We have a time skip Andy, a military school, and Chucky isn't even following his own rules anymore. It's an insane movie that actually very entertaining. With all that being said, this episode is an instant classic.

Street Fighter the Movie was a weird moment for 90's kids. Because this movie, wasn't good, like at all. Aside from names and M.Bison suit, there was almost nothing in this movie that was in the game. Maybe it was Raul Julia, maybe it was the comedy, or maybe it was the ridiculousness of it all. But this movie is now considered a classic amongst 90's kids.

What a directorial debut from Dev Patal. Monkey Man is a very simple and violent film that much like John Wick, gets straight to the point of what it is. And what we have a straightforward revenge film that hits you in all the feels from beginning to end. Great action, great cinematography, solid musical score, and solid acting. This is worth your time to see in theaters.

Kintaro Oe may be one of the best Mary Sue's ever written. In this legendary OVA, Kintaro helps a software company, a Mayoral race, a noodle shop, a swim club, a shrine, and an animation studio. Also, the hottest ladies fall in love with him. One is a high schooler....we talk about it... Goldenboy is full of excellent 90s animation, full of fan service and full of heart. You are not a fan of anime until you watched this.

Poison Ivy is a loaded movie. The heavy question with child actors, to the filming of women, and the industry of filmmaking itself. This wasn't an easy movie to watch. We praise the acting but that's kinda where it stops. It's a rough but funny show.

#Ghostbusters #FrozenEmpire Frozen Empire ends up being a great additon to the Ghostbusters franchise in that it expands on the lore and world building of the franchise without being heavy handed on the nostalgia touches. A great mix of old and new ideas. Definitely check out this film.

With the new Roadhouse movie coming out this year, 3BG takes a look at the original 1989 movie. This movie is drenched in late 80's cool. A plot right out of an old Western. A good-looking tai-chi-knowing lead; a badass supporting character who's sexier than the lead; a bar full of rednecks; helicopters, and an evil rich man get murdered at the end. We talk about Patrick Swayze, 80's butts, Big Foot, Sam Elliott, the Razzles, and throat rearranging.

#KungFuPanda4 #Dreamworks What happens when you get a film that just exists and ultimately you end up feeling like it didn't justify itself being made? Thats Kung-Fu Panda 4 in a nutshell. Fundamentally it does its job telling a story from start to finish but you end up feeling like its lacking overall.

The first of the Metal Hero franchise, Space Sheriff Gavan is a show that ultimately is very simple and to the point with its plot and characters. Its also a show that showcases its action sequences big time in unique ways. A fun watch of a show overall.

The psycho-female genre of movies has always deeply entertained 3BG. Single White Female is no different. It doesn't matter how good the acting, direction, or the story is. At the end of the day, there's a body count and a white woman screaming "I'm not crazy!" In this episode, we talk about the genre, Steven Weber, Fatal Fury, New York movies, and the crazy ass ending. The world of Black Biker Gangs, that's not said much but it's very real in this country. A tradition going back as far as the 1950s. Too bad this movie isn't that deep with it. Biker Boyz is a movie about a young man trying to establish his own, while the older leader is trying to find a new road to ride down. This movie isn't great but damn is it detailed.

Slaughter is here to kick some low-level mafia ass. Dee and Cj explore the 1972 classic "Slaughter". We talk about black power, black leaders with white women, Rip Torn being an awesome bad guy, 70's action, and of course. We talk about the late great Jim Brown.

This was probably the worse year of football Dee and Cj witnessed. It's finally done! We talk about the Super Bowl, the NFL as a whole, Lewis Hamilton going to Ferrari, The Rock returning to WWE and the NBA All Star game.

Michael Bay was given a blank check and all of the fireworks for this movie. The sequel is jammed packed with Black Action porn. Over the top gun fights, cars, all the girls wanna bang Will Smith, Martin mugging at the camera, a long ass run time...wait, hold up. Why is this movie so long!?

In this..."HIGHLY" cerebral story, it was time for the Fast series to solidify itself. Well, they had to cuz Vin Dieselman left. This time Brian is in Florida and in trouble with his old job. He has to reconnect with an old friend, redeem the friendship, and get some decent character development. We talk about cars, Ja Rule, Spanish Cole Hauser, Vin Diesel, and the 2000's.

During the early years of our podcast 12 years ago, we tackled this show, now that the anime industry has changed and new fans of anime are everywhere now, it's a good time to revisit this show classic.

The third movie is usually not the good one in a trilogy. This is because it will show the fatigue of the overall series, and lord knows that TMNT in the 90's got stretched out. This movie fixed the troubles of the second movie and yet at the same time failed everywhere else. We talk about the puppets, the non-action, the...not bad villain, the missing pieces, and the madness of late-stage 90's TMNT.

On this special episode of Working Title Sports Show, 3BG is reviewing a movie we did before. Except for this time with better mics and with (snob snort) AAFCA-approved critics! We talk about the movie the NFL ignores but is an essential sports movie. Any Given Sunday by Oliver Stone pulls back the curtain and shows the inner workings of the American Football world. Sure everyone is a video game character but the subjects are very real. Concussions, Black QB's, aging coaches, bad doctors, the heartlessness of owners, drugs, journalism...all of it was exposed by this movie. Also, DJTSU IS ON THIS EPISODE!!!

Our final review of the year, and also our last look into CINEMA! We end it off with the very real and very strange story of Dick Cheaney. A man who was heartless, crazy, smart and looooooooooooved America!

2023 is almost over and we are on our final two high cinema movies. This time were going to Germany. We're talking about the absolute classic "Downfall". Hitler not taking an L, people off'ing themselves and everyone lying to Hitler. A story about "it be ya own people."; "Leaders are selfish idiots." and "This is what happens when everyone is lying to themselves.". The question is how do we 3 brown African Americans handle this? The same we do with everything. Not taking anything seriously.

This Ultraman series through its 3 season run was a shocker in terms of how good it is (Despite the rush job that is Season 2). At any rate, CJ & Prime geak out over this great series and why its part of that Ultraman Agenda initiative.

War crimes, outlandish military budgets, aliens and good ole Reagan era American badassness.....And despite all of that, this movie is pure 80's toy commercial ridiculousness

Disasters in Pro Wrestling usually happen during a match or soon after a match. An injury, a miscue, a quick count, or a prop failure are usually the culprits. But it's rare when the disaster starts from the very beginning, especially in WWF/E where there's at least 3 layers of approval before it gets to Vince's ears. Not only was the Brawl 4 All a disaster, but it also ended pushes, careers and got people fired. Join Dee, Cj, and Denzel for our take on one of the worst things to happen to Pro Wrestling.

Time for some high marking Negro filmmaking and we chose the 1992 classic, Malcolm X. The movie that made Denzel a star, Spike Lee an elite level filmmaker and showed how far blacks have came and what still needs to be done not just in America but the whole world. A movie that follows Malcolm's life in several stages. His rebellious youth in Harlem. Doing coke, running numbers, burning his scalp, doing goon shit with his ace boon and sleeping with white women. The Nigga American Dream! This goes to his time in jail and his awakening under the teachings of Elijah Muhammad. From there we see his leadership in the Nation of Islam and his blossoming love with his future wife Betty Shabazz. But like in all biopic's we see his fall or rather people plot against him.(*cough*ThePatriots*cough*) Especially after his second enlightening while on pilgrimage to Mecca. And then ultimately his tragic death being murdered in front if his family. So the real question is how did 3BG get through a movie thats this heavy? Easy! Metal Gear references, redpill jokes and constantly dragging white American culture. But seriously it was a pleasure to review this black movie classic. And Denzel Washington got robbed of an Oscar on this. 10/10

The boys roll into Neo Tokyo this week on 3BG. It's time to talk about the anime that looks better than a Disney movie. A movie that changed filmmaking not just in animation but in real life. The iconic anime Akira. We talk about it all, the animation, the music, the action, the pacing, and even the events of the manga. This movie has a special place in our hearts and 3BG considers it one of the most important movies ever made.

Ultraman Gaia is a sort of spiritual continuation and a part of Ultraman Tyga and Dyna. We're presented with two Ultramen who have conflicting viewpoints that effects how they go about protecting the people of Earth. That alone makes for a very engaging show from start to finish. And thats on top of the good stuff that we love about the Ultraman franchise.

The Marvels gives you a classic team-up film that overall works very well. Despite the issues from the film its not enough to detract from the quality. The straightforward nature of the film especially with the short run time helps it as well. The Marvels' giving the kind of fun meant to leave you enthusiastic and smiling at the end of an enjoyable ride. So, if you come away from thinking it has a narrative problem, that's a you problem; not an MCU problem.

Time for another Martin Scorsese movie, complete with all the hallmarks that make us love his movies. Funny moments, good music, incredible acting, use of the word "degenerate", very real-life dialogue, and drug use. The world of Wall Street is a crazy sick place where it's good to be white and even better when you're a wolf.

YARRR! IT BE CINEMA 3BG SEE! Okay, enough of that talk. This week we crack open the A24 masterpiece, The Lighthouse. From its cinematography to its acting. The Lighthouse is an intense watch that will have you guessing. No seriously, what the hell is going on? Is this a dream? Am I in a purgatory? Or...wait, is that Posiden? Wait...is he banging a mermaid!?

This year we celebrate the 2023 World Series with a movie about an obsessed baseball fan. Robert DeNiro plays a loser whose baseball peak was in THE F****** 6TH GRADE! Wesley Snipes plays Bobby Rayburn, a mix between Barry Bonds, Bobby Bonilla, Deion Sanders, and Wille Mays Hayes. It's a movie filled with talent and some good intense scenes. With Dee and Chris is the 3rd Black Geek DjTsu!

A very special episode of BAM. DjTsu and Dee talk about their favorite horror movie of all time. The Thing. A time when John Carpenter was on fire. We praise the setting, the cast, the story, the screenplay, and of special effects. Yes, yes we do talk about who we think lived or not.
